[00:13] where you were the news we were covering

[00:16] it was incredibly daunting Donald Trump

[00:18] was facing 700 years in federal

[00:22] prison Donald

[00:24] Trump was not raising the

[00:27] money that maor presidential candidates

[00:31] would be at that time a year ago we had

[00:33] not even had the Iowa

[00:36] caucus a year ago Ronda santis was still

[00:40] an active presidential candidate a year

[00:42] ago Nikki Haley was still an active

[00:45] presidential candidate a year ago V

[00:48] ramas Swami I we had this whole field of

[00:50] Challengers against President Trump a

[00:53] year ago and we had not even gone

[00:55] through Iowa yet a year ago R was still

[01:00] the chair of the

[01:03] RNC a year ago Joe Biden was the betting

[01:06] odds favorite to become president of the

[01:08] United States a year ago Joe Biden was

[01:10] still the Democrat presumptive

[01:14] nominee it was daunting and we were

[01:16] battle

[01:18] hardened after

[01:20] 2020 many of

[01:22] us became prisoners of cynicism and

[01:25] negativity almost everywhere I would

[01:28] visit I would have to force people

[01:29] people to try to

[01:31] believe yes we can do it they said oh

[01:34] our vote doesn't matter and yes a lot of

[01:37] you in this audience I saved all of your

[01:39] emails a lot of your emails in fact I

[01:41] could read them but I don't know if it's

[01:43] a good use of our time where you guys

[01:45] would say you don't know what you're

[01:47] talking about you're going to you know

[01:48] we're going to lose no matter what don't

[01:50] Embrace early

[01:51] voting nobody

[01:53] cares and I in some ways I get that

[01:56] because you were such you were held

[01:58] captive you were a

[02:00] ostage of

[02:04] the of the Carnage of

[02:07] 2020 what's the point in voting but I

[02:10] made a promise to all of you I made a

[02:13] promise to all of you a year ago the

[02:16] last broadcast of 2023 I made a progress

[02:18] to Turning Point donors I mean a promise

[02:20] I made a promise to our audience here on

[02:22] the Charlie Kirk show I made a promise

[02:23] to our millions of followers out there I

[02:25] said no one will work harder than

[02:27] Turning Point action and the Char Kirk

[02:30] show I said I will work I said I will

[02:33] travel the country I will go to every

[02:34] nook and cranny we will register the

[02:36] voters we will chase the votes we'll get

[02:38] into the elemental

[02:40] Grassroots we're going to hire 1,500

[02:43] people we're going to do the gritty type

[02:45] of work we made a promise we made a

[02:47] proclamation that no one would work

[02:49] harder we did not guarantee success but

[02:51] I asked many of you please allow

[02:54] yourself to

[02:55] believe allow yourself to believe that

[02:58] this is possible all allow yourself to

[03:00] believe that we can do this allow

[03:02] yourself to

[03:04] believe that we can win and in some ways

[03:07] the greatest challenge of

[03:09] 2024 was not even what we

[03:13] did the greatest

[03:16] challenge

[03:20] was getting people to think we could win

[03:25] the biggest challenge was

[03:27] believing the hardest part for us was

[03:29] not hiring 1,500 people or raising the

[03:32] tens of millions of dollars it required

[03:34] to have the largest full-time Army to

[03:36] chase ballots the hardest thing was not

[03:38] visiting all the campuses or the 1.8

[03:40] billion Tik Tok views because it was

[03:43] Monumental Monumental what we were able

[03:45] to do on Tik Tok this last year 1.8

[03:49] billion views on Tik Tok alone not me

[03:52] not to mention YouTube or

[03:55] Instagram no the hardest part of what we

[03:58] were doing what we did this last year

[04:00] was getting everyday Rank and file

[04:03] Americans to think that their vote

[04:05] mattered that they need to fight and

[04:08] that Donald Trump can win and think

[04:09] about it just seemed

[04:12] overwhelming it just seemed as if

[04:15] there's no way we could defeat the Beast

[04:17] that the machine is undefeated that the

[04:19] Leviathan is going to is going to pull

[04:22] something out of their

[04:24] sleeve that there

[04:26] is something that was coming around the

[04:29] corner and

[04:33] honestly some of you were right when you

[04:35] said that they did have a lot planned

[04:37] but it just didn't fail it didn't work

[04:39] it failed it required hope it required

[04:45] Faith the greatest loser of 2024 the

[04:49] greatest

[04:51] loser was

[04:54] dorismar with the thousands of you that

