[00:00] So whether you like it or not, more and
[00:02] more people are growing suspicious of
[00:05] Erica Kirk. Here's how Andy Fcellis says
[00:08] it.
[00:08] >> It's my opinion, okay, that her and that
[00:12] dude were involved in this whole thing
[00:13] with Charlie Kirk getting murdered.
[00:14] >> Yep.
[00:15] >> We'll hear more of Andy's opinion. And
[00:17] what's an absolute fact is Erica Kirk
[00:19] has displayed repetitive patterns in the
[00:22] past of fame and attention-seeking
[00:25] behavior. And now she is in a major
[00:28] position of fame and power. I'll show
[00:31] you what I mean. Welcome back to the JP
[00:32] Rex channel, my freedom loving friend.
[00:34] This is where we help spread the light
[00:36] of truth and freedom because truth
[00:38] conquers. Now insert and genuinely so
[00:44] all praise and honoring of Charlie Kirk
[00:47] 100%. That needs to be restated. Seems
[00:50] like as a society we kind of forgot
[00:52] that. That's the most important part.
[00:54] And uh what we won't stand for, however,
[00:57] is well, you know, Kirk, she's a
[01:01] grieving widow, so you can't ask
[01:04] questions that deserve to be asked.
[01:06] Nope. We don't play that game in my
[01:08] household where we can't talk about
[01:10] things because someone's feelings might
[01:13] get hurt because the truth is sometimes
[01:16] people will play that card in order to
[01:18] hide things. We do truth seeking in my
[01:22] household. Now, there's been some stuff
[01:24] come out about Erica Kirk, just
[01:27] blatantly factual stuff. An Amazing Race
[01:29] audition tape to walk you through a few
[01:32] things. I'm in this video, I'm not even
[01:34] going to touch like outrageous,
[01:36] unsubstantiated claims that some are
[01:38] putting out about Erica Kirk. Some of
[01:40] those might be true, some might be
[01:42] false, maybe they're all false, I don't
[01:43] know. I we're not even going to touch
[01:45] those. But one thing we can say for
[01:49] sure, if you got any common sense about
[01:52] Erica Kirk is she's weird.
[01:56] Really weird behavior for a grieving
[02:00] widow in the sense of walking out to
[02:03] pyrotectics
[02:05] starting speaking to her and with within
[02:08] days if not a week after her husband's
[02:11] death. photos like this, you just kind
[02:14] of like this is weird. This isn't to
[02:17] say, hey, if a significant loved one of
[02:20] yours dies, you're not allowed to smile
[02:22] for a year. It's not to say that, but it
[02:26] is to say this is a person who puts
[02:28] herself in front of cameras regularly
[02:32] and normal behavior would be, you know,
[02:35] I am a grieving widow, so I'll kind of
[02:38] do mostly that rather than like, hey,
[02:41] here's this camera and wouldn't it be
[02:43] cooler if I'm just doing a big thumbs up
[02:46] and smile with fireworks going off
[02:48] behind me in a video plane?
[02:52] That's weird. a a a mother with a couple
[02:54] young children, a deceased husband. If I
[02:58] was that mother, and I'm not, but if I,
[03:01] this is my reference point, if I was, I
[03:04] would want to do nothing but be with my
[03:07] children.
[03:09] Nothing else. You and that camera, piss
[03:13] off. Running a company, piss off. Well,
[03:18] it's for your husband's legacy. That's
[03:20] not untrue. But what's more true is
[03:23] these children are my husband's more
[03:25] important legacy. Taking out of context,
[03:28] people will think I'm sitting here
[03:30] saying my husband is first person Erica
[03:33] Kirk real plane. At the top of video I
[03:36] mentioned she has repetitive past
[03:38] patterns of fame and attentionseeking
[03:42] behavior abnormally. So like not like a
[03:46] child or a teenager or adult like yeah I
[03:48] like attention so I'm going to whatever
[03:51] try to get attention like no this like
[03:53] abnormally. So first thing to take a
[03:55] look at we'll go back to Andy Fcell's
[03:57] clips. This will fill in some of what
[03:59] he's talking about. Allegedly she tried
[04:02] to have this scrubbed from the internet.
