Isabel Brown Breaks Down Nick Shirley's Investigation Uncovering $170 Million in California Taxpayer Fraud

March 18, 2026

Isabel Brown examines Nick Shirley's expose revealing massive fraud schemes in California, from hospice companies billing millions while operating out of run-down motels to abandoned buildings with voters registered at their addresses. The 23-year-old independent journalist uncovered over $170 million in Medicare, daycare, and hospice fraud with just a camera and public records, something the entire legacy media establishment has failed to investigate. Brown questions how Gavin Newsom, who promised to prioritize homelessness, can be considered a viable 2028 presidential candidate when California's streets look worse than third world countries and fraud runs rampant. She challenges viewers to follow Shirley's example and use their voices to expose injustice in their own communities.

The Return of Independent Journalism's Greatest Asset

Isabel Brown opens her show with excitement as Nick Shirley releases his latest investigation, this time targeting California's fraud crisis. After his Minneapolis expose on Somali daycare fraud reached nearly 150 million views on X, Shirley has turned his attention to the West Coast, uncovering over $170 million in taxpayer fraud across Medicare, hospice, daycare, and voter registration systems. Brown questions why a single 23-year-old with a handheld camera can expose what the entire legacy media establishment refuses to investigate.

Brown admits she's not California's biggest fan, comparing the state to a cancer spreading its failed policies across America as residents flee to other states like Colorado, only to vote for the same destructive measures they left behind. Despite her frustration, she maintains compassion for Californians fighting to save their home state and expose the corruption destroying their communities.

Hospice Fraud and Luxury Cars

Shirley's investigation reveals a shocking operation at a run-down apartment complex that serves as the registered address for over 15 different hospice companies. The parking lot tells the real story—filled with luxury vehicles worth over $100,000 each, including Cybertrucks and BMW M8 Competitions. Every person Shirley encounters wears designer clothing, clearly flush with cash despite operating out of what appears to be an old motel.

When Shirley begins asking questions, word spreads quickly through the complex. People jump into their expensive cars and flee the scene. One hospice company at this location, Guardian of Angels, billed the state of California $4.8 million. Shirley confronts several individuals, including a young man in a new BMW who claims his uncle in the Cybertruck just came to visit, despite both walking out of Holy Angels Hospice Care. The young man admits it's a family business but refuses to answer questions about how many clients they serve or what work they actually perform.

Brown pauses to highlight the irony of the name "Holy Angels Hospice Care," comparing it to "Quality Learning Center" from Shirley's Minneapolis investigation. She notes this is pure boots-on-the-ground guerrilla journalism—just a 23-year-old looking up public records and asking questions with a handheld camera, yet making a bigger impact than any Harvard journalism degree holder earning $250,000 a year.

Adult Daycare Billing Millions While Abandoned

The fraud extends beyond hospice care. Shirley uncovers an adult daycare facility with shattered front glass panels, clearly not operational, that has billed the state of California over $19 million in recent years. This adult daycare, presumably meant to serve people with special needs, shows no signs of actual use or legitimate business operations.

Brown points out that all this waste and fraud occurs under Governor Gavin Newsom's watch, yet he currently leads on Polymarket as the Democratic nominee for 2028. She finds it remarkable that nobody in state government appears to care, double-check, or provide oversight for these millions in taxpayer funds flowing to non-operational facilities.

California's Homelessness Crisis Exposed

Shirley's video shows streets throughout California that look worse than third world countries. The decay isn't limited to historically impoverished areas like Skid Row in Los Angeles—it has spread everywhere throughout the cities he visits. Brown recalls that Gavin Newsom promised when first running for office that tackling homelessness was his number one priority, a pledge he has repeated in every subsequent campaign. Yet the crisis has only worsened with each passing year.

In one particularly striking segment, Shirley interviews a man living in a treehouse structure on the streets of Oakland. The man has lived there for about a year after losing his job and experiencing problems at home. He describes seeing people as young as 17 years old living on the streets, many struggling with drugs or mental health issues. When asked if city officials have ever contacted him to offer resources, he responds that nobody has reached out—no offers of affordable housing, shelter, or job assistance.

The man explains the encampment has existed for about two years and continues to grow as people migrate from West Oakland to East Oakland after fires destroy other camps. When Shirley asks if he would accept help if the city offered it, he says absolutely. Shortly after, Oakland police drive through the area without stopping or talking to anyone, simply patrolling and leaving.

