Zach from WolvesAndFinance Investigates Missing Financials and Shell Companies at Turning Point USA

Categories: Investigation
November 30, 2025

Zach from WolvesAndFinance uncovers troubling financial patterns at Turning Point USA after previously missing 990 forms mysteriously appear. The investigation reveals $1.5 million in payments to a company operating out of a strip mall that doesn't appear to exist, owned by Arizona State Senator Jake Hoffman, former Turning Point communications director. With massive salary expenses that don't add up, shell company transfers totaling $8.6 million, and a suspicious revenue surge in Turning Point Action during the 2024 Republican primary, the financials raise serious questions. Zach examines whether these patterns connect to Charlie Kirk's final memo requesting a Doge-style audit just days before his death, calling for truth and accountability in the conservative movement.

Missing 990 Forms Mysteriously Appear

Two weeks after posting a video about red flags at Turning Point USA, the missing 990 forms for three shell companies suddenly appeared online. The forms are marked as filed on May 15th, 2025, claiming the IRS posted one form but held the other three for six months before releasing them when public scrutiny increased. With the missing financials now available, the financial picture becomes even more concerning.

Tyler Bowyer's Personal Address and Million-Dollar Mansion

On page 8 of the 990 forms, organizations must list their highest paid independent contractors. In the FY24 form for America's Turning Point, Tyler Bowyer lists himself as an independent contractor using his personal home address. While this information is public on the IRS form, a Google Maps search reveals Boyer lives in a massive mansion, raising questions about the source of his wealth.

The Mysterious 110 LLC and $1.5 Million in Payments

The Turning Point Action shell company lists 110 LLC as their number one independent contractor in FY2024. This company has been one of their largest contractors for the last three years, receiving total payments of $1,456,261. The description provided for these payments is social digital media ad placement. The 990 forms provide an address for this company in Queen Creek, Arizona, a suburb of Phoenix.

On-Location Investigation Reveals Empty Strip Mall

An investigation at the listed address in Queen Creek revealed a strip mall with no visible presence of 110 LLC. After walking past all the suites and checking all the doors, the business could not be found at the location. Turning Point is documenting on their IRS forms that they are sending $1.5 million to this address, yet the business appears to be nonexistent at that location.

No Website, No Google Maps Location

Additional research revealed that 110 LLC has no website, which raises questions about how they operate a business receiving such substantial payments. A Google Maps search shows no location for 110 LLC. Despite the lack of online presence or physical location, records show the company is owned by Jake Hoffman, former communications director for Turning Point USA and current Republican state senator in Arizona.

Jake Hoffman's Financial Disclosure Raises Questions

Jake Hoffman is a powerful person in Arizona politics. In his financial disclosure statement, he lists ownership of 110 LLC at the same Queen Creek address. Even more curious, his disclosure lists eight different businesses all operating out of the same strip mall. On the financial disclosure form, he claims to be operating his business out of suites 105 to 503, which represents every suite in the strip mall, including a grocery store, Panda Express, and a pet dental clinic.

Baker Tilly's Audit Procedures Under Scrutiny

Baker Tilly is the accounting firm that conducted the annual financial audit for Turning Point, giving it a clean audit with no reported problems. However, questions arise about whether they properly verified the largest contractor. Standard audit procedures should ensure that contracted companies are legitimate entities. The absence of a physical location for 110 LLC raises concerns about what specific audit procedures Baker Tilly performed to verify this company's legitimacy.

The $8.6 Million Transfer to America's Turning Point

In FY24, $8.6 million was transferred from Turning Point USA to America's Turning Point, a shell company where Tyler Bowyer is the only paid executive listed. Charlie Kirk is not even listed for this organization. The money went mainly to salaries, raising the possibility of ghost employees, a practice where organizations pay people and record it as salary expense when those people do not actually work for the business.

Salary Numbers That Don't Add Up

For America's Turning Point in FY24, the organization reported 24 employees for the first time. The 990 forms show zero employees in calendar year 2022, meaning the entire salary expense of $3.7 million for FY23 was related to the first six months of calendar year 2023. Using the most favorable assumptions, if 24 employees were hired on January 1st and worked for six months, the average annual salary would be around $300,000. This represents an extraordinarily high salary for every employee at a nonprofit organization, including potential secretarial staff.

