Megyn Kelly backs Candace Owens!!!

[00:09] are going to jump into the Megan Kelly

[00:13] addressing the fact that she found out

[00:15] that Ben Shapiro was lying when she was

[00:18] interviewing him, saying that Candace

[00:19] Owens accused Erica Kirk of killing

[00:22] Charlie Kirk. So Candace reshared her

[00:27] post on

[00:29] Twitter

[00:31] and basically we're just going to watch

[00:34] her speak. So let's start there and then

[00:37] we'll get into everything else. He said

[00:39] that Candace has been claiming Erica

[00:41] Kirk was behind the murder of Charlie,

[00:44] which I had not heard and I was taken

[00:47] back because that seems like something I

[00:49] would have heard. It's so crazy. And I

[00:51] have since learned it is not true.

[00:54] Candace has not made that claim. And in

[00:56] fact, I've I've now seen several clips

[00:58] of Candace specifically defending Erica

[01:01] Kirk and saying she would never make a

[01:03] claim like that about Erica and that

[01:04] she, you know, she is open-minded to

[01:07] other people at Turning Point. That's

[01:08] obvious. She's been making that point. I

[01:10] I had heard that point, but that but she

[01:13] has but she's specifically been

[01:14] defending Erica Kirk and she's been

[01:16] saying she does not think that of Erica.

[01:17] And in fact, if you read her comments,

[01:19] she's under pressure to make comments

[01:20] about Erica. And so far what I've seen

[01:23] she hasn't. So thank you for that

[01:24] question.

[01:30] it just saying thank you Megan Kelly for

[01:32] clarifying that Bench Spirro quite

[01:34] literally lied to your face and to your

[01:36] audience about my words. Rarely in

[01:38] politics do you see someone lie so

[01:40] brazenly in an effort to morally

[01:42] blackmail someone into their position.

[01:46] Trying to equate questioning Turning

[01:48] Point USA employees about their

[01:50] verifiable lies to accusing Erikica Kirk

[01:53] of murdering her own husband is a vile

[01:56] and obvious attempt to shut down further

[01:58] investigation and will not work.

[02:08] thing because

[02:11] a I'm so glad that Megan Kelly actually

[02:14] went and addressed this when she

[02:16] realized that Ben Shapiro lied. I'm sure

[02:20] her team, and this comes back to even

[02:22] the Grand Theft Auto thing with Nick

[02:23] Fuentes, Ben Shapiro lied several times

[02:26] that day. And I hope that eventually she

[02:29] sees the true clip of what she took out

[02:32] of context and shared with her audience

[02:34] because she made bad claims on several

[02:38] people and several things. And so I am

[02:41] grateful that she uh apologized,

[02:43] acknowledged that she was wrong,

[02:45] acknowledged that he lied.

[02:48] And I really hope going forward she

[02:50] starts to not just take what she hears

[02:54] or takes clips and make sure that the

[02:56] information that she is spreading and

[02:58] sharing is actually true, especially

[03:03] being on the level and the caliber that

[03:05] she is. I I I would hope that she does

[03:09] better work and hopefully her team will

[03:12] do that for her. So let me know in the

[03:19] glad she apologized.

[03:21] Candace Owens deserves that apology.

[03:24] And yeah, I just think Candace Owens

[03:26] isn't getting enough backing from people

[03:30] publicly. But I also think Megan Kelly,

[03:33] like I said in my previous podcast, is

[03:36] trying to ride this line of where she

[03:37] doesn't want to take sides. She doesn't

[03:39] want to be pro-Israel or anti-semite.

[03:43] she's, you know, she really is trying to

[03:45] avoid this whole thing. And um I think

[03:49] at some point she is going to have to uh

[03:52] pick a side. It's just getting to the

[03:53] point where

[03:55] too many people are going to keep

[03:56] questioning questioning questioning and

[03:58] eventually you're you're going to have

[04:00] to have a stance uh somewhere. I feel

[04:02] bad, but that's just how it goes. You

[04:05] know, she's in a position where this is

[04:07] just how it is, right? So, thought that

[04:10] was interesting. wanted to definitely

[04:12] address that here and um I'm just so

[04:16] glad that she she actually came out and

[04:19] did that because most people do not do

[04:21] that and don't address things like that.

[04:23] So

[04:25] Megan Kelly, the next clip we're going

[04:27] to share is her basically saying that

[04:29] she's not going to go after Ben Shapiro.

[04:31] She's not going to go after Candace

[04:32] Owens.

[04:34] I don't really understand why she's

[04:36] afraid to really go after Ben Shapiro

[04:38] being that quite literally he just lied

[04:41] all over the place on her platform, her

[04:44] show and made her look really honestly

[04:48] ridiculous.

[04:50] I would be going after that person

[04:52] because at that point that's my

[04:53] reputation on the line and it was my

[04:55] show. I I would be upset. But we're

[04:58] going to watch that clip now and then we

[05:01] will discuss that afterwards.

[05:04] So, let's jump into that.

[05:09] with them. I'm just not doing that. So,

[05:10] I don't care if you don't like it.

[05:12] Candace is not a good friend of mine. I

[05:14] I know her a little, but we're not

[05:15] friends. But, I'm not going to go after

[05:16] her for a variety of reasons. Number

[05:18] one, we before this whole thing started

[05:21] had a very nice like connection over

[05:24] something. It's personal and I have no

[05:25] desire to stick a knife in her. And

[05:27] number two, the more you insist I must,

[05:30] the more I want to tell you to go pound

[05:33] sand. And now that it's like the stakes,

[05:35] you must, you have to. No, it's a no.

[05:38] Okay, BLMers, I didn't raise the fist

[05:41] and I won't be saying whatever you want

[05:43] me to say. To your, you know, chagrin, I

[05:45] might have said something. I don't know.

[05:47] I don't keep a daily monitor on other

[05:49] podcast hosts, but if they cross in my

[05:51] newsfeed and I find it interesting, I

[05:52] might comment on it. Now, now that

[05:54] you've made it that the stakes of our

[05:56] relationship that I must, now I really

[05:58] won't. I'm not going to go.

[06:08] she is not um going to disown anybody.

[06:13] She's not going to publicly say anything

[06:14] bad about Candace Owens. She's not going

[06:17] to shame anybody or not let people have

[06:23] investigate. I think that is great. And

[06:26] also her saying that she's not going to

[06:28] be backed into a corner is great. I just

[06:32] wish that she would do a little bit

[06:35] more, like go a little bit further. Let

[06:40] trying to uh essentially stay out of

[06:43] this conflict. Totally understandable.

[06:45] But at what point do you think, you

[06:48] know, it's kind of the last straw where

[06:49] she has to put her foot down. Maybe that

[06:53] is her way of putting down putting her

[06:55] foot down. I guess uh where it's like,

[06:57] hey, I'm not going to go after anybody.
