[00:05] Well, yesterday Erica Kirk and Candace

[00:09] Owens had their sit down. I think it

[00:12] happened around like 2 p.m. somewhere

[00:14] around there based on the time it ended

[00:16] and the time frame Ty uh Candace gave us

[00:19] between she said I think it was like 4

[00:20] and a half hours. So, they had their sit

[00:23] down. We're going to go over Candace's

[00:26] statement. We're just going to jump

[00:27] right into it. So, this is Candace's

[00:30] statement. I'm sure most of us have

[00:31] already seen this on X regarding their

[00:34] meeting

[00:36] uh saying that Erica and I had an

[00:38] extremely productive 4 and a half hour

[00:40] meeting that I think we both feel have

[00:44] um should have taken place earlier than

[00:46] it did. We agreed much more than I

[00:48] anticipated. Of course, we also

[00:50] disagreed on various points and people

[00:52] as well. Most importantly, we were able

[00:55] to share and tell and clarify intent. I

[00:58] will of course have a full rundown for

[01:00] you all tomorrow as I am currently

[01:02] exhausted, but I wanted to quickly let

[01:04] you guys know that absolutely nothing

[01:07] was held back and the immediate result

[01:10] was that tensions were thawed.

[01:13] I don't know what to make of that

[01:14] statement. I said this yesterday when we

[01:17] were in a live because this came in

[01:19] during a live. I said, um, kind of looks

[01:22] and sounds a little lawyerish compared

[01:24] to Candace. Not too sure. Uh, I don't

[01:28] know what to make of it. Personally, how

[01:30] I felt about this whole meeting was why

[01:33] is the meeting happening in private when

[01:35] Candace preached so hard on the um

[01:39] transparency issue? Everything. Where's

[01:41] the transparency? Transparent. And so, I

[01:44] think she probably could have told

[01:45] Erica,

[01:46] hey, we need to do this on a live or we

[01:49] need to make this where people can see

[01:51] and hear this for themselves to know

[01:53] that it's not altered. I do think in

[01:56] that case Erica probably would have said

[01:58] no and then I think Candace probably

[02:00] should have said okay tooo see you

[02:01] later. I do think this is one of those

[02:04] things where no matter what somebody

[02:07] wasn't going to be happy right because

[02:09] everyone was like oh well she could have

[02:11] made the 15th but she didn't and then

[02:13] now she made it happen for Erica. Erica

[02:15] also flew to her which I think was a big

[02:16] deal. I think that was smart and I don't

[02:19] think Candace was going to meet with her

[02:20] any other way personally. So, I'm just

[02:23] glad that everything went okay. Um,

[02:27] Candace seems to be alive and well.

[02:30] Let's look at Erica's statement

[02:33] here on X that she posted after the

[02:36] meeting because I think that's important

[02:37] to look at hers.

[02:40] And she had to say,

[02:44] she said, "Had a very productive

[02:46] conversation with Candace Owens. More to

[02:48] come from both of us. Looking forward to

[02:50] Amfest this week. time to get back to

[02:52] work. I know a lot of people were a

[02:55] little bit weird about that. They were

[02:57] saying, "Well, why would they why would

[02:59] she bring up Afest? Is Candace going to

[03:02] Afest? What's the deal? Are they, you

[03:04] know, maybe they're using Candace to try

[03:06] to promote Amfest?" I don't really know

[03:08] what to think of it. I don't think

[03:08] Candace is going to Afest. I think she's

[03:11] got family in town. Lots of weird things

[03:14] happening. I talked about this on my

[03:16] live uh yesterday where, you know, she

[03:19] said she had can uh Candace said she had

[03:21] family coming in on the 15th and that

[03:25] was her reason why she couldn't do her

[03:27] live. Originally, I could have swore

[03:29] that it was George's birthday. So, I put

[03:32] in a post, they put it on the 15th,

[03:34] that's George's birthday. Understandable

[03:35] why Candace didn't want to do that.

