[00:00] New witnesses, leaked photos, buried
[00:03] evidence. Cash Patel's story about the
[00:06] Charlie Kirk assassination is collapsing
[00:09] fast. And the NBA drama, that's just a
[00:13] blatant cover up. And I'm about to
[00:15] expose it all using footage from someone
[00:18] who was at UVU on September 10th. His
[00:21] name is Chance, and he was sitting right
[00:24] in the front row when Charlie was
[00:26] assassinated. [cheering]
[00:28] USA, USA, USA, USA, USA, USA, [cheering]
[00:36] USA, USA, USA, USA.
[00:43] >> Since then, he's shared several videos
[00:45] describing what he saw that day and what
[00:48] he's been through ever since. But the
[00:50] deeper I looked into his story, the
[00:53] stranger things got. I first came across
[00:55] him through a Tik Tok. In that clip,
[00:58] without even realizing it, he exposed
[01:01] just how bizarre this entire
[01:03] investigation has been. I reposted the
[01:06] video on X and it blew up overnight. But
[01:09] almost immediately after that, the video
[01:12] disappeared from his account with no
[01:14] warning, no explanation, just gone. At
[01:18] first, I thought maybe Tik Tok took it
[01:21] down. Probably because Larry Ellison's
[01:23] new algorithm didn't like what was in
[01:25] it. But then yesterday, out of nowhere,
[01:28] the guy finally broke his silence. He
[01:31] explained why he had to delete it, and
[01:34] what he revealed shows how they're
[01:37] burying witnesses. So, I I initially
[01:39] didn't want to delete the video, but I
[01:42] ended up just doing it because
[01:44] apparently [snorts] all the
[01:46] [clears throat] comments on that video,
[01:47] apparently I'm under a gag order, which
[01:49] I didn't know even existed, and I don't
[01:52] really know what it is still, and I kind
[01:54] of don't want to risk it being bad for
[01:57] me and my family. So, um I I I don't
[02:01] think I didn't really say anything too
[02:04] involved with like what the gag order
[02:06] was, I'm pretty sure. But there was one
[02:07] thing I said in the video that was like
[02:10] they could be mad about that for some
[02:12] reason. So, I didn't want to delete it,
[02:15] but
[02:17] I figure it's just like whatever. Like,
[02:19] I'll just delete it. Maybe I can explain
[02:22] it in a different video when the gag
[02:23] order isn't around. But yeah,
[02:28] kind of strange, but
[02:31] yeah, I I just decided to delete it cuz
[02:33] me and my wife were talking about it and
[02:35] it's just strange.
[02:37] >> Look, I've been saying this from the
[02:39] very beginning. They found some way to
[02:42] silence every single witness. That's why
[02:46] nobody's talking about what they saw
[02:48] that day. And it's not because they
[02:50] don't care. It's because they're scared.
[02:52] They just don't want to get tangled up
[02:54] in a legal mess or end up on some
[02:57] government watch list. So, they stay
[03:00] quiet. And that's exactly how you cover
[03:02] up something like this. You don't just
[03:04] bury the evidence. You also make sure
[03:06] people are too scared to even talk about
[03:09] it. Now, about what Chance revealed in
[03:11] that deleted video. This is where things
[03:14] get interesting. If you're new to seeing
[03:17] my face, I was in the front row of the
[03:20] Charlie Kirk um
[03:23] thing. It's kind of hard for me to say
[03:25] it, but
[03:27] um I was there. You haven't seen all
[03:29] that, go to my page, you'll you'll see
[03:31] all of it. But what I'm going to talk
[03:33] about right now is the interview that I
[03:36] had on Real America's Voice. They
[03:38] reached out to me after seeing my
[03:39] videos. Long story short, they reached
[03:41] out to me like on an interview like on
[03:43] the news. at the end of the interview
[03:45] basically he was like okay real quick
[03:47] like long story short um has the FBI
[03:50] like reached out to you yet to see like
[03:52] your witness statement like what whatot
[03:55] and I just said no and it was like this
[03:57] kind of dramatic like no and he was like
[04:00] well okay uh wow you see even days after
[04:04] the shooting the FBI still had not
[04:07] interviewed him was almost as if they
[04:09] didn't even know he existed but that
[04:12] suddenly changed after he gave an
[04:14] interview to Real America's Voice
[04:17] >> and I heard the shot and immediately
[04:20] like when something like that happens in
[04:22] a crowd of people like that you want to
[04:24] like almost question what's going on
[04:28] like that didn't just happen and so
[04:30] that's what was kind of going through my
[04:31] head and at first I wanted to downplay
[04:34] it and like think it was some kid like
[04:35] doing a prank
[04:37] >> did have the FBI and and and the uh
[04:39] authorities contacted you very quick No.
