[00:00] Welcome back for another episode of
[00:01] Patriotic Housewife. I hope everyone is
[00:03] having a great evening. Well, Stu Peters
[00:07] just dropped a bomb in his Stu Peters
[00:08] Network show and we are just going to go
[00:10] over a clip of him discussing how the
[00:14] DNA does not match Tyler Robinson that
[00:17] was found on the gun from September 9th
[00:19] in the assassination of Charlie Kirk.
[00:21] So, let's just roll on into that because
[00:25] that is wild if in fact true.
[00:32] an island. You're not taking these
[00:33] arrows alone.
[00:35] SPNstore.com for the mug. Stew
[00:37] peters.tv. $14 off your right now. Be I
[00:41] mean the assassination of Charlie Kirk
[00:42] brass tax here undoubtedly is the most
[00:45] consequential most public political
[00:47] assassination of our lifetimes. Unless
[00:49] you were alive for the killing of JFK.
[00:52] But even if he were, it's not the same
[00:53] because Charlie Kirk was executed on a
[00:55] live stream in front of millions of
[00:57] viewers. And by the time that day ended
[01:00] on 91025, billions of people had seen
[01:02] that footage. With Kennedy, it took
[01:04] decades to get the Zruder film in front
[01:06] of a national audience. With Charlie
[01:07] Kirk, all of this happened in real time.
[01:11] And the footage is crystal clear.
[01:14] So yeah, this should be a massively
[01:16] high-profile case, but it's not. Instead
[01:18] of watching the trial of a century play
[01:20] out in Utah on national or even
[01:22] international television networks,
[01:25] instead of seeing the federal government
[01:27] blasting us with assloads of evidence
[01:29] that undoubtedly convicts Tyler Robinson
[01:31] in both a court of law and the court of
[01:33] public opinion, the average American
[01:35] citizen, for the most part, is just
[01:37] being completely kept in the dark here.
[01:38] But of course, all of that is by design.
[01:42] There's been a few updates on the Fox
[01:44] News Channel and a couple of other
[01:45] corporate outlets, but as far as really
[01:46] digging into whatever's actually
[01:48] happening in that courtroom,
[01:51] like the pre-trial hearings and the
[01:53] proceedings that are playing out right
[01:54] now, today, and throughout this week,
[01:57] your average cable news consumer is
[01:59] getting nothing.
[02:01] Erica Kirk, we talked about her attempts
[02:03] to ram this case, which for the record
[02:05] is a death penalty case, through these
[02:08] courts as quickly as humanly possible.
[02:11] The grieving widow with the help of her
[02:13] Florida based white collar tax evasion
[02:15] attorney that's linked Jeffrey Epstein
[02:18] filed a motion on January 16th invoking
[02:21] what she claims to be her right as the
[02:23] self-proclaimed victim of this crime to
[02:26] a speedy trial.
[02:29] She wants to execute this guy right now.
[02:32] She forgave him, but she wants him dead.
[02:35] According to the grieving widow and
[02:36] Jeffrey Epstein's buddy, the United
[02:39] States Constitution gives her that
[02:40] right. When in reality, it does the
[02:42] exact opposite. The US Constitution
[02:44] actually gives the defendant the right
[02:45] to a speedy trial. But that doesn't
[02:47] matter to Erica Kirk or the FBI or the
[02:50] DOJ or Turning Point USA. What matters
[02:53] to these people is cementing the
[02:56] narrative that Tyler Robinson killed
[02:57] Charlie Kirk.
[02:59] They want to write this in stone that
[03:01] some transchasing furryloving weirdo who
[03:04] looks like he couldn't fight his way out
[03:05] of a wet paper bag scaled the side of a
[03:08] building like Spider-Man undetected
[03:10] around thousands of people in broad
[03:12] daylight took up that position on top of
[03:15] the roof with his grandfather's 30 6 and
[03:18] shot Charlie Kirk in the neck from over
[03:20] 140 yards away leaving no exit wound
[03:22] before rapidly escaping with a rifle
[03:24] shoved down his pants and making off
[03:27] into the woods where he left the murder
[03:28] weapon wrapped in a towel and a neat
[03:30] little stack of physical evidence for
[03:32] investigators to stumble upon
[03:35] before writing in paragraph form a full
[03:38] confession text to his trans lover,
[03:41] going to a Dairy Queen for a hot eat and
[03:43] a cool treat, going on to confess to his
[03:46] father and a pastor and a US marshal and
[03:49] ultimately to the local sheriff when he
[03:51] turned himself in. Footage of which
[03:53] doesn't exist, by the way. Now,
[03:54] obviously, there are a lot of problems
[03:57] with everything that I just ran through,
[03:58] and that's just surface level.
