In a recently leaked internal call TPUSA CEO Erika Kirk is heard describing her husband’s funeral as the “event of the century,” while focusing on attendance numbers, merchandise sales, and organizational success — all only 11 days after his death. Jimmy and his guest Stew Peters argue Erika’s upbeat tone and emphasis on metrics feel inappropriate for recent bereavement and suggest she was already assuming leadership over Turning Point USA.

The two accuse the organization of monetizing Charlie’s death through fundraising, data collection, and rapid donor outreach while later laying off the same staff who worked so hard to make the memorial a success in Erika’s eyes. The discussion concludes with speculation that powerful donors benefited from Charlie Kirk’s death and that Erika may have had foreknowledge, a claim echoed by other commentators.

[00:00] I don't even know where to begin. The

[00:02] fact that we were able to pull off

[00:06] an event

[00:08] of a century. Like, it's just insane.

[00:10] >> I just want to stop it there for a

[00:12] second and just remind people what she's

[00:14] talking about as the event of the

[00:16] century is her husband's funeral. You

[00:18] know, when you're talking to somebody

[00:20] over the phone, you can tell they're

[00:21] smiling.

[00:23] It's the same thing here. You can tell

[00:25] she's smiling as she's talking.

[00:26] >> 100%. Yes.

[00:30] Welcome back to the show. I've got a

[00:32] special guest with us, Stu Peters. He's

[00:34] a media personality, host of the Stu

[00:36] Peters Show, a program that discusses

[00:38] political and cultural issues

[00:40] predominantly from a traditionally

[00:42] right-wing perspective. He previously

[00:44] worked as a rapper and bounty hunter

[00:47] before launching his podcast in 2020,

[00:49] which focuses on skepticism towards

[00:51] government institutions, public health

[00:53] policies, and global events. Welcome to

[00:56] the show, Stu Peters. Hey, Stu, how are

[00:57] you? Thanks a lot. I'm really excited to

[00:59] be here actually. Where'd you get that

[01:00] bio from?

[01:01] >> I don't know. Is that an old bio or is

[01:03] that not good one?

[01:05] >> Yeah, I don't know. It's just

[01:06] interesting. It's It's fine. I mean, all

[01:08] of it is true. I kind of miss bounty

[01:10] hunting, but you know, I mean, looking

[01:11] at Minneapolis right now, can you

[01:13] imagine?

[01:14] >> No. Um, I wanted to bring you on because

[01:17] you had a whistleblower from inside

[01:19] TPUSA on your show last night, who I

[01:22] also talked to. Um, but first I wanted

[01:25] to run because you're a a lot of people

[01:27] I'm talking to uh like I was talking

[01:30] with Jack Jake uh

[01:33] >> who was the guy yesterday.

[01:34] >> Jake Shields yesterday and he said I'm

[01:36] not really into looking into TPUSA

[01:39] and so there's not a lot of people doing

[01:41] this. You're one of them and so I wanted

[01:44] to bring you on a to talk about what

[01:46] your whistleblower guest revealed last

[01:48] night. But first, I wanted to Candace

[01:50] Owens revealed this and I wanted to get

[01:52] your take on it. Um, she when Erica Kirk

[01:57] took over as CEO, now no longer a

[02:01] traditional Christian wife. She's not a

[02:03] tradition, she's now leaving her family,

[02:06] her fatherless children, to go run a

[02:09] huge corporation

[02:11] uh with over $250 million in assets just

[02:15] since uh September. Um, so she when she

[02:18] left to take over CEO and be a full-time

[02:22] CEO of a big company outside of her

[02:24] house, she had a phone call with

[02:27] everybody at TPUSA and it got recorded

[02:30] and it got leaked. And I just want to

[02:33] play this for you and then get your

[02:35] reaction because my reaction was

[02:37] stunned. But let's play it.

[02:39] >> I do want to remind you that Charlie has

[02:41] not been dead for two weeks. That's

[02:43] where we have to go back to two not even

[02:46] two weeks after Charlie was publicly

[02:48] assassinated. The obvious point of this

[02:51] call to set this up is to introduce

[02:53] Erica. She's the she's a new leader. Not

[02:55] even introducing, she's just heading up

[02:57] this call, but obviously she's going to

[02:58] be at the helm of this. So, they're

[02:59] getting to know her. So, let's take a

[03:01] listen.

