[00:00] So, how many of you still believe the
[00:02] official Charlie Kirk assassination
[00:04] story that Tyler Robinson is the
[00:08] shooter? Uh, there's more and more that
[00:11] keeps coming out that make things just
[00:12] simply not add up. This is the latest.
[00:16] Now, remember what they claimed was that
[00:18] Tyler Robinson had confessed to his
[00:20] family, turned himself in,
[00:23] and then later we found out that wasn't
[00:26] true. Then authorities came out and said
[00:28] he's not cooperating. He's not
[00:29] confessing. He's not saying that he did
[00:31] it. We have all of these strange videos
[00:34] about the shooting. How did he get the
[00:36] gun on the roof? Where's the Where's the
[00:38] footage of him shooting from the roof?
[00:40] They clearly had a CCTV camera on that
[00:42] exact location. They show us footage of
[00:45] him running, but they don't show us
[00:46] footage of him aiming the gun and
[00:48] shooting. No, we don't get any of that.
[00:49] Right. Well, here's just one more
[00:51] oddity. Apparently, now police stations
[00:54] are just covered in cameras, but
[00:57] apparently there is no footage at all of
[01:01] Tyler Robinson turning himself in. What?
[01:04] Watch this.
[01:05] >> Rudy Bautista is a rule eight attorney.
[01:08] Qualifications only select number of
[01:10] defense attorneys in Utah have in order
[01:12] to defend cases with a capital offense,
[01:14] some involving a possible death penalty.
[01:16] He's not affiliated with the case
[01:18] involving Tyler Robinson, who's accused
[01:20] of shooting and killing Charlie Kirk
[01:22] back in September. I showed him what I
[01:24] found that could indicate there is
[01:25] potential missing evidence in the case.
[01:28] >> He said, "Hey, I know who I know who
[01:30] Charlie Kirk shooter is."
[01:31] >> On September 17th, 2025, Washington
[01:34] County Sheriff Nate Brooksby held a
[01:36] press conference.
[01:37] >> Our job was not to interview. Our job
[01:38] was just to get him here. after Charlie
[01:40] Kirk's alleged shooter was taken into
[01:42] custody in Washington County less than
[01:44] two days after the shooting.
[01:45] >> Within the hour um my friend uh drove
[01:49] Tyler and his parents to my office where
[01:52] he was greeted by uh plane closed
[01:55] detectives.
[01:55] >> After learning of this, I submitted a
[01:57] public records request to obtain any
[01:59] video of Tyler Robinson walking into the
[02:01] jail facility. Washington County
[02:03] responded saying there were no records
[02:05] responsive to the request as Robinson
[02:08] did not go to the jail area. Our request
[02:10] for any holding room video was denied. A
[02:13] few weeks later, I re-uped the request
[02:15] on a more generalized scale for
[02:17] surveillance video showing Tyler
[02:19] Robinson walking into the sheriff's
[02:21] office.
[02:21] >> For the state of Utah, we would
[02:23] certainly hope that this video is
[02:24] available. The response, "Our office
[02:27] does not have any applicable records
[02:29] responsive to this request as the
[02:31] surveillance footage is no longer
[02:32] available after the 30-day retention
[02:34] period.
[02:35] >> If in fact it has been destroyed and not
[02:38] preserved is very concerning. And if it
[02:41] has, then it's very concerning that
[02:43] they're telling you they don't have it.
[02:44] If they no longer have it, I would have
[02:46] expected to say that this this video has
[02:48] been provided to the Utah County law
[02:50] enforcement. Please contact them."
