[00:03] What's up, guys? Spenny, [music] it's
[00:04] the holiday season and I'm feeling very
[00:05] generous. So, I'm going to give Libs
[00:06] what they've always wanted, an arrest of
[00:08] a J6er. That's the number one things
[00:10] that libs want. They want their fellow
[00:12] Americans who went to a peaceful rally
[00:14] to be thrown in prison for wearing a red
[00:17] hat. And I will tell you right now, yes,
[00:19] [music]
[00:20] I want a J6er arrested. The terrorists
[00:22] of J6 must be arrested. And I mean that
[00:25] in my heart. And what I mean by that
[00:26] actually is the one person on January
[00:28] 6th that actually committed a crime,
[00:30] like a true crime, a violent crime, and
[00:33] behaved like a terrorist. That would be,
[00:35] of course, the pipe bomber. Now libs go,
[00:38] we don't want to talk about that. Why
[00:39] not? I thought this was like the mega
[00:41] bomber. Isn't this the point? Like look
[00:42] at these clearly FBI training pipe bombs
[00:46] that were placed in these easy to find
[00:48] locations with 60-second kitchen timers
[00:50] on them the night before to explode.
[00:55] 18 hours later. Does that look like an
[00:57] 18 hour timer to you? How the hell was
[01:00] this operation supposed to work? It
[01:02] wasn't. Obviously, the whole thing's a
[01:04] farce. It's obviously a Fed op. We've
[01:07] known this for years. We were able to
[01:08] see the pipe bomber wave at a passing
[01:12] Capitol Hill police car.
[01:16] THE POLICE CAR HONKS. WHAT UP, STAN?
[01:19] YEAH, we're able to watch videos like
[01:21] this of Kla Harris being marched right
[01:25] past the pipe bomb. Clearly part of the
[01:27] op. We're able to see these Secret
[01:29] Service agents when they discover the
[01:31] pipe bomb finish their waw wa hogies,
[01:35] finish their burgers,
[01:38] and then let little children walk by the
[01:40] pipe bomb and a dude walking his dog and
[01:43] a train run. Nobody cared. No urgency.
[01:48] Of course, these pipe bombs, this was
[01:50] placed by a MAGA bomber, right?
[01:51] Obviously, that's the that's the odd
[01:53] that's the thing. This guy was MAGA. Big
[01:55] Trump supporter, right?
[01:57] I mean, don't take into account the fact
[01:59] that no Trump supporters like really
[02:01] ever act violently ever. That's
[02:03] something exclusively of the left. But,
[02:06] nonetheless, this one guy went crazy and
[02:08] he's big time President Trump supporter
[02:09] and he set these pipe bombs to explode
[02:11] right when all the big MAGA march was
[02:13] was supposed to be walking right by the
[02:14] street. So he he's definitely going to
[02:16] bomb MAGA. Like is that is it the point
[02:19] you're trying to make that he was trying
[02:20] to bomb his own side? You idiots. I'm so
[02:22] sick of this story. I'm so sick of the
[02:24] cover up, dude. I really am. And you can
[02:27] see it live on TV. We've used every
[02:30] ounce of our show and our program to
[02:33] scream that they need to release more
[02:35] evidence on this pipe bomber Dan Bonino
[02:39] very early in the administration saying
[02:41] that they're closing in on suspects
[02:43] around the J6 pipe bomb. Okay, we had
[02:46] two pipe bombs planted on January 6 and
[02:48] we were told that this was an
[02:49] insurrection and confident that we're
[02:50] closing in on some suspects. However,
[02:52] since this Bonino clip, we haven't seen
[02:55] much or anything from the FBI. We've
[02:58] seen some fighting with Thomas Massie
[02:59] over whistleblowers. We've seen Dan
[03:01] Bonino knock down the Blaze report as
[03:05] media reporting regarding persons of
[03:07] interest grossly inaccurate.
[03:11] And then, well,
[03:13] nothing else. They've released some of
[03:16] the new footage, certainly nothing close
[03:18] to the 39,000
[03:21] videos that they allegedly have on the
[03:23] pipe bomber. This program has
[03:26] emphatically asked everybody that we can
[03:28] possibly get on the record, including
[03:30] the Capitol police chief at the time
[03:32] about the pipe bomb and will continue.