[04:01] But what I want to focus on this evening
[04:03] is the so-called murder weapon and the
[04:05] pile of so-called evidence that
[04:07] investigators pulled out of the woods.
[04:08] Now, look, we already know that Charlie
[04:10] Kirk wasn't shot in the neck with a 306.
[04:12] That just didn't happen.
[04:15] And something else that didn't happen is
[04:17] that Tyler Robinson didn't leave a pile
[04:19] of evidence in the woods. And I'm not
[04:20] just saying that because it's my opinion
[04:22] or because I just feel like it. I'm
[04:25] saying it because it's true. In fact,
[04:27] it's already come out in court.
[04:30] You may not have heard because nobody's
[04:32] really talking about it, but during a
[04:34] pre-trial hearing just yesterday, new
[04:37] information was revealed proving exactly
[04:39] what I just said and a whole lot more.
[04:40] There are some serious problems with
[04:42] this case. And one of those problems is
[04:45] the fact that the so-called murder
[04:47] weapon that investigators found in the
[04:49] woods contains the DNA of at least five
[04:52] people.
[04:54] Yes, five people. You heard that right.
[04:56] The
[04:56] >> You guys heard that right. Five people,
[04:59] which they're trying, I think, to pull
[05:01] down and allegedly newspaper articles
[05:04] and certain things that have come out
[05:06] online because they don't want this to
[05:08] look verifiable. They're trying to uh
[05:10] not make court dates. Um, I want to
[05:13] [clears throat] say they're not making
[05:14] them like public record, but they're
[05:16] they're trying to keep them to where you
[05:18] don't even know a court hearing is going
[05:19] to happen. Um, and now they're going to
[05:22] be doing a few of them. I think in the
[05:24] future it's looking like they're going
[05:25] to be like Zoom. Um, I really believe
[05:28] that they are trying to keep people from
[05:30] watching these live hearings, attending
[05:33] actual court hearings and so on. They do
[05:36] not want people around this case. It is
[05:39] really, really crazy. And you have to
[05:41] ask yourself why. Why
[05:45] >> rifle that we are told Tyler Robinson
[05:47] used to shoot Charlie Kirk in the neck
[05:50] only for the bullet of course to be
[05:52] caught by Charlie's Superman like Bones
[05:54] of Steel
[05:57] is riddled with the DNA of people who
[05:59] aren't Tyler Robinson.
[06:03] >> Sorry guys, the wind here is kind of
[06:05] crazy. At least five different people
[06:07] had their hands and their DNA
[06:11] all over this weapon.
[06:14] And again, this was revealed in open
[06:17] court on video.
[06:19] This is information that Turning Point
[06:21] USA and the Fox News Channel and the
[06:23] rest of them don't want you to know. But
[06:24] watch this.
[06:25] >> You said there was evidence uh the DNA
[06:28] um was evidence consistent or DNA
[06:30] consistent with the defendant's DNA
[06:31] found on that rifle.
[06:32] >> Check to hearay.
[06:34] council.
[06:35] >> Uh, this is this this really ought to be
[06:37] considered under kind of a 104 a 104.
[06:40] >> Hold on, guys. Let me try to
[06:42] >> rule of evidence here. We're not
[06:44] offering the admission of this to prove
[06:45] guilty.
[06:46] >> One second. I'm going to make this
[06:48] smaller because I think it's this volume
[06:52] is why we can't hear as well. No, that's
[06:55] fully on. whether or not uh there's a
[06:57] conflict of interest, the val the
[06:59] existence of other evidence besides the
[07:02] uh adult child in this case is relevant
[07:05] to whether or not she is she is a
[07:07] material witness. If we've got DNA
[07:09] proving or suggesting or proving
[07:11] otherwise, it's it's directly relevant
[07:14] to that.
[07:16] And under 104 that the court can
[07:18] consider it.
[07:18] >> Oh, wait. You guys could hear the whole
[07:20] time. Okay. Sorry. Sorry, guys.
[07:23] >> All right. And Miss Nester, anything
[07:25] further?
[07:26] >> No, sir.
[07:26] >> All right. Based off so I will overrule
[07:29] the objection based off rule 104 and as
[07:32] it relates only to this hearing today.
[07:35] >> Understood.
[07:36] >> Sorry. Could you repeat a question?
[07:37] >> DNA. Is is DNA consistent with the
[07:40] defendant's DNA found on the firearm
[07:42] that was found at the scene?
[07:44] >> Yes, the DNA on the firearm was
[07:45] consistent with that of Mr. Robinson.
