Man Who Originally Claimed He Shot Charlie Kirk Makes Court Appearance

George Zinn made a court appearance on Wednesday and waived his preliminary hearings for three charges. He falsely claimed that he had shot and killed Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University in September 2025. Utah County Special Victims Unit detectives also reportedly found child pornographic images and graphic text messages on his phone. He faces charges of obstruction of justice and sexual exploitation of a minor.