[03:35] But there has been a breakthrough,
[03:37] ladies and gentlemen, from Cash Patel in
[03:38] a recent interview with Katherine Herage
[03:41] where he gives the most upto-date the
[03:44] most up-to-date reporting on where the
[03:46] FBI is on this saying that they are
[03:50] going to be releasing something very
[03:52] very soon and that there have been major
[03:54] recent breakthroughs on the pipe bomber.
[03:58] Uh
[04:00] we're going to obviously wait and see
[04:02] the work. We're gonna have to check the
[04:03] work there, but that's encouraging. Here
[04:05] we go.
[04:06] >> In a recent cable news interview with
[04:09] Fox, you said to stay tuned about the
[04:13] January 6th pipe bomber case. Are there
[04:16] new developments we can discuss?
[04:19] >> There are new developments. Can we
[04:20] discuss them? Not at this time, but I
[04:23] think you'll be hearing from us soon on
[04:24] it.
[04:25] >> Are you closer to making an arrest
[04:30] >> there? When we took over the FBI, we
[04:33] knew there was a renewed interest in a
[04:34] lot of cases of great public importance.
[04:36] And of course, this one where it was
[04:39] alleged that someone went to the United
[04:42] States capital grounds and planted a
[04:44] bomb to possibly blow up then Vice
[04:47] President Camala Harris or other
[04:49] Republicans and other Democrats on
[04:50] Capitol Hill was one we felt important
[04:52] enough to redouble our investigative
[04:55] tactics. And that's what we've done. And
[04:58] like we did in the Comey case when we
[05:00] made presentations in court, when the
[05:02] American public finds out the
[05:04] presentations we will be making if we
[05:06] get to a judicial decision, then they
[05:08] will see how much was missed in this
[05:13] case and what we have done and I hope
[05:16] the American public will realize our
[05:17] commitment to putting out as much
[05:20] information as we can when we can on
[05:23] cases of great public importance.
[05:24] There's been a lot of media reporting
[05:25] about the pipe bomb case recently. Have
[05:29] there been any significant breakthroughs
[05:32] for the FBI in recent days?
[05:35] >> Yes,
[05:38] >> of course. I'd like to have a little bit
[05:39] more, but can you share any more? Do you
[05:43] expect that there will be um a charge
[05:46] before the end of the year? My job is to
[05:49] protect the integrity of the
[05:50] investigation. And I know that causes a
[05:52] lot of uh backlash from
[05:54] >> some sectors of the online community,
[05:57] but I'd rather speak
[05:59] >> through our casework in public and be
[06:03] able to assure the American public that
[06:04] we are delivering actual accountability
[06:07] than just sit here and tell you, okay,
[06:08] >> I think we're going to get them.
[06:10] >> Well, uh, that's good. It's the most
[06:13] that we've heard Cash say on this
[06:15] subject. Well, really ever frankly, it
[06:19] is critical to the American people. I
[06:20] know there's a lot of big things going
[06:21] on right now, but this is a critical
[06:22] point of importance. Obviously, probably
[06:26] 99% of the country wants you to find the
[06:30] pipe bomber. Libs, independents,
[06:33] right-wingers, we all want you to catch
[06:35] this terrorist and expose what was
[06:37] really going on here cuz
[06:40] like obviously someone's lying. then we
[06:43] believe it's the feds and we believe
[06:44] that wholeheartedly. And Cash Patel gets
[06:48] of course that little look in his eye
[06:49] and says that they really do have
[06:51] something here. Well, I I mean be a
[06:54] ridiculous thing to say if you have
[06:55] nothing and it's going to get you in big
[06:57] trouble. So I guess we'll see. Show us
[06:59] the work. Julie Kelly saying cash says
[07:01] new developments in J6 pipe bomb case
[07:03] include breakthroughs in recent days.
[07:06] Maybe the extra and added attention, a
[07:08] lot of it from this channel on this
[07:10] subject has led to proper breakthroughs.
[07:12] Or maybe just given the proper
[07:15] motivation and incentives from a
[07:18] the perspective of the public about this
[07:20] issue and it's now come to a head.
[07:23] That's good.
[07:25] I see it as an absolute win.
[07:28] Something I see as a absolute loss for
[07:30] us has been obviously the Epstein saga.
