[00:45] Owens. This whole thing gets freaking

[00:54] beginning. Erica was once again exposed
[00:56] as a liar. She said this on her recent
[00:59] interview.

[01:05] through my roommate how terrible it was.
[01:07] Somehow getting drinks was the

[01:16] unproductive. Not because I'm holier
[01:18] than whatever. I that's not I just don't
[01:21] operate that way. But I always thought
[01:23] it was very strange how she would go to
[01:25] drinks with one guy and then go to
[01:27] dinner with another. So it goes twofold
[01:29] here. So if you're expecting to marry
[01:32] someone that I was blessed with like a
[01:34] Charlie, you have to be the type of
[01:36] woman that will attract that will

[01:46] relationships and they are relevant. her
[01:48] ex-boyfriend Kabot Phillips who she
[01:50] dated back in 2017 was professionally

[01:56] if she met Charlie in 2018, that means
[01:59] just year before that she was in a
[02:01] relationship with that person Kabot
[02:03] Phillips. That means she lied because
[02:06] she said for 5 years she didn't date
[02:08] before she met Charlie. What's that
[02:09] about? Did she drink? Is everything a
[02:12] lie? And apparently Charlie and her
[02:14] ex-boyfriend were friends. They go back
[02:17] to the mid 2010s when that whole new
[02:20] wave of conservative media figures was
[02:22] coming up through campus activism
[02:24] conferences and overlapping media
[02:26] circles. They met years ago in the world
[02:29] TPUSA events, campus adjust adjacent
[02:32] activism, donor adjacent spaces and they
[02:35] were publicly friendly. There are old
[02:37] photos of them together, social posts,
[02:39] even memories that show them hanging out
[02:42] casually, not just shaking hands on
[02:43] stage. That matters because it tells us
[02:45] this wasn't a distant or abstract
[02:47] connection. They knew each other
[02:49] personally. They were comfortable being
[02:50] seen together. And there is no public
[02:52] record of a falling out or Charlie
[02:54] distancing himself from Kabot later. We
[02:57] don't know if Charlie knew about Erica
[02:58] and Kabot dating, but these pictures
[03:01] resurfaced and were brought to our
[03:03] attention. You see on that post, it
[03:05] says, "Yes, we're that couple who gets
[03:07] painting lessons together, and it's him
[03:09] and Erica." And that's September 17th,
[03:12] 2017. And from eight years ago, Charlie
[03:15] with Kabot Phillips. Yes, I beat Kabot
[03:18] one- on-one. Not sick of winning. So,
[03:22] they were friends and those two were
[03:24] dating. It's weird, right? Did he know?
[03:27] I want to know. Two years before
[03:29] Phillips, Erica was allegedly engaged to
[03:32] a guy named Tyler Massie. Here is a
[03:34] beautiful collage of their love,
[03:36] including a picture of them at a Trump
[03:38] rally in 2015. But we will focus on
[03:41] Phillips in this video as some insane
[03:43] things started coming out about him and
[03:45] this whole story gets darker and darker.
[03:47] First, Candace's whistleblower came
[03:49] claimed to have seen Erica with Kabot
[03:52] Phillips at a hotel lobby close to Fort
[03:54] Wuka just a day or two before Charlie's
[03:56] assassination. Yes, people online are
[03:59] skeptical of Mitch, ex-military guy. And
[04:02] of course, we should always be cautious
[04:04] about those things. But if it's true, if
[04:06] she was with her ex-boyfriend and that
[04:08] military base where the secret meeting
[04:10] took place right before her husband was
[04:12] shot, it does not look good. What looks
[04:15] even worse is that just two weeks after
[04:16] her husband was gone, her ex-boyfriend
[04:19] suddenly appeared on TP USA's promo
[04:21] material being promoted as a speaker on
[04:23] a campus tour. Godfather of Chaos
[04:25] tweeted, "Three weeks after Charlie Kirk
[04:26] was assassinated, Erica Kirk had her
[04:28] ex-boyfriend Kabell Phillips to replace
[04:31] Charlie at speaking engagements in her
[04:33] hometown. Am I the only one who thinks
[04:35] this is messed up? To reschedule, get
[04:37] this guy booked and get flyers printed
[04:39] would take a week at least, right? Does
[04:41] that mean she had this guy lined up
[04:43] within two weeks of Charlie being shot?