[04:57] would email us at times and say Charlie

[05:01] I'm not going to work I'm not going to

[05:02] chase ballots I'm not going to register

[05:04] voters cuz it's all rigged turns out you

[05:06] were wrong it turns out those of us that

[05:09] believed enough to make it too big to

[05:11] rig to hire the people to chase the

[05:12] ballots to get in the Grassroots to take

[05:14] over the precinct committee

[05:16] positions that you actually can

[05:19] effectuate

[05:22] change

[05:23] 2024 should be the death of doomeris and

[05:27] not believing that change is possible we

[05:29] won the youth vote in the state of

[05:31] Michigan

[05:32] everybody we nearly won it in Wisconsin

[05:35] we nearly won it in Pennsylvania we

[05:37] moved the youth vote 30 plus

[05:41] points but if you were to come to the

[05:43] table with a belief system or a

[05:46] philosophy oh no it's impossible to to

[05:48] change things and the country is going

[05:51] to hell and there's no reversing it that

[05:53] mentality we were able to break with a

[05:56] lot of work it wasn't easy because in

[05:58] some ways the greatest opposition this

[06:01] last year was not of the left it was

[06:03] cynical people on the right donors that

[06:06] didn't think that Trump could win

[06:08] Grassroots folks that thought it was

[06:10] irredeemably rigged but Charlie the

[06:12] machines voting early is terrible turns

[06:14] out voting early was actually excellent

[06:16] without voting early we wouldn't have

[06:20] won we were our own greatest enemy and

[06:23] we worked worked worked and we acted

[06:25] acted acted do you guys

[06:27] remember this last summer

[06:31] this

[06:34] last June July August when every day I

[06:37] said find new voters and register new

[06:38] voters you helped make this happen and

[06:41] this audience has been the tip of the

[06:43] spear the

[06:45] Vanguard every single day I'd be giving

[06:47] these pep talks in July be giving these

[06:49] pep talks in August guys we only have

[06:51] 100 days left to register voters and all

[06:53] of that made a difference

[06:59] and this year this 2024 as we go through

[07:02] the individual elements throughout this

[07:04] hour should be the the end of

[07:08] saying that can happen no it can happen

[07:11] you just witnessed and were part of the

[07:14] greatest comeback in American political

[07:18] history and all the Doomer all the

[07:21] doomers all the people that were overly

[07:23] negative they were wrong and those of us

[07:25] that believed were right the turning

[07:28] point this year no pun

[07:31] intended to be honest was the work that

[07:34] a lot of you did in the Grassroots back

[07:36] in

[07:39] Vegas I believe that if the RNC was

[07:42] under current hands if ra still would

[07:45] have remained as chair of the RNC I

[07:47] don't know if we would have won the

[07:49] cycle and the RNC was a thankless

[07:53] fight the RNC was a very difficult

[08:00] Endeavor for us we made a lot of enemies

[08:03] in fact the leadership of the RNC

[08:05] backstabbed me they tried to destroy me

[08:06] they leaked stories against me they did

[08:08] everything they could to try to take out

[08:10] Turning Point turns out they

[08:12] were very unsuccessful quite

[08:17] unsuccessful NBC News reported at the

[08:20] time conservative activist Charlie Kirk

[08:22] helped oust R McDaniel at the RNC now

[08:25] the knives are out for him very few

[08:27] people were willing to take stands and

[08:30] get in the arena and to try to remove

[08:34] the proven loser Ron

[08:37] mcromney and Rona mcromney remained as

[08:40] chair all after the 2022

[08:44] midterms but we said no all through 2023

[08:47] we knew she had to go we knew that we

[08:49] needed to launch a Grassroots campaign

[08:52] again the president made the ultimate

[08:53] decision and he deserves the credit for

[08:55] that removing ra and then putting in

[08:59] Michael Watley and Laura Trump a

[09:01] terrific a Monumental upgrade we had so

[09:04] many people warning us against this

[09:06] fight Charlie this is a big fight for

[09:08] you you're going to make a lot of

[09:09] enemies I said so what people that were

[09:13] in business with me people telling me

[09:15] that they knew better yeah they didn't

[09:18] honestly I'll never forget that people

[09:20] trying to tell me that oh we know we

[09:22] know better than you and no actually you

[09:24] were wrong and this audience was right

[09:27] the Grassroots of this show was correct