[03:38] Well, then I started seeing in the

[03:39] comments people say that's not true. her

[03:44] social media, different social media is

[03:45] showing when you Google that it is in

[03:48] July. And I said, "Well, that's weird

[03:49] because I looked and it said December

[03:52] 15th and it would make sense why

[03:53] family's coming in town, whatever." And

[03:57] over time now all social media and

[04:00] Google searches show that uh George

[04:02] Farmer's birthday is not on December

[04:04] 15th. So, I don't know what's up with

[04:06] that. That's a little weird, but hey,

[04:10] you know, strange things happen all the

[04:12] time throughout this entire

[04:13] investigation, right? So, now I just

[04:17] want to really quick look at Candace's

[04:20] video that she posted yesterday cuz

[04:23] everyone was like, where is a proof of

[04:24] life that she's like alive and well? So,

[04:27] she did go ahead and post this on

[04:30] YouTube. So, let's just take a super

[04:32] quick look at this because I think this

[04:35] will lead into everything else that

[04:37] we're going to talk about.

[05:04] got and I think they were also very

[05:05] surprised when I shared certain intel.

[05:20] think it was definitely a very big step

[05:46] and well, right? Still don't know what

[05:49] to think about this. For me, if I'm

[05:52] being completely honest, transparency

[05:54] was so key. This was behind closed

[05:57] doors. I know. It's not that I don't

[06:00] trust Candace. It's at this point, I

[06:02] need the transparency of being able to

[06:03] make that judgment for myself. And we

[06:06] will never truly know because we're

[06:08] going to have to take someone's word for

[06:09] what was said behind closed doors. And

[06:11] that could lead us to believe different

[06:14] things. And I think it's going to add a

[06:16] lot to the whole Charlie is still alive

[06:19] uh

[06:21] rumor people are talking about which I

[06:25] would be deeply disturbed if Charlie

[06:27] Kirk traumatized the whole world with

[06:30] that situation. But you know what you

[06:32] never know right? Stranger things have

[06:34] happened.

[06:36] So the next thing I want to look at and

[06:38] I have not seen yet. So, this is going

[06:40] to be a very [clears throat]

[06:44] raw reaction to uh the fact that Turning

[06:47] Point actually went through

[06:50] with

[06:52] their live regardless of the fact that

[06:57] the agreement was that there would be no

[07:00] live streaming.

[07:02] There would be no social media posts, no

[07:04] tweets, no nothing. Okay, that was the

[07:07] agreement that was made by Erica Kirk

[07:10] that Candace agreed to.

[07:13] Well, turns out Turning Point went and

[07:16] did this regardless.

[07:18] And Candace found out after she did her

[07:22] interview with Erica Kirk.

[07:25] So, let's take a look at this video

[07:30] because I'm dying to see. And Project

[07:32] Constitution, I think, dropped this.

[07:33] Yes, Project Constitution did uh

[07:36] shocking betrayal. TPS USA breaks Erica

[07:38] Kirk's agreement with Candace hours

[07:40] before the meeting, pushing uh pushing

[07:43] proven lies from shady experts, further

[07:45] destroying their credibility. They had

[07:48] Paramount Tactical on, and it looks like

[07:50] uh Vivv Frey, however you say that last

[07:52] name. I'm not a huge fan of Paramount

[07:54] Tactical. I've been honest about that

[07:58] maybe in the beginning he was kind of

[08:00] questioning the narrative, but not

[08:02] really. I've just always felt like he's

[08:04] taking the the FBI narrative and and

[08:54] tweets are on hold until after this

[08:56] meeting. We'll see what unfolds. So we

[11:46] this different stuff. So, let I'm

[11:59] went to the campus and you retraced the

[12:03] steps of the alleged assassin. We have

[12:05] to say that in a sort of journalistic

[12:07] sense, not in a in a any other way. I

[12:10] believe he's the man who pulled the

[12:11] trigger. Um, Gary, tell us what you what

[12:14] you saw when you visited UVU.

[12:19] that I wanted to do while I was there at

[12:21] the time, there was a lot of different

[12:24] uh, I know, conspiracies. We had the

[12:43] stories. The other thing I did while I

[12:45] was there was actually I actually flew a

[12:47] drone uh and what we did was a 3D map

[12:50] survey of the campus and we have since

[12:53] built a 3D model of that that's

[12:55] interactive people can download for

[12:57] free. It's it's on my ex account. Um and

[13:00] that way people can kind of see what is

[13:03] possible, what has lines of sights and I

[13:05] knew just from what people were saying

[13:07] that some of these theories that they

[13:08] were putting out just weren't possible.