[04:46] >> Okay. Well, maybe they should.
[04:47] >> The moment that interview went public,
[04:50] he got on someone's radar because the
[04:53] very next day he got the call.
[04:55] >> And then the next day, I get a call from
[04:58] an unknown number. And I was like, "Huh,
[05:00] that's weird. Wonder who this is." Like
[05:03] I literally thought in my head, I'm
[05:04] like, "Oh, this has to be like the FBI."
[05:06] He called me and he was like, "Hey, is
[05:08] this Chance Gilbert?" And I was like,
[05:09] "Yes." was like, "Hey man, um, in our
[05:13] records somehow we found you and were
[05:16] you there on like the day of Charlie
[05:18] Kirk's assassination?" And I was like,
[05:20] "Yes, I was." So the dude called me and
[05:22] he's like, "Hey, is this Chance?" And I
[05:23] was like, "Yeah, found you on our
[05:24] records like facial recognition or
[05:26] something that you like might have been
[05:28] at the Charlie Kirk assassination
[05:29] event." And I was like, "Uh, yeah,
[05:33] that's me." It was like
[05:35] probably like like two weeks after the
[05:39] actual event for timeline. I was like,
[05:43] "Yeah, man." Like I was there and he's
[05:45] like, "Yeah, what we would like to have
[05:46] you do is come in to like come down to
[05:49] the station, you know, and get like a
[05:52] verbal statement and a written statement
[05:54] from you, like an official statement."
[05:55] Yeah. I was just like, "Yeah, man. Like,
[05:57] I'd love to help." I don't think they
[05:59] ever used facial recognition, but if
[06:01] they had, they wouldn't be asking the
[06:03] public to identify the shooter. Any
[06:06] videos or photos that you might have uh
[06:08] the public should be submitted to our
[06:10] digital media tip line, which is uh
[06:13] www.fbi.gov/utah
[06:17] valleyshooting all lowercase. Again,
[06:20] that is fbi.gov/utah
[06:23] valley shooting all lowercase. You can
[06:26] also provide general tips about the
[06:28] shooting by calling 1 800 call FBI.
[06:31] That's 1800 C l FBI or at tips.fbi.gov.
[06:38] No, I think some agent saw the interview
[06:41] and brought Chance in for an interview
[06:43] to cover his own ass. But pay attention
[06:46] to how they handled him. During the
[06:48] interview, they subtly planted the idea
[06:51] that he might have to testify in court.
[06:54] And it was all just like over phone
[06:55] number, which I was kind of surprised
[06:57] about. Just like texting with a SBI
[06:59] agent. He was like, "Yeah, come here.
[07:01] Pull up." And I was like, "All right,
[07:02] bet." My buddy's was like 20 minutes
[07:05] long, and mine was 2 hours. When I got
[07:07] in, he was like, "Hey, yeah, how's it
[07:09] going?" "Yeah, my name's uh Agent
[07:11] Schultz, yada yada." Basically, what
[07:13] this is for just court hearings or like
[07:16] the court if they need to like get
[07:18] witness statements or like watch witness
[07:20] statements to see what happened like
[07:22] that, they can. And I was like, "Okay,
[07:23] cool. Yeah, I'd love to to share."
[07:25] >> And that's all it takes. One comment
[07:27] like that and most people will just shut
[07:30] down completely. Especially when they
[07:32] could see people talking about the gag
[07:34] order on the news.
