[00:00] First time here on Human Events Daily,

[00:01] although I've been on his show a number

[00:03] of times. It's Steven Gardner, the host

[00:05] of the Steven Gardner Show. What's up,

[00:06] man?

[00:08] >> Hey, Jack. Good to be with you. Thanks

[00:09] for having me on.

[00:11] >> Well, you have done some fantastic

[00:14] investigative work on the story of what

[00:18] happened to my good friend, your friend

[00:21] Charlie Kirk. You actually went to Utah

[00:24] Valley University campus and you did a

[00:27] lot of gum shoe on the ground reporting

[00:30] there in Utah of what happened to

[00:34] Charlie. You took a lot of the u you

[00:36] know a lot of the different theories and

[00:38] alternate theories out there and you

[00:40] really put them to the test and I think

[00:41] you did a fantastic video that I want

[00:44] everyone to go watch. And before we get

[00:46] into it, I've got a clip of it that I

[00:48] want to play for everyone right now. I'm

[00:50] here uh at the spot where Tyler Robinson

[00:54] jumps off the roof. I'm here with Gray

[00:56] Hughes investigates

[00:59] >> and uh he's got this camera

[01:02] >> that is on a big uh telescope rod.

[01:05] >> Yeah. Extension.

[01:06] >> And uh when you put it up there, what

[01:08] did you see? Well, when you put it up

[01:10] right where he came down, there's

[01:11] actually four fingerprints that drag off

[01:16] and then another spot where maybe

[01:18] there's a towel or something like what,

[01:20] you know, I don't know what else was

[01:20] there. Maybe his foot was still up there

[01:22] and then another mark as well. So,

[01:23] there's three marks in a really thick

[01:26] dust

[01:26] >> and it's still there.

[01:27] >> Still there.

[01:28] >> Okay.

[01:28] >> I don't know a reason why they would

[01:30] actually get rid of it.

[01:31] >> Yeah.

[01:32] >> You're not going to wipe it away, right?

[01:33] >> Yeah.

[01:33] >> It's strange though.

[01:35] >> That That is strange. Yeah. And then

[01:37] I've got uh Gary right here from

[01:39] Paramount Tactical. He's just showing

[01:42] his audience the video where they say

[01:44] it's an AI person. I said it's not AI.

[01:47] The the the path drops off over there.

[01:49] >> Yeah. Right. Exactly.

[01:50] >> Yeah.

[01:53] >> So, Stephen, you you you're out there.

[01:55] You're you're looking into all this.

[01:57] These marks on the roof, what are what

[01:59] are they consistent with? tell us

[02:01] exactly how you think that fits into the

[02:04] context of what we know and what we've

[02:06] been told about Charlie's murder.

[02:09] >> Absolutely. So, I I've been very

[02:12] skeptical with everything that's

[02:13] happened with the FBI. So, I'm I'm just

[02:16] trying to use my own brain, my own

[02:18] journalism skills to go and look for

[02:21] cameras, look for evidence clues to try

[02:24] to back up the the narrative that we're

[02:26] being told, but also to make sure that I

[02:28] can hold them accountable with truth.

[02:30] What it looks like is everyone's seen

[02:32] the famous FBI footage where uh Tyler

[02:36] Robinson is running across the Losi

[02:38] building towards the north and then he

[02:42] gets down on his legs and he's kind of

[02:44] holding on to the roof and then he jumps

[02:46] off and then he heads off into the

[02:49] wooded area. Well, while I was there,

[02:53] uh, looking at how to get on the roof,

[02:56] uh, the the time it would take, what

[02:58] cameras would have captured stuff, uh, I

[03:01] was speaking with another investigative

[03:03] journalist, and what you see is when he

[03:07] gets down, uh, and he's getting ready to

[03:10] jump off the building, uh, there's, you

[03:13] can see scrapes in the dust that are

[03:15] about 36 to 40 in long, which is about

[03:18] the length of the barrel of a 3006

[03:21] rifle. You also see a handprint where

[03:23] he's trying to let himself down

[03:25] gradually and then he ends up jumping

[03:28] off uh and running into that wooded

[03:31] area. So although I want to trust the

[03:33] FBI and I believe in Cash Patel, you

[03:36] know, the American people were skeptical

[03:38] with, you know, government lies and

[03:41] cover up. I mean, look at January 6th.