Board Member Tom Sedeka's Payroll Expertise

One of the board members for Turning Point is Tom Sedeka, who was president and CEO of a payroll company. From 2003 to 2020, he ran Precision Payroll of America, turning it into a leader in the complex, highly regulated world of human resources and payroll processing. Given his expertise, questions arise about whether he noticed these unusual payroll patterns.

Suspicious Revenue Surge at Turning Point Action

Revenue going into Turning Point Action shows a gigantic leap in FY24, going from $10.7 million to $27.2 million, representing over 150% increase in one year. This is an extraordinary achievement for a nonprofit. When compared side by side with Turning Point USA, which showed only a 4% increase, a pattern emerges. Turning Point USA is the main organization with Charlie Kirk as president, while Tyler Bowyer is COO of Turning Point Action. The new donors appeared to go around Charlie Kirk and into the organization where Tyler Bowyer held leadership, almost as if they did not want Charlie Kirk to know about it.

Timing Aligns with 2024 Republican Primary

FY24 represents the 12 months ending June 30th, 2024, lining up almost exactly with the Republican primary for the 2024 presidential election. Key events during this period include:

  • January 15th, 2024: Trump wins Iowa caucuses with 51% of the vote
  • March 5th, 2024: Trump wins 14 of 15 Republican contests on Super Tuesday
  • March 6th, 2024: Nikki Haley drops out of the race
  • May 30th, 2024: Donald Trump convicted of 34 felony counts in New York

During this period, it became obvious that Donald Trump was the frontrunner. When Nikki Haley dropped out, donors who previously had influence over the Republican party needed new ways to infiltrate MAGA. Charlie Kirk was racing all over the country trying to get Donald Trump elected, potentially making it easier for someone at Turning Point to work behind his back.

The FY24 Financial Audit and Charlie Kirk's Memo

The audit letter shows the FY24 financial audit was concluded on June 20th, 2025, a few months before Charlie Kirk was murdered. At the end of an audit, all financial information is reviewed. If someone was trying to hide financial information from Charlie Kirk, they probably could have gotten away with it until June 2025. This timing potentially explains the memo Charlie Kirk wrote eight days before he was murdered, in which he appointed a new COO for Turning Point USA and requested a Doge-style audit.

Questions for Arizona Attorney General Chris Mayes

The attorney general of Arizona, Chris Mayes, has jurisdiction over this situation. She is most well-known for trying to arrest the Trump electors in Arizona, a case that ultimately fizzled out. Questions arise about whether she will investigate the financial patterns at Turning Point, including a state senator allegedly lying on his financial disclosure statement and an organization documenting $1.5 million in payments to a parking lot address. Her responsibility is to look after the people of Arizona, and failure to investigate could raise concerns about her involvement.

Charlie Kirk's Message About Truth

Charlie Kirk posted a video of James O'Keefe speaking at America Fest with a powerful message about truth-telling: "Telling the truth in times of universal deceit is a revolutionary act. It's hard. It's difficult. Even as we enter this new era, it will be difficult. And that's why the people who do that, the few, the very few, are so inspirational to us because they do it at great personal cost. And in the beginning of a fight, a charge, the patriot is a brave but rare man. But when his cause succeeds, the timid, the timid then join him. For at that point, it doesn't cost as much to do what he does."

Charlie Kirk wanted everyone to search for the truth. If someone at Turning Point betrayed Charlie Kirk and is stealing money from the organization, investigating and uncovering that truth would honor his legacy and his commitment to transparency in the conservative movement.

[00:00] Two weeks ago, I posted a video about

[00:02] red flags at TurningPoint USA. Among the

[00:05] many things I mentioned, Turning Point

[00:07] was missing three of the four 990 forms

[00:09] for their shell companies. Well, guess

[00:12] what? The missing forms have

[00:14] mysteriously been posted and they are

[00:16] marked that they were filed on May 15th,

[00:18] 2025.