[07:34] Not because it implicates Trump. Trump
[07:36] needs to be deported or whatever. You
[07:38] know, Trump needs to go to Guantanamo
[07:40] Bay. Not because of that, but because
[07:41] it's just been mismanaged. That's all.
[07:43] It's a PR operation. It's an op that has
[07:46] been run on the Trump administration.
[07:47] That's what Epstein always was. And now
[07:49] this is what he is in death. A filthy
[07:52] op. I'm not saying that not to release
[07:54] it all. Everybody who's followed this
[07:55] channel forever knows that I want want
[07:58] and wanted and still want full
[07:59] transparency all of the files forever.
[08:01] Even the victims, survivors, whatever.
[08:04] Even they are all saying like release
[08:06] all the files. We don't care if our
[08:07] names are in them. Just release them
[08:08] all. Good.
[08:13] But the inability to properly handle
[08:16] this issue has led to PR crisis after PR
[08:19] crisis after PR crisis for the
[08:21] administration.
[08:23] And so Cash's answer on this remains
[08:26] tough because they're like, well, we're
[08:29] just going to release what's legal even
[08:30] after the House voted for them to
[08:32] release all the documents.
[08:34] He says that the and then he put puts
[08:36] all of it on the Epstein estate and says
[08:38] this is an estate issue there. The
[08:40] Epstein estate is actually withholding
[08:42] all of the documentation. There you go.
[08:44] >> On the Epstein files. The Epstein Files
[08:47] Transparency Act has a very tight
[08:48] deadline, 30 days to produce
[08:50] unclassified records. Will the FBI meet
[08:53] the 30-day deadline? Well, we are
[08:55] working with our partners at the
[08:56] Department of Justice to produce, as
[08:58] we've always committed to producing what
[09:00] we can lawfully, legally produce, and we
[09:03] will continue to meet those metrics,
[09:06] reminding the public that there are
[09:08] court orders in place, protective
[09:10] orders, and orders to seal in place that
[09:12] legally prohibit the disclosure of of
[09:15] information um related to any
[09:17] investigation when there's a court order
[09:18] of that fashion. So, we're working with
[09:20] DOJ to say if we can produce anything
[09:22] more. As FBI director, will you commit
[09:25] to as few blacked out sections or
[09:28] redactions as possible?
[09:30] >> We always do. We We have in our
[09:31] productions to Congress, which have been
[09:33] historic to this year, and we'll treat
[09:35] every matter in the same fashion, while
[09:36] also upholding always victim's rights.
[09:40] Victim's rights in any case, whether
[09:42] it's President Trump's case, this case,
[09:44] or any case, the victim's rights
[09:45] statutes are preeminent, and we will
[09:47] protect those victims at all costs.
[09:49] President Trump told your boss, Attorney
[09:51] General Pam Bondi, to look into the
[09:54] relationship between Jeffrey Epstein and
[09:56] Democrats, including former President
[09:58] Bill Clinton. Is the probe limited to
[10:00] Democrats, or will you follow the facts
[10:02] wherever they lead?
[10:03] >> We'll just follow the facts. It's pretty
[10:04] simple for this FBI.
[10:06] >> This administration campaigned on
[10:08] releasing the Epstein files. What do you
[10:10] say to Americans who are skeptical that
[10:13] there will be actual justice under a
[10:15] Trump administration?
[10:18] Look at the work of this FBI. To date,
[10:22] in the nine months that I've been on
[10:23] this job, we've arrested 30,000 people,
[10:27] 25,000 of which have been violent
[10:29] felons. That is double double increase
[10:32] from year to date from the same time
[10:33] period last year. We have taken on our
[10:36] priorities in counter espionage work to
[10:38] an increase of 35% more arrest year-to-
[10:41] date alone. On the drug front, we have
[10:43] seized 1900 kg of fentinyl. That is a
[10:46] 35% increase from year to date last
[10:48] year. That's just the work of this FBI.
[10:50] Um we found 5,400 and identified 5,400
[10:54] children, missing children. That is a
[10:57] 17% increase from this time, same time
[10:59] period last year. These are just a few
[11:01] examples of how committed we are to
[11:04] working the criminal cases for the
[11:05] American people so everyone gets treated
[11:07] the same. [snorts]
[11:08] >> So more charges are possible in the in
[11:11] the Epstein case. the on based on the
[11:14] new referral, we'll take a look at that
[11:16] and see what evidence comes. But there's
[11:18] an important distinction,
[11:21] the information that the government
[11:23] possesses versus the information that
[11:25] the Epstein estate possesses, those are
[11:28] two separate boxes of information. And
[11:30] the Epstein estate has not been willing
[11:32] to share information with the US
[11:35] government and so even though we've
[11:37] requested them to do so.
