[00:00] Hello and welcome back for another
[00:02] episode of Patriotic Housewife. Well,
[00:04] I'm sure we've all watched by now the
[00:06] Wolves in Finance video that he released
[00:09] today talking about the cease and desist
[00:11] that he got from TPUSA,
[00:13] basically asking him to use different
[00:16] verbiage, you know, don't use the A
[00:18] word, use effort, you know, paraphrasing
[00:22] things that he said. And what we're
[00:24] seeing is what is coming further. So, I
[00:27] truly believe that he was the first of
[00:29] many creators that are probably going to
[00:31] be getting these. And so, rather than
[00:34] going into detail about what happened, I
[00:37] kind of want to talk about what we're
[00:39] seeing right now and the tactics that
[00:41] TPUSA is very clearly using. So before
[00:45] we jump into that, I want to first share
[00:49] a very small clip of Wolves and Finances
[00:52] video before we jump into
[00:55] what I wanted to discuss with you guys
[00:58] because it's very interesting. It has a
[01:00] lot to do with what's going on and I
[01:02] think it's very important. So bear with
[01:04] me. We're going to be working off a
[01:05] script today. I typically don't, but
[01:07] just to stay on track and on point,
[01:10] we're going to be doing that. So, let's
[01:11] just listen to a few minutes of this
[01:13] >> to cease and desist defamatory comments.
[01:16] This is the first step when someone sues
[01:18] you for defamation.
[01:20] I know there are a lot of people out
[01:22] there making videos about Turning Point,
[01:24] so you should pay attention to this.
[01:26] They have started sending out cease and
[01:28] desist letters, and for some reason,
[01:30] they've decided to start with me.
[01:33] Apparently, they cannot handle the
[01:35] criticism from my teeny tiny YouTube
[01:38] channel.
[01:40] This letter is showing the world the
[01:42] type of organization Turning Point has
[01:44] become under Erica Kirk. They want to
[01:46] send legal letters to small YouTube
[01:49] creators.
[01:51] So, we're going to go through this
[01:52] letter. And by the way, if any of you
[01:55] know a good lawyer in Arizona that
[01:57] handles defamation cases, have them send
[01:59] me an email through my website because
[02:01] I'm looking for a lawyer.
[02:09] All right. So, we're just going to mute
[02:10] that for the beginning and then we'll
[02:13] turn it back on and we're just going to
[02:14] listen to like two seconds of this
[02:16] before I break all this down. So, bear
[02:19] with me.
[02:20] >> Point states in the letter, "Turning
[02:22] point entities are not looking for
[02:23] litigation. Rather, their interest is in
[02:25] the truth and making sure the public
[02:27] record is accurate." So, they are
[02:29] claiming they do not want to sue me. But
[02:32] I view this letter as a threat to sue
[02:35] and I think any reasonable business
[02:36] person would do the same. A cease and
[02:39] desist letter is the first step towards
[02:41] a defamation lawsuit.
[02:44] I interpret this letter as turning point
[02:46] telling me to shut my mouth or they're
[02:49] going to sue me.
[02:51] >> What other way would you interpret that
[02:53] letter? I mean a cease and desist is
[02:56] asking you to stop what you are doing.
[02:58] If you stop what you are doing, there
[03:00] will be no further action.
[03:02] If you don't stop what you're doing,
[03:04] there will be legal action.
[03:06] >> I do not understand what Erica Kirk is
[03:08] doing. Out of the hundreds of people
[03:11] posting on social media about Turning
[03:12] Point, why are they targeting me? Why
[03:16] are they so worried about what I am
[03:18] saying that they're sending me legal
[03:20] letters? I am one of the smallest
[03:23] YouTube channels in my market segment.
[03:26] Who do they think I am? I'm a working
[03:28] accountant with a small YouTube channel.
[03:31] I have no money. I have no power. I have
[03:34] no influence.
[03:35] >> It's because the information he's
[03:37] sharing, obviously, in my opinion,
[03:40] allegedly,
[03:41] holds weight.
