Antifa's Fear: An Unexpected Unified Response
Antifa groups celebrated the assassination of Charlie Kirk, but their mood quickly shifted to concern. An after-action report from an Antifa group in Oregon revealed their growing fear about what has transpired since Kirk's death. They did not expect the unified reaction from the right, nor did they anticipate the consequences faced by those who publicly supported the assassination.
Many people who expressed open support for the killing were fired or publicly chastised. Jimmy Kimmel had his show indefinitely suspended. This stood in stark contrast to the attempted assassinations of President Trump, where celebrants faced no consequences and life continued as usual. Something fundamental has changed in American culture, and Antifa operatives have noticed.
Antifa's power depends on a culture that accepts and tolerates their dehumanization of opponents and their calls for violence. For years, that culture existed on the left in liberal cities, with support from Democrat politicians, district attorneys, and judges. But that environment is shifting.
Divide and Conquer Strategy
The Oregon Antifa after-action report outlined a new strategy: divide and conquer. They noted that previously inactive conservatives are now becoming politically conscious, which they describe as catastrophic for their movement. Their plan is to exploit existing divisions on the right and drive wedges between different factions.
The hope among conservatives is that the American right, which is diverse and has different beliefs that cause divisions, can minimize those differences to move forward together. The unity displayed in the wake of Kirk's death represents exactly what Antifa fears most.
Turning Point USA's Explosive Growth
The impact on Turning Point USA has been extraordinary. According to Benny Johnson, the organization is now the fastest growing political organization in the entire world. Turning Point has received over 54,000 new chapter requests nationwide—more than doubling Charlie Kirk's life goal of 20,000 chapters.
Andrew Kolvet, Kirk's longtime friend and executive producer, expressed what he believes Charlie's reaction would be to this outpouring: "I have no doubt Charlie is watching us from up above and seeing the results of what has happened here. I think he would be blown away and he would be so happy. They're not riding the streets. They're not burning down businesses. They're praying and they're singing worship songs and they are filling up church pews and that's beautiful. I think he'd be really honored by that."
A Response of Prayer, Not Riots
The nature of the response to Kirk's assassination has been unlike anything typically seen in American political life. Instead of violence, destruction, or even primarily political organizing, the response has been deeply spiritual. Americans have filled churches, held candlelight vigils, and sung hymns like Amazing Grace by the tens of thousands on college campuses.
This spiritual dimension represents something eternal that transcends the daily political battles and controversies. It's the part of Kirk's legacy that those close to him believe must continue moving forward.
An Unexpected Spiritual Revival
What has been most astounding to those who knew Kirk and worked with Turning Point USA is the nature of the revival his death has sparked. Charlie Kirk did not set out to create a religious revival when he founded Turning Point USA. For years, the organization focused on three key pillars: limited government, free speech, and free markets. The strategy was that focusing on these principles would unify society and bring over classical liberals and people disenfranchised by the left.
But the response over the past week has been profoundly different. Thousands upon thousands of messages have poured in from people saying "I just prayed for the first time today," "I just purchased my first Bible today," and "I went to church for the first time last Sunday." This soul reformation is sweeping across not just America, but the entire world.
A Global Movement
Videos have emerged from South Korea, South Africa, London, Spain, throughout South America, Malaysia, and Nepal showing people praying for Charlie Kirk in their communities. The concept of "we are Charlie Kirk" as a grassroots response has been deeply moving to those who have been associated with Turning Point USA and who have fought alongside Kirk on the political front.
Political work can be exhausting and thankless, often feeling like swimming upstream and fighting for your life over and over again. But what has emerged from this tragedy is something Kirk may never have predicted.
Kirk's Greatest Legacy
Those closest to Kirk are beginning to realize that his greatest legacy and the greatest impact he would make on an entire generation was not to reelect Donald Trump to the White House, protect freedom of speech, or preserve limited government and liberty from a purely political perspective. Instead, his ultimate impact has been to lead people to seek the source of liberty itself, which is God.
This spiritual awakening represents a fundamental shift in how an entire generation approaches questions of meaning, purpose, and the foundation of freedom. While Charlie Kirk built a political movement, he may have inadvertently created something far more significant—a pathway for millions to discover faith and the transcendent principles that underlie American liberty.