[04:04] That's strong alleged. I don't know for
[04:06] sure yet. It's just resurfaced where
[04:10] she's doing an audition tape for the
[04:12] Amazing Race with her exboyfriend
[04:17] JT Massie. Take a quick look, Ski.
[04:20] >> Really handsome.
[04:21] >> You look gorgeous. Are you fixing my Got
[04:24] a little bacon, babe? That's deep in
[04:26] there. Give them a cleavage. They People
[04:28] want cleavage. Showcase it.
[04:30] >> Sex cells, baby.
[04:31] >> Sex cells. So that dude's her
[04:33] ex-boyfriend talking about hey sex cells
[04:37] some kind of loser stuff like ah she's a
[04:39] Christian she shouldn't say that that's
[04:43] irrelevant to me but the truth is that's
[04:46] her boyfriend auditioning for the
[04:49] Amazing Race a TV show to me that's the
[04:51] relevant part now some people are
[04:53] criticizing her like you had a boyfriend
[04:57] before Charlie well that's kind of
[05:00] normal behavior except for This I'll
[05:03] >> say is when I lived out here, I was here
[05:05] for 5 years.
[05:06] I never dated here cuz I saw vicariously
[05:09] through my roommate how terrible it was.
[05:12] Somehow getting drinks was the
[05:13] replacement of having coffee and
[05:15] breakfast. I personally would rather
[05:17] have coffee or brunch with someone than
[05:19] going I just I don't drink. I find it
[05:21] unproductive.
[05:22] >> Okay. Well, she did say I didn't date
[05:24] anybody for 5 years while living out
[05:26] here in New York and I don't drink. And
[05:30] um here's her on a reality dating show
[05:35] dating and drinking within that span of
[05:38] 5 years. So as you see, this is her on
[05:42] the dating reality show called
[05:44] Summerhouse, I believe it was. So
[05:48] dating is actually unusual for someone
[05:51] who said, "I haven't dated in the five
[05:55] years I've lived here in New York." This
[05:57] was in that span. I don't drink. You can
[06:00] see her drinking on this show. Uh, and
[06:04] we'll circle back to the significance of
[06:05] this show. However, I like to call Balls
[06:07] and Strikes. The Amazing Race boyfriend
[06:10] of hers, that's Erica Kirk's words. I
[06:15] didn't date for the five years I lived
[06:17] in New York. No, she lived in Venice,
[06:20] California with that boyfriend of hers,
[06:23] JT Massie on the Amazing Race. That's
[06:26] borderline like right at the cusp of
[06:28] that 5 years before she uh allegedly
[06:32] moved to New York. I guess we'll just
[06:34] start using the term allegedly. But this
[06:37] is it's not only documented like it's a
[06:40] TV show. Maybe she gets a pass with the
[06:42] ex-boyfriend Cole that falls outside of
[06:45] what you were saying is 5 years, but
[06:46] this is her literally dating and
[06:50] drinking. We'll check out just another
[06:53] short clip from the show. Hey, we'll get
[06:55] back to the video in just a second, but
[06:56] first let me tell you about a gamecher
[06:58] that I'm using, iTrust Capital. They are
[07:01] redefining access to digital assets with
[07:04] retirement and long-term wealth building
[07:07] solutions. When I learned ITR Capital
[07:10] offers crypto IRA, I said, "I didn't
[07:14] know you could do that." And they said,
[07:16] "Yeah, you can. That's one of the
[07:18] reasons why we're here." So, when I
[07:19] found out I could be holding my choice
[07:21] of crypto in an IRA account instead of
[07:24] US dollars that are constantly losing
[07:27] value, I immediately opened an IRA
[07:30] account with iTrust Capital. I
[07:32] transferred my existing IRA account at
[07:34] my bank into ITR Capital. And their
[07:37] in-house US-based customer service was
[07:40] extremely helpful and made the whole
[07:41] thing easy. By the way, here is what
[07:44] really blew my mind. As you probably
[07:46] know, normally when you're trading
[07:48] crypto, there is a heavy tax burden on
[07:51] your gains. But when you're making
[07:53] trades in your iTrust Capital IRA
[07:56] account, there is no capital gains tax
[07:59] because it's done within your IRA
[08:01] account, which means your profits can
[08:04] keep working for you to build more
[08:06] wealth instead of being taken from you
[08:08] through taxes. And it Capital also
[08:11] offers premium custody accounts for
[08:14] nonretirement crypto trading. They have
[08:16] institutional level security that
[08:18] protects you from the hacks, scams, and
[08:21] theft that plague normal crypto
[08:23] exchanges. And yes, ITR Capital is fully
[08:27] compliant with all regulations.