[07:36] >> There is a substantial amount of
[07:38] discovery in this case, your honor. It's
[07:40] voluminous to say the least.
[07:42] >> His lawyers entered their formal
[07:44] appearance and declined to wave his
[07:45] right to a preliminary hearing. Judge
[07:47] Tony Graph has issued a gag order
[07:49] preventing anyone associated with the
[07:51] case from talking about it.
[07:52] >> Now, over time, I've learned not to take
[07:55] anyone's word at face value in this
[07:57] case. Still, Chance strikes me as
[08:00] someone who's just trying to make sense
[08:01] of it all, even if that means repeating
[08:04] what the officials say. He even seems to
[08:06] agree with the official theory about
[08:08] where the shot came from, the booth. So,
[08:10] this would be my right and this would be
[08:12] my left. Um, when I heard the shot go
[08:15] off, my eyes
[08:18] flicked this way.
[08:21] So, directly to the right and behind me
[08:25] is where I heard the shot coming from.
[08:28] From what I've can tell, the what it
[08:31] sounded like is
[08:34] it came from back there where it could
[08:36] have been. It did sound a little bit
[08:39] closer than that far away, but it could
[08:44] have been just the sound ricocheting off
[08:47] of cuz we were like in a dome. We were
[08:50] in like a pavilion. Like the sound
[08:51] effect of it might have sounded
[08:54] different because we were in such an
[08:55] enclosed space. Could Chance be spinning
[08:58] a story? It's possible. But if he's not,
[09:01] if even half of what he's saying is
[09:03] true, then it sure feels like someone's
[09:06] been working hard behind the scenes to
[09:08] silence anyone who tried to tell the
[09:11] truth about what they saw. And honestly,
[09:13] if that's not a cover up, then what is?
[09:16] But of course, Cash Patel isn't
[09:18] addressing any of our questions.
[09:21] Instead, he's suddenly busy busting an
[09:24] NBA sports betting ring. I'll just
[09:27] highlight some of the some of the
[09:28] details in the case and the FBI work and
[09:30] then you'll hear from the others. But as
[09:33] you now know, individuals such as Chanty
[09:35] Bilips, Damon Jones, and Terry Rosier
[09:38] were taken into custody today. Former
[09:40] current NBA players and coaches.
[09:43] What you don't know is that this is an
[09:46] illegal gambling operation and sports
[09:48] rigging operation that spanned the
[09:49] course of years. The FBI led a
[09:51] coordinative takedown across 11 states
[09:54] to arrest over 30 individuals today
[09:56] responsible for this case, which is very
[09:58] much ongoing.
[10:00] Not only did we crack into the fraud
[10:03] that these perpetrators
[10:06] committed on the grand stage of the NBA,
[10:09] but we also entered and executed a
[10:13] system of justice against Laasanosra to
[10:16] include the Bonano, Gambino, Genevvesi,
[10:19] and Luchesi crime families. And you'll
[10:21] hear more about those details today.
[10:24] The charges and the arrests that were
[10:25] taken down across this country range
[10:27] from wire fraud, money laundering,
[10:28] extortion, robbery, illegal gambling.
[10:31] This FBI will leave no room for any
[10:34] perpetrator of crime across this
[10:36] country.
[10:37] >> Not going to lie, I half expected him to
[10:39] start talking about Vala or the number
[10:42] 33 again, but maybe he just forgot the
[10:45] script this time. What's funny is they
[10:48] claimed they were going to quote take a
[10:50] lot of heat for going after these
[10:52] millionaire gamblers.
[10:54] >> It's not popular to go after some of the
[10:56] defendants that we went after today. Uh
[10:58] but justice has served uh blindly. And
[11:02] how do we countermand that? Simple. The
[11:04] unsealing of these indictments today
[11:06] shows the force of the Department of
[11:08] Justice and our great attorney general
[11:09] and the leadership that we have at the
[11:11] FBI and the team here to specifically
[11:13] meet out justice. And look, let's not,
[11:16] you know, mince words. This is the
[11:18] insider trading saga for the NBA. That's
[11:21] what this is. That's why we are going to
[11:23] take heat.
