Candace Owens Becomes Number One Podcast Worldwide While Exposing Charlie Kirk Assassination Cover-Up Claims

Categories: Investigation
November 6, 2025

Candace Owens announces her podcast has reached number one worldwide without spending a single dollar on advertising. In this episode, she analyzes Erika Kirk's Fox News interview with Jesse Watters, addresses criticism from Christian Zionist influencers who dispute her claims about Charlie Kirk's Catholic curiosity, and defends her investigation into inconsistencies surrounding Charlie's assassination. Owens challenges Turning Point USA's timeline for the UVU event and questions why basic details remain unclear while demanding transparency and truth.

Celebrating Global Podcast Milestone

Candace Owens opens by celebrating a monumental achievement: her podcast has officially become the number one podcast in the world. Not just in America or Europe, but globally. This milestone came without any advertising spend since the podcast launched a year and a half ago following her departure from the DailyWire+. Owens credits the organic growth to criticism, legal challenges including the defamation lawsuit from French President Emmanuel Macron and First Lady Brigitte Macron, and her small team's resilience.

Owens takes a moment to thank those who inadvertently helped her rise, including the Macrons for their "ill-advised lawsuit," Ben Shapiro and Jeremy Boreing for firing her, and even Australia's Tony Burke for banning her from the country. She acknowledges her small team of four people - Savannah, Chris, Mark, and Skyler - who work tirelessly on the podcast, and especially thanks her husband for managing the business side while constantly putting out fires.

Erika Kirk's Fox News Interview

Owens turns her attention to the heavily anticipated interview between Erika Kirk and Jesse Watters on Fox News. The interview focused on how Erika has been managing since Charlie's assassination, her role at the helm of Turning Point USA, and her Christian faith that has moved people worldwide. Erika displayed remarkable strength in discussing her grief and the difficulty of being a widow, noting that nighttime is the hardest for her.

One of the most striking moments came when Erika discussed forgiveness. She shared that she read CS Lewis's "A Grief Observed" and found it difficult because Lewis expressed anger with God - an emotion Erika says she has never felt. She stated she forgave Charlie's alleged killer almost instantly and has never questioned God about why this happened. Owens admits she found this level of grace difficult to comprehend, as she herself has struggled with anger and questions about why Charlie was taken so young.

Questions About the Investigation

When Jesse Watters asked Erika directly if she believes they have caught her husband's killer, her answer went viral for what she didn't say. Erika responded by saying she is grateful for their incredible legal team and that she trusts them, but she did not give a straight yes or no answer. Owens interprets this as potentially indicating that Erika trusts her team to find more answers or to tell her the truth if Tyler Robinson is not the actual killer.

Erika mentioned she has seen the autopsy report and various evidence portions that have been collected, information the public has not had access to. Owens expresses hope that this non-answer is foreshadowing that more information will come out in the future, as nothing shown to the public so far has been convincing.

The Catholic Question Addressed

During the interview, as Erika and Jesse walked backstage at the University of Mississippi event, a priest was visible in the background - the same priest Erika took with her to the hospital when Charlie was shot. Additionally, Erika discussed Charlie's devotion to Saint Michael. She recounted how when they first started dating, she asked why he didn't wear a cross. For his first birthday present, she gave him a cross, and over time added different medals to it. Charlie particularly loved Saint Michael and felt the medal was his armor.

Owens sees this as vindication of her earlier claims that Charlie was Catholic-curious, claims that were viciously attacked by Christian Zionist influencers while she was grieving. She notes that none of those who made videos disputing her have since clarified that she appears to have been telling the truth.

Erika's Request for Grace

Erika addressed the conspiracy theories circulating about Charlie's assassination, asking for grace for those who were there that day. She explained that she intentionally insulated herself by turning off her phone for weeks because she needed to guard her heart and be present for her kids and Turning Point USA. She acknowledged that everyone grieves differently and everyone is trying to figure out how this happened and how someone became so radicalized.

Erika noted that unlike previous assassinations in American history, this one is happening in the age of social media and AI, with countless fake images circulating. She requested that people think carefully about what they post online because it will impact Charlie's kids in the future.

Owens responds that while the request is gracious, there's a disconnect. The reason people are investigating online is because the federal authorities aren't conducting a thorough investigation and appear to be telling obvious lies. Owens also points out that if Turning Point USA employees were truly traumatized, they could have taken time off, but instead they were back on their feet immediately, sharing memories and appearing on shows.