[05:09] whistleblower Mitch claimed that he saw
[05:12] Erica Kirk in a hotel lobby again near
[05:15] or at Fort Hua with a man. Take a

[05:35] sent a few congressmen, he was like,

[05:38] upon the Las Vegas congressman. We did
[05:40] not give him the name. I didn't know his
[05:41] name to be honest with you. And he went,
[05:42] "That's the guy. Everything." And I get
[05:45] this text message from Skyler being
[05:46] like, "Ben Shapiro is like on stage.
[05:48] He's just like calling you out again."
[05:50] Said to myself, "What is his investment
[05:51] in this? Why do I feel like he's
[05:53] somewhere along the way implicated in
[05:55] something?" Let me clarify. I'm not
[05:57] saying he murdered Charlie Kirk, but it
[05:59] doesn't matter if I said that either
[06:00] way. He that's his whole style is to try
[06:02] to sue people out of the free markets
[06:04] because he can't win in the free
[06:05] markets, but uh yeah, I'm going what
[06:08] like what is this? Why do I feel like
[06:09] there's a hook here? And at that time,
[06:12] someone had mentioned to me, hey, did
[06:14] you see what's going viral right now on
[06:16] X, which is that Erica Kirk lied about
[06:19] having not dated anybody before Charlie
[06:21] Kirk? And actually, I knew that she had
[06:23] dated somebody before Charlie Kirk. And
[06:25] I had I had never known that she had
[06:27] made that claim. And people were
[06:28] starting to make all of these videos
[06:30] about it and wondering if she had
[06:32] misremembered or whether or not she was
[06:34] telling an intentional lie about her
[06:36] past. And as I was looking at this, I
[06:38] sort of went, "Oh, wait. Yeah, I do
[06:40] remember that Charlie told me about
[06:41] Cabbat Phillips dating a girl. For some
[06:43] reason, I thought it was Sammy, the
[06:45] other girl that he had a crush on." And
[06:47] I was like, "Was it Erica? That's so
[06:48] funny. I'm trying to remember this."
[06:49] Then I saw a picture in somebody's Tik
[06:51] Tok of Cabbat Phillips. I hadn't seen
[06:53] him in a very long time and he worked
[06:54] for the Daily Wire and he had a beard
[06:56] and that was the thing that he kept
[06:57] saying to me as this guy had a beard. He
[06:58] was around 37. Anyways, I send him the
[07:01] picture of Cabbat Phillips and he says,
[07:03] "Yes, that's the person I remember being
[07:07] at the base." Now I'm like, that would
[07:10] be totally crazy. Maybe again, this
[07:11] could be a look alike. And so I messaged
[07:14] Kabat Phillips and did not get a
[07:16] response. I messaged Kabid Kabid
[07:17] Phillips twice today actually and asked
[07:19] him if he wanted to have an off record
[07:20] conversation because I'm we can't just
[07:22] like take that to the bank.
[07:24] >> By the way, there is a lot of look
[07:26] alikes in this story. Okay, it's weird
[07:29] because every time Candace says that
[07:31] that Mitch told her, "Oh yeah, that's
[07:33] the guy. That's the guy I saw. That's
[07:35] the woman I saw." Blah blah blah. Every
[07:37] time she says it could be a lookalike,
[07:39] but like that's a pretty big group of
[07:43] lookalikes.

[07:45] So if I saw Cabbat Phillips I and I had
[07:48] to just from reme like from memory I
[07:50] there's like 30,000 other people I would
[07:52] say it was definitely him too and I

[07:56] let me do some basic fact checks here.

[07:59] Cabbat Phillips and I know that he does
[08:00] the morning wire up a daily wire. I
[08:03] checked and he's missing from the
[08:05] morning wire. He doesn't do it daily but
[08:06] he does it enough times that I noticed
[08:08] that he is missing from September 4th to
[08:10] the September 10th on that show. And so
[08:13] I am looking to see to just debunk or
[08:17] like remove him from the picture that
[08:19] and and maybe to get a clearer
[08:21] understanding that maybe you know Mitch
[08:22] thinks he remembers things. I mean he's
[08:24] super detail oriented like telling me
[08:26] what kind of watch the person was
[08:28] wearing because he was like I was going
[08:29] to go up to him and I was going to say
[08:30] something and but I'm going I don't I
[08:32] don't know anything about actually
[08:34] Cabbet Phillips and it was very
[08:35] difficult to find any information
[08:36] outside of his father who I found a lot
[08:38] of information about actually. He's he's
[08:40] a pretty big guy. So, I thought, is this
[08:41] could this be the reason that, you know,
[08:43] my back of my mind is, could this be the
[08:45] reason that bed's having some sort of a
[08:46] weird spiral? Does he know something? Or
[08:48] is this just a case, and it could be,
[08:49] just be very clear, it could be a full
[08:51] case of Mitch misremembering, but I
[08:52] didn't give him the context. I didn't
[08:53] say this is Erica's ex-boyfriend from
[08:55] 2017. And I just found that to be
[08:57] interesting. And yeah, so I don't know
[08:59] what the reason would be to say that you
[09:01] didn't date someone you did. I don't
[09:02] understand it. I genuinely don't
[09:04] understand.