[07:47] >> You mentioned the DNA evidence. You're
[07:49] certainly not a DNA expert. Is that
[07:51] correct?
[07:53] I'm not now.
[07:54] >> And are you aware that DN the DNA
[07:57] evidence that was seized from the scene
[07:58] consisted of a mixture of at least five
[08:00] different individuals?
[08:02] >> I'm not a DNA expert. So
[08:05] >> So you know enough to say what helps
[08:06] him, but you're not going to answer
[08:08] whether or not there were five
[08:09] individuals mixed into that DNA.
[08:10] >> I'm not aware of that. No.
[08:12] >> Okay. And you're certainly not qualified
[08:14] to interpret complex DNA mixtures, are
[08:16] you?
[08:17] >> No, I'm not.
[08:17] >> Okay.
[08:18] >> Okay. What you just saw there is a
[08:20] federal agent, obviously of foreign
[08:22] origin, being put on the spot and
[08:25] refusing to answer that question because
[08:27] he would have to admit that the murder
[08:29] weapon is no more linked to Tyler
[08:32] Robinson than it is to everyone else
[08:34] whose DNA was found on it. I mean, this
[08:37] is huge.
[08:39] This should be reported on by every news
[08:42] agency out there if they're actually
[08:43] serious about reporting the news, but
[08:45] they're not, of course, we know that.
[08:46] So, they're pretending that that
[08:48] exchange never even happened.
[08:51] The big lynch pin in this entire case is
[08:54] the murder weapon,
[08:56] and it's that the murder weapon is a
[08:58] rifle that belongs to Tyler Robinson's
[09:01] grandfather that Tyler Robinson stole
[09:03] and used to kill Charlie Kirk.
[09:06] And the secondary lynch pin is the
[09:08] so-called confession text that the FBI
[09:10] claims Tyler Robinson wrote to his trans
[09:12] lover, which reads like it was written
[09:14] by ChatGpt or by some boomer cop
[09:16] somewhere.
[09:18] The evidence is all bullshit.
[09:22] And by the way, who does the DNA on that
[09:24] rifle belong to? Are they ever going to
[09:27] tell us
[09:29] or are they just going to act like what
[09:30] we just saw with
[09:31] >> Well, they really should tell us. That's
[09:33] the thing. So they really should tell us
[09:35] who the DNA belongs to and who the five
[09:38] people are
[09:41] that that I mean we have to know who the
[09:43] DNA is from. That would be but in this
[09:46] case they're they haven't been honest
[09:47] about anything so who knows if we'll
[09:49] even really get that but yeah we should
[09:51] know
[09:51] >> with our own eyes and heard with our own
[09:53] ears never happened.
[09:56] Definitely the latter because Tyler
[09:57] Robinson is being railroaded and the
[09:59] general public is being gaslit into
[10:01] believing that anyone who questions the
[10:04] process here. Anyone who questions what
[10:08] evidence the government has in this case
[10:11] is quickly shot down as a conspiracy
[10:13] theorist or as someone who's being mean
[10:15] to a grieving widow like Erica Kirk.
[10:19] And there's some more information that
[10:21] came out of yesterday's hearing that we
[10:22] need to address. Now, we have talked
[10:24] here before about the fact that one of
[10:26] Utah County's top prosecutors in this
[10:28] case has a child who was at the scene of
[10:31] Charlie Kirk's assassination.
[10:34] Well, we can now confirm that that
[10:36] attorney is Chad Grander. And yesterday,
[10:39] the Utah County Attorney, Jeffrey Gray,
[10:42] Grander's boss, took to the stand in
[10:45] Robinson's pre-trial hearing and claimed
[10:47] that despite Granander's kid being an
[10:49] eyewitness, there's no conflict of
[10:52] interest.
[10:53] Grander is going to stay on the case.
[10:55] Watch this.
[10:56] >> Prosecutor A uh received a me, you were
[10:59] with prosecutor A and prosecutor A
[11:01] received a message from his child um
[11:04] that uh Charlie Kirk had been shot.
[11:06] >> Yes. Is that right? Um, and then you
[11:08] testified that prosecutor A left to go
[11:11] to um, uh, the scene. Do you know why
[11:16] prosecutor A left? Was it to go to the
[11:18] scene and help law enforcement or to be
[11:21] with his child?
[11:22] >> To assist in any way we can with law
[11:24] enforcement.
[11:27] Um,
[11:35] you previously testified that you did
[11:37] not consult the attorney general's
[11:38] office about whether or not this was a
[11:40] conflict of interest that would require
[11:42] your office uh to leave the case or to
[11:44] refer the case. Um, why did you not
[11:47] consult the attorney general's office?