Brown reflects on how dystopian the footage appears, like something from a movie rather than real American citizens living in these conditions. She spent a summer in California in 2019 interning for PragerU and filmed videos exposing poverty in Skid Row. PragerU offered her a full-time position, but she had to decline, unwilling to move to California. She notes that Denver, Colorado now looks like Skid Row did just a few years ago, while Los Angeles has undoubtedly gotten worse.

The question Brown poses is critical: How can people legitimately consider Gavin Newsom a viable presidential candidate when his state looks like this? Where is all the affordable housing money actually going? She suggests much of it may be flowing to illegal immigrants instead of struggling American citizens who desperately need help.

Voter Fraud in Abandoned Buildings

Shirley's investigation also uncovers voting irregularities. He finds abandoned buildings throughout California with numerous people registered to vote at their addresses, despite the buildings being clearly uninhabitable. In downtown San Diego, one boarded-up building has over 16 people registered to vote at the address, many of whom voted in the 2024 election.

Shirley interviews a man on the street about this discovery. The man says he never saw anyone go in or out of the businesses that operated there, including one called Duckets. When Shirley reveals that 15 people are registered to vote at this abandoned location, the man responds, "Doesn't surprise me. This is commie for a reason." He confirms he believes 100% that voter fraud takes place in California and says he doesn't trust Gavin Newsom at all, noting that Newsom never wants to answer real questions.

The man expresses a somewhat hopeful but dangerous sentiment—that he hopes Newsom runs for president because it would mean someone else becomes governor, and if Newsom doesn't win the presidency, his political career would be done. He doesn't see Newsom winning, pointing out that Kamala Harris led in Polymarket too, and look how that turned out.

Brown cautions against this thinking. While she shares the man's disgust with Newsom's policies, she warns that people on the right don't realize how shockingly well Gavin Newsom would likely perform in a presidential election. He's not guaranteed to win, but he would do far better than many expect, which is precisely why this fraud must be exposed now.

The Failure of Legacy Media

Brown expresses shame at the mainstream media's complete failure to investigate any of these issues. Nick Shirley has visited just two states—not even their entirety—and uncovered hundreds of millions of dollars in fraud. She sees no federal investigators discussing this. She sees no investigative journalists taking it upon themselves to do this work. She only sees a 23-year-old in a gray hoodie filming on his phone.

Brown spent time with Shirley at a cocktail reception before the State of the Union and describes him as the greatest example of independent media today. She and her husband were fans of his work well before his Minneapolis videos went viral. What makes his journalism so powerful is its simplicity—he looks up public records that anyone can access, walks around with a handheld camera, and asks questions. That's it. No secret sauce, no special training, just courage and persistence.

She challenges her audience with a fundamental question: If we all had the courage to do what Nick Shirley does every day, we would put the legacy media—which she describes as mostly state-sponsored propaganda at this point—out of business tomorrow. The gift of social media and internet platforms like X and TikTok, where virality can come from anywhere, has never existed in human history.

A Call to Action

Brown frequently gets asked how someone can build a following or get millions of views like Nick Shirley. Her answer is simple: he's just a normal guy, a 23-year-old who saw injustice happening and decided to do something about it. He chose to expose it, to put it out there, without knowing what would happen.

Her final message is a challenge to viewers: Get off your booty today and go do something about it. Use your voice. Film something on your phone. Expose what's happening in your own community. You never know what will happen if you just have the courage to speak up. The platform exists. The tools are available. All that's missing is the willingness to act.

[00:00] Shh. Shh. Everybody be quiet. My show is

[00:02] on. Nick Shirley is back, baby. This

[00:04] time in California, uncovering $170

[00:08] million

[00:10] in taxpayer fraud for Medicare, for

[00:12] hospice, for daycarees, voter fraud, and

[00:15] so much more. How come all it takes is

[00:16] one 23-year-old kid in a gray hoodie

[00:19] when the entire legacy media

[00:20] establishment is refusing to even ask

[00:22] any of these questions to expose it?

[00:24] We're breaking it all down today on the

[00:26] Isabelle Brown Show.