[03:43] It took almost 5 years to find out that

[03:45] there was over 270 FBI agents in plain

[03:48] clothes uh in the crowd. So, I'm just

[03:51] trying to get to the bottom of this. I

[03:53] want to make sure that if Tyler Robinson

[03:56] is in fact the person that jumped off

[03:58] that roof, that the this handprint that

[04:01] they say they have, uh the the

[04:03] screwdriver, the gun, the bullet, all of

[04:05] that matches up because Charlie Kirk

[04:08] deserves justice and the American people

[04:11] deserve the truth.

[04:13] Well, and so so I want to I want to make

[04:15] sure that we're that we're tying this

[04:17] together. So that handprint that is on

[04:20] that roof, does that line up that that

[04:22] you guys uncovered with that was that

[04:24] that's that that he's using that that

[04:26] stick camera. Um does that line up with

[04:29] the video from where we see the

[04:31] individual that they've identified as

[04:33] Tyler Robinson?

[04:35] >> Yes. And we know that for two reasons.

[04:37] The first time I went out uh two weeks

[04:40] after Charlie had passed, the FBI

[04:42] actually had a yellow measuring tape

[04:46] that was taped to the cement wall of the

[04:49] Losi building. Uh and I believe that

[04:51] they were measuring the hand to the last

[04:54] bit of that. Uh you can also tell

[04:57] there's a split in the window pane just

[04:59] below this frame. Uh when you see him

[05:02] jump off. Uh, and you can see that it

[05:05] lines up exactly with where he comes off

[05:08] the building. The other thing you'll

[05:09] notice, Jack, is see that dust? There's

[05:12] no other markings on there. The only

[05:14] place that there were markings up and

[05:16] down all of that uh guttering system is

[05:20] right where Tyler Robinson jumped off.

[05:23] So, when I saw this, I was like, "Wow,

[05:25] okay, that is a huge piece of evidence."

[05:28] and and we were told in the uh paperwork

[05:31] that was submitted for the legal

[05:33] briefing that they have a palm print

[05:36] that they have fingerprints on a

[05:38] screwdriver. Um they're going to have

[05:40] the the gun. So then what I started

[05:43] doing, I started working with forensic

[05:45] uh experts to understand ballistics, to

[05:49] understand how they would use X-rays to

[05:53] follow the path of the bullet through

[05:54] Charlie's body. um where where the

[05:58] bullet was found, how they found the

[06:00] fragments. Um I I I'm not an expert in

[06:03] all of this, but I'm really good at

[06:04] asking questions, and I I wanted to

[06:06] bring that truth to my audience.

[06:10] Well, and I think this is important,

[06:12] too, because look, you know, I want to

[06:15] make sure they got the right guy. And if

[06:17] they got the right guy, I want to make

[06:19] sure that this trial goes forward and

[06:23] everything's done by the book and

[06:25] everything's done properly. And and you

[06:27] know, I've been hosting th this show as

[06:29] well as others with um in fact, uh

[06:31] people like my friend Blake Nef who was

[06:33] standing uh just a few feet away from

[06:36] where Charlie was sitting. So in the

[06:38] line of fire of this individual right

[06:40] where you were uh on you know obviously

[06:43] underneath that roof and you know this

[06:46] this all has to be done by the book and

[06:49] that's something that we absolutely all

[06:51] want. Now there was another piece of

[06:53] information that you mentioned in your

[06:55] video that was the the sound rings that

[06:57] you were digging into. What was the

[06:58] sound rings?