[03:02] >> Hi, everybody. I still love all these

[03:05] emoji Zoom [laughter]

[03:08] things. Um, wow.

[03:11] I don't even know where to begin. The

[03:13] fact that we were able to pull off

[03:17] an event

[03:19] of a century, like it's just insane. We

[03:23] had

[03:24] >> Now, just I know people get upset when I

[03:26] stop and start videos, but I just want

[03:28] to stop it there for a second and just

[03:30] remind people what she's talking about

[03:31] as the event of the century is her

[03:34] husband's funeral.

[03:35] >> Oh. Oh, okay. I I thought that she was

[03:38] talking about what got him there.

[03:41] No, that's she's right. That would

[03:44] >> that might have been another event that

[03:45] she had a part in planning

[03:46] >> that [laughter]

[03:49] >> the event of the century.

[03:50] >> The event I would say his assassination

[03:52] so far would

[03:53] >> I mean just so far listening to that

[03:55] does that sound like a woman who just

[03:58] lost her husband in an unexpected and

[04:00] shocking way in a prolific

[04:01] assassination. Does that sound like the

[04:03] voice of a woman? I mean, I would hope

[04:05] that somebody who loves me, my mom or my

[04:07] kids' mom or whatever, would be like in

[04:09] the fetal position at least for 20

[04:11] minutes and, you know, be shocked, but

[04:13] this woman is excited about everything.

[04:15] She's everywhere I see her, she's just

[04:17] really excited.

[04:18] >> Uh, and she's very excited on this call.

[04:21] So, let's go back to this call. Now,

[04:23] she's just remember she's referring to

[04:25] her husband's memorial funeral as the

[04:28] event of the century. and she's, you

[04:31] know, it's like um you know when you're

[04:34] talking to somebody over the phone and

[04:35] you can tell they're smiling.

[04:38] It's the same thing here. You can tell

[04:39] she's smiling as she's talking

[04:41] >> 100%. Yes.

[04:42] >> But here she here she Let's get back to

[04:45] this. So now she just said it was the

[04:46] event of the century, her husband's

[04:48] funeral, and she's thanking everybody.

[04:50] over 275,000

[04:53] people that attended and

[04:58] stadium overflow

[05:00] Westgate.

[05:02] Insane, you guys. And then

[05:04] >> it's just that was just insane. We did

[05:06] it. She sounds like a high school uh

[05:09] prom.

[05:10] >> You know how they know that they had

[05:12] 275,000 people there? Because

[05:14] immediately after that, Andrew Kovit was

[05:16] super excited about all of the people

[05:17] that Lorie France, Erica's mom, was able

[05:20] to geoence. He he came right out and

[05:22] said that, "Yeah, well, we know how many

[05:24] people were there because we geoenced

[05:26] all of them." And for those people who

[05:27] don't know what geo fencing is, it's

[05:29] spying. So, they know that your device

[05:32] is in a certain area, a TPUSA connected

[05:35] event like this memorial, a TPUSA

[05:38] connected church like the Calvary

[05:40] Chapel. And if you go to these places,

[05:43] they get your data, they get your phone

[05:45] number, your IP, your email address,

[05:47] they get all of that, and pretty soon

[05:48] you're getting fundraising text

[05:50] messages, and you're getting, you know,

[05:53] pro-Israel Zionist propaganda just

[05:55] pummeled in front of you all day long.

[05:57] So, they were spying on these people.

[06:00] It's just unbelievable.

[06:01] >> Okay, let's keep let's keep going.

[06:04] >> Have was it 100 million? We had

[06:06] thousands that were registered to vote,

[06:09] I think.

[06:11] We're at like over 200,000 for merch

[06:14] sales. Don't quote me on that cuz I

[06:15] think it just keeps like bumping up like

[06:17] crazy. But I just wanted to say a huge

[06:20] huge huge thank you to the events team,

[06:23] the development team, the graphic design

[06:25] team, the production team.