[13:10] I knew there was no line of sight. Um,

[13:13] and then on top of that, I just wanted

[13:14] to get some hard ground truth and see

[13:16] what was going on. And, uh, you know,

[13:17] this this case was important to me. You

[13:19] know, I was a big fan of Charlie's. Felt

[13:21] personal. And I think, you know, if

[13:24] you're going to get to the truth, you

[13:25] need to get there. You need to talk to

[13:26] some people and you need to see the

[13:29] ground truth. And, you know, that's kind

[13:30] of what we did.

[15:06] struck me on the ground there was

[15:12] bigger deal or what's just slightly odd

[15:15] that we're exaggerating

[15:17] because there's plenty of people doing

[15:19] this and I would say that majority of

[15:22] the people feel this way. So, who's

[15:26] exaggerating? What are we exaggerating

[15:28] about? Nothing about that day adds up.

[15:31] But, okay, let's talk about the most

[15:33] basic surface level

[15:37] pointless

[15:39] points that you have. Here we go.

[15:41] >> Easy. This entire thing was, you know,

[15:43] before I went there, one of the things

[15:45] that was being portrayed was like this

[15:47] was, you know, some big conspiracy. It's

[15:49] very complex. You need professional

[15:51] hitmen. It's 140 yards. so far all these

[15:54] things. Now, I knew the distances was

[15:56] nothing, especially for a scoped rifle.

[15:59] I mean, that is, you know, my my

[16:01] 8-year-old son was going to courses with

[16:03] us, shooting 1,200 yards. It's not hard.

[16:06] Uh, and then once you see the layout of

[16:08] the campus, you know, looking at it from

[16:09] a security standpoint, unfortunately, it

[16:12] was a real challenge. um you know once

[16:15] the information was out that this was

[16:18] the location and then on top of that

[16:20] once you look at the UVU courtard it is

[16:23] channelized there's only it's obvious

[16:25] where any sort of speaker is going to be

[16:28] so

[16:30] you know the thing that shocked me the

[16:32] most was how easy this was and then once

[16:33] we get into coming back and then hearing

[16:36] things like hey you know what you need

[16:37] to be Spider-Man or people think that

[16:39] you have to have some sort of special

[16:40] access or that you have to climb up to

[16:42] the roof roof when in reality you walk

[16:45] right up to the roof. The pathway that

[16:47] goes to in between buildings is level

[16:49] with the roof and the only thing that

[16:51] separates that that walkway from the

[16:54] roof is, you know, a three-foot guard

[16:56] rail that you just step over and now

[16:58] you're you have access. And the other

[17:00] thing is it's very

[17:02] >> So my question is if they did

[17:06] their walkth through like Charlie Kirk's

[17:09] security that he paid millions of

[17:11] dollars for.

[17:13] Uh why would this not be an area that

[17:16] you would have someone standing?

[17:19] If you did your job and you did due

[17:21] diligence and you walked all this and

[17:24] you and you knew this and it was that

[17:27] easily accessible, why was someone not

[17:29] standing there?

[17:35] I mean, I don't even care anymore about

[17:37] what he has to say. The bottom line is

[17:39] someone should have been sitting there.

[17:43] Why did the college not have a locked

[17:47] fence or gate like a normal college or

[17:50] like normal places do

[17:53] cuz if someone goes up there and let's

[17:56] say you know a younger kid in falls the

[17:58] college is going to get sued right or

[18:01] wrong I mean I don't know right or wrong

[18:02] I mean I'm assuming yes so why wouldn't

[18:04] you just prevent all that from happening

[18:06] who the only people who need to go up

[18:08] there are staff or if they're having

[18:11] something fixed or looked at. Why would

[18:13] that not be completely inaccessible for

[18:16] an everyday person?

[18:18] Make it make sense. Make the math math,

[18:21] please.

