[00:00] Erica Kirk sat down for an exclusive
[00:02] interview on Fox News with Jesse Waters.
[00:04] And there are a couple of key moments
[00:06] that I'm going to take you through which
[00:08] after paying very close attention to
[00:10] this investigation and the different
[00:12] arguments from various sources expose
[00:14] alarming inconsistencies. The biggest of
[00:17] which is what Erica says here about
[00:19] Mikey McCoy, which surprisingly I
[00:21] haven't seen anybody pick up on yet.
[00:23] It's a big one though. Also, Erica
[00:26] hinted at this case being bigger than
[00:28] just Tyler Robinson and explained what a
[00:31] police officer told her about Charlie
[00:32] the moment that she showed up at the
[00:34] hospital. We'll start there. Before we
[00:37] do though, and guys, and I hate having
[00:39] to do this, but so many of you guys
[00:41] watch my channel without having
[00:42] subscribed yet. Please do. If you

[00:47] fight to keep America one nation under
[00:50] God, so that we can remain free to

[01:02] Erica Kirk explained to Jesse Waters
[01:04] here the moment that she arrived at the
[01:06] hospital to see Charlie's body for the
[01:08] first time. Her answer has many
[01:10] suspicious of the police officer that
[01:12] she encountered. Listen to this.
[01:14] >> Get into the room.
[01:17] One of the law enforcement guys comes
[01:18] in.
[01:20] It's very sweet. But what do you say to
[01:22] someone whose husband just was
[01:24] assassinated so publicly? Said, "You
[01:26] know, I've been doing this for 30ome
[01:27] years." He said,
[01:30] "I will never tell you that you cannot
[01:32] see your husband."
[01:35] He said, "But
[01:38] I, in my professional opinion, think
[01:40] that you should wait to see him
[01:43] once he's at the mortuary
[01:47] cuz I don't think you want to see him
[01:48] like this."
[01:50] And the room got quiet cuz half the room
[01:52] knew it's probably a good idea and the
[01:55] other half of the room was like,
[01:56] "There's no way she's listening to you
[01:58] right now."
[02:01] And I responded back to him and I said,
[02:04] "With all due respect, sir,
[02:07] I said,
[02:09] I want to see what they did to my
[02:11] husband and I want to give him a kiss
[02:14] cuz I didn't get to give him a kiss this
[02:15] morning."
[02:18] And I said the same thing to the doctor
[02:21] when the doctor came in. I said, "I want
[02:23] to see my husband." I said, "I'll make
[02:25] sure that happens."
[02:28] And I did. And I got to see him.
[02:32] And [clears throat]
[02:38] when we walked into that room,
[02:43] he still looks so alive. cuz he just and
[02:45] I'm just so glad I saw him because you
[02:47] know this when you see someone pass at
[02:49] the mortuary they never look the same
[02:51] when they're at the mortuary. They have
[02:52] this awful makeup and they're cold and
[02:56] he was still warm and his eyes were
[02:58] slightly open. But you know what was so
[03:00] powerful? Jesse,
[03:03] >> I want to see what they did to my
[03:06] husband. Who is they? That is a
[03:09] question. Erica alludes to the fact that
[03:12] this is bigger than just Tyler Robinson
[03:14] here in this next clip, but many are
[03:16] saying that the officer's actions trying
[03:18] to dissuade Erica from seeing Charlie is
[03:21] a red flag. That's not something I'm
[03:23] jumping on board with, though, because
[03:25] unfortunately, if you've had an
[03:27] experience with a family member
[03:29] unexpectedly dying, this is common
[03:32] advice from law enforcement at the
[03:34] scene. I believe this is standard
[03:35] practice. anyone in law enforcement,
[03:38] maybe you can comment on that below. But
[03:41] back to who is they? Jesse Waters asked
[03:45] Erica about the last question that
[03:47] Charlie was answering about trans
[03:49] violence right before he got shot or as
[03:51] he got shot. Listen to this.
[03:53] >> Charlie was answering a question about
[03:56] trans violence when he was murdered.
[03:59] >> Do you think that was a coincidence?
[04:02] >> I don't believe in coincidences.
[04:12] Do you think they've caught your
[04:13] husband's killer?
[04:18] So,
[04:20] something I'm so grateful for is that we
[04:24] have one of the
[04:26] most incredible
[04:28] teams
[04:29] for this case. I would never wish it
[04:33] upon anybody to have to go through what
[04:36] we are going through. To have seen the
[04:38] autopsy report, to have seen
[04:43] the different
[04:45] evidence portions that have been
[04:47] collected.
[04:51] I trust our team. Erica is getting
[04:54] briefed on this investigation and the
[04:56] fact that she is alluding here in
[04:58] addition to just not answering the
[05:00] question specifically about Charlie's
[05:02] killer. She is alluding to the fact that
[05:04] this is bigger than just Tyler Robinson.