[07:00] >> Uh I found um another YouTuber who does

[07:04] uh sound and noise analysis. I can't

[07:07] remember his last name. I believe his

[07:08] first name is Matt. But u basically what

[07:11] he did is he took uh different people's

[07:14] cell phones and the noise and he was

[07:17] able to create a map and then the the

[07:20] the map when you start running it

[07:22] through AI and different software, it'll

[07:24] start it'll start using um

[07:28] ma mathematical formulas to pinpoint

[07:31] where the noise came from. And there's

[07:34] there there were three big rings that

[07:36] went out and wouldn't you know it all

[07:39] three the only time that they cross over

[07:42] is right on the Losi building where we

[07:44] know somebody was laying in a prone

[07:46] position with a rifle and took a shot.

[07:49] Now uh from everything that I have seen

[07:52] it looks like it's it looks like uh it's

[07:55] the story that the FBI is telling us. So

[07:58] the sound is matching up the direction

[08:01] of the bullet. Sadly, Charlie Kirk takes

[08:04] a tremendous amount of energy from the

[08:07] front. Um, that bullet uh, you know,

[08:10] destroys his neck, gets lodged uh, in

[08:12] his uh, T1 thoracic vertebrae. But you

[08:16] you start lining that up. Now, a couple

[08:18] of big things that were pointed out to

[08:20] me, and I started to pick up on this,

[08:21] and it was nice to have a forensic

[08:23] expert confirm this, but he said to me,

[08:26] "Next to the gun and the bullet, the

[08:29] most important piece of evidence against

[08:31] Tyler Robinson will be his cell phone

[08:34] data." Cell phones are able to track you

[08:37] to within a couple of inches of where

[08:40] you are. And we know,

[08:42] >> and we learned this, we learned this

[08:43] from January 6. That was the geo

[08:45] fencing. We're coming up on a quick

[08:46] break, Stephen.

[08:47] >> The Fed has finally dropped interest

[08:49] rates, and that's great news for

[08:51] American homeowners. Expenses have been

[08:54] a major burden on families. Wages are

[08:57] flat, prices keep climbing, and for

[08:59] many, the only way to make ends meet is

[09:02] to lean on credit cards. But that cycle

[09:04] of highinterest debt makes it hard to

[09:07] stay ahead. If you're a homeowner, I

[09:09] want you to call my friends at American

[09:11] Financing. Right now, interest rates

[09:14] have dropped, and many homeowners are

[09:18] seeing options in the low fives. Compare

[09:20] that to credit cards charging rates in

[09:23] the 20s or higher. There is an easy path

[09:26] to see how you can finally put your

[09:28] hard-earned equity to work for you.

[09:31] American Financing can help you pay off

[09:33] that expensive debt, free up your cash

[09:36] flow, and keep your budget under

[09:38] control. Their salarybased mortgage

[09:40] consultants are saving customers on

[09:43] average $800 a month. And if you get

[09:46] started today, you might be able to

[09:48] delay the next mortgage payment. Take

[09:51] control. Call American Financing today

[09:54] at 888686830

[09:58] or visit

[09:58] americananfinancing.net/guarder.

[10:02] Again, that's 888686830.

[10:06] Stephen, where we left off before the

[10:08] break, you were telling us though about

[10:09] the cell phone tracking, that forensic

[10:12] cell phone tracking, geo fencing data.

[10:14] We know this same exact uh method of

[10:17] tracking individuals was used in January

[10:19] 6. They were tracking. Did someone go

[10:21] onto the steps? Did they go in? Were

[10:24] they on the lawn? Where were they

[10:25] exactly? And we know that investigators

[10:27] using cell phone data can do this. What

[10:30] did you find regarding that data in this

[10:33] case?

[10:34] So, uh, we're going to know with, uh,

[10:37] great clarity whether Tyler Robinson was

[10:40] in the ORM area, whether the text

[10:43] messages that many of us have questions

[10:45] about, whether those were sent from ORM

[10:48] to Lance Twig, was Lance Twig in

[10:50] southern Utah, or was he also in ORM?

