Joe Biden’s Last-Day Pardons: Immunity for Family Sparks Controversy

January 23, 2025

On the final day of his presidency, Joe Biden issued a series of controversial pardons granting extended federal immunity to several family members, including his siblings and in-laws. This article details the timing, scope, and implications of these pardons, based on an interview with Garrett Ziegler, founder of the Marco Polo Project, who has been investigating the Biden family’s activities.

The Timing and Secrecy of the Pardons

Joe Biden signed pardons for his sister Valerie Biden Owens, her husband John Owens, and his brothers Jimmy and Frankie Biden on January 19th, but the official documents were not released publicly until 11:30 AM on January 20th—after the presidential inauguration had begun. This delay appears deliberate, intended to avoid public scrutiny and potential political fallout.

Extended Federal Immunity for Biden Family Members

Hunter Biden received federal immunity from January 1, 2014, to December 1, 2024. Remarkably, his siblings and their spouses were granted immunity extending to January 19, 2025—three days beyond Hunter’s. This unprecedented duration surpasses even Richard Nixon’s pardon period, marking a historic first in presidential pardons.

Who Received Pardons and Why?

The pardons covered six individuals closely tied to Joe Biden:

  • Valerie Biden Owens: Joe’s sister and longtime political campaign manager.

  • John Owens: Valerie’s husband and Joe’s law school roommate and best friend.

  • Jimmy Biden: Joe’s brother, involved in various alleged criminal activities.

  • Sarah Jones Biden: Jimmy’s wife, who still holds a law license despite alleged misconduct.

  • Frankie Biden: Joe’s youngest brother, described as the least capable sibling.

Evidence of criminal activity is primarily linked to Jimmy Biden and Sarah Jones Biden, while Valerie and John Owens face allegations of unregistered lobbying and other questionable conduct, possibly documented on other Hunter Biden laptops not yet publicly available.

The Biden Family’s Criminal Allegations

Garrett Ziegler explains that the Biden family’s activities resemble a RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations) operation, with Joe Biden as the unindicted leader. The family allegedly monetized Hunter Biden as a “valuable asset,” drawing parallels to drug trade operations. Valerie Biden Owens managed Joe’s political campaigns, funneling money to her consulting firm, indicating deep involvement rather than innocence.

Legal and Procedural Issues with the Pardons

Federal judges have noted technical flaws in the pardons, such as the invalidity of pardons covering prospective conduct after the signing date. For example, Hunter Biden’s pardon was signed around 5:30 PM on January 19th but claimed immunity through midnight December 1, 2024, which is legally unenforceable. Similar timing errors apply to other family members’ pardons.

The Political and Legal Fallout

These pardons have sparked outrage due to their unprecedented nature and the perception of shielding a powerful political family from accountability. The pardons do not cover state-level crimes, leaving room for potential prosecutions in jurisdictions like Arkansas, where Hunter Biden’s financial adviser resides.

The Broader Context and Future Implications

The Biden family saga is compared to historic preemptive pardons, such as Gerald Ford’s pardon of Richard Nixon and Jimmy Carter’s pardon of draft dodgers. However, this case is unique in its scope and timing. While federal immunity may shield the family from prosecution, state and congressional investigations could still proceed. The interview stresses the importance of justice over revenge and calls for continued scrutiny.