[05:06] Notice she also says that she has seen
[05:09] the autopsy report. Where I'm at after
[05:12] seeing a lot of arguments and footage is
[05:15] I believe that Charlie was shot from the
[05:17] front through the neck by Tyler
[05:19] Robinson. I'm not sure. And was it only
[05:23] Tyler Robinson? I think no. I think it
[05:25] was a coordinated attack carried out by
[05:28] a group of individuals, many of which
[05:30] were there that day. And I want to know
[05:32] if they were influenced by any foreign
[05:34] operatives. I think this is an
[05:36] objectively reasonable position. Anyone
[05:40] engaged in the moral blackmail of asking
[05:42] questions dishonors Charlie's legacy or
[05:45] spits on Charlie's grave just increases
[05:48] the level of suspicion against those
[05:51] individuals. What also increases
[05:53] suspicion of individuals is lying. Lying
[05:57] about the things that happened. Listen
[05:59] to what Erica says here about Mikey
[06:01] McCoy. She doesn't mean to expose him or
[06:04] Turning Point USA, but she does. Watch
[06:07] and then I'll show you.
[06:08] >> Did you find out Charlie had been shot?
[06:11] >> Um was at my mom's doctor's appointment.
[06:13] I have my phone and I see the video come
[06:15] in of him flinging out the hats
[06:17] [cheering]
[06:19] and I said, "Mom, look, it started."
[06:22] So, we saw the hats being flung. I put
[06:25] my phone down and it was on silent so I
[06:28] had no reason to look back at it. But I
[06:30] moved my mom. I went back to grab my
[06:31] phone and that's when Mikey started
[06:33] calling me. Called me within seconds.
[06:37] I uh called Erica.
[06:41] I just remember it ranged like three or
[06:42] four times. I didn't know what to say.
[06:45] Those are the words that will change
[06:46] someone's life forever and you have to
[06:47] be the one to say it. That was the first
[06:49] time I've ever called her during a
[06:51] campus tour stop.
[06:52] >> And so Mikey called me and I'll never
[06:55] forget him just being like, "Charlie's
[06:58] been shot.
[06:59] He's been shot. Get the kids. Get
[07:02] security. Get the kids. Get the kids.
[07:03] He's been shot." I sprinted out of her
[07:05] treatment center, just collapsed in the
[07:08] middle of the parking lot. I called our
[07:10] security.
[07:14] >> Yeah.
[07:16] Unbelievable nightmare.
[07:18] >> So, according to Erica, Mikey called her
[07:20] within seconds. If you might remember
[07:23] that Mikey McCoy has been under a lot of
[07:25] fire for how he reacted less than one
[07:28] second after Charlie was shot. He put
[07:31] his phone or his hands to his ears,
[07:35] looks like his phone, and began walking
[07:37] away. People were highly suspicious of
[07:40] this and we were told by Turning Point
[07:42] USA, executive producer of the Charlie
[07:44] Kirk show, Andrew Kovette, that Mikey
[07:47] did not make a phone call here. He in
[07:49] fact put his hands up over his ears
[07:52] because the shot was very loud. Remember
[07:54] this
[07:54] >> last thing because this is part of the
[07:56] the video allegations here is that they
[07:58] think they they're alleging that he was
[08:00] on the phone immediately. He was not. He
[08:02] was taking social videos which he would
[08:04] send to our group chat which we would
[08:05] then put on Charlie's social while the
[08:07] event was happening. So you could see
[08:08] like the crowd come in or his
[08:09] interactions and we were only two
[08:11] questions into this event. So he was
[08:13] still getting it out to all the chats he
[08:14] needed to do which he did at every
[08:15] event. He turns around and it was so
[08:18] blaringly loud, I'm told. You would know
[08:20] this better than I, but this is what I'm
[08:21] told. It was so blaringly loud and he
[08:22] was so shell shocked. He put his fingers
[08:24] in his ear, but his phone was still in
[08:26] his hand. He walks away. Blake Nef,
[08:29] who's also on this Charlie Kirk show
[08:30] from Turning Point USA, who was right
[08:32] next to Mikey McCoy when the shot rang
[08:34] out, also explained that Mikey McCoy and
[08:37] him separated. It was not until they
[08:40] reconvened after the fact when he
[08:42] encountered Mikey with his lip quivering
[08:45] that the phone call was then made to
[08:47] Erica and then to his father, Rob McCoy.
[08:50] Candace Owens came out straight up
[08:52] yesterday and said that this was an
[08:53] inside job. People are suspicious
[08:56] because of inconsistencies and lies like
[08:59] this. Which was it? Was it within
[09:02] seconds as Erica said, or was it later
[09:05] after Mikey gathered himself as Blake
[09:08] said? This can be easily clarified if
[09:11] Mikey McCoy would just release his call
[09:13] logs. That's it. Transparency. Clear
[09:16] your name. Finally, and again, guys,
[09:19] make sure you all subscribe to remain in
[09:21] truth and on the path toward who God
[09:24] made us to be in this life. I'm Zach
[09:26] Costello.