[00:39] The goat of independent journalism

[00:41] himself, Nick Shirley in the flesh, is

[00:44] back at it and breaking the internet all

[00:46] over again after he broke all of our

[00:48] brains exposing the Somali daycare fraud

[00:52] in Minneapolis last December. If you

[00:54] guys remember, he posted a super long

[00:56] video to X at the time at the end of

[00:58] December. It was about a 45minute expose

[01:01] that no one in the mainstream media

[01:03] really wanted to cover, but was shocking

[01:06] in discovering just how much people are

[01:08] taking advantage of the United States

[01:10] government and how many infinite US

[01:13] taxpayer dollars are being spent on

[01:15] lining the pockets of bad actors with

[01:18] really bad intentions. His Minneapolis

[01:20] expose is currently sitting at almost

[01:22] 150 million views on X, largely because

[01:26] of the help of Elon Musk amplifying his

[01:29] message, literally putting his money

[01:30] where his mouth is, saying, "We are the

[01:32] people are the media now, which

[01:34] propelled Nick Shirley to continue his

[01:36] investigative series. And now he is on

[01:38] the west coast of the country exposing

[01:40] the rampant fraud that is destroying the

[01:43] state of California." Now, it's no major

[01:45] secret I am not California's biggest

[01:47] fan. In fact, if you've known me for

[01:50] longer than 5 minutes, you should know

[01:52] that I hate California. Actually, I love

[01:54] what it's supposed to be. But

[01:56] California, in actuality, is like a

[01:58] cancer with its policies and is

[02:00] destroying state by state by state by

[02:02] state all over the country as people

[02:05] flee California and the insanity that

[02:08] they left to just bring it to the next

[02:10] state that they are moving to. Colorado

[02:12] became the blueprint for this throughout

[02:14] my entire childhood and sadly is no

[02:16] longer the state that I loved growing up

[02:18] in and never somewhere that I would feel

[02:20] comfortable raising my children today.

[02:22] And I'm seeing this happen like dominoes

[02:24] just knocking down one by one by one all

[02:27] over the rest of the country. Why? I

[02:29] don't know. Why people can't leave

[02:30] California and then vote for policies

[02:32] that actually would help people's lives

[02:35] instead of destroying them. I don't

[02:37] know. It's one of the biggest mysteries

[02:38] of modern American politics and culture.

[02:41] But I still have a heart for the amazing

[02:43] people that I know and love who live in

[02:45] California and who are fighting to

[02:47] expose this stuff every single day to

[02:49] fight for their home, their hometowns,

[02:51] their families, raising their children

[02:52] in the same place that they grew up and

[02:54] love and wanting to pass that forward to

[02:56] every generation still to come. So when

[02:58] I see videos like this new one from Nick

[03:00] Shirley, my heart just breaks because

[03:02] unlike just the daycare fraud that is

[03:05] destroying places like Minneapolis in

[03:08] real time and turning Minneapolis,

[03:09] Minnesota basically into Mogadishu 2.0.

[03:13] What's happening in California is so

[03:15] much bigger and almost impossible to

[03:18] wrap your head around to be honest

[03:19] because it's daycare fraud. It's

[03:21] Medicare fraud, it's voter fraud, it is

[03:23] literally every single type of fraud and

[03:26] deception you can possibly begin to wrap

[03:28] your head around at a degree that is

[03:31] impossible to describe. To quote the

[03:33] legend himself, Obi-Wan Kenobi,

[03:36] everyone's favorite master, "You will

[03:38] never find a more wretched hive of scum

[03:40] and villain. You will never find a more

[03:44] wretched hive of scum and villain

[03:46] >> than what you're about to see in this

[03:48] video. Nick is exposing it all, tweeting

[03:50] this this week. Here is the full 40

[03:52] minutes of my crew and I exposing

[03:54] California fraud. Minnesota was big, but

[03:56] California is even bigger. We uncovered

[03:58] over $170

[04:01] million in fraud. This is one kid just

[04:04] like looking this stuff up on his own.

[04:05] $170 million in fraud as these

[04:08] fraudsters live in luxury with no

[04:10] consequences. like it and share it. The

[04:12] fraud must stop. We all work way too

[04:14] hard and pay way too much in taxes.

[04:16] You're telling me as we get ready for

[04:18] the worst day of the year for this to be

[04:19] happening. These fraudsters have been

[04:21] able to defraud American taxpayers for

[04:23] years without any push back from the

[04:24] public and politicians. It's time to

[04:26] expose it all and end America's fraud

[04:29] crisis. Obviously, we don't have time to

[04:31] show you the full 40inute expose, but I

[04:33] do encourage you to go watch it

[04:34] alongside the 10 million other people

[04:37] that have already watched this in the

[04:39] last few days on X. But there are a few

[04:42] standout moments that I wanted to share

[04:43] with you because if this doesn't break

[04:45] your brain as to how broken our current

[04:48] system is, nothing else possibly would.