[03:43] >> I don't know how much money they think
[03:44] they're going to get from suing me. All
[03:47] I have is the truth, and I'm not going
[03:50] to stop speaking the truth because Erica
[03:53] Kirk doesn't like it.
[03:55] The one good thing about a lawsuit is
[03:58] that everything will be out in the open
[04:00] and Turning Point will quickly find out
[04:03] that I have nothing to hide. The letter
[04:06] came from a lawyer named Paul.
[04:08] >> So, basically, they were going over um
[04:11] you know, things that he said, asking
[04:14] him to use different verbiage. You guys
[04:16] have kind of heard that. In the letter,
[04:18] they order me to please confirm that you
[04:21] will publicly correct your false
[04:23] statements immediately.
[04:25] This is not what I was going to talk
[04:27] about this week, but Turning Point is
[04:29] demanding that I communicate their
[04:31] statements publicly. So, here we This is
[04:35] a paraphrase statement of what I said,
[04:38] and they are saying that the paraphrase
[04:40] statement is a lie.
[04:43] you have to tell me exactly what I said
[04:46] that was supposedly a lie. And they do
[04:48] this through the whole letter. So my
[04:51] request to this lawyer in future
[04:53] letters, because I'm assuming there's
[04:55] going to be more effort, never used the
[04:58] word audit. So this is breaking news.
[05:01] Turning Point's attorney has now
[05:03] confirmed that the Charlie Kirk memo is
[05:06] authentic. We now have legal
[05:08] confirmation this did happen. It seems
[05:12] like their problem with my video is that
[05:14] I called it a Doge audit when in the
[05:16] memo it is written as Doge effort.
[05:20] >> Okay. So, we just wanted to watch a
[05:22] couple minutes of that to really break
[05:24] down what's going on here. And then now
[05:26] we're going to dig into
[05:29] why we're talking about it, what tactics
[05:31] they're using, and how this is
[05:34] eventually going to trickle down if we
[05:37] all don't, you know, stand our ground
[05:39] now with what is being said. So
[05:42] basically watching this, the first thing
[05:45] I think of is so much for our first
[05:47] amendment right. Something Charlie
[05:48] fought so hard for, believed in. He
[05:51] believed in asking questions. It's the
[05:52] only thing that keeps you free. And
[05:53] under Erica Kirk, asking questions and
[05:56] free speech is completely wrong. She
[05:58] can't come down because she's busy
[06:00] building, aka destroying her husband's
[06:02] legacy minute by minute, hour by hour.
[06:05] It's absolutely so sad to watch,
[06:07] especially the fact that he died for
[06:11] what he believed in and then they're
[06:13] destroying it. So, it's like dying in
[06:15] vain essentially if we start censoring
[06:18] speech, which we are. We are seeing that
[06:20] all over different platforms. my channel
[06:22] is not being pushed out. I'm having
[06:24] people unsubscribed. I'm having people
[06:26] that are saying their alerts are turned
[06:27] off. They can say they're not doing it
[06:29] and this is like a glitch. It's not
[06:31] true. They're bogging people down. You
[06:33] have to ask why. We all know what what's
[06:36] really going on here. Um they're not
[06:38] saying you have to use these words, but
[06:40] in so many words they are. And it's a
[06:42] violation of our rights to tell us what
[06:44] words to use. This isn't just about
[06:46] intimidation. This is called compelled
[06:48] speech. Con compelled speech. Um there's
[06:52] a compelled speech doctrine rather that
[06:55] prohibits the government from forcing
[06:57] individuals to express certain messages
[06:59] or beliefs protecting the right to
[07:01] remain silent and control one's own
[07:04] expression under the first amendment. So
[07:07] just like you have the right to remain
[07:08] silent, you have the right to speech
[07:10] unless you are intending harm as in like
[07:14] physical or immediate harm. Okay. So for
[07:17] instance, there has been several uh
[07:19] times throughout history where someone
[07:21] has yelled fire in a movie theater,
[07:24] right? And it's caused a stampede and
[07:26] people have died in that stampede.