[02:53] >> Wow. What? So, the video of Tyler
[02:56] Robinson is missing. It doesn't or it
[02:59] doesn't exist. It never existed. How is
[03:01] that possible? When you turn yourself
[03:03] into a police station, there's cameras
[03:04] everywhere. How is that possible? Where
[03:06] is the footage of this? Uh, I mean, it's
[03:09] a really good question. And what's even
[03:11] more amazing is that this was done by a
[03:13] local news channel, KUTV. This is CBS
[03:15] News in Salt Lake. I believe the
[03:18] reporter on here is Brian Schne. Um,
[03:21] amazing doing this work. uh exposing
[03:24] this story, being able to do this on
[03:26] local news. Pretty incredible. But where
[03:29] is that footage? This is just one more,
[03:31] you know, they're they're just trying to
[03:32] tell us, believe the official story, but
[03:35] we're not going to give you any evidence
[03:36] at all. And we're going to release these
[03:38] kind of strange text messages that sound
[03:40] like they were crafted by a couple of
[03:42] cops sitting there thinking, "How would
[03:44] a couple of furries talk to each other?"
[03:46] Well, my dad was a real Trumper. You
[03:48] know, he's sitting there explaining to
[03:49] his supposed boyfriend about his family
[03:52] while he's on the run from police, as if
[03:54] that's believable. We're supposed to
[03:56] believe that he packed a rifle in his
[03:58] tight jeans that a furry wears, right?
[04:01] Tight tight jeans, uh, packs a rifle, an
[04:04] entire rifle in there, and that he goes
[04:07] up on a roof that is covered with CT
[04:09] CCTV footage and yet there's no footage
[04:12] of him actually firing the weapon. I
[04:13] mean, they've just time after time after
[04:15] time tried to get us to believe a story,
[04:18] telling us that we are conspiracy
[04:19] theorists if we believe anything else.
[04:21] And yet, when a local reporter from Salt
[04:23] Lake just says, you know, I just want to
[04:24] ask like, where are the arrest tapes?
[04:26] And he comes back with, "Oh, um, well,
[04:28] if you don't ask for them within 30
[04:30] days, they get erased." Really, in an
[04:32] active criminal investigation like this,
[04:34] you erase you don't you're not erasing
[04:36] any tapes. Don't lie to us. This is
[04:39] like, "Oh, where's the moonlanding
[04:41] tapes? Oh, we we don't know. We recorded
[04:44] over them or we lost them. Like, how did
[04:45] you lose the greatest achievement of
[04:48] mankind? How did you tape over the
[04:50] greatest achievement of mankind? And
[04:52] then you're supposed to just we're
[04:53] supposed to just believe it. I mean,
[04:55] it's just it's ridiculous. It's
[04:57] ridiculous. It's ridiculous to think
[04:59] that they didn't preserve every ounce of
[05:00] evidence that they had against Tyler
[05:02] Robinson, including him walking into the
[05:04] police station with his parents. If
[05:06] their narrative is he turned himself in
[05:08] because he said he was guilty, then why
[05:10] don't we see the imagery of him turning
[05:12] himself in peacefully,
[05:16] not under duress, walking in with his
[05:18] mom and dad like they've told us that he
[05:21] came in and he confessed. We want to see
[05:23] that footage. Where's his mom and dad
[05:25] walking with him in? Where's him? Where
[05:28] is he peacefully turning himself in and
[05:30] saying, "I did it." I mean, we're not
[05:32] going to get any audio. Okay, I get
[05:34] that. But we should at least see this
[05:37] peaceful a this peaceful video of him
[05:39] turning himself in because that's the
[05:40] narrative. That's what they've tried to
[05:41] tell us. He admitted to it. He turned
[05:43] himself in. His dad talked him into
[05:45] turning himself in. He went and that's
[05:47] what happened. Okay, show us. Oh, no.
[05:49] We're not getting that. Why not? Oh, uh,
[05:51] we don't have those tapes. Oh, really?
[05:52] Where are the tape? Oh, he didn't ask
[05:54] for them, so we taped over them.
[05:58] So, you know, they're [clears throat]
[05:59] just trying to They just treat us like
[06:01] we're stupid. They treat us e either
[06:03] that either they're treating us like
[06:04] they're like we're stupid or they really
[06:06] are stupid and they actually did get rid
[06:08] of the tapes in some way or they how
[06:11] could they never exist? Of course they
[06:12] must have existed. If he actually turned
[06:15] himself to the police station, they
[06:16] existed
[06:19] because the police stations are covered
[06:22] in cameras. Like every police station in
[06:24] America is covered in cameras. But this
[06:27] is like the Jeffrey Epstein committed
[06:29] suicide. Well, the cameras just so
[06:31] happened to not be working. It just so
[06:33] happened to have all the tools you
[06:34] needed to kill himself in a cell. It
[06:35] just so happened to not have a cellmate.