Defending the Investigation

Owens pushes back against the notion that she should give grace to certain Turning Point USA figures like Tyler Bowyer, who she describes as a "sexual deviant." She argues that as Erika takes on the role of CEO, people need to determine whether this is still the same company and whether it's committed to truth. Owens cites the example of a student in a green hoodie who was questioned online about his presence at the UVU event - he simply responded that it was him getting food with a teammate and the matter was immediately dropped because he told the truth.

Owens emphasizes that telling the truth is easy when you have a microphone, and if people don't want to tell the truth, it makes them look more suspicious. She has no sympathy for those at Turning Point USA who have platforms but won't clarify obvious inconsistencies.

Christian Zionist Pushback

Owens addresses criticism from Allie Beth Stuckey and Lila Rose, who disputed her claims about how quickly the UVU campus event came together. Owens had pointed out that it was unusual for a university to approve a Turning Point USA event so quickly, as these events typically require semester-long planning due to university resistance to conservative groups.

Stuckey shared a private message exchange with Charlie from late August about a November campus event, attempting to prove that events can come together in two months. Owens counters that when Charlie was offering Stuckey multiple location options, those events were already approved and on the calendar - Charlie wasn't asking her to help plan from scratch but rather which of the already-scheduled events she wanted to join.

Lila Rose chimed in claiming events can be planned quickly, citing a debate she did at Yale that was arranged within two months. Owens points out this is comparing apples to oranges - Rose's debate was with the Yale Political Union, which has existed since 1934 and runs like a well-oiled machine with about 70 attendees. This is completely different from Turning Point USA events that draw thousands of people and require extensive coordination with hostile university administrations.

Owens expresses frustration that these influencers focus on disputing relatively minor points she makes while ignoring glaring holes in the official investigation, such as the claim that a 30-06 rifle somehow didn't decapitate Charlie when that caliber normally would. She questions whether they are truly committed to finding the truth or simply opposing her because of Zionist agenda concerns.

Exposing Turning Point USA Inconsistencies

Owens calls out what she sees as inauthenticity from Turning Point USA, particularly from Alex Clark. Clark tweeted that she didn't run sponsorship ads on her tribute episodes about Charlie and is now in debt to her sponsors, seemingly implying that Owens running ads while discussing Charlie's death is problematic. Owens fires back that Turning Point USA made approximately $90 million in the weeks following Charlie's death, sold merchandise at the memorial event, and that Clark merely postponed her ad obligations rather than declining them entirely.

Owens accuses Clark of lying about the timeline of events and Charlie's interest in Catholicism, and lying about Turning Point USA's annual traditions regarding cryptocurrency. She states plainly that when people lie, they are engaging in a cover-up by definition - lying is covering up the truth. She asserts that Turning Point USA is engaging in a cover-up and puts her name on that claim without apology.

She notes that whenever the "dogs" are sent out to attack over something relatively minor, it indicates she has hit a nerve. The overreaction suggests there is something there worth investigating further. Owens calls for anyone who worked for the UVU Turning Point USA chapter to come forward with information about how that event came together.

A Warning to Her Critics

Owens addresses a tweet from Alyssa Cordova, formerly the head PR person at DailyWire+, who suggested there might be non-disparagement agreements between Turning Point USA and Owens that could lead to legal action. Owens describes Cordova as "evil" and someone who keeps folders of out-of-context clips to weaponize against people.

Owens issues a direct challenge: sue me. She wants subpoena power to obtain all messages and communications. She declares that anything sent to her from a lawyer will now be publicized, regardless of who sends it. She states emphatically that companies are no longer allowed to "behave like Satan's children and then make little legal threats." She frames this as a spiritual battle, saying "Satan's time is done" and concluding with "Shouldn't have shot Charlie Kirk. Just shouldn't have killed Charlie Kirk."

Final Thoughts

Owens opens the door to having Allie Beth Stuckey or Lila Rose on her show to debate the evidence she has presented about how Turning Point USA operates their events. She maintains that if people are committed to truth, her platform is available to them.

She reflects on comments from supporters celebrating her number one podcast ranking and encouraging her continued investigation. Owens acknowledges that while the fight is stressful and she is constantly taken out of context, she believes something is happening spiritually right now. She feels everyone is "barreling toward the light" and that demons shriek loudest when exposed. She remains committed to pursuing truth regardless of the enemies she makes along the way.