[09:30] in saying we have to remove R mcromney

[09:33] and we decided to ignore all the

[09:35] cautionary tales because we needed an

[09:38] RNC that was equipped to win and by by

[09:41] the way the RNC run by ra they were they

[09:44] did every dark

[09:47] arts let's just say move you could do to

[09:51] try to cancel us to smear

[09:53] us every scheme you could imagine they

[09:56] were more worried at trying to take out

[09:58] Charlie Kirk and turn point then run the

[10:04] RNC but we knew because of you in this

[10:08] audience there was a 99% support to get

[10:11] rid of RA

[10:13] 99% and they spent more energy beating

[10:16] us than trying to beat Democrats Well

[10:18] turns out the

[10:21] removal of R

[10:24] mcromney was

[10:27] critical that the removal of mcromney

[10:30] was a foundational first step to the win

[10:32] we just had and all of you that traveled

[10:34] to our restoring National confidence

[10:37] Summit in Vegas to give an idea of what

[10:38] we did we were the only organization

[10:40] that was willing to plan our own RNC

[10:42] winter meeting simultaneous with the

[10:45] actual RNC winter meeting which was the

[10:47] most Brazen thing we could do but we

[10:50] were not just going to sit idly by and

[10:51] allow this to

[10:54] happen with 75 key GOP Republican chairs

[10:58] plus state

[10:59] using our data using our

[11:03] application we we we were in Vegas doing

[11:07] that

[11:10] work and a lot of other organizations

[11:12] said well that's a little too close to

[11:13] the Sun for us we're we're afraid to

[11:15] pick that fight well we weren't we

[11:16] leaned right into the

[11:20] arena and r r got removed which was a

[11:24] massive victory for the Grassroots and

[11:26] dramatically improved president Trump's

[11:28] chances

[11:29] and from there a year ago again January

[11:33] of 2024 we still looked like a movement

[11:35] in Exile Donald Trump won an Iowa won in

[11:37] New Hampshire but was he really going to

[11:39] be able to build this Grassroots

[11:43] movement it turns out that this year is

[11:46] a year that only happens once in many

[11:48] many lifetimes and throughout the hour

[11:51] we're going to recap a lot of other

[11:53] things the campus tours the verality the

[11:56] selection of JD Vance as vice president

[11:59] of the United

[12:00] States Butler Pennsylvania leading all

[12:03] the way up until the last 90-day push

[12:06] where all of you chased ballots were all

[12:08] of you registered voters were all of you

[12:10] in this audience said no to the

[12:12] naysayers and you got into the

[12:20] game and this is a year that we'll never

[12:23] forget and that we must cherish we must

[12:25] remember that we must reflect we must go

[12:27] through and of course

[12:30] finally we are going to say thank you to

[12:33] God because I believe the hand of God

[12:37] was evident and apparent all throughout

[12:40] this last

[12:41] year that God had a plan and that we

[12:44] were just small little actors and

[12:46] instruments for his Divine will and his

[12:48] purpose we did many things this year at

[12:51] Turning Point action from the 1,500

[12:53] people we had on the ground and chased

[12:56] ballots we chased over 3 100,000 ballots

[13:00] in the state of Arizona well over 60,000

[13:03] ballots in the state of Wisconsin and

[13:05] the scores of volunteers and all of you

[13:08] that worked so hard this is your Victory

[13:11] this is your New Year celebration and

[13:13] you should cherish that you should

[13:15] celebrate in

[13:17] that here's just the here's when I lost

[13:19] my voice literally it happened twice on

[13:22] the campaign Trail let's play Cut

[13:27] here of the state of the race um the

[13:29] debate is uh distant memory it's only

[13:31] like 9 or 10 days ago where do you think

[13:34] things stand right now and has K Harris

[13:37] successfully introduced herself to the

[13:43] on a good day and it was uh it was rough

[14:56] event and yet for whatever reason I I

[14:59] think over 500,000 people say they were

[15:01] there this is like when what was it when

[15:03] the Giants won the World Series on a

[15:05] walk-off home run the old joke in San

[15:07] Francisco was it was something like this

[15:09] that you know it seated 22,000 people

[15:11] but two million people say they were

[15:13] there everyone I meet in Arizona you

[15:15] know I was at that Bobby Kennedy event

[15:17] there's no way everyone I meet was at

[15:18] the Bobby Kennedy event we were honored