[08:30] So there's no need to make preventative
[08:32] plans to flee the country. To set up
[08:34] your premium custody account or your
[08:36] crypto IRA, head to
[08:38] irrustcap.com/jpseers
[08:41] and use code JPS8 to get an exclusive
[08:46] $100 funding bonus. That's
[08:48] itcap.com/jpseers.
[08:51] Now, back to the video.
[08:53] >> No, nothing. No boxes.
[08:57] >> Asking someone if they're your soulmate
[08:59] is a heavy. So, it's just an absolute
[09:01] trash TV show. Here's to me the more
[09:04] significant part of that. Yeah, I get
[09:07] there literally is a lie. That's
[09:09] relevant. So, the second relevant part
[09:13] is this is another piece of very intense
[09:18] fame and attentionseeking behavior.
[09:21] Nobody goes on these shows for healthy
[09:24] reasons. Nobody's is like, "Dude, I
[09:26] can't like I imagine a TV show." Like,
[09:30] where else do you meet people? Well, I
[09:33] guess I gotta work my way onto a reality
[09:37] dating TV show. Without a doubt, the
[09:40] worst place to meet people because
[09:43] people are motivated by the wrong
[09:44] reasons. They are sent they're seeking
[09:47] fame and attention. And I don't think
[09:50] she was different than anybody else.
[09:52] That is not a healthy psychology that
[09:55] drives someone to be on one of these
[09:57] shows. And it's a past pattern of hers.
[10:00] Not only did she make her way again
[10:03] attention fame seeeking behavior onto
[10:05] this Summerhouse reality TV show. She
[10:08] also sent in the audition tape for The
[10:10] Amazing Race. Now didn't make it on it.
[10:12] I guess she wasn't good enough. However,
[10:15] she wanted to be. You don't send in an
[10:17] audition tape because you don't want to
[10:19] be. Nobody goes on those shows for
[10:23] healthy reasons. 100%. Doesn't mean all
[10:26] people are scumbags. Doesn't necessarily
[10:28] mean any of them are, though some
[10:30] definitely are.
[10:32] It just means someone is driven by
[10:35] wanting attention and fame. It's the
[10:38] only reason someone would go on a trash
[10:41] reality TV show. There's going to be
[10:43] more attention-seeking behavior we'll
[10:45] see in just a moment. Uh but then also
[10:48] on the like I didn't date anybody for
[10:50] well she did date other person. Uh this
[10:54] guy Kevin Phillips he works with the
[10:56] Daily Wire. Uh this was from I believe
[10:59] his Instagram account the caption that
[11:01] you can't see here says yes we're that
[11:03] couple that paints together.
[11:06] Interesting. Cool. You did date some
[11:08] people. Okay. And in the upcoming Andy
[11:10] Fcella clip that we'll watch you'll hear
[11:12] him mention a guy. One of the guys he's
[11:15] talking about is Kat Phillips, one of
[11:17] her ex-boyfriends,
[11:19] and he is now a speaker at Turning Point
[11:24] USA. Make it that whatever you want.