[10:53] All of that is going to come out. But

[10:55] the main thing is people are saying,

[10:58] "Okay, how would he have known based on

[11:01] this weird terrain, not being a student

[11:04] at this school, how would he have known

[11:05] this?" Because I don't believe you could

[11:07] have planned this murder from Google

[11:10] Maps. So, they're going to know based on

[11:13] his cell phone uh pathway whether he

[11:16] went on the day before, a couple of

[11:19] weeks before. They'll be able to track

[11:21] all of that. Now, I was told from

[11:23] forensic expert uh a forensic expert um

[11:28] Joseph Scott that uh they're going to be

[11:32] able to track him from 800 Street down

[11:35] through the tunnel up around the Losi

[11:37] building up the stairs onto the roof

[11:40] from the roof out to the roof line, take

[11:43] the shot, jump off the Losi building,

[11:45] run into the woods, and then I started

[11:48] seeing all of these conspiracy videos

[11:50] that uh They were able to find him on a

[11:53] little caf's

[11:55] uh security system. You can barely see

[11:58] his car, but you can see it. And you had

[12:00] all these conspiracy people saying, "How

[12:03] does a guy kill Charlie Kirk and 20

[12:05] minutes later he's uh in his car in a

[12:08] parking lot? That's not consistent with

[12:10] what a murderer would do." Well, you

[12:13] don't know how a murderer thinks, right?

[12:15] He might be sitting in that car amped up

[12:17] on adrenaline, but how did how did the

[12:20] cafe owner know that he was caught on

[12:22] his security camera? Cuz unless somebody

[12:24] breaks in, you don't just go review, you

[12:27] know, 24 hours worth of video footage.

[12:30] It's cuz the FBI tracked him to that

[12:32] location. The next morning, 7:15 a.m.

[12:36] Cedar City Maverick Gas Station. How do

[12:39] they know it's him? He swipes a credit

[12:41] card and they follow his phone. They

[12:43] know when he goes home. They know if he

[12:45] goes to visit Lance. When he goes over

[12:47] to his parents, they've got all of it.

[12:50] The phone calls, the texting,

[12:51] everything. So, uh, this forensic

[12:54] expert, uh, basically, uh, Joseph Scott

[12:57] Morgan, he shared with me that next to

[12:59] the gun, uh, the cell phone data is

[13:03] going to be the the thing that ties

[13:05] Tyler Robinson directly to the person on

[13:09] that building. And right now, there's a

[13:11] lot of doubt. Oh, I don't know if I can

[13:13] trust the FBI. Well, that that uh geot

[13:16] tracking that geo fencing, it's going to

[13:19] it's going to tell us where his phone

[13:21] was at all times on that day.

[13:25] Now, there's another piece of this that

[13:26] you mentioned when you were there and it

[13:28] had to do with the sort of the depth and

[13:31] the scope of the of the area, the

[13:35] amphitheater where the building is. Uh

[13:38] you were saying that you mentioned geom

[13:39] map Google maps a second ago and that's

[13:42] what made me think of this. You said

[13:44] that where Charlie was sitting was

[13:46] actually much deeper than you realized

[13:48] and the relative height from where

[13:51] Charlie was to the top of the Losi

[13:53] building was a bit higher. Walk us

[13:55] through what you discovered.

[13:58] So, the the video footage that you guys

[14:00] showed with me and Gary from Paramount

[14:04] Tactical, um below below us is the Hall

[14:11] of Flags. That's where the first cell

[14:13] phone picked up Tyler Robinson running

[14:15] off the roof. Then below that is where

[14:18] Charlie Kirk was sitting in a pop-up

[14:20] tent. Right. So that that is an

[14:23] amphitheater that goes up. And then the

[14:26] Losi building where he shoots from is

[14:29] three stories higher than that. So he's

[14:31] actually about four stories different,

[14:34] maybe four and a half stories different.

