Charlie Kirk Shooter Tyler Robinson Returns to Court as Defense Claims Prosecutor Conflict of Interest

[00:01] 22-year-old Tyler Robinson. He's back in

[00:04] court. His legal team has been arguing

[00:06] that the prosecutor's office has a

[00:08] conflict of interest and should be

[00:10] removed from the case because one of the

[00:12] prosecutor's 18-year-old child was at

[00:14] Utah Valley University when Charlie Kirk

[00:17] was shot and killed. Also, Erica Kirk,

[00:20] she's been pushing for meaningful media

[00:23] access in this trial. So there's full

[00:25] transparency because as we've been

[00:28] seeing for some time now, there are

[00:29] plenty of conspiracy theories getting

[00:31] plenty of traction. CJ,

[00:35] you know, you're exactly right. It's

[00:37] incredible to see Erica Kurt continuing

[00:38] to be as strong as she is as she

[00:40] navigates this process and again calling

[00:42] for transparency, which I think is

[00:44] probably making a lot of those

[00:45] conspiracy theorists very much upset

[00:48] because it absolutely blows up their

[00:49] entire narrative. You know, it was

[00:51] interesting to see the legal counsel of

[00:53] Tyler Robinson again trying to delay

[00:55] this case. That was another motion that

[00:57] Erica Kirk had filed asking for a speedy

[01:00] trial to be conducted. Stop the delays.

[01:02] Stop the grandstanding. Let's get

[01:04] justice for Charlie Kirk. Uh nothing's

[01:07] going to stand in the way of that. Erica

[01:08] is going to keep fighting and I'm glad

[01:09] that she is.

[01:31] Trump's assassination attempt back in

[01:33] Butler was all staged.

[01:43] got intoxicated

[01:45] by Trump's um campaign. They got

[01:49] intoxicated by the fight, fight photo,

[01:51] which I'm now going to go on the

[01:53] permanent record. I think he totally

[01:54] staged the assassination. I've watched

[01:56] it. I think he staged it. They lowered

[01:58] the flag. They let the press go in. I

[02:00] think he staged the whole thing. That's

[02:02] just my opinion. Maybe I'm going blue

[02:32] was allowed to go on CNN almost every

[02:34] other night to spar with Scott Jennings

[02:36] and we're supposed to treat her as a

[02:38] legitimate intellectual or legitimate

[02:40] political commentator as she spreads

[02:41] conspiracy theories about the attempted

[02:43] assassination of the leader of the free

[02:45] world. Give me a break. If a Republican

[02:47] did the same thing about any Democrat

[02:49] who's a victim of brazen political

[02:51] violence, they would be cancelled. Their

[02:53] career would be over. We would not treat

[02:55] them as a legitimate political

[02:57] personality and or voice. When will we

[02:59] hold this woman to that same standard?