[06:29] >> She's talking about it like they just

[06:32] put on a Christmas spectacular with Bob

[06:34] Hope or something. And

[06:36] >> well, they did. I mean, you saw the

[06:37] fireworks, the pyrochnics. Can you

[06:39] imagine what the fire the sparklers bill

[06:41] was for that?

[06:42] >> Well, I I can't even just just the the

[06:45] bill for the glitter on her pants suit

[06:46] alone would be [laughter]

[06:48] >> she's making WWE entrances like she's

[06:52] Linda McMahon

[06:53] >> about to give somebody the Smackdown

[06:55] with the fake tears and everything. You

[06:56] remember seeing that, right? She was at

[06:58] the bottom of the stairway

[06:59] >> and she was coming up the stairs to the

[07:01] front to the stage and she was putting

[07:03] fake tears in her eyes. Well, that's

[07:05] >> this is somebody who we are told just

[07:06] lost her husband in a shocking way.

[07:09] >> Well, that's the that's definitely the

[07:10] speculation that she was putting menthol

[07:13] in her eyes that would make her eyes

[07:15] tear up right before she went on. That's

[07:17] the speculation. I can't nobody can, you

[07:20] know, verify that for sure, but that's

[07:22] what a lot of people have said that is

[07:24] exactly what that looked like. So, yeah,

[07:26] let's Here we go.

[07:28] >> Just phenomenal.

[07:30] >> Oh, by the way, she's talking about it's

[07:32] phenomenal. His funeral was phenomenal.

[07:34] And it's phenomenal that they raised

[07:36] $250,000

[07:38] off of Mertz or $200,000 off of merch

[07:41] sales, meaning memorial t-shirts for

[07:44] Charlie. That kind of

[07:46] >> freedom shirt. It also probably means if

[07:49] you stop to get your picture taken, you

[07:51] know, um, at Amfest, well, we know what

[07:53] they did there. They brought the murder

[07:55] scene to America Fest,

[07:56] >> right?

[07:57] >> Which she would have had to have

[07:58] approved, right? I mean, she's the CEO.

[08:01] So she here she is thanking everybody

[08:03] for what a great success financial

[08:06] success that TPUSA is experiencing right

[08:09] now after Charlie's death.

[08:11] >> Incredible work um leading into the

[08:13] memorial. Um and honestly a lot of this

[08:16] the staff that worked on the memorial

[08:18] they had

[08:20] 20our days for a week during the time of

[08:22] us grieving the loss of my husband. And

[08:25] honestly I know several staff that

[08:28] didn't even sleep. Um, again, you guys

[08:31] are

[08:34] breathing angels. I don't care if any of

[08:36] you

[08:36] >> So,

[08:38] so I I really this

[08:40] >> the death of her husband was kind of a

[08:41] short like kind of glossed over, wasn't

[08:43] it?

[08:44] >> Very very much.

[08:46] Um,

[08:47] uh, and those those those a lot of those

[08:49] employees that she's thanking from the

[08:51] bottom of her heart for working 80our

[08:54] weeks up until the memorial, uh, they

[08:56] just went and fired 40 of them.

[08:58] >> Yep. They're gone. 40 of them are gone

[09:00] and now they and now they're holding up

[09:02] big signs at all the TPUSA events. We're

[09:04] hiring.

[09:06] >> We're hiring right now.

[09:07] >> So they're they're they fired them

[09:09] without without explanation. They did

[09:11] like an ambush firing. They would bring

[09:13] people into the office and they would

[09:15] have their general counsel just fire

[09:17] them and not give them a reason at all.

[09:20] People who just got done. This is the

[09:21] people that Erica refers to as her TPUSA

[09:24] family and that's how they treated them.

[09:26] Just to let you know when she says that.

[09:28] Oh, thank everybody working so hard at

[09:30] production tri everybody doing the

[09:33] working 80our week and then they fired

[09:35] them just to let you know. Okay.