[14:36] Uh and so that that bullet is coming

[14:38] down at at an angle. He's also off to

[14:42] the side about 10°. So that that bullet

[14:45] is coming in at from from high to low

[14:49] and from the side where it ends up

[14:52] crashing into his neck. Um so yes, right

[14:54] here you can see uh Gary right below us

[14:58] is the Hall of Flags where somebody's

[15:00] cell phone catches Tyler Robinson

[15:03] running off off the roof. Um, so but

[15:08] until you go to the actual campus, you

[15:11] don't really understand because this

[15:13] particular campus from from an aerial uh

[15:16] point of view on Google Maps, they have

[15:19] these like red square sidewalks and they

[15:22] all seem like they're on the same level,

[15:24] but some of them might be two stories

[15:26] up, some of them might be two stories

[15:28] down. Um, and and so that really threw

[15:31] me. The first time I went out, I was

[15:32] like, "Okay, wait a minute. I've been

[15:34] covering this story. I didn't really

[15:36] understand the elevation climb. I didn't

[15:38] understand the uh the topography of of

[15:42] the campus. And so, um you know, sadly,

[15:46] right where he takes the shot is the

[15:49] very best place to take a shot. Uh

[15:51] you're up and away. You've got a clear

[15:54] line of sight to Charlie Kirk. You've

[15:56] got coverage by the cafeteria building

[15:59] in front of it. And he takes the shot

[16:01] and then runs for his life. Uh, but that

[16:04] that really threw me. Um, the other

[16:06] thing when you start looking at the uh

[16:08] the sound analysis, uh, he's shooting

[16:11] down into a bowl. That's why you're

[16:12] picking up echoes. So, some some people

[16:15] that aren't as sophisticated uh, in

[16:18] their forensic, they say, "Oh, there

[16:19] there was probably two shots." Well, no.

[16:22] Uh, it's coming down into this

[16:24] amphitheater bowl. It's picking up an

[16:26] echo. It's also passing through the

[16:28] microphone uh, system there. So when you

[16:31] really clean up all of the audio, it's

[16:34] one shot, then the supersonic boom, and

[16:37] then boom, it hits. And they were able

[16:39] to show all of that.

[16:41] So those rings are coming from you the

[16:44] initial sound wave, uh, you know, the

[16:46] sound propagation, but then initi but

[16:49] then you also have the secondary and

[16:52] tertiary waves that are hitting off of

[16:54] those other buildings into the bowl of

[16:56] the amphitheater. and and you can even

[16:58] see it on this video that you put

[17:00] together from that angle. It's a very

[17:02] small, very confined space. In fact, I

[17:05] remember going to uh when I did my

[17:07] Butler investigation um and visited and

[17:10] I've I've been to Butler multiple times

[17:11] now and looked at the site where

[17:14] President Trump had his assassination

[17:15] attempt, you realize it's so much

[17:17] smaller than it just looks on camera.

[17:19] It's so much smaller. I mean, you you

[17:21] could you could run the distance um in

[17:24] just a couple of seconds. It's a quick

[17:26] sprint would get you from one side to

[17:27] another and there's sometimes just

[17:29] videos and Google map and satellites and

[17:32] I know that a lot of like uh you know

[17:34] investigators and researchers go off of

[17:36] that but when you physically go there

[17:38] for yourself you just you see how uh how

[17:40] those angles can play tricks on you and

[17:42] it's and it's much smaller. By the way,

[17:44] I just wanted to throw out before we uh

[17:46] run out of time here that what you

[17:48] mentioned about the cell phone tracking

[17:50] data that reminds me a lot of the Brian

[17:53] Cobberger case where uh and and he

[17:56] killed those um sarity girls. But that

[17:59] was a key piece of the evidence because

[18:01] they find his fingerprint on the knife

[18:03] sheath and then what do they have? They

[18:05] have his cell phone data going back and

[18:07] forth, back and forth past that house,

[18:10] casing it before he went in getting the

[18:12] pattern of life. Stephen, we are just

[18:14] about out of time. Thank you so much for

[18:16] doing this. I hope you continue. Tell

[18:18] everyone where to go to get your video

[18:21] and access to everything you're putting

[18:22] out.