[00:00] They're not riding the streets. They're
[00:01] not burning down businesses. They're
[00:03] praying and they're singing worship
[00:04] songs. So, I've been tracking how um
[00:08] some of the Antifa groups have responded
[00:10] to the assassination. Um you can expect
[00:14] no surprise they celebrated. Um but then
[00:18] I read a there was an afteraction report
[00:20] that was written by a group in an
[00:22] antifol group in Oregon and they are
[00:26] actually a bit fearful now that in that
[00:30] they did not expect that there would be
[00:32] this unifying reaction from the right.
[00:38] um they did not expect, for example,
[00:40] that many many people who expressed open
[00:45] support for the assassination ended up
[00:47] being fired, being chastise, um Jimmy
[00:51] Kimmel um getting his shown um
[00:54] indefinitely suspended, things like
[00:57] that. They weren't expecting this. They
[00:58] thought, you know, like after they
[01:00] attempted assassinations on President
[01:03] Trump, all these people celebrated,
[01:05] nothing happened to them. life just uh
[01:07] went on like another day. But something
[01:09] has changed and they're they notice it
[01:11] and they're a bit afraid actually. Um
[01:13] they mentioned that um previously
[01:18] um inactive conservatives are now
[01:20] becoming politically conscious
[01:23] and they are saying we need to come up
[01:25] with ways to sabotage what this is
[01:28] happen what's happening because this is
[01:30] this is catastrophic for us. Antifa can
[01:34] only really have power when there's a s
[01:38] when there's a culture that accepts and
[01:40] tolerates their dehumanization of the
[01:42] other and their calls for violence. And
[01:46] for years they that has been the culture
[01:48] on the left in liberal cities in
[01:50] particular and they have support from
[01:52] Democrat politicians and district
[01:54] attorneys and judges and all that. But
[01:57] something's changing. And so um I I hope
[02:01] that um the American right um which is
[02:06] diverse and does have different
[02:08] different uh beliefs that causes
[02:10] divisions right now that that can be
[02:13] minimized as much as possible to really
[02:15] sort of move forward because actually
[02:17] that that after action report says
[02:20] divide and conquer. exploit the
[02:22] divisions that are existing on there to
[02:25] drive a wedge between different factions
[02:28] of the right. That's what they are
[02:30] saying to do.
[02:31] Chagus disease is on the rise. A rare
[02:33] bug is spreading a serious parasite and
[02:35] most people don't even realize they've
[02:36] been bitten. Long thought to be a
[02:38] distant problem, cases of chagus disease
[02:40] have now been detected in several US
[02:42] states, including California, Texas,
[02:43] Arizona, Louisiana, and Florida. The
[02:46] early signs can seem mild, but over time
[02:48] the disease can cause severe heart
[02:49] damage, digestive dysfunction, and even
[02:51] death. The good news is that the
[02:53] wellness company offers a parasite
[02:55] cleanse compounded with ivormectin and
[02:57] meabenzol. Ivormectin works by
[02:59] paralyzing and killing parasites through
[03:01] disrupting their nervous systems, while
[03:03] Meabendazol starves them by blocking
[03:05] glucose absorption. Together, this
[03:07] potent combination provides
[03:09] broadspectctrum defense against both
[03:11] intestinal and tissue parasites. Each
[03:13] kit is doctor prescribed, compounded in
[03:15] the United States, tested for potency,
[03:17] and represents the gold standard in
[03:18] parasite defense. Simply fill out a
[03:20] quick intake form and you'll receive a
[03:22] bottle of 90 capsules shipped directly
[03:24] to your door. Head on over to
[03:25] twwc.h/ubin
[03:27] and use code rubin to save $90 off plus
[03:29] free shipping. Yeah, and you can feel
[03:31] that there's an effort to do that. And I
[03:33] think I actually don't want to get too
[03:35] far into it on this show because I've
[03:36] tried to basically avoid it for this
[03:38] week because I didn't think it was
[03:39] appropriate to dive into all of the
[03:41] fights. Um but but it's going to be our
[03:43] job to keep this this let's say loosely
[03:47] held group together amidst this tragedy.