[09:37] >> Have beef with each other from the past

[09:39] >> and now she's telling people back

[09:44] breathing angels. I don't care if any of

[09:46] you have beef with each other from the

[09:48] past or have any issues with

[09:52] someone said something about this or

[09:53] that. Like if you guys have any of that,

[09:55] please put it to rest. My husband's

[09:57] dead. Like I'm not trying to be morbid,

[09:59] but he's dead. And it puts life into

[10:01] perspective of how short life is and

[10:04] relationships.

[10:05] >> It is the general tone.

[10:07] >> So I just want to say so she's telling

[10:09] people my husband. So she's positioning

[10:11] herself again. I'm the victim. My

[10:14] husband's dead. I'm the victim. So that

[10:16] means that anybody who works at TPUSA,

[10:19] which I understand they have like 600

[10:21] employees, that anybody who works there,

[10:24] if you have a disagreement with a

[10:25] coworker about anything, get over it.

[10:29] Cuz my husband died. So you can't have

[10:31] normal human emotions, you can't have a

[10:34] normal human disagreements with people.

[10:37] >> This woman has never had a normal human

[10:38] emotion in her life. Not since I've

[10:40] known who she was.

[10:42] >> I I I Me too. I would have to concur.

[10:46] So, here's what here's how Candace this

[10:48] is her reaction to what we just listened

[10:50] to.

[10:51] >> It's relationships.

[10:52] >> It is the general tone that is

[10:54] offputting. It's the laughter that is

[10:56] offputting. It's again, we are not even

[10:58] 2 weeks after watching your husband be

[11:00] assassinated. We're talking about

[11:02] numbers and metrics that have been hit.

[11:05] And my husband's dead. Not to be morbid.

[11:07] That is a sentence that I and this was

[11:10] not my husband and I had no sort of the

[11:14] type of relationship that she had with

[11:15] him that I was able to utter least of I

[11:19] mean that's moving pretty quickly to the

[11:21] acceptance phase. Now we know everybody

[11:25] grieavves differently in my imagination.

[11:29] I don't I just thought she would be more

[11:34] upset. I do want to remind you that

[11:36] Charlie has not been dead for two weeks.

[11:39] That's where we have to go back to.

[11:40] >> Okay. So, I just want to I want to play

[11:42] that for people one more time without

[11:45] stopping it. It's not long. So, I'm

[11:46] going to do this.

[11:47] >> Hi everybody. I still love all these

[11:50] emoji Zoom [laughter]

[11:53] things. Um, wow.

[11:56] >> It is funny.

[11:57] >> I don't even know where to begin. The

[11:59] fact that we were able to pull off

[12:03] an event

[12:05] of a century, like it's just insane. We

[12:08] had over 275,000

[12:11] people that attended and

[12:16] stadium, overflow,

[12:19] Westgate.

[12:20] Insane, you guys. And then you have, was

[12:24] it 100 million? We had thousands that

[12:26] were registered to vote.

[12:28] I think we're at like over 200,000 for

[12:33] merch sales. Don't quote me on that

[12:34] because I think it just keeps like

[12:35] bumping up like crazy. But I just wanted

[12:38] to say a huge, huge, huge thank you to

[12:41] the events team, the development team,

[12:44] the graphic design team, the production

[12:46] team, just phenomenal. Their incredible

[12:49] work um leading into the memorial. Um,

[12:52] and honestly, a lot of this the staff

[12:54] that worked on the memorial, they had

[12:57] 20our days for a week during the time of

[13:00] us grieving the loss of my husband. And

[13:03] honestly, I know several staff that

[13:05] didn't even sleep. Um, again, you guys

[13:09] are

[13:10] >> breathing angels.

[13:11] >> Breathing angels. I don't care if any of

[13:13] you have beef with each other from the

[13:15] past or have any issues with

[13:19] someone said something about this or

[13:21] that. Like if you guys have any of that,

[13:22] please put it to rest. My husband's

[13:24] dead. Like I'm not trying to be morbid,

[13:26] but he's dead. And it puts life into

[13:28] perspective of how short life is and

[13:31] relationships.