[11:49] because what they would have done is,
[11:53] you know, researched it and and then
[11:55] come back and I've done that for, you
[11:59] know, over 30 years in my my practice.
[12:01] I'm capable of doing that.
[12:03] >> And researched it where
[12:05] >> um case law and so forth. Again, I mean,
[12:09] this we I do not believe that there's
[12:11] any conflict whatsoever. I made that
[12:13] conclusion. I I stand by that. Um and
[12:19] uh I [clears throat] mean out of an
[12:20] abundance of caution, we certainly uh
[12:23] notified council um out of an abundance
[12:27] of caution and I think that's the
[12:29] appropriate action to take. Um so again,
[12:33] I understand [clears throat] what
[12:34] conflict the concern about conflict is
[12:36] whether or not it's it has any
[12:39] possibility of affecting your decision
[12:41] making as a prosecutor. And I didn't see
[12:45] how this does in any way.
[12:47] >> Okay, if I can have Justin.
[12:49] >> Okay, so Chad Gernander
[12:51] went to the scene of the murder
[12:53] immediately after Charlie Kirk was
[12:55] killed.
[12:57] And what you heard his boss say there,
[12:58] they claim that that was because of some
[13:00] sort of perceived law enforcement duties
[13:02] that this attorney had involving the
[13:05] murder.
[13:06] This was under the opices of his law
[13:08] enforcement authority that he was there.
[13:10] Well, in the same breath, they say that
[13:12] it was because his kid sent him a
[13:13] message saying that Charlie Kirk was
[13:16] killed.
[13:17] So, which one is it? H
[13:21] Which time were you lying?
[13:27] And then there's a third factor here.
[13:29] There's an additional factor at play
[13:31] because just a couple of days after
[13:32] Grunander's tour at Utah Valley
[13:34] University,
[13:36] the grass that Charlie Kirk was sitting
[13:38] on top of when he was killed, which by
[13:40] the way was still soaked in his blood,
[13:43] was ripped up and paved over.
[13:47] We have a source inside of Utah Valley
[13:49] University that works in facilities
[13:50] there. There were pictures taken of the
[13:53] workers, their forearms.
[13:58] We'll let this last couple minutes play
[14:01] out, guys, and then we'll skip out of
[14:03] the rest of this. But he's going to talk
[14:04] about the workers that were there that
[14:06] day. I did do a previous video on this,
[14:08] but we'll listen to this part again just
[14:10] to just to listen.
[14:12] >> Had Charlie's wet blood on them.
[14:16] The crime scene was then completely
[14:18] destroyed. It's gone. It doesn't exist
[14:21] anymore. Is there a connection here?
[14:24] was surveying that area and identifying
[14:27] whatever it was that needed to be
[14:28] altered to shove the official story down
[14:31] America's collective throat. Was that
[14:32] part of his law enforcement duty on that
[14:34] day?
[14:35] >> Yeah, I think that was part of law
[14:37] enforcement duty that day. Stu, I do.
[14:40] And they're going to continue doing that
[14:42] except now not them, but the FBI
[14:44] director to be to be clear and TPUSA
[14:48] that you can't question the narrative.
[14:50] This is what they told us. This is what
[14:52] it is. and you are too stupid. Count on
[14:54] us. We will tell you what to think and
[14:56] do. Don't worry about it. We got you.
[15:00] So, yeah, we have more than one person's
[15:03] DNA and this weapon allegedly.
[15:06] Obviously, it could be the grandpa. It
[15:08] could be Tyler Robinson, but then who
[15:10] are the other three uh traces of DNA?
[15:15] And I think it's really wild that the
[15:18] prosecution team can say that it's okay
[15:21] for him to stay as a part of the
[15:23] prosecution being that his child was 80
[15:26] ft from Charlie Kirk getting shot. And
[15:29] she is saying that allegedly she rotated
[15:32] her head as the shot rang out so she did
[15:34] not see it. And also that she has no
[15:37] trauma from it. She never saw a
[15:39] therapist. They just moved on like
[15:41] nothing ever happened as a family. It is
[15:44] a-ok. okay and she's okay. We She don't
[15:47] need anything and she didn't see
[15:49] anything. Even though he was texting
[15:52] with his fellow colleagues about his
[15:56] daughter being there and what she seen
[15:59] and what went on at UVU, I would say
[16:01] that's conflict of interest. I also want
[16:03] to talk about the conflict of interest
[16:05] that was talked about about the defense
[16:07] team and someone being related to a
[16:10] Farnsworth.