[11:26] There's her and their Amazing Race
[11:29] boyfriend 2015. Pretty sure that did
[11:32] fall within the five years of before she
[11:34] met Charlie. She met Charlie in 2018. So
[11:37] yeah, in that TV clip where she said, "I
[11:41] didn't date anybody for 5 years living
[11:42] out here." like this was within 5 years
[11:45] of that. The thesis is that's weird
[11:48] behavior, isn't it? It's a lie. It's
[11:51] weird. Why are you lying about that? It
[11:54] makes people more suspicious. Now, are
[11:57] we proving that she's guilty of
[11:59] anything? No. To me, at most proving
[12:03] that's weird behavior and some
[12:06] unnecessary lies. Now, the bad thing
[12:08] maybe a good thing when someone's
[12:10] observed lying about little things and
[12:13] it's just proof of like you said it on
[12:16] you did that on a TV show and you said
[12:18] you didn't date or drink like it's on a
[12:20] TV show. It's hard to erase. It makes
[12:24] you suspicious they might be lying about
[12:26] other things. But for me, the most
[12:28] interesting thing about all this is the
[12:32] overabundance of fame and
[12:34] attention-seeking behavior, trying to
[12:36] get on the Amazing Race, getting on
[12:38] Summerhouse reality dating TV show, and
[12:42] oh yeah, she was Miss Arizona. Here's
[12:46] another picture of her from that.
[12:49] No, no attention seeking behavior
[12:54] at the center of that outfit choice. And
[12:56] as you watch a little footage of her
[12:59] winning Miss Arizona, I'm gonna go out
[13:02] on a limb and say, "Uh, women don't
[13:05] enter a beauty pageant because they're
[13:07] looking to change the world or save the
[13:10] rainforest." Yeah, they might say those
[13:12] things, but they have no power to do so.
[13:16] Like, start like a some initiative that
[13:18] saves the rainforest if you want it
[13:20] saved. Like entering a beauty pageant is
[13:23] like the opposite direction of saving a
[13:25] rainforest. I know they all say that
[13:26] kind of thing. None of them mean it
[13:28] because they're all driven by attention
[13:30] and fame seeking behavior. No judgment,
[13:34] just an observation that's so damn
[13:36] obvious. I can't pretend it's anything
[13:38] but that. So, you can see she has a long
[13:41] history of fame and attention-seeking
[13:45] behavior. And a lot of people would say
[13:47] the desire for fame is just a symptom of
[13:50] a deeper desire for power. People want
[13:54] fame because it feels powerful. The two
[13:56] kind of go hand in hand. And this is yet
[14:00] another example of very blatant fame and
[14:05] attention-seeking behavior. And lastly,
[14:08] before we finish it up with a fire clip
[14:11] from Andy Fella, I'll just uh also
[14:14] observe now she is running Turning Point
[14:18] USA. She is the CEO. She's on camera all
[14:22] the time, on stages all the time.
[14:24] Immediately after Charlie's death, that
[14:27] is certainly a position of fame.
[14:30] [clears throat] She's receiving a lot of
[14:32] attention, and I would dare say she's
[14:35] seeking it. Nobody's forcing her to do
[14:38] that. It would be so understandable.
[14:42] Most people would probably want her stay
[14:45] home with the kids. Don't worry about
[14:46] running this organization. And as Andy
[14:49] Fcella will point out, Turning Point
[14:50] USA, it's a ninefigure organization. A
[14:54] question I just have to ask is why the
[14:56] hell is she running it? She didn't build
[14:59] it. What are her qualifications for
[15:02] running it? And that's not because she's
[15:04] a woman. It's because she doesn't have a
[15:07] history as a CEO of a ninefigure
[15:11] organization or an eight figure or a
[15:14] seven figure or even a six-figure
[15:16] organization. I wouldn't be I would be
[15:19] nowhere near qualified to run that
[15:22] organization. I would dare say the
[15:25] organization would be vulnerable more
[15:27] vulnerable with someone unqualified
[15:30] running it. Just case in point, quick
[15:32] thing, I just had to do new life
[15:35] insurance. And I have in in place a
[15:40] trustee to protect my lady because my
[15:42] lady, you know, say I kick the bucket.