[00:36] what Joe Biden did on the last day of

[00:39] his presidency is one of the most

[00:42] repulsive disgusting scum ofthe actions

[00:45] we've ever seen from a leader let alone

[00:47] a president of the United States joining

[00:49] us now is Garrett zegler Garrett welcome

[00:51] back to the program you are the man

[00:53] behind the Marco Polo project that is

[00:56] Marco Polo 501c3 org in some ways this

[01:00] is a Vindication because you've been

[01:01] saying the whole family was involved in

[01:03] this stuff they said no and they were so

[01:05] worried that he needed to Pardon his

[01:07] whole family we're gonna have another

[01:08] guest on tomorrow Andrew about fouchy

[01:10] and Millie because we also need to

[01:11] address that so I don't want to do that

[01:13] with you Garrett that's a whole separate

[01:15] category what did Joe Biden do in the

[01:17] last 15 minutes of his

[01:21] presidency well it was astounding I went

[01:23] and looked at the PDF document that the

[01:26] pardon attorney at the doj put out and

[01:29] it said that that the pardon for Sarah

[01:32] Biden which is his sister-in-law Jimmy's

[01:34] wife his sister Valerie her husband John

[01:38] and both of his brothers Jimmy and

[01:39] Frankie was signed on the 19th but that

[01:42] PDF only was released on the website at

[01:45] 11:30 right when even after the motor

[01:48] kid had arrived at the capital what this

[01:50] means is and I'm not sure we're going to

[01:52] find it in Foya because the Executive

[01:54] Office of the President isn't subject to

[01:56] foyer number one and number two I think

[01:57] it was a phone call they made sure they

[02:00] deliberately told the pardon attorney do

[02:03] not put this online until 11:30 because

[02:06] he signed both Millie and the j6

[02:09] scammers on the 19th as well but he

[02:12] specifically told them not to publish

[02:15] this till 11:30 a.m. with 30 minutes

[02:17] left you know the funny thing is Charlie

[02:19] we don't have Valerie or John from the

[02:23] laptop I'm not saying they didn't commit

[02:25] crimes of course they did Joe pardoned

[02:26] him but on the laptop itself his sister

[02:29] valer and her husband John there's no

[02:31] evidence of criminal activity by them on

[02:33] the laptop what this means is they

[02:36] there's a lot of scummy stuff lobbying

[02:38] unregistered lobbying but that means

[02:40] that Joe is aware of things not on this

[02:42] laptop which means it's not in our

[02:44] report that they did now Frankie Jimmy

[02:48] the brothers there's multiple felonies

[02:51] for them and I don't know how Jimmy's

[02:53] wife Sarah Jones Biden still has her bar

[02:57] license she's still barred in Maryland

[02:58] and DC and she did unconscionable things

[03:02] compared to Rudy and John Eastman and

[03:04] and Jeff Clark all of whom have

[03:06] tentatively lost their bar license so I

[03:09] think it it is a Vindication number one

[03:11] but number two I wanted to talk about

[03:13] the time frame Hunter got January 1st

[03:16] 2014 complete Federal immunity to

[03:18] December 1st of 2024 incredibly his

[03:22] siblings got even more than that his

[03:25] siblings got up to January 19th of 2025

[03:27] just just three days ago so that means

[03:31] that they are all of his family members

[03:33] his son and both of his brothers and

[03:36] sisters his brother-in-law and

[03:37] sister-in-law six individuals received

[03:39] more time in terms of federal immunity

[03:42] than even Richard Nixon twice the length

[03:45] I just figured out the number of days

[03:47] that Richard Nixon got it

[03:49] for August 9th or January 20th 1969 to

[03:53] August 9th of 1974 that is half of the

[03:56] federal immunity that all of Joe Biden's

[03:59] closest Six individuals on planet Earth

[04:02] just received so uh unprecedented isn't

[04:05] even a strong enough word unprecedented

[04:09] just means that something new has

[04:10] occurred that is likely to set a new

[04:13] precedent right I don't think there'll

[04:15] be a repeat of this this will be a

[04:17] one-off I don't think they'll receive

[04:19] any so Garrett let's let's take a step

[04:22] back I got I got to I got to slow us

[04:23] down a little bit I read the part and I

[04:25] didn't know who half these people were

[04:28] so let's you said this kind of in

[04:31] passing who are these people that

[04:33] receive Pardons and why are wives