[04:52] On the note of independent media and its

[04:54] importance to changing the world, if you

[04:56] guys are anything like me, when you're

[04:57] thinking about social media, you love

[04:59] the good parts of the internet, but you

[05:01] probably also are side eyeing all of the

[05:03] crazy stuff that's out there that

[05:05] teenagers have access to every day. I'm

[05:07] so glad Instagram teen accounts now

[05:09] builds in automatic protections from day

[05:11] one for teenagers. By default, teen

[05:13] accounts limit who can even contact

[05:15] teenagers in the first place. So,

[05:16] they're getting messages from people

[05:17] they actually know, not random strangers

[05:19] that are sliding into their DMs. It's

[05:21] also designed to help keep their content

[05:23] experience positive and age appropriate.

[05:25] And for younger teenagers under the age

[05:27] of 16, they can't loosen those default

[05:29] safety settings without a parents

[05:30] approval, which means you get to stay

[05:32] involved in the big decisions about how

[05:33] your teenager is using Instagram. As a

[05:35] mom myself, someday when digital media

[05:38] becomes a more normal part of my

[05:39] daughter's life, I want to actually

[05:40] guide my daughter's online experience

[05:42] instead of just reacting after something

[05:44] goes horribly wrong. And these teen

[05:46] accounts give us parents a whole lot

[05:47] more tools to do exactly that. So, if

[05:49] you've got a teen in your life or a

[05:51] future teen like I do, check out

[05:52] Instagram teen accounts and see how

[05:54] these automatic protections can help

[05:55] them connect more safely online. Learn

[05:57] more at instagram.com/teac

[05:59] accounts. For a couple minute segment

[06:01] out of this expose, Nick Shirley headed

[06:02] to an apartment type complex that

[06:04] honestly looks like an old rundown motel

[06:06] that has to registered at this address

[06:09] over 15 different hospice companies that

[06:12] clearly are not actually operational but

[06:15] all registered to the same address. And

[06:17] the really telling part of this is in

[06:19] the parking lot there are a hundred

[06:21] thousand plus dollar cars lining every

[06:24] spot in the parking lot. He says each

[06:26] and every person that he talks to in

[06:28] this complex is wearing some sort of

[06:30] designer clothing. Clearly just spending

[06:32] gobs of money. And the second that he

[06:34] started knocking on all the doors and

[06:35] the word was getting out that he was

[06:37] there. All these like mafia mobsters hop

[06:40] in their $100,000 cars and drive away

[06:42] from this shabby old motel who clearly

[06:45] allegedly allegedly are perpetrating

[06:48] this fraud against the American people.

[06:50] Watch this. To the original location

[06:51] where we found over 15 hospices in one

[06:54] plaza. I wanted to make sure it wasn't a

[06:56] fluke that Armenian mafia members were

[06:58] running the show and that there weren't

[07:00] just randomly $100,000 cars the day I

[07:02] went by. And this time it was even

[07:04] worse.

[07:04] >> Sir, how are you? How are you?

[07:07] >> Good. So, what do you think about all

[07:09] this hospice fraud? Sir, you're you're

[07:12] in the cyber truck driving away taking

[07:15] money from old people.

[07:18] Yet, he's just driving away in his cyber

[07:20] truck. Why don't you answer any

[07:21] questions? Let's see. We have another

[07:23] rich person as well that's getting rich

[07:25] off this bad.

[07:26] >> This guy's leaving as well. So, the two

[07:28] people that walked out of Holy Angels,

[07:29] they're in a brand new Cybert truck and

[07:32] a new BMW.

[07:33] >> I got to pause it right there for a

[07:34] second. Holy angels. Holy Angel's

[07:37] Hospice Care. You literally cannot make

[07:39] this up. This is almost as good as

[07:41] quality learing center. And I sure did

[07:43] lear a lot from the last Nick Shirley

[07:45] expose. How lucrative of a business is

[07:48] Hospice? I'm seeing a Cybert truck here

[07:49] in a nice BMW.

[07:53] It's good. Yeah, cuz it looks like for

[07:55] instance, Guardian of Angels that used

[07:58] to be here, $4.8 million they build the

[08:00] state of California.

[08:02] >> And how many clients do you guys have?

[08:04] >> Where the Do I have a badge? Do I need

[08:05] to answer your question?

[08:06] >> I'm just curious.

[08:08] >> It's not mine. I just work.

[08:10] >> Yeah. You must be getting paid pretty

[08:12] well, right?

[08:13] >> No, not Bro, my parents. Come on.

[08:16] >> Did your parents run the hospital?

[08:17] >> No, they don't work.

[08:19] >> No. Is that the Who's that guy in the

[08:21] cyber truck?

[08:22] >> He's my uncle.

[08:23] >> He's your uncle. So, it's like a family

[08:24] business. The hospicees.

[08:26] >> But why was he walking out of the

[08:27] hospice then, too?