[07:30] So that is an example of insightful
[07:33] speech that causes damage or harm. So,
[07:36] what it kind of seems like is TPSA is
[07:39] using this loophole
[07:42] and trying to go this direction and make
[07:46] it apply so that they can combat, you
[07:49] know, all these bad things being said
[07:50] about them and then send out the cease
[07:52] and desist that we are starting to see
[07:54] come out starting with obviously wolves
[07:56] in finance. Like I said, I think there's
[07:57] going to be many more to come. Uh it'll
[08:00] be interesting to see who gets them as
[08:03] we go. Uh, but I'm sure eventually we're
[08:05] all going to get them. You have to ask
[08:07] yourself, why can we not talk about
[08:09] TPSA? Why can we not talk about
[08:11] anything? What is going on? Uh, this is
[08:14] why we keep hearing, you know, of
[08:15] creators getting strikes. Like I said,
[08:17] accounts are being bogged down in the
[08:19] algorithm. There's all kinds of issues.
[08:20] So, like before the cease and desist, we
[08:22] already kind of knew this was coming.
[08:24] There's been lots of accounts. I'm sure
[08:26] you guys, if you guys follow me, you
[08:28] follow some other bigger channels or
[08:29] other creators that are talking about
[08:31] the same thing and you're hearing the
[08:33] same stuff from them. So, let's just do
[08:35] like a quick overview of compelled
[08:37] speech and what the comp uh compelled
[08:39] speech doctrine is. So, the compelled
[08:42] speech doctrine is a legal principle
[08:44] rooted in the first amendment of the
[08:46] United States Constitution which
[08:47] protects freed
[08:49] uh speech. This doctrine asserts that
[08:52] the government cannot compel individuals
[08:54] or groups to express specific messages
[08:56] or end or sorry and endorse particular
[08:59] viewpoints against their will. It
[09:02] encompasses situations where individuals
[09:04] are required to speak, display symbols
[09:06] or affirm beliefs they do not hold.
[09:09] There are plenty of different Supreme
[09:12] Court cases. West Virginia State Board
[09:14] of Education versus Barnett uh 1943.
[09:19] There's Woolly versus uh Maynard in
[09:22] 1977.
[09:23] And then we have Minor uh Minerville
[09:26] School District versus uh Gabbitas
[09:28] Gobbitus in 1940. Uh one of the
[09:31] incidences, we'll just talk about the
[09:33] West Virginia State Board of Education
[09:35] versus Barnett in 1943. This landmark uh
[09:37] case established the foundation of
[09:39] compel the compelled speech speech
[09:41] doctrine. The Supreme Court ruled that
[09:44] public schools could not force students,
[09:46] particularly Jehovah Witnesses, to
[09:48] salute the flag or recite the pledge of
[09:50] allegiance. The court emphasized that
[09:52] forcing individuals to engage in such
[09:54] symbolic acts constituted an
[09:56] unconstitutional
[09:58] uh compulsion of speech. That's an
[10:01] example. We've seen that even in today
[10:03] where people, you know, want to kneel
[10:06] for the national anthem versus stand and
[10:08] put their hand over their heart. Those
[10:09] kinds of different things. Um, so you
[10:13] know, it's all kind of, you know, the
[10:15] same idea.
[10:18] The compelled speech doctrine
[10:20] underscores the importance of personal
[10:22] liberty, allowing individuals to control
[10:24] their own expression and beliefs.
[10:27] However, the Supreme Court has
[10:29] recognized exemptions uh or exceptions
[10:32] rather particularly in commercial speech
[10:34] where the government may impose certain
[10:36] disclosure requirements to prevent
[10:38] consumer deception. In these cases, the
[10:40] court applies a lower level of scrutiny.
