[00:14] the aftermath of Candace Owens and her

[00:17] breakup, very ugly decoupling and

[00:20] divorce [music] from the Daily Wire, she

[00:22] offered to debate Ben Shapiro about why

[00:24] she left the company or why her contract

[00:27] was canceled. And this was something

[00:28] that obviously [music] went way

[00:31] thermonuclear was laundered into the

[00:34] public. The two of them were going back

[00:35] and forth with each other. Big debate

[00:37] about whether Christ is king and so on

[00:39] and so forth online. Christ of course is

[00:42] king. And I think there's so much that

[00:45] story that we will never know because of

[00:47] NDAs, because of lawsuits, and also

[00:51] because right when the debate was

[00:53] allegedly supposed to happen between Ben

[00:54] Shapiro and Candace Owens, um Candace

[00:57] Owens was hit with a gag order from a

[00:59] judge, she wasn't allowed to talk about

[01:01] any of it. And that was that. I think

[01:04] that's a shame because I believe that it

[01:06] would have been really good for both

[01:08] sides to hear their opinions and to hear

[01:13] their worldviews uh sort of crystallized

[01:16] there. Something magical happens when

[01:18] you're in a room with somebody one-

[01:19] on-one. Uh when you're in person, uh you

[01:22] end up seeing the other person as a lot

[01:24] more human and

[01:26] often a very good thing. I'm pro people

[01:29] talking. I am pro more conversation, not

[01:32] less. more debate, not less. More people

[01:35] hashing out their ideas. They don't have

[01:36] to agree on everything. They often

[01:38] won't, but it'll be good for everyone to

[01:40] see that at the very least we can have a

[01:41] pressure release valve, right, in that

[01:43] scenario. We didn't get it. Instead, we

[01:45] got more lawsuits and more latigious and

[01:47] that's a shame because I think it would

[01:49] have been good for Shapiro and for

[01:50] Candace for that to have happened.

[01:52] Anyway, that's ancient history. It was

[01:53] happening about 16 months ago. Uh, that

[01:55] was going down last summer. And so now,

[02:00] fast forward to today. Candace Owens is

[02:02] sparring obviously with Turning Point

[02:04] USA, Charlie Kirk's team,

[02:07] uh, and has taken advantage of the

[02:12] public's desire to learn more about how

[02:15] Charlie Kirk was murdered on a live

[02:16] stream in the most uh, horrific way

[02:19] possible. And obviously left a lot of

[02:21] people wanting because there's just not

[02:23] been a ton of evidence that's been put

[02:24] out there. And even independent

[02:26] reporters from corporate media outlets,

[02:29] journalists there in Utah have said that

[02:32] they they can't get anything. They can't

[02:33] get the security footage. They can't get

[02:35] the police recordings. They can't get

[02:37] any, you know, anything. And the judge

[02:39] has ruled and might rule banning all

[02:42] cameras from the courthouse in a in what

[02:46] would be the biggest insult to the

[02:48] American public. And I'm enraged about

[02:50] it. I'm doing everything I possibly can

[02:52] to make sure that doesn't happen because

[02:53] we deserve to know. But Candace, I think

[02:55] it's taking advantage of the rightful

[02:59] longing for people that loved Charlie,

[03:01] worked with Charlie, myself included. I

[03:03] wasn't there. I'm not part of his show.

[03:05] I'm not part of his company. I worked

[03:07] with him, you know, turning point for

[03:09] the last nearly decade. I love that guy

[03:13] and but I want to know like I want to

[03:15] see all of the evidence

[03:18] anyway. Like these are natural and

[03:21] important instincts to have and there's

[03:25] nothing wrong with that,

[03:28] but you can't make unfounded claims or

[03:31] allegations against people. You have to

[03:33] be able to back up what you're saying,

[03:34] especially if it's causing an enormous

[03:36] amount of damage. And and what Candace

[03:38] Owens uh did this week, which started a,

[03:43] you know, sort of cascade of events now,

[03:45] is put out this post. It's been seen by

[03:48] 15 million people. Here's what it says.

[03:52] I received information, final pieces

[03:53] together for me. I can say with full

[03:55] confidence that Charlie Kirk was

[03:56] betrayed by the leadership at Turning

[03:57] Point USA, some very powerful people who

[04:00] eulogized him on stage.

[04:03] Yes, I will be naming names and

[04:04] providing evidence for my claims, and

[04:06] I'll be making a personal plea to every

[04:07] well-meaning person who donated to this

[04:09] godforsaken organization to request a

[04:11] refund. You were all lied to and

[04:12] leadership knew.

[04:14] So, I mean, this was this was sent on

[04:16] December 2nd.

[04:17] 72 hours ago. And you know, it is

[04:21] obviously quite the allegation that the

[04:24] people who were running Charlie Kirk's

[04:26] organization had him killed. I mean, hot

[04:30] damn.

[04:34] Is there any evidence of that?

[04:37] What do we got? Well, what we got

[04:40] yesterday was a challenge from Turning

[04:43] Point to Ch to to Candace to defend

[04:49] this and a number of other statements

[04:51] that she has made about

[04:55] the murder of Charlie Kirk.

[04:58] This came from Blake Nath who was a

[05:00] writer for Charlie. He's a writer and a

[05:02] producer and he worked also previously

[05:05] for Tucker Carlson. The world's the

[05:07] concentric circles are getting tight

[05:09] here. And Blake said [clears throat] on

[05:13] Charlie Kirk show, "Here are all the uh

[05:16] theories or lies that you've told about

[05:18] us. Uh we are going to set the record

[05:21] straight on every single one of them.

[05:22] We're going to do it live on our show.

[05:24] Everyone's going to be able to watch and

[05:25] see it. and Candace, you're invited to

[06:43] answers to our basic questions about

[13:37] sounds like it's a setup for a potential

[13:38] lawsuit. I said that in a previous video

[13:47] potential lawsuit because what you do in

[13:48] a defamation lawsuit like this is you

[13:52] have to publicly say that you have to

[13:54] publicly heir the truth. You have to

[13:56] give demonstrable evidence to the truth

[13:58] so that you can prove malice. You have

[14:00] to prove malice in any defamation case.