[04:35] receiving preemptive pardons going back

[04:37] a

[04:38] decade so these pardons three of the

[04:42] five are Joe's siblings Joe is the

[04:44] classic oldest Irish Catholic son what

[04:48] that means is he got the most

[04:49] opportunities even Jimmy in an interview

[04:51] said that Joe got the best cut of meat

[04:53] Growing Up So Joe's the oldest and Then

[04:56] followed by Joe is Valerie the sister

[05:00] Jimmy the little brother who was the

[05:02] most involved who was if I had to pick

[05:04] any of the five who just got pardon

[05:06] Charlie Jimmy was the one who most

[05:07] needed it and then the littlest brother

[05:10] the most pathetic Biden by any metric

[05:13] Frankie those are his three siblings now

[05:16] the other two individuals were the

[05:19] spouses of those first two Valerie's

[05:22] married to John Owens and John Owens was

[05:25] Joe's law school roommate and best

[05:27] friend at Syracuse so the president's

[05:30] best friend at Syracuse law John Owens

[05:32] married his sister Valerie but he also

[05:34] just got a pardon so the Syracuse Law

[05:36] School class of

[05:38] 1966 should have a Scarlet Letter around

[05:41] its neck for the next you know for

[05:43] eternity because they're probably the

[05:45] only people the only law school class

[05:47] out of Syracuse to have an unconditional

[05:49] pardon given to one of its

[05:51] graduates and then um there's Sarah

[05:54] Jones Biden the wife of Jimmy like I

[05:58] said the only three of these five

[06:00] individuals do we have evidence from the

[06:03] laptop of engaging in criminal activity

[06:06] that means that Joe is aware in the case

[06:09] of Valerie and John Owens of criminal

[06:13] activity that they engaged in outside of

[06:16] the

[06:17] laptop so there's stuff that e and and

[06:20] only Jimmy and Sarah have been contacted

[06:24] by the congressional committees they're

[06:27] the only ones who comr and folks wanted

[06:29] to talk to so that means that Frankie

[06:33] and all these other three individuals

[06:35] they know something that the public

[06:37] still doesn't know and you know there

[06:39] are two other laptops that belong to

[06:41] Hunter which we go into on our report

[06:43] that we don't have access to one of

[06:44] which was picked up by the DEA in their

[06:47] raid of Hunter psychiatrist Keith ablo

[06:49] and the other was stolen by by Russian

[06:51] drug dealers in Vegas so the compromise

[06:55] is still out there we just have one of

[06:58] the three so maybe that the the pardons

[07:02] for uh Valerie and

[07:04] John uh are are because of conduct

[07:09] captured in some of those other laptops

[07:12] so

[07:13] again he didn't even have the courage to

[07:18] release this on the morning of the 19th

[07:21] he didn't even he thought this was so

[07:24] egregious that he didn't even put it up

[07:25] with fou see this actually this was

[07:28] actually the correct this was the

[07:30] correct analysis they knew that if

[07:32] president Trump knew about this before

[07:33] his inaugural he would have mentioned it

[07:34] in the inaugural and that he would have

[07:36] turned around would have been like shame

[07:37] on you and it would have been one of the

[07:39] greatest moments in American history

[07:41] they knew it that this is where the

[07:43] Biden team said we have to post this on

[07:45] the website As Trump is taking the stage

[07:48] and I mean you got to give credit to the

[07:50] Biden team if you're going to sneak it

[07:51] in you do it that way but they were so

[07:53] petrified of a public humiliation of

[07:55] which it would have been warranted right

[07:57] of which president Trump could have said

[07:59] listen I didn't pardon my family when I

[08:01] left office yet I was a victim of

[08:03] lawfare and look what this lunatic just

[08:05] did and like oh man that would have just

[08:07] been that would have honestly been very

[08:09] warranted given the repulsive disgusting

[08:12] nature of these pardons so in the

[08:15] interest of time here Garrett again

[08:17] there are names here that I have to

[08:18] Google John T

[08:20] Owens he didn't pardon

[08:23] himself a point that President Trump has

[08:26] astutely now

[08:27] mentioned yes I watched the interview

[08:30] last night with Hannity I thought it was

[08:31] great and Trump is right on the money

[08:34] and it's the Reason by the way why we