[11:24] >> This whole circus looks like a
[11:26] distraction, a staged sideshow to pull
[11:29] attention away from what's really going
[11:31] on. Because [clears throat] if they were
[11:33] actually serious about putting LeBron in
[11:35] jail, they'd start by asking what the
[11:38] hell he was doing at Diddy's infamous
[11:40] freakoff parties.
[11:41] >> Like we all Hey, everybody know, ain't
[11:43] no party like a Diddy party.
[11:45] Yeah, that's your son. Yeah.
[11:55] >> But Cash Patel doesn't seem too
[11:58] interested in investigating Diddy or
[12:00] explaining this photo because this guy
[12:03] looks exactly like Tyler Robinson. Same
[12:06] build, same outfit, nearly identical to
[12:09] what Tyler was wearing in that CCTV
[12:12] video. Sure, we know he's a different
[12:14] guy thanks to a different picture, but
[12:16] the question remains, how many clones of
[12:19] Tyler were hanging around the UVU campus
[12:22] that day?
[12:43] >> [music]
[13:10] >> And here's the part that doesn't add up.
[13:13] None of these supposed look alikes are
[13:15] wearing what the only witness said the
[13:17] shooter was wearing.
[13:18] >> We met an electrician working near the
[13:20] university who says someone matching
[13:22] that description approached a coworker
[13:25] at this job site.
[13:26] >> He had black sunglasses.
[13:28] He had a black co mask. He had a black
[13:31] trench coat, black cargo pants, um, and
[13:35] he was wearing a small backpack and he
[13:38] also had long, greasy black hair. The
[13:40] guy said someone's been shot.
[13:43] >> Looking back on that, did did that
[13:44] person think that was the shooter now?
[13:46] >> The guy was already trying to leave. Um,
[13:48] and so he we were then shown a picture
[13:51] uh by the sheriff at the time and the
[13:55] excavator said that it matched.
[13:58] >> So, what's going on here? Why are there
[14:00] so many doubles?
New witnesses, leaked photos, buried evidence. Cash Patel's story about the Charlie Kirk assassination is collapsing fast. And the NBA drama, that's just a blatant cover up. What's funny is they claimed they were going to quote take a lot of heat for going after these millionaire gamblers. >> It's not popular to go after some of the defendants that we went after today. Uh but justice has served uh blindly. And how do we countermand that? Simple. The unsealing of these indictments today shows the force of the Department of Justice and our great attorney general and the leadership that we have at the FBI and the team here to specifically meet out justice. And look, let's not, you know, mince words. This is the insider trading saga for the NBA. That's what this is. That's why we are going to take heat. >> This whole circus looks like a distraction, a staged sideshow to pull attention away from what's really going on. Because [clears throat] if they were actually serious about putting LeBron in jail, they'd start by asking what the hell he was doing at Diddy's infamous freakoff parties. >> Like we all Hey, everybody know, ain't no party like a Diddy party. Yeah, that's your son. Yeah. >> But Cash Patel doesn't seem too interested in investigating Diddy or explaining this photo because this guy looks exactly like Tyler Robinson. Same build, same outfit, nearly identical to what Tyler was wearing in that CCTV video. Sure, we know he's a different guy thanks to a different picture, but the question remains, how many clones of Tyler were hanging around the UVU campus that day? >> [music] >> And here's the part that doesn't add up. None of these supposed look alikes are wearing what the only witness said the shooter was wearing. >> We met an electrician working near the university who says someone matching that description approached a coworker at this job site. >> He had black sunglasses. He had a black co mask. He had a black trench coat, black cargo pants, um, and he was wearing a small backpack and he also had long, greasy black hair. The guy said someone's been shot. >> Looking back on that, did did that person think that was the shooter now? >> The guy was already trying to leave. Um, and so he we were then shown a picture uh by the sheriff at the time and the excavator said that it matched. >> So, what's going on here? Why are there so many doubles?