[08:29] >> Cuz he came to brother. Can you leave me

[08:31] alone?

[08:31] >> Like these hospices? There's nothing

[08:32] inside of him. If it's not you guys, how

[08:34] come you're in the newest BMW and the

[08:36] newest Cyber Truck?

[08:37] >> Well, because I

[08:38] >> I can only imagine what the guy

[08:41] >> probably leave me alone.

[08:42] >> Just all the other hospices. Do you like

[08:44] taking care of old people? Like, are you

[08:45] the one going out and visiting the

[08:47] hospice patients, sir?

[08:49] >> Uh oh, he's going to have to do another

[08:50] point turn.

[08:52] >> Yeah, you guys are in my mood.

[08:54] >> You could just go that way. What's the

[08:55] key to opening up a hospice if I want to

[08:56] open up one? Cuz it's a you're in the

[08:58] family business of hospices.

[09:01] if I want to open my own.

[09:06] >> What do you do for work here?

[09:07] >> Huh?

[09:07] >> What do you do for work here?

[09:09] >> Why?

[09:09] >> Oh, we're just looking around. We're

[09:11] seeing all these, so we're just curious.

[09:13] >> Well, I don't know, man.

[09:17] >> Word got out that I was inside of the

[09:19] plaza and all the fraudsters started

[09:21] hopping in their cars, leaving the

[09:23] scene.

[09:23] >> Excuse me. Let's see if they can just

[09:26] answer our questions really quick.

[09:27] Hello. Can we ask you a quick question?

[09:30] Driving out in a brand new M8. They

[09:33] can't get out that easy.

[09:36] How can I get an M8 as well? Should I

[09:38] open up a hospice?

[09:42] Driving out in a brand new M8 BMW M8

[09:46] competition. Listen to this thing. This

[09:49] is the sound of hospice money. This is

[09:53] the sound of hospice money. Can I just

[09:56] say I spent some time with Nick a few

[09:58] weeks ago. We were at the speaker of the

[09:59] houses's uh cocktail reception right

[10:01] before uh the State of the Union. And it

[10:03] was so fun to get to catch up with him.

[10:04] My husband and I have been Nick Shirley

[10:07] stands well before his Minneapolis

[10:09] videos ever blew up. But he has been

[10:12] truly I said at the beginning of the

[10:13] video, the goat of independent media in

[10:16] ways I've never expected. All because

[10:18] he's just a 23-year-old kid that is

[10:21] looking this stuff up. It's public

[10:22] record. Anybody can look this up. taking

[10:24] a handheld camera and walking around

[10:26] just asking people questions. Like this

[10:28] is the very definition of boots on the

[10:30] ground independent guerilla journalism.

[10:32] And this is making such bigger waves a

[10:35] massive impact than anything any actual

[10:38] investigative journalist ever paid

[10:41] $250,000 for a Harvard journalism degree

[10:44] is doing right now. It it it is crazy to

[10:47] me that more people are not copying this

[10:50] strategy, frankly, because this is the

[10:52] easiest thing in the entire world. And

[10:54] yet, he's so good at it, obviously,

[10:55] because he is wildly talented and

[10:57] incredibly smart. But nobody has the

[10:59] secret sauce.

[11:00] >> Where's the lamb sauce?

[11:02] >> Come on, man. This the lamb sauce.

[11:04] >> Where's the lamb sauce?

[11:06] >> There is no secret ingredient. Just go

[11:08] expose it. That's what I love the most

[11:10] about Nick in his gray hoodies. We love

[11:12] it. Remember how I said it's not just

[11:14] hospice fraud, though? We know that

[11:16] rampant daycare fraud is happening in

[11:19] Minneapolis, aka Mogadishu, Minnesota.

[11:22] Frankly, we all picked the wrong career

[11:23] path. We all should have been opening

[11:25] Somali daycarees this entire time. And

[11:27] maybe we could all be driving Cyber

[11:28] Trucks and buying gazillion dollar homes

[11:30] and not struggling the way that our

[11:32] generation has been struggling for too

[11:34] long. Daycare fraud is also happening in

[11:36] the state of California. And Nick

[11:37] Shirley uncovered in this video one

[11:39] adult daycare that is not open. This is

[11:42] an adult daycare for presumably people

[11:44] with special needs. The front glass

[11:45] panels of the building are all shattered

[11:48] and broken. So clearly this is not

[11:50] actually a business that is currently in

[11:52] use. And yet this adult daycare has

[11:55] build to the state of California $19

[11:59] million to taxpayers. This is insane.

[12:02] And another thing to take note of is

[12:04] Gavin Newsome right now in poly market.

