[00:00] Folks, big thank you to Blackout Coffee,
[00:03] one of the longest time sponsors here.
[00:05] Amazing stuff, amazing coffee, and even
[00:07] better, some of the best values out
[00:09] there as far as a company goes. So,
[00:12] we're putting a discount code below the
[00:13] video. Go make sure you support them.
[00:15] Grab some amazing coffee. Truly amazing
[00:17] stuff. So, folks, I'm sure most of you
[00:20] have uh heard of a guy by the name of
[00:22] Tim P out there. Kind of an interesting
[00:25] fellow. Anyways, he apparently saw my
[00:28] video on the frangible 30 odd sex test
[00:31] and was I would say maybe just a
[00:34] smartass. Um or maybe he's he's
[00:37] legitimately stupid. That's a
[00:39] possibility. Look, a lot of people who
[00:42] do this kind of stuff are stupid. Look,
[00:44] it just is what it is. But I want to go
[00:46] through what he said. And I'm going to
[00:49] break all of this down for Tim like he's
[00:51] a uh 10-year-old who's never really
[00:54] learned how to analyze things and use
[00:57] educated guesses and and common sense
[01:00] because I'm getting really kind of sick
[01:02] of people battling each other on the
[01:05] Charlie Kirk thing. There is one reality
[01:07] that we all need to bring in and hold.
[01:11] Okay, the FBI did not do a good job.
[01:14] They still aren't doing a good job. The
[01:16] official narrative, as you're about to
[01:19] learn, is total crap. Or at least it is
[01:23] extremely probably one of the hardest
[01:24] things to believe I've ever heard. Can
[01:26] we all agree on that? And then
[01:28] everything else, the little like small
[01:30] stuff, it's just subsections of it. And
[01:34] if you haven't seen the 30 odd six
[01:36] frangible test, I put a link below the
[01:38] video. I recommend you go watch it
[01:40] because that's what started all of this.
[01:42] So Tim, I got to ask really quick, dude.
[01:45] What's under the beanie? What's under
[01:47] there? Is it a treasure map? The door to
[01:49] Narnia? Lost City of Atlantis? I don't
[01:51] know, man. But I've never seen you not
[01:53] wear the beanie, so I'm just curious.
[01:55] Just taking a guess. It's all good. All
[01:56] right, so I am going to break this
[01:58] entire thing down. So Chris Martinson
[02:01] had reposted our video here and uh he
[02:05] said the Charlie Kirk shooting is yet
[02:06] another example of cartoon physics fed
[02:08] slop we're supposed to meekly accept but
[02:11] but but people said maybe it was a
[02:14] frangible round. I think in fact Candace
[02:16] Owens took that at kind of face value
[02:19] from the surgeon she had spoke with. Um
[02:24] thanks to the guys at Heavy Duty
[02:25] Country, we know it wasn't that either.
[02:28] And then Tim Pool has to insert his ass
[02:31] into [ __ ] everything. Honest
[02:33] question. What is the assessment? Okay,
[02:36] you're not being a jackass. This is an
[02:38] honest question. Okay, I'm going to take
[02:40] that at face value here. FBI knows it
[02:42] wasn't a 306 and is lying about what
[02:45] really happened, but chose the wrong
[02:46] caliber. FBI is in on it and
[02:49] intentionally lied about the caliber.
[02:51] This is the most low IQ take on this
[02:54] entire situation I have ever heard. You
[02:56] know what's wild to me? All of these
[02:59] people who have these shows all of a
[03:01] sudden when it came to Charlie Kirk just
[03:04] are big government guys now. It's like,
[03:06] "Oh, oh, so you you don't think the FBI
[03:08] could do anything wrong? Oh, you don't
[03:10] think anyone else was involved with it?
[03:13] You just think it's, oh, the FBI said
[03:15] this, so that's it." So, this is going
[03:18] to be my official response to Tim. So,
[03:20] let's start with this. This guy, Tyler
[03:23] Robinson, killed Charlie Kirk with a gun
[03:26] that is older than me. had never killed
[03:28] anybody before. Took a shot from about
[03:32] 140 yards on top of a building. Nobody
[03:34] saw him go up there. Nobody stopped him.