[00:20] So, they are claiming that they filed

[00:22] four forms. The IRS posted one, held on

[00:26] to the other three, and for some reason

[00:28] posted them six months later when people

[00:30] started talking about it online.

[00:33] Isn't that convenient?

[00:36] But we're not going to dwell on it

[00:37] because the more important thing is that

[00:39] now we have the missing financials. And

[00:42] you're not going to believe this. It

[00:44] gets even worse.

[00:51] >> [music]

[01:02] >> In the 990 forms, you can go to page 8

[01:05] and each organization must list out

[01:07] their highest paid independent

[01:08] contractors.

[01:10] What is curious is that on the FY24 form

[01:13] for America's Turning Point, Tyler Ber

[01:16] lists himself as an independent

[01:18] contractor and he puts his personal home

[01:20] address. Now, I'm not doxing anyone here

[01:23] because it is public information on the

[01:25] IRS form. And I have to tell people,

[01:28] please do not go to Tyler Ber's house.

[01:31] That is not appropriate. But I will say

[01:34] if you go look up his residence on

[01:36] Google Maps, you will see that he lives

[01:38] in a massive mansion.

[01:41] Now, I'm not going to show his home out

[01:43] of respect, but you can go see it for

[01:45] yourself. It is mindblowing. Where is

[01:48] Tyler Boyer getting all this money? But

[01:52] what is even more important is if you go

[01:54] to the other shell company Turning Point

[01:55] Action in FY2024, their number one

[01:58] independent contractor is a company

[02:00] called 110 LLC. In fact, this has been

[02:04] one of their largest contractors for the

[02:06] last 3 years. These are all the payments

[02:09] and they total $1,456,261

[02:13] over the last 3 years. That's almost

[02:16] $1.5 million.

[02:18] The description they provide is social

[02:21] digital media ad placement.

[02:23] Now, there is also an address for this

[02:25] company. So, I thought, let's take a

[02:28] trip and go check this company out. If

[02:31] Turning Point is paying them $1.5

[02:33] million, they must be doing something

[02:35] really great. I am on location in Queen

[02:39] Creek, Arizona. And if you don't know,

[02:40] Queen Creek is a suburb of Phoenix. So,

[02:44] I'm at the address that was listed on

[02:45] the 990 form. And this is strange.

[02:50] This is a strip mall. So, I'm gonna get

[02:52] out. I'm gonna take a walk around and

[02:54] see if I can find the business 110 LLC.

[02:58] Okay. I've walked past all the suites.

[03:01] I've checked all the doors. The business

[03:04] 110 LLC, as far as I can tell, is not

[03:08] here.

[03:10] What is going on? So, TurningPoint is

[03:14] putting on their IRS form that they are

[03:16] sending $1.5 million to this parking

[03:20] lot. Well, I'm sitting here in the

[03:23] parking lot. The business is not here as

[03:26] far as I can tell.

[03:28] What is going on? I mean, maybe they

[03:31] didn't think that anyone was going to

[03:33] actually drive out here and check it

[03:35] out, but as far as I can tell, the

[03:38] business is not here.

[03:40] So, my question is, do the Turning Point

[03:43] donors know this is how their money is

[03:45] being spent? That Turning Point is

[03:48] writing on their IRS forms that they're

[03:50] sending $1.5 million to this parking

[03:54] lot. I did some additional checking.

[03:57] Another thing that is strange is that

[03:58] there is no website for 110 LLC.

[04:03] How do you run a business without a

[04:05] website? That's pretty strange. And I

[04:08] thought maybe they moved. Maybe there's

[04:11] a different location. But if you look it

[04:13] up on Google Maps, there is no location

[04:16] for 110 LLC.