[06:37] It just so happened. It just so happened
[06:39] that the guards fell asleep, both of
[06:40] them at the same time. It just so
[06:42] happened that nobody checked in on just
[06:43] so happen, you know, all of these stupid
[06:45] coincidences they try to get us to
[06:46] believe. And now this is another one.
[06:47] This is another case where, you know,
[06:49] they don't want conspiracy theories, so
[06:51] they claim, well, we just just want a
[06:53] clear-cut case. Then don't give us a
[06:55] reason to be conspiracy theorists
[06:57] because it sounds like it's not a
[06:58] theory. It sounds like there's an actual
[06:59] conspiracy going on here and we want to
[07:01] know what it is.
[07:04] But of course, we're not going to know
[07:05] what it is because
[07:08] they don't want to admit that they maybe
[07:09] don't have the right guy. They did it
[07:11] twice already. They arrested the wrong
[07:12] guys or they questioned the wrong guys
[07:14] or they took into custody the wrong guys
[07:15] and then they had to be like, "Whoops,
[07:17] wrong guy. Whoops, wrong guy again.
[07:19] Okay, no, we got the guy. We got the guy
[07:21] now.
[07:22] Okay, where's all the evidence?" Oh, uh,
[07:25] we don't have any of that. So, um I I
[07:28] just really they just think we're so
[07:30] dumb. They just they really just think
[07:32] we're stupid. Maybe we are. I don't
[07:34] know. Do we deserve this? Sometimes I
[07:36] wonder maybe we just deserve this
[07:37] treatment because maybe we have been so
[07:39] dumb. Or maybe we just I think we're all
[07:41] waking up to just not trusting authority
[07:43] anymore. And that's that's a dangerous,
[07:46] you know, that is dangerous cuz there is
[07:47] a time when you should trust authority,
[07:49] but we can't trust our current
[07:50] authorities at all because there they
[07:53] lie to us constantly. But I mean that
[07:55] that's not a healthy world to live in
[07:57] where we can't trust leadership. We have
[07:58] to have leadership. People need
[08:00] leadership. But we need leadership we
[08:02] can trust. We need leadership that's
[08:03] transparent. We need leadership that
[08:04] isn't working on behalf of a foreign
[08:06] government that potentially is trying to
[08:08] cover up a murder. I mean, these are the
[08:10] type this is what we we need a real
[08:12] government that works for us. And when
[08:15] they cover up a murder where it feels
[08:16] like or it seems like they're doing
[08:18] things to cover up a murder,
[08:21] we just we we just cannot trust them and
[08:23] we lose trust rightfully.
[08:26] And that's going to lead to a society of
[08:27] chaos because we need leadership. But we
[08:29] don't need this leadership because this
[08:30] leadership sucks. All right, guys. That
[08:32] is it for tonight's show. We'll be back
[08:34] Monday. It is Friday, guys. Have a great
[08:37] weekend. We will be back Monday. We'll
[08:38] be here Monday and Tuesday next week,

[08:42] And then we are off the rest of the week
[08:43] for the holiday um for Thanksgiving
[08:45] vacation. We are off. So I I will be
[08:48] doing a locals live stream during that
[08:49] vacation time. However, cuz I am still
[08:51] working taking Thanksgiving day off, but
[08:53] I will still be working. We just won't
[08:54] be doing shows. I've got producers.
[08:56] Yeah, they got to spend time with their
[08:57] families. So uh we won't be here
[08:59] Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, but we
[09:02] will be here Monday and Tuesday. Have a
[09:04] great weekend. Get ready for the
[09:07] holiday. And I'll see you guys back here