[15:45] Here's a pile of money. I want to
[15:47] protect my lady. And that money is meant
[15:50] to protect her. So, I have in place a
[15:52] trustee who has a lot of financial
[15:55] literacy. My lady, she's a bright,
[15:58] beautiful woman. Yet, she's not the most
[16:01] qualified person to steward that amount
[16:04] of money. That's why I assigned a
[16:06] trustee to guide her along and make it
[16:09] the most effective way to steward the
[16:13] money. She's not getting nine figures.
[16:15] She's not running a nine figure
[16:17] organization. So just because you're
[16:19] someone's wife does not mean you're next
[16:23] in line qualified to run a organization.
[16:26] But what her past pattern doesn't have
[16:29] is qualified as a CEO, qualified as
[16:32] running nine-figure organizations. It
[16:35] does have fame, attention, and power
[16:38] seeking behavior. And now she is in a
[16:42] very elite position of fame and power.
[16:46] Am I saying I think Erica Kirk is guilty
[16:49] or culpable in Charlie's death? No. I'm
[16:54] saying that's all weird
[16:57] and suspicious.
[16:59] However, Andy Fcella is saying she
[17:02] thinks she's culpable in Charlie's
[17:04] death. Check it out. Did I just call him
[17:06] a she? He thinks she's callful in
[17:09] Charlie's death. Here it is.
[17:10] >> Like, bro, she's not who she claims to
[17:12] be.
[17:12] >> No.
[17:13] >> And and and the more time that goes by
[17:16] and the more that comes out and the more
[17:17] I watch her, just as somebody who is
[17:20] pretty familiar with human behavior, I
[17:22] don't claim to be a perfect expert, but
[17:24] she's full of [ __ ]
[17:25] >> Oh, bro.
[17:26] >> Well, here's what I really appreciate
[17:28] about Andy Fris. First off, I really
[17:31] admire the guy's mind. He is very bright
[17:35] and he just calls balls and strikes. You
[17:37] can tell he applies approximately 0%
[17:42] effort to sugar coating. Just very
[17:44] straightforward, which I appreciate.
[17:46] Here's more.
[17:47] >> I'm so passive point of just like, okay,
[17:49] well, let's give her some benefit of the
[17:51] doubt. No,
[17:51] >> listen, dude.
[17:52] >> There's no more benefit to the doubt. It
[17:53] is my opinion that she her and that dude
[17:57] were in it's my opinion. Okay. That her
[18:01] and that dude were involved in this
[18:02] whole thing with Charlie Kirk getting
[18:04] murdered.
[18:04] >> Yep.
[18:05] >> That's my opinion.
[18:06] >> I believe the that dude he's referring
[18:09] to is Kat Phillips, ex-boyfriend of
[18:13] Erica's who is now at the very least a
[18:16] speaker for Turning Point USA. By the
[18:19] way, I'm not saying I believe that. I'm
[18:21] saying Andy believes that. You can tell
[18:23] he believes that because he just said
[18:25] that's what his opinion is.
[18:26] >> Could that opinion be wrong?
[18:28] >> Absolutely.
[18:29] >> Sure.
[18:29] >> But that is my opinion of what I see
[18:32] with my own eyes.