[16:12] We have a lot of conflict of interest
[16:14] here on both sides here. I really want
[16:19] someone to be able to tell me how we are
[16:21] going to actually have a fair trial for
[16:23] Tyler Robinson.
[16:26] Actually, I want to know even more than
[16:27] that. I want to know
[16:29] at what point are we going to stop
[16:33] what's going on here because we have a
[16:36] innocent life on the line here. And
[16:39] while I don't think Tyler Robinson
[16:42] didn't participate at all, I'm pretty
[16:44] sure he was a psywhere
[16:47] and had no idea probably what he was
[16:48] really getting himself into. And now he
[16:50] is in a pile of crap up to his eyeballs
[16:55] and
[16:57] he is stuck. Now they won't even allow
[17:01] him in the courtroom because they don't
[17:03] want any lip reading going on and every
[17:04] other thing that's been happening.
[17:07] Um, but still,
[17:10] at what point are we going to say, "Hey,
[17:14] he didn't take this gun and fire this
[17:18] shot that killed Charlie."
[17:21] And if Charlie wasn't killed with 30 at
[17:24] six, which is what we all think, then I
[17:28] would say that's enough reasonable
[17:29] doubt. What are you going to get him on?
[17:31] That right there should kill the case
[17:34] because the injuries aren't consistent
[17:36] with what they're saying happened on
[17:38] September 10th. So, there is no case.
[17:42] And I'm not sure with the chain of
[17:44] custodies and everything else we have
[17:45] going on here, how we are even standing
[17:48] in a courtroom right now to be honest
[17:49] with you with someone charged
[17:52] because everybody walked all over the
[17:54] crime scene. People were helping pick
[17:56] things up right after you saw that all
[17:57] over the news. Start start YouTube
[17:59] googling all the footage from that Dan
[18:02] on on news stations. You see people
[18:04] picking up trash. People are looking for
[18:05] stuff. They're going back for things.
[18:07] They're taking tents down. I mean, the
[18:09] whole place was fingerprinted up. You
[18:10] got Terrell taking the SD cards down,
[18:12] standing on the chair, you know, moving
[18:15] things or putting stuff on the table.
[18:17] Nobody would treat a crime scene like
[18:18] that. So, I just I don't understand how
[18:22] any of this is going to really super
[18:25] track
[18:28] just me. But I just wanted to share this
[18:29] part from Stu because it is crazy that
[18:33] we have possibly allegedly I'm going to
[18:36] say allegedly because these people like
[18:38] to sue
[18:40] five different DNAs on this weapon.
[18:45] Mhm. And we have a weapon
[18:50] that is not going to be consistent with
[18:53] the injuries we saw on Charlie.
[18:57] We have a defense team with a conflict
[19:00] of interest. We have a prosecution team
[19:02] with a conflict of interest.
[19:07] I mean, what else?
[19:11] I mean, yeah, nothing to see here at all
[19:13] whatsoever. Nothing to worry about
[19:15] either. There's nothing fishy about any
[19:16] of this. Like, let's just keep moving.
[19:19] As Eric Kirk says, business as usual.
[19:21] Like, we're full steam ahead. What are
[19:23] we even doing? Let's full steam ahead.
[19:26] Let's just keep going. Let's just put
[19:27] this kid to death and call it a day.
[19:30] She's forgiven a killer that she doesn't
[19:32] even know is guilty yet because it's
[19:35] innocent until proven guilty,
[19:38] but she's rushing that trial now.
[19:42] Rushing the trial for the dead victim.
[19:46] What? Like I I just can't I can't with
[19:49] these people anymore. It every day I
[19:52] just get more and more sick over it. So
[19:54] yeah, and I don't want to annoy you guys
[19:55] too much with it. Anyway, please like,
[19:58] comment, share, subscribe. I appreciate
[19:59] you guys. I hope you guys enjoyed the
[20:01] video. We will be going over more of
[20:04] some of this stuff throughout the next
[20:06] couple weeks as things come out and go
[20:07] on. And I love Stu, so I will be going
[20:10] over his shows. He does great work. Um,
[20:13] and I just I really like to uh do
[20:15] overviews of his stuff, especially with
[20:16] this case. He's on top of it. And uh
[20:20] yeah, there's going to be there's going
[20:21] to be a lot more the next I think the
[20:23] next couple months are going to be very
[20:24] busy. And so um I think we're all
[20:27] feeling a little bit of exhaustion, but
[20:29] we're just going to keep on keep on
[20:31] rolling full steam ahead as Eric Kirk
[20:33] would say. I will see you guys all in
[20:35] the next one.