[12:06] He is the leading nominee for the

[12:08] Democrats come 2028. All this fraud's

[12:11] taking place. All this waste is taking

[12:13] place. Nobody really knows what's going

[12:14] on. I mean, look at this place. This

[12:16] adult daycare received $19 million. Has

[12:18] build the state of California over $19

[12:20] million over the past few years. All

[12:22] taking place in Gavin Newsome's

[12:24] California. Adult daycarees that are

[12:27] clearly not in operation. Spending $19

[12:30] million in taxpayer funds. And nobody

[12:33] cares. Nobody double checks. There's no

[12:35] oversight. Interesting. It's funny he

[12:37] mentions Gavin Newsome there actually.

[12:39] And another shocking part of this video

[12:40] is Nick Shirley investigating the

[12:42] streets of California, showing areas

[12:44] that he says look worse than third world

[12:47] countries. I mean, like this is truly

[12:49] the most destitute poverty you could

[12:51] possibly begin to imagine. And he's

[12:53] warning this decay is not limited to a

[12:55] few spots. The way that it used to be

[12:56] isolated to a place like Skid Row in Los

[12:59] Angeles, this is everywhere. It is all

[13:01] over the cities that he traversed doing

[13:03] this investigative video. Wasn't it

[13:05] Gavin Newsome though that promised when

[13:08] he was very first running for office in

[13:11] the first place that homelessness,

[13:13] tackling homelessness was his number one

[13:15] priority? And hasn't it been Gavin

[13:18] Newsome that has promised on the

[13:19] campaign trail over and over and over

[13:22] again every time he runs for reelection,

[13:24] homelessness and ending homelessness is

[13:26] my number one priority as your elected

[13:30] representative. Yet, this has only

[13:32] continued to get worse and worse and

[13:34] worse with every passing year. I spent

[13:36] one summer living in California. I was

[13:38] interning for Prageru in the summer of

[13:40] 2019 as like my first exposure into the

[13:43] content creator world whatsoever. And uh

[13:45] they offered me a full-time gig if I

[13:47] moved to California. And they were so

[13:48] sweet. I love the Prageru team, but I

[13:50] had to look at them and say, "Nope,

[13:51] sorry. I will never move to this state.

[13:53] I feel terrible." But no. While we were

[13:55] there, we did several videos exposing a

[13:57] lot of the poverty in Skid Row, in

[13:59] particular in downtown Los Angeles. And

[14:00] I will never forget the things that I

[14:02] saw. Now I go home to Colorado this year

[14:06] or in the last several years and the

[14:08] entirety of downtown Denver now looks

[14:10] like Skid Row. Los Angeles, I'm sure, is

[14:13] infinitely worse than it was even just

[14:15] several years ago in 2019. And if this

[14:18] is indeed true from this Nick Shirley

[14:20] video that everywhere looks like this,

[14:22] how on God's green earth can people

[14:24] legitimately be considering Gavin

[14:26] Newsome as a viable candidate for the

[14:28] next president of the United States?

[14:29] Like honestly ask yourself, do you want

[14:32] the rest of our country to look like

[14:34] this?

[14:34] >> Look at this. The self-abandonment here.

[14:36] And then what are these little pods

[14:38] right here?

[14:38] >> This is where the gun was pulled out on

[14:39] me. So I kind of want to talk to the

[14:40] treehouse guy, not the guy with the gun.

[14:42] >> Wow. Wow. The treehouse. We're going in.

[14:44] Here we go. Let's let Darren go in talk

[14:47] for a quick second.

[14:47] >> Freddy, are you home?

[14:48] >> Let's see if his name's Freddy.

[14:52] >> How you doing, sir? We're just trying to

[14:54] talk to Freddy who lives in the

[14:55] treehouse. Freddy, you not home?

[14:56] >> You want to do an interview, fam?

[14:57] >> Sure. I got

[14:58] >> I got I got a little key.

[14:59] >> Here's a dollar bill.

[15:00] >> You want to know what it's like living

[15:02] out here? Has the city ever came to

[15:04] offer you any resources? They get

[15:05] millions of dollars. Have you seen a

[15:07] single dollar from the city?

[15:08] >> Let me put this up. But they ain't came

[15:10] to offer nothing. They came with some

[15:11] fake little signs saying that they're

[15:14] going to uh

[15:15] >> basically help us out, right? But

[15:17] there's no help, man. There's no help.

[15:19] >> How long you been out here for?

[15:20] >> I've been out here for like a year now.

[15:22] >> What brought you out here?

[15:23] >> Different stuff that happens at home.