[03:38] He was walking through security with no
[03:41] gun in his hand. We have no physical
[03:45] image of him with the gun at any point
[03:48] in this investigation, but somehow he
[03:50] got it up there. Whether it was through
[03:52] his pants, people are saying, or up his
[03:54] ass, or I don't know, maybe he put it
[03:56] down his throat. Who knows? He was into
[03:58] that. He was dating some furry dude. But
[04:00] that's the story. Okay. Then he shot
[04:03] Charlie Kirk with a round that is
[04:05] apparently magic. Okay. Remember that.
[04:07] It's magic. It should have tore his
[04:09] [ __ ] head off. But no, it didn't. The
[04:12] only clear footage we have is this. Here
[04:14] he comes running off of the roof.
[04:17] Remember guys, this is 2025 or excuse
[04:20] me, 2026.
[04:22] This is not 1950. This is even not 2000.
[04:26] There are phones all over the place.
[04:27] There are cameras all over the place.
[04:29] Hell, if there was a Tesla in the
[04:31] parking lot, they would have been able
[04:32] to figure that out. If you watch him
[04:34] here, there is no gun in his hand. Zero
[04:37] gun. Where's the gun? Is this not
[04:39] alarming to you, Tim? Like, are you
[04:41] buying this so far? Now, here we have
[04:44] the old ass gun that he apparently shot
[04:46] Charlie Kirk with. Or at least that's
[04:47] what's being reported at this point.
[04:49] When people have asked, "Hey, look,
[04:52] where was the gun? Where is it?" When
[04:54] he's walking around, you can't fit that
[04:56] in a backpack. You're not fitting that
[04:57] down your pant leg. Then people say,
[04:59] "Oh, well, he broke it down." Okay, so
[05:02] he shot Charlie Kirk. He had time to get
[05:05] a screwdriver out and break this thing
[05:07] down and shove it back in his backpack.
[05:10] and then reassemble it when he throws it
[05:13] in the woods. I just want to make sure
[05:14] it looks pretty for the FBI when they
[05:16] find this. Give me a break, man. Here we
[05:20] got more images of him. Where is the
[05:22] gun? Where is it? Then in this video,
[05:25] how did the security not see him on the
[05:27] roof?
[05:45] There he is.
[05:55] Is there a good answer for that? You're
[05:58] looking up 140 yards. Yes, it's far
[06:00] away. But also, if you know nobody's
[06:02] supposed to be on the roof and you just
[06:04] see some dude over there standing on the
[06:06] roof in a prone position, you're you're
[06:09] not moving Charlie. Sorry, dude. Kind of
[06:12] in the middle of this investigation. We
[06:14] put out the first video saying that
[06:17] there's no way a 30 six could be stopped
[06:20] by a human neck. Then people were like,
[06:22] "Oh, no, it's frangible." Now people are
[06:24] saying it's varmint. I mean, how many
[06:26] how many different rounds do we have to
[06:27] test until people are like, "Okay, this
[06:30] doesn't make any sense." This is the
[06:32] frangible 306 test that we did
[06:39] straight through calfeur with a
[06:41] frangible 306 round. Then after he
[06:46] allegedly just killed someone, he goes
[06:49] to a gas station. Mind you, he's changed
[06:51] clothes two times at this point, but he
[06:53] goes to a gas station. He's at the top
[06:55] left here and he's just middle of the
[06:57] day. Oh, no big deal, man. Just got to
[06:59] get some gas, take my time. No big deal,
[07:03] right? This is all normal to people,
[07:05] right? This is all something that adds
[07:07] up to a normal assassination attempt or
[07:11] assassination. Then, if all of that
[07:12] isn't enough, he goes and he texts his
[07:15] furry boyfriend, essentially admitting
[07:16] to the whole thing in texts that look
[07:18] like they're scripted. Then, let's get
[07:20] into even the weirder stuff. Now,
[07:23] Charlie sent out a bunch of texts saying
[07:24] that he was going to meet with a bunch
[07:26] of super rich donors and that he was
[07:29] worried that he was going to be killed.
