Allen Parr's Biblical Response to Charlie Kirk's Death and Racism Claims
Showing 2 Allen Parr videos from Charlie Kirk's video collection.
Allen Parr, a pastor and YouTube Bible teacher, responded to Charlie Kirk's assassination by refusing to take either side of the argument raging online over Kirk's legacy. Rather than defend every statement Kirk had made or pile on the accusations of racism that spread after his death, Parr built his response around three questions he says matter more than picking a side: how should Christians respond to people they believe hold racist views, how should Christians respond to being called racist themselves, and what does a genuinely biblical answer to both look like, as opposed to a purely political one. He drew on a personal memory to ground the reflection, recalling an invitation from Kirk's organization in 2019 to an event at Liberty University meant to launch a center named for Kirk and Jerry Falwell Jr., a project that stalled after Falwell's own scandal. Parr said he deliberately waited a few days before posting anything, resisting the pull to be first with a take in order to think it through instead. His approach throughout stays consistent with that instinct: slow down, ask better questions than the ones being shouted online, and let a biblical framework rather than partisan loyalty decide the answer.