[13:33] >> So there it is. That's the whole and

[13:36] that when I first heard that I my

[13:38] reaction was like that like for a couple

[13:42] of minutes, I was like, "Oh my god, this

[13:45] is

[13:45] >> and the time frame is important. The

[13:47] time frame is very It's like 11 days

[13:49] after his assassination, right?

[13:51] >> Yeah.

[13:52] >> Yeah.

[13:52] >> Yeah. It's unbelievable. Did you see

[13:54] that? I posted a video or during the

[13:57] interview with my whistleblower

[13:58] yesterday that I shared a video of her

[13:59] before Amfest backstage preparing for

[14:02] Amfest.

[14:02] >> We are going to we're going to play that

[14:04] next. So, yeah, hold on to that. So, I I

[14:07] I just want to say that a common uh

[14:11] tactic that the people like Erica and

[14:13] TPUSA have been using to discredit

[14:16] people like Candice or uh anybody who's

[14:20] looking into this at at all. If you look

[14:22] into the the assassination of Charlie

[14:24] Kirk, what they do

[14:26] >> is what they say is that you're just

[14:28] doing this for clicks. Look at all the

[14:30] money she's making. Uh they tried to

[14:32] pretend like it's Candace Owens who's

[14:33] the one who's capitalizing off of

[14:35] Charlie's death when she's just doing

[14:37] her normal show like she always has and

[14:39] she's making this getting the same

[14:40] amount of views as she always has and

[14:42] now so but the of course that's called

[14:45] projection. Carl Jung teaches us that's

[14:47] projection. They're the ones who are

[14:49] actually rolling in the dough after

[14:52] Charlie's death capitalizing off of his

[14:54] death. And you heard her that's what

[14:56] she's talking about right now about all

[14:58] the cash that they made off of his

[15:00] death. Isn't that what's happening right

[15:02] there? The same thing she's accused

[15:03] Candace Owens of.

[15:04] >> Yeah, absolutely. And it's been hundreds

[15:06] of millions of dollars because let's not

[15:08] forget about the donor class that

[15:09] Charlie Kirk was trying to distance

[15:11] himself from in the days, weeks, and

[15:13] months leading up to his death. So, I

[15:15] mean, there are hundreds of millions of

[15:17] dollars that have been promised to this

[15:19] organization as long as they tow the

[15:20] line, and they're happy to do that. I

[15:23] mean, this has become absolutely

[15:25] a post-mortem humiliation ritual as they

[15:28] try to recreate the person that Charlie

[15:30] was while he was alive. The whole week

[15:32] on the Fox News Channel and the Shabbat,

[15:34] Shalom, Daddy's Home, throw the phone

[15:37] poem that she recited like she was

[15:39] Tupac.

[15:40] It's just like, you know, when you say

[15:42] normal human emotions,

[15:45] this is a woman who, as far as I'm

[15:47] concerned, and a lot of people said that

[15:48] it was crass, that it was low crass, it

[15:50] was disrespectful, I shouldn't do it.

[15:53] But immediately, Jimmy, immediately when

[15:56] she opened her mouth, actually, she

[15:58] didn't even have to. I was driving down

[16:00] the road and I don't know if it was the

[16:02] day after, but it was within 48 hours of

[16:04] Charlie being shockingly taken from all

[16:06] of us. Billions of people on the

[16:08] internet have watched this. And it was

[16:10] within a matter of 48 hours, I get a

[16:12] text message from TurningPoint signed by

[16:14] Erica Kirk asking for donations. And at

[16:17] that point for me, it was gloves off. At

[16:19] that point, it was like, "Okay, I see

[16:21] what this is." And then it was the

[16:23] Freedom shirts. And then it was the

[16:24] sparklers, and it was the fake tears,

[16:26] and it was the week on Fox News. And it

[16:28] was every camera that she could get in

[16:30] front of. And everything is scripted and

[16:32] fake. and for her entire life. Every

[16:36] time you dig a little bit deeper, you

[16:38] find some other strange anomaly. And

[16:41] when you're talking about people that

[16:42] are saying, "Oh, well, you know, Candace

[16:44] is just doing this for clicks." The

[16:46] other argument that I always get is,

[16:47] "Why can't you just leave this woman

[16:49] alone? Why can't you just let her

[16:50] grieve? Everybody grieavves differently.