[18:23] >> Very obvious to me if you just look at

[18:25] Google Maps, if you're trying to plan

[18:26] this operation. Um, you know, it's it's

[18:31] simple. It's not that hard and it's not

[18:32] that complicated. The thing is we have

[18:34] all these kids out there playing Call of

[18:36] Duty and you know they're very

[18:37] tactically minded and you know there was

[18:40] nothing especially once I went there

[18:43] talked to people on the ground saw the

[18:45] campus a lot of what wasn't clear to me

[18:49] was crystal clear um you know especially

[18:52] by the time that we got the charging

[18:54] documents out they laid out the evidence

[18:56] everything made sense it really did and

[18:59] you know there they continue to push a

[19:01] lot of disinformation and there's a lot

[19:02] of reasons behind that. But um you know

[19:04] that's what I wanted to do. Look, I

[19:06] don't want to be lied to by the

[19:08] government, but I don't want to be lied

[19:09] to by the internet either. And I think

[19:11] it's really important for us to make

[19:12] sure that we're pushing the truth.

[19:15] >> There are a lot of people who went

[19:16] through the documents that are saying

[19:19] there's a lot missing

[19:22] and that it doesn't make sense. So

[19:27] I don't I I'm speechless. This is

[19:30] embarrassing. Like I said, I don't know

[19:31] how you come back from this e after all

[19:34] the lying in the audits and all the

[19:36] dishonesty at a TPS USA to sit down and

[19:38] have a conversation with them and put

[19:39] your face on the Charlie Kirk show where

[19:43] this man is deceased. they should not be

[19:45] using his channel. And you thought,

[19:46] yeah, in the midst of all this, it's a

[19:48] great idea for me to go on here and be

[19:50] like, I fully believe

[19:53] what everyone's calling the fed slop and

[19:56] I'm going to put my face on here on a

[19:59] deceased person's channel and blow

[20:17] different conspiracy theories and and

[20:20] exploiting Charlie's death for their own

[20:22] means. They're not.

[20:29] money. You've talked about it since the

[20:31] beginning, too.

[21:00] is morbid, but it's not morbid to post

[21:07] Why wouldn't you memorialize his YouTube

[21:09] the way you do you did Instagram?

[21:11] Once again, the math isn't mathing.

[21:16] haven't these people gone to this

[21:18] location and looked at this? Why aren't

[21:19] they showing people how easy it is to

[21:22] actually access the roof? And if people

[21:24] saw what I saw, um, a lot of this stuff

[21:28] would make a lot more sense to them and

[21:29] they wouldn't believe a lot of these

[21:32] other artificial narratives that people

[21:34] are pushing. Well, and let me just

[21:37] because when you I saw this video of

[21:39] yours, Gary, it it

[21:40] >> in other words, none of you guys have

[21:42] brains as good as Gary and Blake Nef and

[21:46] Andrew Kovette and all these other

[21:48] people. We're not smart enough. Your

[21:51] eyes deceive you. Your critical thinking

[21:54] skills are no bueno.

[21:57] Believe what we're saying to you and

[21:59] stop it.

[22:02] >> It was It reminded me of the charging

[22:04] document. So, this is straight from the

[22:05] charging document. It says Robinson's

[22:07] mother explained that over the last year

[22:08] or so, Robinson had become more

[22:10] political and started to lean more to

[22:11] the left, becoming more pro-gay and

[22:13] trans rightsoriented. She stated that

[22:16] Robinson began to date his roommate, a

[22:18] biological male who was transitioning

[22:19] genders. This resulted in several

[22:21] discussions with family members, but

[22:23] especially between Robinson and his

[22:24] father, who have very different

[22:25] political views. In one conversation

[22:27] before the shooting, Robinson mentioned

[22:29] that Charlie Kirk would be holding an

[22:31] event at UVU, which Robinson said was a

[22:33] quote stupid venue for the event.

[22:36] Robinson accused Kirk for spreading

[22:38] hate. And when you see how easy that

[22:41] rooftop access is, you start to kind of

[22:43] put one and one together and you realize

[22:45] that Robinson had a plan that he was

[22:47] going to ultimately take advantage of

[22:49] and he

[22:50] >> So my question, Andrew, is this. If that

[22:53] is fact and that is true,

[22:55] why have we not seen his parents? Why

[22:57] haven't we heard from his parents?