[07:31] And his friend said that he got those
[07:32] messages.
[07:33] >> He he wrote me this, "Please pray for
[07:35] me. I'm under the gun on something right
[07:37] now. Prayers appreciated." I texted him
[07:39] and I said, "I hope you've increased
[07:41] your security detail." He texted me
[07:43] back. He said, "I have. I know they want
[07:46] me dead." And I don't know [snorts] who
[07:47] he meant by they.
[07:48] >> And then Erica Kirk somehow has his cell
[07:51] phone, which is a piece of evidence. If
[07:54] somebody is killed, wouldn't the FBI
[07:57] want his phone to see who he's talking
[07:58] to, who he was maybe in the middle of a
[08:01] fight with, go over all the metadata, go
[08:03] over all of the stuff in his phone?
[08:05] Nope. Instead, Erica Kirk somehow has
[08:07] it. And then she goes on to say that no,
[08:10] he wasn't worried about being killed by
[08:12] mega donors,
[08:14] >> but he was not messaging people the day
[08:17] before saying, "I'm going to be
[08:19] murdered. They're coming after [snorts]
[08:21] me. Someone's going to kill me." He
[08:23] didn't he didn't say that.
[08:24] >> And this is part of what's caused the
[08:26] stir here. Jewish donors playing all the
[08:28] stereotypes. I cannot and will not be
[08:31] bullied like this, leaving me no choice
[08:34] but to leave the pro-Israel cause. 20our
[08:37] response in a country the size of New
[08:39] Jersey.
[08:39] >> There he is talking about October 7th.
[08:41] >> It's a big explanation. And more
[08:42] importantly, America is significantly
[08:45] underwriting the Israeli government. $4
[08:48] billion a year. We as American taxpayers
[08:50] deserve answers to this. We deserve
[08:52] answers. Also, if we're going to get
[08:54] into a regional or world war based on an
[08:56] intel failure. So, um I mean we pay for
[09:00] this. What are we buying? Right. I got
[09:02] smeared as a Jew hater, an anti-semite,
[09:05] and conspiracy theorist because I said
[09:07] exactly what I just said. And I
[09:10] >> Wow. Then we have Erica, not once but
[09:14] twice, going on a show saying that
[09:17] Charlie was a big fan of saying Shabbat
[09:20] shalom as a Christian. as a Christian
[09:22] who was questioning what Israel was
[09:24] doing, as a Christian who was
[09:26] questioning the response time on October
[09:29] 7th and the actions of Israel in terms
[09:32] of the war over there.
[09:33] >> He would walk through the door, drop his
[09:35] bags, daddy's home, take his phone,
[09:38] Friday night, Shabbat shalom, throw it
[09:40] in the drunk drawer, and it was just all
[09:42] us. And that's what I always wanted to
[09:44] make so special for him was coming home.
[09:47] I' I'd always say, "Baby, I don't care
[09:48] what time you get home. Home is here for
[09:50] you. Your food will never be cold. It
[09:52] might sit out for a little bit, but I'll
[09:53] reheat it. It's fine. And I just want to
[09:55] encourage spouses. I've
[09:57] >> said this before, I'm going to say it
[09:58] again. And Tim P may not get this
[10:00] because he was a part of the Netanyahu
[10:03] meeting where Netanyahu met with a bunch
[10:05] of influencers.
[10:07] >> Last night I wasn't here. Um, I got uh
[10:09] late word that I was invited to a
[10:12] private roundt meeting with Prime
[10:15] Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Uh, it was
[10:18] under what spoke what's called Chattum
[10:19] House rules. For those that are not
[10:21] familiar, this means that you cannot
[10:22] reveal anybody who attended nor
[10:25] attribute anything to any one individual
[10:27] as they can deny it and they and they
[10:29] would. However, what I love about what
[10:31] the White House is currently doing when
[10:32] you bring together a bunch of
[10:33] influencers and podcasters who don't
[10:35] know much about journalism, culture,
[10:38] whatever you want to call it, not that
[10:39] we respect it tremendously, most people
[10:41] didn't know what Chattam House meant.