[08:36] dedicated three years to this it's not

[08:37] just because Jimmy is a criminal and and

[08:40] a money launderer that is borne out by

[08:43] number one the pardon number two the

[08:45] conduct on the laptop it's that this was

[08:47] a RICO operation so Joe was the

[08:50] unindicted not just co-conspirator Joe

[08:53] was the unindicted leader of the of the

[08:55] RICO conspiracy and they were monetizing

[08:58] in you know I think the RICO statute is

[09:00] 18 USC

[09:03] 1961 in that federal statute he is the

[09:08] valuable asset being monetized he is the

[09:13] human equivalent of you know the cocaine

[09:15] trade in Colombia in the 1970s I know it

[09:18] sounds crass but that is literally what

[09:20] they were doing Valerie Biden one of the

[09:23] one of the five individuals his sister

[09:26] his his best friend according to his

[09:27] biographers she was the manager of every

[09:30] single campaign for Joe in the Senate

[09:32] all six of them and she was the manager

[09:34] for his failed presidential campaigns in

[09:36] ' 08 or in in

[09:38] 1988 so that means that every every

[09:42] vendor that Joe Biden ever used in

[09:44] campaigns all that money was funneled to

[09:47] Valerie's political consulting firm

[09:49] called Joe slay and white so this isn't

[09:53] the case of an innocent spouse right um

[09:58] you know there's actually federal laws

[10:00] about claiming innocent spouse

[10:03] especially with uh tax returns a lot of

[10:05] wives in American history especially

[10:07] Mobsters have tried to claim that with

[10:09] Valerie she is not like that she was the

[10:12] head of the political uh Consulting

[10:14] operation and everything their syur and

[10:17] their positions relied on Joe Catey

[10:20] Jimmy he uh and again I'm not for

[10:23] necessarily everybody going to college

[10:25] of course uh but but Jimmy has no

[10:28] practical skills either it's one thing

[10:30] if you don't go to college right and

[10:32] you're and you're you have Street smarts

[10:34] you're quick witted you don't need it

[10:36] Jimmy on the other hand just from

[10:38] reading the emails Charlie has the

[10:41] communication skills of like a sixth

[10:43] grader so he's not even he's not even

[10:46] impressive in his own right it would be

[10:47] one thing if the bidens grifted and were

[10:50] very Adept and swaave people and

[10:53] articulate right but they're not even

[10:55] that they're the worst version of Joe

[10:57] the Gaff machine so that makes it that

[11:01] that UPS the Ane and makes this thing

[11:02] even more of a comedy because it's one

[11:05] thing to be corrupt but impressive

[11:07] they're not even impressive and the only

[11:09] reason why we know so much of their

[11:11] criminal activity is because the

[11:13] smartest man Joe says he knows left a

[11:16] laptop at a repair shop so Garrett we're

[11:19] not focused on Revenge we're focused on

[11:21] Justice this is such an affront to our

[11:24] Traditions the likes of which there's

[11:26] nothing ever in the history of the

[11:27] Republic we're preemptive pardons are

[11:29] extraordinarily rare there are two major

[11:31] instances of preemptive pardons in

[11:33] America the first of which would be

[11:35] Gerald Ford preemptively paring

[11:36] pardoning Richard Nixon the second of

[11:38] which uh would be the preemptive pardons

[11:40] of Jimmy Carter with draft Dodgers those

[11:43] are the two largest instances of

[11:45] preemptive pardons uh that we've seen uh

[11:48] in American history this is a whole

[11:51] different category we'll handle the

[11:52] fouchy the Millie the j6 committee and

[11:54] the staff

[11:55] tomorrow but is this the end of criminal

[11:58] exposure liability for the Biden crime

[12:02] family at the federal

[12:05] level probably I say probably because

[12:08] they could still call Hunter and Jimmy

[12:11] in in the likely lie under of so it's

[12:15] contingent upon Trump's new US attorneys

[12:18] having courage to charge them on perjury

[12:21] charges when they inevitably do lie um

[12:25] so I would urge the

[12:27] Congress Sarah

[12:29] she she definitely needs to lose her bar

[12:31] license and she did commit money

[12:33] laundering but she won't know as much as

[12:35] Jimmy and Hunter so I would urge the

[12:37] Congress to bring them in and of course

[12:39] that immunity ended January 19th so