[15:26] You know what I mean? different home,

[15:27] you know, and then the economics of

[15:29] just, you know, losing job and stuff,

[15:31] you know what I mean?

[15:33] >> You know, if you lived out here, you

[15:35] know how it is, you know what I mean?

[15:36] >> Not a lot of people living out here.

[15:38] >> They living bad, you know what I mean?

[15:39] But not everybody's like mentally up.

[15:42] You know what I mean? Some people's on

[15:43] drugs, you know. Some people's on drugs,

[15:47] some people mentally, you know, [ __ ]

[15:49] up. You know, they got people like you

[15:50] out here, too. Like young kids, man.

[15:52] Smart as building like this, though. You

[15:54] know what I How old's the youngest

[15:56] person you've seen out here?

[15:58] >> Like 17.

[15:59] >> 17 years old living out here in Oakland

[16:01] on in these circumstances right here.

[16:02] How long has it been like this here?

[16:04] >> About 2 years.

[16:05] >> About 2 years. So it's just like

[16:06] recently.

[16:07] >> Two years. Yo. Yo, recently. But it just

[16:09] migrated over. You know what I mean?

[16:11] People start burning down each other and

[16:13] then you know they move from West

[16:14] Oakland to East Oakland. This is all

[16:16] around. It needs some help out here.

[16:17] Just period.

[16:18] >> And have you ever been contacted by a

[16:20] city official or by anybody here in the

[16:22] city?

[16:23] >> Nobody. Would you accept help if the

[16:25] city gave you guys help?

[16:26] >> Yeah, you would accept help. It's

[16:27] enough.

[16:28] >> Well, that's enough. Okay, he's called

[16:30] it. All right, have a good rest of your

[16:31] day, bro.

[16:32] >> We got a lot to see, but we got the

[16:34] cops.

[16:34] >> We have Oakland's find us.

[16:36] >> We just can't really talk about all the

[16:37] other stuff just cuz like we can get in

[16:38] trouble before it's

[16:40] >> media thing. We can follow you guys over

[16:42] to our media person.

[16:44] >> You guys have a blessed day.

[16:45] >> Have a good one.

[16:46] >> You guys be safe. Give us a call right

[16:48] now.

[16:48] >> Look, look, the cops pull through. They

[16:50] didn't even do any They didn't stop or

[16:51] talk to anybody. I They just come

[16:53] through, patrol the area. I mean, look,

[16:54] Darren, this is next level, right?

[16:56] >> Honestly, this looks like something out

[16:58] of a dystopian movie. Like, there's no

[17:00] way this is actually real. That American

[17:02] citizens are living like this. And yet,

[17:04] they are. We've known this for a long

[17:06] time, especially in the state of

[17:07] California, that American citizens are

[17:09] being completely neglected by their

[17:11] government. This guy says, "Not once,

[17:13] not once has someone from the city or

[17:15] state government come out to ask, how

[17:17] can we help? Can we get you in

[17:18] affordable housing? Can we put you in a

[17:20] shelter? Can we offer you an opportunity

[17:22] to to get a job?" All of these programs

[17:25] that Gavin Newsome has said for years

[17:27] are his number one priority. And yet

[17:30] instead they'll spend $19 million on an

[17:32] adult daycare that clearly isn't

[17:34] operational or hundreds of millions of

[17:36] dollars on Medicare fraud begs the

[17:38] question, all of this affordable housing

[17:40] that should be available to Californians

[17:42] who have lost their job or are

[17:44] struggling with something like addiction

[17:46] or a mental health crisis or any other

[17:48] problem in their life that deserves

[17:50] extra attention and care. I thought we

[17:52] were supposed to serve the least of

[17:53] these to help the marginalized. How much

[17:55] of that housing is actually going to

[17:56] illegal immigrants instead? Begs the

[17:58] question. I don't know. Again, just

[18:00] further proof that these people don't

[18:01] actually care about social justice or

[18:04] helping the marginalized and uplifting

[18:06] those struggling with homelessness or

[18:08] poverty. They're just interested in the

[18:09] talking point about it, which is why

[18:10] Gavin Newsome has run for office every

[18:13] single time saying ending homelessness

[18:15] is his number one priority. And here we

[18:17] are. So, we've got Medicare fraud and

[18:20] hospice fraud. We've got daycare fraud.

[18:23] And additionally, in this video, Nick

[18:25] Shirley is exposing voting fraud in

[18:27] California, which obviously I expect to

[18:30] lead the country and just how truly

[18:32] insane it actually is. He claims that

[18:34] abandoned buildings throughout

[18:35] California have countless people

[18:37] registered to vote at them, even though

[18:39] the buildings are themselves abandoned.