[10:43] Uh Cornell University has an example of
[10:46] that. So basically the conclusion to
[10:48] this whole thing is the compelled speech
[10:50] doctrine is a vital aspect of the first
[10:53] amendment um juristprudence ensuring
[10:56] that individuals are not coerced into
[10:59] expressing beliefs or messages against
[11:02] their own will talking about things that
[11:03] they truly don't believe in. It protects
[11:05] the freedom of thoughts and conscience.
[11:08] uh reinforcing the principle that
[11:09] personal belief should not be dictated
[11:11] by our government and that is extremely
[11:13] important and understanding this
[11:15] doctrine is essential for navigating the
[11:19] complexities of free speech rights in a
[11:23] million different contexts. Okay. Now
[11:26] the tactic that seems to be being used
[11:29] here is called the Darvo tactic. It's
[11:32] typically a tactic that that is used in
[11:34] SCOPs.
[11:36] And what that is is Darvo stands for
[11:39] deny, attack, and reverse victim and
[11:41] offender. It is a manipulation strategy
[11:44] often used by um perpetuators of abuse
[11:47] to deflect responsibility and shift the
[11:49] focus away from their behavior.
[11:53] And the process typically involves those
[11:55] three things: denying, attacking, and
[11:57] reversing. So denying the abuse or
[12:00] wrongdoing occurred, attacking the
[12:02] victim's credibility or character,
[12:04] reversing the roles of victim and
[12:05] offender, making the abuse appear to be
[12:07] the victim. The tactic is commonly
[12:10] employed to discredit survivors and
[12:13] manipulate the narrative surrounding the
[12:15] abuse,
[12:16] which we we see happening right now. So
[12:20] they are using Darvo essentially is a
[12:24] leg in this SCOP and what they have to
[12:28] do to get by at this point is they have
[12:30] to gaslight you. They have to isolate
[12:32] you. They have to abusively litigate you
[12:35] which we are seeing with Wolves and
[12:36] Finance and we are seeing with Candace
[12:38] Owens, right? Candace has a court case
[12:42] non-related to Charlie Kirk, maybe
[12:44] related to Charlie Kirk, um that she is
[12:48] going through. And then after the legal,
[12:51] you know, abuse with their attacks, they
[12:53] start to physically attack you, which is
[12:55] the threat on your life, which we have
[12:58] seen in Candace Owens and we've seen
[13:00] with other people and, you know, in
[13:02] other situations. So, let's just use
[13:04] this example just if we were relating it
[13:07] to you and me regular day in day out
[13:10] situation. When someone breaks into your
[13:12] home and you shoot them, okay, and you
[13:16] hurt them and then this goes to court
[13:20] and they say, "Oh, well, I wasn't there
[13:22] to harm you. I was only there to rob
[13:24] you. I wasn't going to hurt you. I
[13:27] wasn't going to hurt your wife. Uh, I
[13:31] was just going to take your crap and
[13:32] leave. Um, that's exactly what this what
[13:36] we have going on here. Just in lamest
[13:38] terms of like trying to give an example
[13:40] of what this is. They victimize the
[13:43] attacker. And we see this all the time,
[13:46] as I said, with domestic disputes with
[13:48] abusers. You know, it they're constantly
[13:51] having to take the heat off them and
[13:52] make them the victim. and you know and
[13:56] then make the victim the abuser or the
[13:59] bad person. It's always a game of
[14:01] deflection. And we see this with TPUSA.
[14:04] We've seen this for weeks. We have
[14:06] watched Erica Kirk get caught in so many
[14:09] lies. We've heard her lie out of her own
[14:11] mouth. Uh we've seen footage with people
[14:14] saying one thing and then footage seeing
[14:16] it where they're saying another thing.
[14:18] This has been in front of your your
[14:20] eyes. you've heard these lies out of
[14:22] their mouth with your own eyes and ears
[14:24] and then it's like no what what what are
[14:26] you talking about you know and so here
[14:28] we have this uh filing with Tyler
[14:31] Robinson where it's like rushing a trial
[14:34] like speedy speedy speedy uh you know we
[14:37] have to speed it up because of the
[14:38] victim Charlie Kirk and I represent the
[14:40] victim well the person who has the right
[14:43] to a speedy trial and a fair trial is
[14:47] Tyler Robinson
[14:49] So, that's a little weird. Uh, I've
[14:52] never heard of anyone saying that the
[14:55] deceased victim has the right to a
[14:57] speedy trial. Maybe it's both.
