Fox News Jesse Watters Reveals New Evidence in Charlie Kirk Murder: Texts, Secret Note, and Death Penalty Charges

Fox News obtained explosive new evidence in the Charlie Kirk assassination case, including text messages between shooter Tyler Robinson and his trans boyfriend, a secret note left under a keyboard, and a full confession. Robinson made his first court appearance facing aggravated murder charges and the death penalty. Prosecutors allege this was a political hit, with Robinson telling his roommate he "had enough of his hatred" and targeted Kirk based on his political expression. The FBI is investigating potential co-conspirators among leftist groups in Utah. Meanwhile, media figures and influencers who celebrated Kirk's death are facing consequences, from firings to expulsions, as the nation grapples with the dangerous normalization of political violence.

Court Appearance and Death Penalty Charges

Tyler Robinson made his first court appearance via Zoom, wearing a suicide watch smock. The judge informed him that conviction could carry the death penalty or a mandatory term of life imprisonment without parole under Utah code. The Utah County Attorney's Office charged Robinson with seven counts, including aggravated murder, obstruction of justice, and witness tampering. They are seeking the death penalty, with death by firing squad on the table.

Prosecutors made clear this was not a random act of violence. The state alleges aggravating factors because Robinson targeted Charlie Kirk based on his political expression and did so knowing children were present and would witness the homicide.

The Secret Note and Text Messages

Officials interviewed Robinson's trans lover and obtained crucial evidence, including a secret note the shooter left under his keyboard the morning of the assassination. Text messages between the two reveal Robinson's attempt to cover his tracks while on the run.

Robinson texted his trans boyfriend: "Drop what you're doing. Look under my keyboard." Underneath was a note that read: "I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk and I'm going to take it." The shooter instructed his boyfriend to destroy the note, but police recovered it.

The Confession

Robinson confessed to the killing in messages with his roommate. When asked if he was the one who did it, Robinson replied: "I am I am I'm sorry." His roommate expressed confusion, thinking authorities had caught someone else. Robinson explained they had "grabbed some crazy old dude."

When asked why he did it, Robinson stated: "I had enough of his hatred. Some hate can't be negotiated out." He revealed he had been planning the assassination for "a bit over a week," establishing both motive and intent.

Robinson texted his trans roommate: "I had hoped to keep this secret until I died of old age. I am sorry to involve you." The killer apparently thought he would simply go home and never be found. He was more concerned about his father noticing his grandpa's gun was missing than getting caught. In one message, he wrote: "I might have to abandon it and hope they don't find Prince. How the f will I explain losing it to my old man?"

He also referenced engraving bullets, with messages that were "mostly a big meme," writing: "If I see notice Bulge UW on Fox Newing sucks."

FBI Investigation Into Co-Conspirators

The FBI says Robinson may have had co-conspirators. When asked about what the roommate knew and when, officials indicated the investigation extends far beyond one person. Authorities confirmed they're investigating more than 20 leads and running down every connection. The FBI is currently investigating leftist groups in Utah to determine if there's a broader conspiracy.

Robinson's Radicalization

In the last year, Robinson became radicalized after moving in with his trans boyfriend. Robinson's mother explained that over the last year or so, Robinson had become more political and started to lean more to the left, becoming more pro-gay and trans rights oriented. She stated that Robinson began dating his roommate, a biological male who was transitioning genders.

This resulted in several discussions with family members, particularly between Robinson and his father, who have very different political views. Despite media claims that Robinson was conservative because his parents were Republican, his friends, family, text messages, anti-fascist catchphrases on shell casings, and trans boyfriend all pointed to his progressive politics.

Media Denial and Distortion

Some media figures and politicians remain in denial about Robinson's political leanings. Representative Jasmine Crockett stated: "The reality is that the average person on the left probably couldn't make a shot from 200 yards because they haven't been playing with assault rifles since they were a little kid." Her implication was that Robinson couldn't be liberal because liberals are supposedly bad shots.

ABC News described the text messages between Robinson and his trans roommate as "romantic" and "very touching." One ABC reporter said it provided "a very intimate portrait into this relationship between the suspect's roommate and the suspect himself with him repeatedly calling his roommate who is transitioning calling him my love and I want to protect you my love."

ABC appeared touched by text messages between an assassin and his trans roommate, seemingly charmed by the intimacy of a killer instructing his roommate on orchestrating a cover-up. This isn't a love story—it's a cold-blooded murderer obstructing justice. ABC wasn't this touched when Charlie's widow wept in front of the nation.

Celebrating Violence and Facing Consequences

The far-left responded to Charlie's murder with disturbing rhetoric. Influencer Destiny stated: "If you wanted Charlie Kirk to be alive, Donald Trump shouldn't have been president for the second term. You need conservatives to be afraid of getting killed when they go to events so that they look to their leadership to turn down the temperature. The issue is right now they don't feel like there's any fear."

Destiny learned his fate quickly—he was fired and banned from making money on his platform. CNN defended him, with one host saying: "We can't punish people for disagreeing with us. We can't punish people for being jerks and celebrating the death of someone. That's not illegal and that shouldn't be who we are."

While it's not illegal to say Charlie deserved to die or to celebrate his death, Americans have the right to fire people who express such views. Speech is free, but individuals are not free from consequences. Those who advertise they're comfortable with cold-blooded murder and believe more people need to be killed cannot expect to keep their jobs, teach children, or serve in government positions.

Other disturbing comments included: "Charlie Cook committed suicide is what he did. He knew it was coming." "Charlie Cook did a great thing for humanity. He stopped that bullet before it hit a human being." "I wish that shooter would have been in Butler, Pennsylvania instead of getting Charlie Kirk."

Social Consequences for Celebrating Murder

A college student in Texas barged into a Charlie Kirk vigil and acted out the assassination, mimicking the bullet ripping through Kirk's throat while yelling "Not real." Texas State University expelled the student. As a state school funded by taxpayers, the university determined taxpayers should never have to fund such a person's education.

A councilman in Florida got caught celebrating Charlie's death and now faces the will of the people. Community members confronted him at a meeting: "Your days are numbered. You're rolling your eyes. It's disgraceful, man. You have brought a horrible name to this community. I have a recall petition. If you're really going to make the whole village go through this, it's going to be done. Walk away with respect. Do what's right. I hope you find God and your final judgment day is better than today."

The Path Toward Civil War

A country that supports assassinations is a country hurdling toward civil war. The thirst for assassination and the fact that it's tolerated leads to more attempts. Charlie wasn't president. He wasn't a member of an extremist group. He was a mainstream Republican. He was on Fox. He had a popular podcast. But above all, Charlie was a dad and a husband.

In a video, Charlie told his daughter the story of how he met her mother: "So we're here at Phil's Burgers in New York City and right near this very table was the first time dad met mama and it started as a job interview and I was asking all these questions philosophy religion Jesus and then I realized mama was beautiful and smart and elegant and Christlike and so I said forget this job interview I want to date I said, 'I have enough friends.' And that's where your journey started."

Charlie wanted more than anything for Americans to fall in love, get married, have families, and draw themselves closer to God. There's nothing more American than that. There's nothing more human than that. Anyone who defiles human life or advocates for innocent lives to end violently has abandoned their humanity. Society must draw clear lines: those who celebrate political murder should face social consequences until they genuinely repent.