[11:39] >> Okay.
[11:39] >> This has led to headlines like this. FBI
[11:41] working with DOJ to see if they can
[11:43] produce anything more from the Epstein
[11:45] files.
[11:48] It's going to be a bad day if they don't
[11:52] have anything, right? If they release
[11:54] zero things after all that.
[11:58] But that's the point. That's the point
[11:59] of this op. It's very, very frustrating
[12:01] op. It very frustrating to have watched
[12:05] myself. uh as I've seen one of the major
[12:09] rallying cries of the right inverted and
[12:12] flipped around on the Trump
[12:14] administration and used as a weapon even
[12:15] though it is Democrats who have so much
[12:18] to hide in these Epstein documents and
[12:21] releases. It is them who should be
[12:23] ashamed and now they are able to
[12:25] effectively use Epstein as a weapon
[12:27] against the right even though it is well
[12:30] certainly not Donald Trump or the right
[12:32] that is implicated in this. Epste was a
[12:34] Democrat and he worked almost
[12:35] exclusively with Democrats and the
[12:37] biggest funders of Democrats and so we
[12:39] should be all over this. This should be
[12:40] our issue. The left has turned it into
[12:42] their issue and it makes me frustrated
[12:43] and furious in fact. But anyway, what do
[12:47] you think of these answers?
[12:49] Got to tell you, I really like zooming
[12:51] in on the J6 pipe bomber one. That would
[12:54] be a wonderful thing to get answers on
[12:56] that. I don't know where it's going to
[12:58] go. I don't know. I have my instincts. I
[13:01] say them out loud, but I have no idea
[13:05] who or what this this individual
[13:06] actually was. We've covered all
[13:08] available reporting,
[13:10] but I like that answer. I mean, it seems
[13:12] like they're getting somewhere, and I'd
[13:13] love to see those results, obviously.
[13:16] Um, here's sort of the non-answer answer
[13:19] on Charlie Kirk and the assassination.
[13:22] This I, you know, this I completely
[13:24] understand. They're awaiting trial,
[13:27] but I'm sure this won't satisfy people.
[13:30] Obviously,
[13:32] here's cash on CK and whether there were
[13:35] for was foreign involved
[13:41] >> on the Charlie Kirk assassination
[13:43] investigation. You testified recently
[13:45] that more than 20 people were on the
[13:47] Discord chat related to the suspect,
[13:50] Tyler Robinson.
[13:52] >> Have you spoken to those people? Is it
[13:54] now a larger universe of 20 people?
[13:56] Well, so with the Charlie case, um
[14:01] it's a matter that is being led by the
[14:03] state authorities in Utah because it is
[14:05] a homicide investigation that is being
[14:07] prosecuted by the state. So us as the
[14:09] FBI are partners and part of that
[14:12] prosecution team. We're not the lead and
[14:14] it's very much ongoing. So there is a
[14:17] lot of legal process being doled out and
[14:20] we are committed to issuing every piece
[14:23] of legal process and search warrant that
[14:25] we can to talk to absolutely everyone
[14:27] and anyone who had anything to do with
[14:31] the assassination of my friend and we're
[14:32] going to continue to do that and also
[14:34] honor the prosecutor's wishes and how we
[14:37] do that and what we release publicly.
[14:38] >> Respecting that it is an ongoing
[14:40] investigation. Is there any evidence of
[14:42] foreign involvement? Is there any
[14:44] evidence that Tyler Robinson had helped?
[14:46] >> Again, that will be spoken through by
[14:48] the prosecutors. If I, as the FBI
[14:50] director, commented on that right now in
[14:52] any way, shape, or form, that would hurt
[14:54] their case. And the worst thing that can
[14:56] happen is the individual who's charged
[14:59] and has his day in court down the road
[15:02] is if we, the FBI, or another law
[15:04] enforcement agency, improperly commented
[15:06] on evidence and gave the defense an
[15:09] unfair advantage um during the trial.
[15:12] [music]