[09:07] yes, let's just all agree that Mitch
[09:09] could be a fraud. He could be
[09:11] misremembering stuff. He could have

[09:21] Mitch's claims. She can confirm where he
[09:24] was on 8th and 9th of September, but
[09:26] obviously what he saw or didn't see,

[09:30] have a person on the horizon right now
[09:32] that they are vetting that could
[09:34] possibly confirm who was at this Fort
[09:36] Hua secret military meeting the day
[09:39] before Charlie's assassination. But no
[09:41] one tried to discredit his story more
[09:43] than Alex Jones recently and he was
[09:45] trying to be smart about it. Initially,
[09:47] he wanted to sound compassionate towards
[09:49] Candace, but he is worried she got
[09:52] scammed. But then he posted this
[09:53] >> and I was already talking to TPUSA last
[09:56] week about this story and they said,
[09:58] "Listen, we know where all our people
[10:00] were, including the head of security and
[10:02] he wasn't even in Arizona when this
[10:03] happened. We'll send you the
[10:04] information." And so I got the
[10:05] information and then last night uh the
[10:07] head of security separately cuz I was
[10:09] talking to other people at TPSU USA. Uh
[10:11] Brian Tarpole sent me his information,
[10:14] his receipt buying the tickets on the
[10:16] 7th, him then using the tickets to leave
[10:18] from Dallas out to Salt Lake City ahead
[10:20] of the event the next day with Charlie
[10:22] Kirk. And the times he's in the air are
[10:24] the times that they are saying he was at
[10:27] this base uh where they think the
[10:29] assassination was being planned in
[10:31] Arizona. So just absolutely wild info.
[10:35] And the reason I held off on this
[10:36] information last week is I didn't want
[10:37] to get in a fight with Candace and they
[10:39] were going to be meeting on Monday. they
[10:40] told me, but to keep that in confidence
[10:42] in Tennessee. Uh, and so they were going
[10:45] to present her this information, other
[10:47] information, hope they could just
[10:48] diffuse all this because they don't want
[10:49] to fight with Candace. And so she comes
[10:50] out after that meeting and says it was
[10:52] really great. Maybe everything's going
[10:54] to be okay. I'm like, wonderful. Move
[10:55] on. Then she has Mitch Schnow on the
[10:59] show and he doubles down and says Erica
[11:02] Kirk was there. He's 99% sure.
[11:04] >> Why are TPUSA and Erica Kirk talking to
[11:06] Alex Jones? Did I understand it
[11:08] correctly? He knew what they will
[11:10] present to Candace in the meeting with
[11:11] Erica. When the meeting finished, Erica
[11:13] told him it went well and he told her,
[11:15] "Great, move on." Their reality is not
[11:17] reality. It's like a fever dream. And
[11:20] the more people speak about this case,
[11:22] the weirder it gets. And my chocolate
[11:24] theory comes in again. He was trying to
[11:26] clear himself out of any bad intentions
[11:29] so much he wanted to seem like the guy
[11:31] who has the no horse in this race. so
[11:34] much that he accidentally revealed this
[11:36] weird direct connection to TP USA and
[11:38] Erica. Why would they even send things
[11:40] to Alex Jones? Why would they discuss
[11:42] anything with him? Why is he the one
[11:45] that seems to be appointed by them to
[11:47] debunk what Candace is saying about the
[11:49] planes and about Fort Wuka? And he goes,

[14:02] audience that they do not provide an
[14:04] alibi for 7:30 a.m., which is when the
[14:08] meeting concluded at Fort Huka. I also
[14:11] texted Brian Harpull and offered him a
[14:13] chance to give me any response before
[14:15] our latest episode. I was looking to
[14:17] simply debunk that it was him because I
[14:20] am open to the possibility that it may
[14:22] have just been a lookalike. She's open

