Mike Davis Explains Why Kash Patel's FBI Investigation Into Brennan and Crossfire Hurricane Will Finally Bring Justice

Mike Davis joins Charlie Kirk to discuss the FBI's investigation into John Brennan and other officials involved in Crossfire Hurricane. Davis argues this represents the biggest scandal in American history, where the Obama administration weaponized law enforcement agencies against candidate Donald Trump. He explains how the conspiracy statute of limitations works, why the Mar-a-Lago raid was really about recovering declassified Crossfire Hurricane documents, and reveals the shocking backlog of unconfirmed US attorneys preventing justice from moving forward. Davis insists that evidence shows Obama White House officials, including President Obama himself, greenlit the investigation in the Oval Office days before Trump took office.

The FBI Investigation Into Crossfire Hurricane Officials

Mike Davis joins Charlie Kirk to discuss the significance of FBI Director Kash Patel announcing ongoing probes into John Brennan and other officials involved in the Crossfire Hurricane investigation. Davis emphasizes that this conversation has been ongoing for years, dating back to the unprecedented home raid on former President Donald Trump's office to recover Crossfire Hurricane records.

Davis explains that investigators are finally going after bad actors who lied to the FISA courts, fabricated the Russian collusion hoax with the Steele dossier, obtained illegal spy warrants, and used these tools to target President Trump's 2016 presidential campaign. He characterizes this as an ongoing criminal conspiracy where officials continue to lie and cover up their actions.

If the investigation proceeds as it should, Davis believes justice is definitely coming. He points to evidence showing that the most senior Obama administration officials participated in Crossfire Hurricane, which he calls the biggest scandal in American history.

The Obama White House's Role in Targeting Trump

According to Davis, the evidence indicates that the Obama White House, including President Obama himself, politicized and weaponized law enforcement and intelligence agencies to go after then-candidate Donald Trump. His theory connects this operation to Hillary Clinton's illegal home server scandal.

Davis argues that Clinton's server contained not only the nation's most classified secrets from her time as Secretary of State, but also evidence of Clinton Foundation pay-for-play foreign bribery schemes. He suggests that the Clintons took money into the Clinton Foundation to underwrite their lavish lifestyle and may have performed official acts as Secretary of State in return.

The Russian collusion hoax was created, Davis contends, because officials were afraid Clinton's pay-for-play scheme would be exposed before the 2016 election. They didn't think Trump would win and planned to claim any revelations about the Clinton Foundation were Russian disinformation campaigns that should be ignored. The intelligence agencies, FBI, Justice Department, and Obama White House were all complicit in this scheme.

The Real Reason for the Mar-a-Lago Raid

Davis presents a compelling explanation for the raid on Mar-a-Lago: it was conducted to recover Crossfire Hurricane documents that President Trump had declassified via executive order the day before he left office. He argues that officials didn't actually care about classified records or espionage concerns.

The office of a former president is allowed to have such records, Davis explains. That's why Congress provides federal funding for security clearances, SCIFs, and staff. The president is allowed to see his presidential records under the Presidential Records Act whether they're classified or not.

A presidential record is defined as any document created or received by the president or his White House staff to advise them. The Crossfire Hurricane records fit this definition perfectly. Davis insists the raid was conducted because Obama, Biden, Hillary Clinton, James Clapper, John Brennan, James Comey, and many other officials have their fingerprints on the scandal.

Understanding the Conspiracy Statute of Limitations

When Charlie Kirk asks about statute of limitations and navigating a DC jury, Davis provides crucial legal context. He explains that with an ongoing conspiracy, the statute of limitations doesn't start ticking until the last overt acts occur. People have to disavow the conspiracy, otherwise it remains an ongoing criminal conspiracy that can be prosecuted.

Additionally, there may be perjury charges that fall within the last five years. Davis suggests that Clapper may have perjured himself during this timeframe. According to news reports including Fox News, this is very much an active criminal probe and investigation.

Davis has a direct message for the officials involved: you better lawyer up because justice is coming. Regarding venue, he notes that Mar-a-Lago is in the Southern District of Florida, and the raid itself was one of the overt acts in the criminal conspiracy, potentially allowing prosecution outside of Washington DC.

Evidence of Oval Office Involvement

Davis points to evidence showing that Obama White House officials greenlighted the Crossfire Hurricane investigation in the Oval Office several days before President Trump was going to take office. This timing is significant and demonstrates the highest levels of government involvement in what Davis repeatedly calls the biggest scandal in American history.

While justice may be coming eight years later, Davis remains confident that accountability will finally arrive for those who politicized and weaponized law enforcement and intelligence agencies to take out a presidential candidate and sitting president of the United States.

The Critical Backlog of US Attorney Confirmations

Charlie Kirk raises an important issue he learned about over the weekend: dozens of US attorney positions remain unfilled, with Biden holdovers still in place in locations like Denver. Davis confirms this is a serious problem preventing the administration from moving forward with investigations.

Jason A. Reding Quiñones is the nominee for US Attorney for the Southern District of Florida. He has cleared the Senate Judiciary Committee and is waiting on the Senate floor. Davis expresses frustration that the Senate won't file cloture and have two hours of debate to confirm Kiniones immediately so the Crossfire Hurricane investigation can proceed.

Charlie Kirk begins tweeting during the conversation, urging the US Senate to work weekends and confirm all of Trump's US attorneys. Davis reveals that they haven't confirmed any US attorneys yet, creating a massive backlog.

The Senate's Two-Day Work Week Problem

Davis explains the core problem: Senate Democrats who want to block US attorney confirmations can do so because of the Senate's limited schedule. If the Senate made these Democrats work past 2 p.m. on Thursday, resistance would crumble. It's amazing how many confirmations could be achieved by merely threatening to eliminate long weekends.

Charlie Kirk interrupts with passion, noting that Lindsey Graham is one of the worst offenders. According to Kirk's research, Graham leaves every Thursday at 2 p.m., and suddenly proceedings stop because Graham had to leave. The Senate's scope of work consists of starting Tuesday afternoon and stopping Thursday afternoon—literally just two days of actual work.

This abbreviated schedule allows individual senators to obstruct the confirmation of crucial positions needed to pursue investigations into the Crossfire Hurricane scandal and other matters. The conversation ends with Davis thanking Kirk, but the message is clear: the Senate must change its work habits to staff the Department of Justice properly and allow investigations to proceed.