[18:34] >> Now, here's what else I appreciate about
[18:36] Andy as a person at this point. I'm not
[18:38] commentating on the content. I'm
[18:39] commentating on uh the messenger of the
[18:42] content, Andy Friscella. There are some
[18:44] people out there, I won't name names,
[18:46] but if I was, I would definitely say
[18:48] Candace Owens. her opinions come across
[18:51] the way she presents them, they strike
[18:52] me as she's trying to present them as
[18:55] fact rather than with a humbleness of
[18:57] this is my opinion where a lot of the
[19:00] claims she makes it's like and you don't
[19:02] have evidence and you're claiming that
[19:05] as though it's fact to me I don't have
[19:07] time for that. I have time for a dude
[19:10] who will tell you what he thinks very
[19:12] bluntly while also having the humbleness
[19:14] to one say this is my opinion and two
[19:17] say I could be wrong yet not apologize
[19:21] for what he thinks.
[19:22] >> So this woman was tied up with this guy
[19:26] >> in Romania who's got these sex charges.
[19:29] Then you follow her through
[19:32] >> she's allegedly in this CIA training
[19:34] video. Then,
[19:35] >> you know, now there's this amazing race
[19:37] audition video that they did
[19:40] >> with this apparent ex-boyfriend of hers,
[19:42] which she denies.
[19:44] >> She deleted from tried to delete from
[19:45] the internet.
[19:46] >> Correct.
[19:46] >> Yeah.
[19:47] >> Who then work they both work their way
[19:49] into Turning Point.
[19:50] >> Right.
[19:51] >> Okay. And now all of a sudden Charlie
[19:54] Kirk is dead.
[19:55] >> Right.
[19:55] >> And they're running the [ __ ] right?
[19:56] >> And by the way, this is a nine figure
[19:59] organization. This is not this is not
[20:01] like a couple million bucks a year type
[20:03] deal. This is this is And by the way,
[20:06] now they're they're they've stepped in
[20:09] into that influential role, which is the
[20:11] more important important part of who
[20:15] Charlie Kirk was influencing.
[20:16] >> Mhm.
[20:17] >> Right.
[20:17] >> Mhm.
[20:18] >> Dude, it's just e there's some evil [ __ ]
[20:20] going on.
[20:20] >> So, here is my prediction. We will never
[20:23] have absolute clarity on this situation,
[20:26] the whole Charlie Kirk situation. I
[20:28] don't think anything about Erica Kirk or
[20:31] anything outside of the official
[20:33] narrative of Tyler Robinson, the
[20:36] transgay furry loving guy. Uh, that's
[20:40] the killer. I don't think we'll ever
[20:42] have anything other than that on the
[20:45] table. Nothing more on Erica Kirk.
[20:47] Nothing outside of the official
[20:48] narrative. Is there more to the story? I
[20:51] do think so, but my prediction is it
[20:54] will never be officially uncovered.
[20:57] citizen journalists and freethinkers
[20:59] will have their opinions, but it will I
[21:03] don't think it'll ever be like concrete.
[21:05] Hey, they really rushed to get to the
[21:08] bottom of the Epstein case so they could
[21:10] solve all these weird things going on
[21:14] surrounding Turning Point USA, Charlie
[21:17] Kirk, Erica Kirk, Israel. Hello. Now,
[21:20] Turning Point USA has apparently
[21:22] abandoned Charlie's position on Israel.
[21:23] Whatever. We got to the bottom of it. We
[21:26] had to really rush through the Epstein
[21:28] case. So, I I [laughter] think this
[21:31] one's going to sit behind the Epstein
[21:33] case on the shelf for all of eternity,
[21:37] at least as far as the official
[21:39] authorities are concerned. But with that
[21:42] said, what I can conclude is from my
[21:45] point of view, Erica Kirk has very weird
[21:48] behavior. There's weird things about
[21:51] her. And yes, that makes me suspicious.
[21:54] doesn't make me certain, makes me
[21:56] suspicious. Let me know what you think
[21:59] about Erica Kirk. Do you feel
[22:01] suspicious? Do you have questions? Or
[22:04] you said, "No, she's off. It's offensive
[22:07] to even ask those questions. She's a
[22:09] grieving widow." I would love to hear
[22:11] your thoughts on this. Let me know in
[22:12] the comments below. And I look forward
[22:14] to seeing you on our next video. But
[22:15] until then, stay
