[06:49] Turning Point decided not to file 990s

[06:52] for TPE, TPA, and ATP in FY24. In 2023,

[06:57] 650,000 may have been funneled from

[06:59] TurningPoint USA through TPA to TP pack

[07:03] to evade campaign finance restrictions.

[07:06] With [clears throat] respect to the

[07:07] audit statement, your video

[07:08] misrepresents the basic content of Mr.

[07:10] Kirk's memo. TPUSA never planned a Doge

[07:13] style audit. Indeed, Turning Point USA

[07:15] COO announcement concerning the Doge

[07:17] effort never used the word audit.

[07:20] Rather, the announcement makes clear

[07:21] that TPUSA was doing what it is always

[07:24] pledged to donors, ensuring it was being

[07:26] efficient with its funds and time. They

[07:28] had an audit every year. That's the

[07:29] thing that's already been disproven to

[07:31] Candace's point. They have an audit.

[07:35] potentially false. Uh the TP entities

[07:38] timely filed their 990s for FY24. This

[07:40] is easily to prove. You just look it up

[07:42] and you can see it. Finally, contrary to

[07:45] your claims regarding the 650,000, that

[07:47] money actually went from Turning Point

[07:48] action to Turning Point USA as a

[07:51] reimbursement for event expense. There

[07:54] was nothing nefarious about the trailer.

[08:00] they don't do it, you are getting sued