[10:43] So, uh, with all due respect, it's funny
[10:45] cuz I they bring us into the
[10:46] >> and and somehow he played this as a
[10:48] flex. If you offered me to meet Benjamin
[10:51] Netanyahu right now, I'd be like, "Yeah,
[10:53] great. I would love to meet him so I can
[10:55] give him the middle finger from all of
[10:58] the American taxpayers. Put that in your
[11:00] Chattam House rules." Anyways, then we
[11:03] have the weird grieving process from
[11:05] Erica Kirk. I don't know exactly what it
[11:08] looks like because I'm not a woman and I
[11:11] uh haven't lost a spouse, but I imagine
[11:14] one I would be on fire. Like if if my
[11:17] wife was killed like this, I would be on
[11:19] fire and I would be on fire publicly. It
[11:21] wouldn't be, okay, let's cry for like
[11:24] maybe a week and then let's go on a book
[11:26] tour for a [snorts] book that I didn't
[11:28] write and let's make a fuckload of money
[11:31] off of this.
[11:32] >> Honestly, just rest. [music] That would
[11:33] be my husband's message as well. There's
[11:35] a lot of noise out there. Holiday season
[11:37] can be really crazy. Um, [music] but I
[11:39] just pray that you find some alone time.
[11:41] >> She's got the book like in her face.
[11:43] >> Love on your babies, love on your
[11:44] [music] family members. Life is short.
[11:48] >> Unbelievable. So, let's move on. Uh,
[11:51] we're kind of skipping around here, but
[11:52] I I just kind of want to go show the
[11:54] entirety to the people who are like,
[11:55] "Oh, what what's the point of doing the
[11:57] 30 six test?" The point is is that if
[11:59] there were lies within any of this, the
[12:02] whole story blows up. To me, the most
[12:05] craziest part of all this is that they
[12:07] said it was a 306. I'm willing to bet
[12:09] they're going to change that story
[12:10] again. They're going to say, "Oh, that
[12:11] wasn't actually the gun, even though his
[12:13] DNA was on it." So, then she forgives
[12:17] Tyler Robinson publicly, but she turns
[12:19] into like a demon face when it comes to
[12:23] people wanting to figure this out. And
[12:25] look, it's not really necessarily about
[12:28] Erica anymore. Let's break this down as
[12:30] simple as it can get. This is an
[12:32] American who was assassinated on US
[12:34] soil. That can happen to literally
[12:36] anybody. So, people are very invested in
[12:40] how did this happen? Who is involved?
[12:42] Why is the FBI not really doing much or
[12:46] what it seems like? But this is Erica
[12:48] when she's like, "Stop it. I'll forgive
[12:51] Tyler, but you stop it."
[12:52] >> The podcaster candidate
[12:54] >> gives me chills every time I watch it.
[12:55] at one time a [snorts] friend of
[12:57] Charlie's, at one time an employee of
[12:59] Turning Point. She has been one of the
[13:01] main peddlers of these conspiracies and
[13:03] she is making a huge amount of money on
[13:05] it. She is building her business off of
[13:08] these lies. What do you want to say to
[13:11] her and the other people that are
[13:13] putting these lies out into the world
[13:15] right now?
[13:16] >> So, a little bit odd.
[13:18] So, now going back to the bullet,
[13:20] Candace Owens said that this guy Andrew
[13:22] Kulvit just lied, which to me, I've been
[13:25] over this before. I don't believe that.
[13:28] I don't believe that some employee of
[13:30] Turning Point can act on his own on
[13:31] something that is extremely sensitive,
[13:34] like what exactly happened to Charlie
[13:37] Kirk when he was shot. I don't believe
[13:38] it. In huge organizations, all of that
[13:41] stuff is ran up through the ranks,
[13:42] especially anything that goes out
[13:44] publicly. But we're just going to play
[13:46] along with the um he acted alone.
[13:51] His bone was so healthy and the density
[13:53] was so so twoos impressive that he's
[13:57] like the man of steel. It should have
[13:58] gone through and through. It likely
[14:00] would have killed those standing behind
[14:01] them. In the end, the coroner did find
[14:04] the bullet just beneath the skin. Okay,
[14:06] guys. So, we're we're getting like 15
[14:08] different stories now, right? Cuz
[14:10] remember Candace said it was frangible.