[03:50] But there's some good signs. Listen to
[03:51] this from Benny Johnson. Uh TurningPoint
[03:53] USA is the fastest growing political
[03:56] organization in the entire world.
[03:58] Turning Point has received over 54,000
[04:01] new chapter requests nationwide. Charlie
[04:03] Kirk's life goal was 20,000 chapters.
[04:06] It's more than doubled now. They tried
[04:08] to silence Charlie. They only made his
[04:10] movement unstoppable. This is Turning
[04:13] Point. And let me throw to a video. This
[04:14] is Charlie's longtime friend and
[04:16] executive producer, Andrew Colvette, uh,
[04:19] talking about how happy Charlie would
[04:21] be. I have no doubt Charlie is watching
[04:23] us from up above and seeing the results
[04:26] of what has happened here.
[04:27] I think he would be blown away and he
[04:30] would
[04:32] he would be so happy.
[04:36] They're not riding the streets. They're
[04:38] not burning down businesses. They're
[04:39] praying and they're singing worship
[04:41] songs
[04:44] and they are filling up church pews and
[04:46] that's beautiful.
[04:49] I think he'd be really honored by that.
[04:51] Well, that's it, right Isabelle? I mean,
[04:53] that's the thing that we have to take
[04:55] forward as tricky as it might be as we
[04:56] all get lost in whatever the political
[04:58] fights of today are and whatever they'll
[05:00] be next week. I mean, that that really
[05:01] is the part that is eternal that we got
[05:04] to keep moving with, right? It's really
[05:06] been sitting with me, Dave, the last few
[05:07] days. Andrew tweeted something along
[05:09] this regard, too. But Charlie didn't set
[05:11] out to have a revival of soul or a
[05:15] religious revival or even just searching
[05:17] for God, period. When he founded Turning
[05:19] Point USA, at least he never shared that
[05:21] with those of us who have known him and
[05:23] the organization for so long. My
[05:25] experience with Turning Point many, many
[05:27] years ago was that there were three key
[05:28] pillars and that's all we really talk
[05:30] about. And that's what's going to unify
[05:31] all of our society. And it's limited
[05:33] government, free speech, and free
[05:35] markets. And if we can focus on those
[05:36] three pillars, we're going to bring over
[05:38] so many classical liberals. We're going
[05:39] to bring over people disenfranchised by
[05:41] the left. That was certainly your
[05:42] experience, Dave. But it's been
[05:44] astounding really in the last week or so
[05:47] to see that that's not really been the
[05:49] response from the whole world, from an
[05:51] entire generation of people that instead
[05:53] are messaging me and I know you and Andy
[05:56] probably as well by the thousands upon
[05:58] thousands. I just prayed for the first
[06:00] time today. I just purchased my first
[06:01] Bible today. I went to church for the
[06:03] first time last Sunday. You're watching
[06:05] hymns of Amazing Grace be sung by the
[06:08] tens of thousands on college campuses at
[06:11] candlelight vigils. Uh you're just
[06:13] watching this soul reform and soul
[06:16] movement sweep across the nation and the
[06:18] world. I'm getting videos from no pun
[06:20] intended soul South Korea, from South
[06:22] Africa, from London, from Spain, all
[06:24] over South America. I've heard from
[06:26] people in Malaysia and Nepal that they
[06:28] are praying for Charlie in their
[06:30] communities out loud. And this concept
[06:32] of the grassroots response to this of we
[06:35] are Charlie Kirk, I think has been so
[06:37] moving to those of us who have been
[06:39] associated with Turning Point USA for so
[06:41] long and who have been fighting with
[06:42] Charlie on the political front which can
[06:44] be very exhausting as you both know.
[06:47] It's a very thankless job. It can feel
[06:49] like you're just swimming upstream
[06:51] fighting for your life over and over
[06:52] again. I don't know if Charlie ever
[06:54] could have predicted that his greatest
[06:56] legacy and the greatest impact he would
[06:58] make on an entire generation was not to
[07:00] reelect Donald Trump to the White House
[07:02] or to protect freedom of speech or
[07:04] preserve limited government and liberty
[07:06] from a political perspective, but to let
[07:09] people seek the source of liberty, which
[07:11] is God.