[18:42] He interviewed one guy in a Little Man

[18:43] on the Street interview, and this guy

[18:44] says, "I've never seen a single person

[18:47] go in or out of these buildings. It

[18:49] doesn't surprise me. This is commie for

[18:52] a reason. Listen to this.

[18:53] >> This building here in downtown San

[18:55] Diego, there's over 16 people who are

[18:58] registered to vote at this address right

[19:01] here. It would surprise you if inside of

[19:03] this building alone, there's 15 people

[19:05] registered to vote. Yet, all the windows

[19:07] are boarded up. Oh, one of the business

[19:09] was duckets, and I never saw anybody go

[19:11] in or out of there.

[19:12] >> 15 people are registered to vote, and a

[19:14] lot of them voted in the 2024 election.

[19:16] >> Doesn't surprise me. This is commie for

[19:19] a reason.

[19:20] >> Do you think voter fraud takes place

[19:21] here in California?

[19:22] >> 100%.

[19:23] >> And do you trust Gavin Newsome?

[19:25] >> No. No. Not at all. You could tell by

[19:29] the way he talks. He never wants to

[19:30] answer a real question. Uh let's see. He

[19:32] calls ICE basically calls him out. Calls

[19:35] him terrorist. In some ways, I kind of

[19:37] hope he runs for president. That means

[19:39] someone else is going to get governor.

[19:40] And if he doesn't make it as president,

[19:41] his political career is done. I don't

[19:44] see him winning. I really don't. Right

[19:46] now in poly market he's leading for the

[19:47] Democrats as far as who's going to be

[19:49] the next nominee.

[19:50] >> Yeah. And Com is leading. Look how that

[19:53] went.

[19:53] >> Look how that went. It is time for us to

[19:56] be unburdened by what has been. I can

[19:58] imagine what can be and be unburdened by

[20:00] what has been. You know, I actually feel

[20:03] for this guy. I share his disgust and

[20:05] disdain with Gavin Newsome's policies.

[20:07] But it's a dangerous game to play to

[20:09] say, "I hope he runs for president so

[20:10] someone else can be the governor of

[20:12] California because he definitely won't

[20:14] win the presidential election." I don't

[20:16] think people realize on the right how

[20:19] shockingly well Gavin Newsome probably

[20:21] would do in a presidential election. Not

[20:23] that he's guaranteed to win, per se, but

[20:26] I think you would be shocked how well

[20:28] this man would do running for president

[20:29] of the United States, which is why we

[20:31] have to expose this stuff now, today,

[20:34] right here with whatever resources we

[20:36] have available to us. Honestly, at this

[20:38] point, shame on the mainstream media for

[20:40] their complete failure to act in

[20:42] exposing any of this stuff. Nick Shirley

[20:44] has gone to two states, and not even the

[20:46] entirety of two states, but just two

[20:48] states and uncovered hundreds of

[20:50] millions of dollars in fraud. I don't

[20:53] see a single federal investigator

[20:55] talking about this. I don't see a single

[20:57] investigative journalist taking it upon

[20:59] themselves to go do all of this stuff on

[21:01] their own. What I see is a 23-year-old

[21:03] in a gray hoodie filming it on his

[21:05] phone. God bless this man, Nick Shirley,

[21:08] for supreme leader of the world. At this

[21:10] point, I get asked all the time, how can

[21:13] somebody possibly begin to build a

[21:14] following or have a gazillion followers

[21:16] on social media or get 150 million views

[21:18] on a video like Nick Shirley did? But

[21:20] again, what I love about Nick is he's

[21:21] just a normal guy. He's a 23-year-old

[21:24] kid who saw something happening, who saw

[21:26] a legitimate injustice in society and

[21:28] decided to do something about it, to

[21:30] expose it, to just put it out there. You

[21:32] never know what will happen if you just

[21:34] have the courage to use your voice. The

[21:37] gift that we have through social media

[21:39] and the platform of the internet,

[21:41] especially on platforms like X and Tik

[21:43] Tok where you never know where virality

[21:45] is going to come from, that has never

[21:48] existed in the history of humankind. So

[21:51] get off your booty today and go do

[21:53] something about it. Go use your voice.

[21:56] Go film something on your phone. Go

[21:57] expose something that's happening in

[21:59] your own community. Because if we all

[22:01] had the courage to do what Nick Shirley

[22:03] does every day, we would put the legacy

[22:04] media, aka mostly state sponsored

[22:07] propaganda at this point, out of

[22:08] business tomorrow.
