[00:27] nurturing and everything typically okay

[00:29] it's not exclusive but the reason the

[00:32] reason that uh women are predominantly

[00:34] nurses is because men were nurses

[00:37] predominantly before the Civil War and

[00:40] then when the men went off the fight the

[00:42] women started becoming nurses because

[00:43] they didn't have enough men that's part

[00:45] of it you know the interesting point is

[00:46] women were not allowed leaders since

[00:47] before the Civil War

[00:50] that's right so as soon as they opened

[00:52] it up in the Civil War women nursing

[00:54] went up exponentially that's just one

[00:55] instance one example there's lots of

[00:58] fields where women earn more than men

[01:00] and I'm okay with that okay there's lots

[01:03] of fields where men earn more than women

[01:05] and if it's just if it's Justified on

[01:07] work ethics and commitment to the job or

[01:10] what you study then everyone should be

[01:12] okay with that the majors that perform

[01:14] the best that had the highest likelihood

[01:16] to get you a high paying job petroleum

[01:19] engineering Finance business engineering

[01:22] okay are almost 80 to 90 men

[01:26] if you go into Majors that have a low

[01:29] likelihood of getting a high paying job

[01:30] not that they're less important it's

[01:32] just the reality of it psychology

[01:34] sociology teaching Pre-K education

[01:37] they're almost all women that's because

[01:40] how our construct is who we are our DNA

[01:44] no matter how much Social Engineering we

[01:45] try to do women are going to be more

[01:47] likely to go towards something where you

[01:49] listen and nurture and you've developed

[01:51] young children or people in a position

[01:53] of vulnerability and men are going to go

[01:55] in a place where you have to hunt where

[01:57] you have to go after deals where you

[01:59] have to process information we can't

[02:01] change that now in the individual Fields

[02:03] women usually earn more than men in

[02:05] Psychology women earn more than men in

[02:08] the stem Fields when they actually go

[02:09] there and I think we should have more

[02:11] women instead but to blame it on the

[02:13] patriarchy the blame it on sexism
