[00:30] sacrificing one inch of your principles,

[00:35] you need to be able to defend it. And

[00:37] you should do that unapologetically. You

[00:39] should do that boldly and with

[00:40] confidence without a sheepish posture as

[00:44] if you have something to feel bad about.

[00:48] you really want to like win an argument

[00:50] or persuade somebody of what you're

[00:52] saying, the very first thing you need to

[00:54] do is study the other side's arguments.

[00:56] Don't go into rhetorical battle without

[00:58] knowing what they're going to say

[00:59] against you. And then be ready for those

[01:01] points. Don't be on your phone doing

[01:03] games after school. Be online doing

[01:05] research on these issues. But you can

[01:06] arm yourself with information so that

[01:08] when you do rhetorical battle, you're