[15:00] Whatever. Bottom line is is like, what
[15:02] is she doing? Is it because she can't
[15:04] lie fast enough? And like now you got a
[15:06] ton of people coming out uh saying,
[15:08] "Hey, turns out you were here. You were
[15:09] in a movie. You were doing all these
[15:10] things." So now it's like rush rush rush
[15:12] to get this kid, you know, out of our
[15:14] hair so that like we could just close
[15:15] the book and be done is what we're
[15:17] saying.
[15:18] But anyways, back to this Darvo thing.
[15:21] So, they're basically using Darvo with
[15:24] Darvo. And by the day, this becomes more
[15:26] and more clear that this is like a SCOP
[15:28] within a scop within a scop. So, it's
[15:30] like one large SCOP with a bunch of mini
[15:32] SCOPS in there. That's how I feel. And
[15:35] it's getting exhausting. It's getting
[15:37] exhausting. I'm sick of it. I'm sick of
[15:39] being gaslit. I'm sick of the threats.
[15:42] I'm sick of the uh we're going to corner
[15:45] you to think and feel the way we think
[15:47] you should think and feel because you're
[15:49] not smart enough to use your own
[15:51] thoughts. Like rely on us to tell you
[15:53] how to feel. Rely on us to tell you what
[15:55] the footage shows and not your eyes. Uh
[15:59] let us dictate everything to you because
[16:01] you just can't handle it. You're just
[16:03] not smart enough. You're a peasant. I'm
[16:06] royalty. That's what it's giving. All of
[16:08] this is giving those things.
[16:10] The point of this is at some point we
[16:13] all have to come together
[16:16] and not let these people back us into
[16:18] this corner to where we are in fear to
[16:22] where we stop talking and where we allow
[16:25] them to blatantly violate our rights
[16:30] because that's what's h that's what's
[16:31] starting to happen. And we absolutely
[16:33] need to stick together and stand strong
[16:35] because we all know that divided we
[16:37] fall, together we conquer. And so it's
[16:41] one of those things where it is
[16:43] nerve-wracking. It is scary to think
[16:46] about, hey, I don't want to be punished
[16:48] for speaking out. I don't want to uh,
[16:52] you know, be demonetized or I don't want
[16:54] these things to happen. But it if you
[16:56] don't if you don't put a boundary up
[16:58] now,
[17:00] they're going to continue to push and
[17:02] then we're going to have even bigger uh
[17:04] hurdle later, you know? So, I just think
[17:07] we all have to start to say, "Hey,
[17:10] enough is enough. This is too much. I'm
[17:12] not dealing with this. We're not taking
[17:14] this. We're not accepting this." I
[17:17] literally will start a GoFundMe and I
[17:21] will get my behind to Utah and stand in
[17:24] stand inside that courthouse will sit
[17:26] rather while they try Tyler Robinson if
[17:29] it means bringing the honest truth to
[17:31] what's actually going on inside of that
[17:33] courtroom because I am so fearful that
[17:37] we have a situation where this poor kid
[17:42] you know who maybe he was involved he
[17:44] placed you know the weapon he did
[17:46] something. He had some part in it. But
[17:47] to think that he actually uh shot
[17:50] Charlie Kirkas, I'm sorry. That's I'm
[17:52] not convinced of that at all whatsoever.