[19:48] Charlie Kirk spoke on Epstein files
[19:50] before Tyler Robinson shooting. Before
[19:52] his assassination, Charlie Kirk
[19:54] frequently spoke about the Epstein
[19:55] files, government transparency, and why
[19:57] he believed the public deserved to see
[19:59] every document. Here's what he used to
[20:02] say based on only on his verified past
[20:05] statements. One, he repeatedly called
[20:07] for full disclosure. Kirk argued that
[20:09] every document connected to Jeffrey
[20:11] Epstein, from flight logs to
[20:13] depositions, should be released without
[20:15] exception. He said transparency was the
[20:17] only way to rebuild public trust. Oh
[20:20] yeah, we saw this transparency. all
[20:21] these pictures that came up redacted and
[20:24] they said that it was they were
[20:25] redacting only the victims and the
[20:27] miners and then we see like a picture
[20:30] with a black square in front of the face
[20:32] but it's a old man with a tie. So what
[20:35] were they really redacting? He linked
[20:36] the case to a two-t tire justice system.
[20:38] Kirk's commentary often frames Epstein's
[20:40] case as proof of inequal unequal
[20:43] treatment in the US justice system. He
[20:45] said powerful people were shielded while
[20:47] ordinary citizens faced harsher
[20:49] consequences. Then he said he questioned
[20:51] what uh he questioned what federal
[20:54] agencies knew. In multiple podcasts and
[20:56] interviews, Kirk asked whether the FBI,
[20:59] Dodge, or intelligence agencies
[21:01] overlooked early warnings about Epstein.
[21:03] He argued that the files could reveal
[21:05] institutional failures. They didn't
[21:07] overlook anything. Okay, they didn't.
[21:10] Four, he criticized sealed names and
[21:12] heavy reductions. Kirk frequently
[21:14] objected to the continued reductions in
[21:16] Epson related documents. He suggested
[21:19] the secrecy protected influential
[21:21] individuals and damaged public
[21:22] confidence in the system. Well, duh.
[21:25] First you say, yeah, we have thousands
[21:27] of documents. It's on my desk. And then
[21:29] the president comes out and he's like,
[21:31] Epstein, who are you still on? What?
[21:33] There was nothing. No, there was nothing
[21:35] like that. And then a few months later
[21:37] when public didn't shut up about it,
[21:39] they released few pictures and most of
[21:41] them blacked out. It's a it's a circus.
[21:43] Five, he highlighted Epstein's network
[21:45] of elite connections. Kirk often pointed
[21:48] out Epstein's ties to businesses,
[21:50] leaders, politicians, academics, and
[21:52] celebrities. He believed the files would
[21:54] show how power networks allowed Epstein
[21:57] to operate for so long. Six, he said the
[22:00] media under reportported critical
[22:02] details. Kirk claimed mainstream outlets
[22:04] avoided scrutinizing certain
[22:05] high-profile individuals connected to
[22:07] Epstein. He urged independent media to
[22:09] keep the story alive. Well, that's
[22:12] what's happening, but is it working?
[22:15] Seven, he supported congressional
[22:16] pressure on Dodge. He publicly backed
[22:18] lawmakers who demanded the release of
[22:21] sealed evidence. Kirk said congressional
[22:23] oversight was necessary to expose any
[22:26] government mishandling of Epstein's
[22:28] case. We know it was mishandled. We know
[22:31] we're I'm on the other side of the
[22:32] planet and we're watching this and we're
[22:34] like, what is happening? Number eight,
[22:36] he argued Epstein's death increased
[22:38] suspicion. After Epstein died in 2019,
[22:41] Kirk said the lack of transparency
[22:43] surrounding both the case and the
[22:44] documents intensified public distrust.
[22:47] He believed the only solution was full
[22:49] disclosure. Well, so he was basically
[22:51] stating the obvious. And the nine, his
[22:53] core message, the public deserves the
[22:55] truth. Across his speeches, posts, and
[22:57] broadcast before his death, Kirk
[22:59] emphasized a single point. The Epstein
[23:01] files should be public so Americans
[23:03] could understand what happened, who was
[23:05] involved, and how institutions failed.
[23:08] Well, they failed. They keep failing on
[23:10] this absence. Somehow they cannot reveal
[23:13] it. But it doesn't exist. But it exists,
[23:16] but they need to reduct it because there
[23:19] are too many victims. But there are no
[23:20] victims. No. And somehow all these men
[23:23] are involved, but they're not involved.
[23:24] And the only person that is in jail for
[23:27] it or was is a woman.
[23:30] You cannot make it up. Congratulations,
[23:33] America. It's the top of the tops. You
[23:35] realize once again that America's
[23:36] leading industry, America's most
[23:38] profitable business is still the
[23:40] manufacturer, packaging, distribution,
[23:42] and marketing of

[23:46] on the 10th of September. I literally
[23:48] should be sitting wearing my tinfoil hat
[23:50] right now. I know. But I just couldn't
[23:53] help but but notice this reoccurring
[23:55] theme through this whole thing. Anyway,
[23:57] you tell me if I'm crazy and reaching
[23:59] beyond the logic here. I'm working on a
[24:01] timeline, guys, because once you have a
[24:03] timeline of all those alleged things,
[24:05] it's starting to create a very
[24:06] compelling picture. I will do a separate
[24:08] video just to go through that timeline
[24:10] with you guys, and then as new
[24:12] information comes out, we can just add
[24:13] it on our timeline and see how it fits
[24:15] in the story. For now, this is what we