[16:52] Everybody's heard that. It's a big joke

[16:54] now. It's a meme." Uh, but this woman,

[16:57] everything about her, I just don't know

[16:59] how anybody could spend 5 minutes

[17:01] keystroking on the internet and look

[17:03] into her and not say, "Well, this is

[17:06] just absolutely bizarre." And this woman

[17:09] has completely fabricated her entire

[17:12] childhood, her entire career. She's

[17:15] scrubbed the internet of entire

[17:17] relationships, including a whole

[17:18] engagement. She's lied about the most

[17:21] trivial things when she could have just

[17:23] told us the truth about being on Fort

[17:24] Wuka. When she could have told us the

[17:26] truth about dating or drinking, just

[17:28] little things. And if you're willing to

[17:30] lie about those things, you're willing

[17:31] to lie about the big things. And it

[17:33] turns out she is. So, I agree. [snorts]

[17:36] I mean, that whole that whole phone

[17:38] call, it doesn't surprise me, though,

[17:40] because I've spent a lot of time kind of

[17:42] getting to know the person that Erica

[17:43] Kirk is. And when I heard that from

[17:46] Candace, it just it didn't shock me. I

[17:48] wasn't surprised. It's shocking. It's

[17:50] shocking to hear a person actually doing

[17:52] that and to know that there are beings

[17:55] among us that can actually put their

[17:57] emotions aside or just not have them and

[18:00] to carry on like this is a big

[18:02] celebration. But I mean, I'm just here

[18:04] to tell you it doesn't surprise me

[18:06] because my theory or my take is that I

[18:09] am not convinced that Erica Kirk did not

[18:12] have fornowledge at this point of what

[18:14] was going to happen on September 10th.

[18:15] That's where I'm at. No. Well, you

[18:17] >> and I don't know if that's a Rubicon

[18:18] that a lot of people don't want to

[18:19] cross, but uh from where I sit, it this

[18:23] this this looks like a woman who had

[18:24] fornowledge.

[18:25] >> Well, Baron Coleman also has come to

[18:27] that conclusion who's done a lot of deep

[18:29] dives as you have on this subject and he

[18:33] concluded that he thinks she had

[18:35] fornowledge of his assassination. So,

[18:38] that's him

[18:38] >> at minimum

[18:40] >> you and it certainly looks that way.

[18:44] >> All right, be honest. Have you noticed

[18:46] yourself moving slower, avoiding stairs,

[18:48] feeling stiff in the morning? If so, pay

[18:50] attention. The truth is, mobility

[18:52] doesn't just vanish overnight. It's a

[18:54] slow decline, and before you know it,

[18:56] you're the guy making weird noises every

[18:58] time you get up off the couch. But by

[19:00] the time you pay those grunts enough

[19:02] attention, it can feel too late. But it

[19:04] doesn't have to be. That's where Juvent

[19:07] comes in. This isn't some gimmick or

[19:08] magic pill. It's a clinically proven

[19:11] device that uses safe, low impact micro

[19:14] vibrations to strengthen your bones,

[19:16] improve your circulation, and keep your

[19:18] joints working the way they're supposed

[19:20] to. Notice I said micro vibration. This

[19:23] is nothing like those other shake plates

[19:26] on the market, which by the way can be

[19:28] extremely dangerous. I stand on my

[19:30] Juventice

[19:34] difference in how I feel. It's like

[19:36] giving your body a tuneup before it

[19:38] completely breaks down. Athletes,

[19:40] doctors, even NASA uses the thing, and

[19:42] it's good enough for the astronauts.

[19:44] It's good enough for me. With a 10-year

[19:47] limited warranty, financing options, and

[19:49] the ability to use FSA funds, it's never

[19:52] been easier. So, don't wait until your

[19:54] knees sound like a bowl of Rice

[19:56] Krispies. Get a Juvent. I got one. Go to

[19:59] juvent.com/door

[20:01] and start moving like you're supposed

[20:03] to. That's jud n t.com/door.