[14:12] This guy's saying that they found the
[14:14] bullet. Okay. Well, can we see the
[14:15] bullet? Can you release images of the
[14:17] bullet? If you found the bullet, you
[14:20] would be able to tell what kind of round
[14:22] it is, depending on if it's fragmented
[14:24] or not. But the way he put it in there,
[14:27] it's they found the bullet. Not they
[14:29] found pieces of the bullet or they found
[14:31] fragmented parts of the bullet or they
[14:33] found one tiny piece of the bullet. No,
[14:36] they they just found the bullet under
[14:38] the skin. Then after Charlie had already
[14:42] expressed that he feels like he's going
[14:44] to be killed and after he refused to
[14:46] take money $150 million which I am sure
[14:50] Erica is taken at this point. She goes
[14:52] on Megan Kelly and says yeah his donors
[14:55] asked him what would he do? This is 2
[14:57] weeks before he was killed. That's not
[14:59] weird to people. That's not screaming.
[15:02] There's something else involved here. in
[15:04] August before all this happened, he had
[15:07] a event where he had some donors at and
[15:12] one of the first questions they asked
[15:14] was God forbid if something happens to
[15:17] you like what what what would happen
[15:22] next to turning point and Charlie made a
[15:24] really interesting point. He said
[15:26] companies you know example Apple
[15:31] Macintosh
[15:33] he said they're founder le he said but
[15:38] what I have built is will one day if I'm
[15:42] not around be visionled
[15:44] and he had made mention at the end like
[15:47] you know Erica will do a great job
[15:48] running it
[15:49] >> and that's not weird to people and to
[15:51] finish this off we have a security who
[15:53] is probably the sketchiest person on
[15:55] earth did this whole thing on Shawn Ryan
[15:57] where he's like oh yeah man I mean these
[16:00] people questioning this why [laughter]
[16:02] the [ __ ] would we not question it man
[16:04] >> but the doctor told us came out there
[16:06] and told us and then they also told
[16:09] chief of staff so the bullet came in and
[16:12] hit the vertebra and it so it came in
[16:15] and then tore up everything in the wound
[16:18] cavity hit the vertebrae crushed it
[16:20] shattered it turned crushed the second
[16:22] one turned kept going down all the way.
[16:25] I think they said C6. Holy.
[16:27] >> Once again, I'm not sure who was told
[16:29] what, right? Because the dude Andrew
[16:32] Kovitz said that he was told this. Now,
[16:34] I want you guys to listen to this again
[16:36] because this is the biggest load of
[16:37] [ __ ] I have ever heard. I don't know
[16:40] why this guy didn't research what he was
[16:42] going to talk about before, but this is
[16:44] probably one of the most sketchiest
[16:45] things. This is the head of security.
[16:47] bullet came in and hit the vertebrae and
[16:50] it so it came in and then tore up
[16:54] everything in the wound cavity. Hit the
[16:56] vertebrae, crushed it, shattered it,
[16:58] turned crushed the second one, turned,
[17:00] kept going down all the way. I think
[17:02] they said C6.
[17:04] >> Holy.
[17:05] >> Okay, great. Charlie was shot from a
[17:08] downhill angle. Okay, so we're going
[17:10] here like this. Based on where he was
[17:14] shot from, it either probably would have
[17:16] hit C5, C6 or C7. This guy has said that
[17:21] it went in, hit the first one, that's
[17:23] his exact words, then traveled all the
[17:27] way down to C6. That is impossible. It's
[17:31] impossible. C1 is at the base of your
[17:34] skull. Look at where your jaw is. And
[17:36] then look at where C1 is. Remember, he
[17:39] was shot from a downhill angle, which
[17:41] would have been C5C6 right away. So, it
[17:44] would have had to go up. Now, look, what
[17:46] he should have said is the wound cavity
[17:49] was so big it hit C6, blew all of the
[17:52] vertebrae up. But, he's just going on