[17:54] And so at some point, we have to be
[17:57] willing to stand up, be inconvenienced,
[17:59] say enough is enough, and get loud
[18:02] enough together to combat all these
[18:05] things, all these things that are going
[18:06] on. because there's so much more with
[18:08] Charlie Kirk than just financial fraud,
[18:13] uh, misappropriating funds, uh, money
[18:15] laundering or whatever allegedly is
[18:17] going on. Allegedly, like I'm saying,
[18:20] all these things, these allegations that
[18:22] are going on. I really believe that
[18:25] there's so much more to this and it ties
[18:27] into a much larger picture and that's
[18:30] why we're seeing all these attacks. So
[18:32] anyway, as I say, all this is a legend.
[18:35] Um, you know, divided we fall, together
[18:38] we conquer. And I just wanted to put
[18:40] that out there. But compelled speech is
[18:43] an important thing. It goes hand inhand
[18:45] with our first amendment. It's a very
[18:47] important part of the First Amendment.
[18:49] We've seen this with the January 6th um,
[18:53] riots at the capital. So, um, you know,
[18:57] it's not the first time we're seeing
[18:58] this. And so there are uh you know this
[19:03] doctrine is within the first amendment
[19:05] to protect certain parts of free speech
[19:09] and it's important for people to
[19:10] understand and the Darvo tactic is
[19:13] something that is commonly used in SCOPS
[19:15] and we are clearly seeing that when you
[19:17] start to really break it down piece by
[19:19] piece it all makes sense. So anyway I
[19:22] just wanted to put this together for you
[19:24] guys just to make this make sense.
[19:26] Please support creators that you truly
[19:28] love and stand behind. Please like,
[19:30] subscribe, share, share, share, comment
[19:33] on the videos. Push them out because a
[19:36] lot of us are being bogged down. So, if
[19:37] you genuinely really like our content,
[19:40] please make sure you're subscribing and
[19:42] you're liking their content because for
[19:45] channels like me
[19:47] where I'm still a very small channel and
[19:50] you're speaking truth, there are
[19:52] repercussions to that. and this is just
[19:54] probably the start of it unless we all
[19:56] can come together and really, you know,
[19:59] uh, push put our foot down together, you
[20:01] know. So, anyways, I just wanted to say
[20:03] I hope everyone is well and safe. Um,
[20:05] happy Sunday. Go Bears. They play
[20:07] tonight. Praying that they win so we end
[20:09] up at the Super Bowl. Um, obviously we
[20:11] have next week still, but still.
[20:13] Anyways, pray, pray, pray. Don't be
[20:15] afraid to fight um for what you really
[20:17] believe in. Don't be afraid to stand in
[20:19] your truth. Um, you know, it is uh
[20:22] creators today, but eventually it
[20:24] becomes all people. Everything trickles
[20:25] down. I said it with the Karen Reed
[20:28] case. You know, if you didn't want to be
[20:29] involved in that, if you didn't see
[20:30] anything wrong with that, well, you need
[20:32] to be paying attention because it's her
[20:34] today, could be you tomorrow, it's Tyler
[20:36] Robinson today, it could be your child
[20:37] tomorrow. And so, we need to face this
[20:41] head on together. Um, anywh who, I hope
[20:44] you guys appreciated the video and the
[20:47] TED talk. Um, and I will see you guys on
[20:50] the next one. Be sure to, like I said,
[20:52] like, comment, share, subscribe to the
[20:55] channel, and you guys can look up some
[20:58] of these cases. I'll just throw this up
[21:00] here really quick. There's several
[21:01] instances where yelling fire in a movie
[21:03] theater caused people to get killed. Um,
[21:06] you know, you had 19 uh 1903, they had
[21:09] 1911. So, it's not the first time that
[21:11] stuff like that's happened, and that is
[21:14] why this exists anyway. So, be sure to,
[21:18] you know, you can even do some research
[21:19] and and continue to look into the Darvo
[21:22] tactic and compelled speech. There's no
[21:24] better time to know your rights than
[21:26] ahead of time before you get slapped
[21:29] with something. It's just always good to
[21:31] know. Um, again, I appreciate all of
[21:34] you. I hope you guys have the best rest
[21:36] of the weekend and I will see you all in
[21:38] the next one.