[12:41] anything going forward is fair game from

[12:44] a federal level but the the great one of

[12:47] the the great sad stories about this

[12:49] Saga is that the Republican AGS and

[12:53] County Das didn't look and didn't uh

[12:57] basically enforce the law there's no

[13:00] state level immunity for Hunter and

[13:02] Jimmy because of these Pardons and every

[13:05] single crime they committed whether it's

[13:07] drugs money

[13:09] laundering prostitution they all have a

[13:12] local jurisdiction component now to be

[13:14] frank a lot of these occurred in blue

[13:16] States a lot in Connecticut a lot in New

[13:18] York a lot in DC a lot in California

[13:20] however Hunter's financial adviser

[13:24] Edward puit lives in fville Arkansas

[13:28] where Bill and Hillary used to teach

[13:31] that jurisdiction by virtue of Hunter's

[13:33] financial adviser being there every

[13:35] single one of these wire transfers that

[13:37] Hunter Biden facilitated using Wells

[13:39] Fargo it has jurisdiction in Arkansas

[13:42] now there are a couple of them that's

[13:45] are still within the statute of

[13:46] limitations most of them have passed of

[13:48] course we've gone in and looked at what

[13:49] the statute of limitation is for moneya

[13:51] laundering in Arkansas for some offenses

[13:53] depending on the dollar amount it's 6

[13:55] years for most it's 5 years so we're

[13:57] getting at the end of that

[13:59] but I think there was no excuse and the

[14:02] left figured this out now their cases

[14:04] were ridiculous and they each had a

[14:06] federal component to him especially the

[14:08] Stormy Daniels hoax it's a federal

[14:10] election component but Hunter and and

[14:13] Jimmy Biden's cases are much more

[14:14] clearcut they used Arkansas wires namely

[14:19] their financial adviser in fville to

[14:22] facilitate transactions which engaged in

[14:25] money laundering that is undeniable and

[14:29] even if before January 19th somebody

[14:31] heard me say that and you know they

[14:34] doubted it and they didn't read our 644

[14:37] page book I know I sent you guys some

[14:39] copies they just need to go look at the

[14:40] pardon they have to see the bread of

[14:43] this thing one more point of privilege I

[14:45] want to I want to bring up the federal

[14:47] judge in Hunters Los Angeles case the

[14:49] same district in which he's suing us

[14:51] civil raked Joe over the Kohls because

[14:54] there is a portion of Joe's pardon to

[14:57] Hunter and his recent pardon of of his

[14:59] siblings and their spouses that is not

[15:02] valid and here it is when he pardoned

[15:06] Hunter and he pardon those folks on the

[15:07] January 19th he said the pardon went

[15:11] through the date of the pardon that is

[15:14] for for a couple of hours that is

[15:17] unenforceable what I mean by that is Joe

[15:19] didn't sign these things at 1159 in the

[15:22] case of Hunter we know that for a fact

[15:24] we know he signed it around 5:30 because

[15:25] they announced it at 6 and of course Joe

[15:28] is fed wiped and put to bed at about

[15:31] 8:30 every night so we know he's not up

[15:33] till 11:59 signing these things for the

[15:36] amount of hours and this is technical

[15:39] but just bear with me the for the amount

[15:41] of hours that still were in those two

[15:44] days and and after he signed it you

[15:48] cannot paron prospective conduct so the

[15:50] judge in Hunter's federal case said

[15:53] we're not it's not going to affect this

[15:55] case but just for the

[15:56] record those 6 hours that occurred from

[15:59] 600 pm. to midnight on December 1st 2024

[16:03] that's not covered by the party and yet

[16:05] Joe said it was so and he made this

[16:07] mistake again with his siblings you

[16:09] thought the staff secretary the Biden

[16:12] equivalent of of will sharf you know the

[16:14] staff secretary would have made it

[16:17] through the day before Joe should Joe's

[16:19] Parton should have said to through

[16:21] January 18th because those

[16:24] hours it's just pathetic that's why I

[16:26] wanted to bring it up is they made the

[16:27] mistake again even after a federal judge

[16:29] excor them in the case of

[16:32] Hunter fascinating Garrett everyone

[16:34] check out Marco Polo 501c3 dog thank you

[16:38] so much Garrett see you guys tomorrow

[16:40] the Biden crime family repulsive stuff

[16:42] see you tomorrow

[16:43] [Music]