[04:18] So there's no website. There's no

[04:20] location. Does this company actually

[04:23] exist? Well, we do have records that it

[04:26] is owned by someone named Jake Hoffman,

[04:29] who is actually the former

[04:30] communications director for Turning

[04:32] Point USA. He is now a Republican state

[04:35] senator in Arizona. Now, just to give

[04:38] you some context, Jay Kaufman is a

[04:41] really powerful person in Arizona, which

[04:44] may be why no one has talked about this

[04:46] before. In his financial disclosure

[04:48] statement, he lists that he is the owner

[04:51] of 110 LLC at the same address in Queen

[04:54] Creek. What is also curious is that on

[04:57] the financial disclosure form, he lists

[04:59] out eight different businesses that are

[05:02] all operating out of that same strip

[05:04] mall. But what is even more strange is

[05:07] that on the financial disclosure form,

[05:09] he actually lists out the suite numbers.

[05:12] He claims that he is operating his

[05:14] business out of suites 105 to 503.

[05:19] Excuse me. That is every suite in the

[05:22] strip mall. How does that make sense? Is

[05:26] he operating out of the grocery store?

[05:29] Is he operating out of Panda Express? Is

[05:32] he operating his business out of the pet

[05:34] dental clinic? Now, if you watch my

[05:37] channel, you can tell that I'm a

[05:39] conservative, but I do not have a

[05:41] problem calling out a Republican if I

[05:44] see something that looks shady. And this

[05:46] is all allegedly. I don't know if

[05:49] anything illegal is happening for sure.

[05:51] Maybe there is an innocent explanation

[05:53] for all of this. I have never met Jay

[05:56] Kaufman, so I cannot speak to whether

[05:58] he's an ethical person or not. All I can

[06:00] speak to is what these people are

[06:02] writing in their financial forms. You

[06:04] have to admit that it looks pretty

[06:06] strange. It looks like Turning Point is

[06:09] sending $1.5 million to a parking lot to

[06:13] get picked up by a politician.

[06:15] If you remember, Baker Tilly is the

[06:18] accounting firm that did the annual

[06:19] financial audit. So, they are the ones

[06:21] that signed off on Turning Point. They

[06:23] give it a clean audit. They said there's

[06:25] no problems at Turning Point.

[06:28] Well, Baker Tilly, did you look at the

[06:31] largest contract?

[06:34] They're supposed to do an audit

[06:35] procedure to make sure that it's an

[06:37] actual company.

[06:40] Well, I'm sitting here in the parking

[06:42] lot. I'm looking around and I don't see

[06:45] a company called 110 LLC.

[06:48] So, Baker Tilly, I want to know the

[06:51] specific audit procedure that you did to

[06:54] ensure that this was a legitimate

[06:56] company and not an illegal payment to a

[06:59] politician. In a few weeks, Turning

[07:01] Point is hosting their biggest event of

[07:03] the year, America Fest. All of your

[07:06] favorite content creators will be

[07:07] showing up in Phoenix, Arizona to give

[07:09] speeches. I wonder if any of these

[07:12] people have a problem with Turning Point

[07:14] sending $1.5 million to a parking lot.

[07:19] Are any of them going to address in

[07:21] their speech any of the financial

[07:23] concerns at Turning Point? Patrick Bet

[07:26] David has one of the largest business

[07:28] podcasts in the world and he has been a

[07:30] major contributor to America fest. He is

[07:33] the business guy. Can he explain this to

[07:37] us? I would like to hear Patrick Bet

[07:40] David give us some kind of business

[07:42] scenario which explains why Turning

[07:44] Point would send $1.5 million to a

[07:47] parking lot. Now, I've noticed a lot of

[07:50] comments suggesting that it is

[07:52] inappropriate for me to criticize the

[07:54] finances of TurningPoint USA.

[07:57] Let me explain this for people who may

[07:58] not understand. Turning Point receives a

[08:02] tax subsidy.

[08:04] That is what a 501c3 is. You are paying

[08:07] more in taxes so that Turning Point is

[08:10] taxexempt. And in general, this is a

[08:13] good thing because we want nonprofits

[08:16] out in the world doing good things. So,

[08:19] we give them this tax benefit. But if

[08:21] Turning Point is not doing good in the

[08:23] world, if they have problems in their

[08:25] financials, if their tax forms are

[08:27] missing, maybe they should not get tax

[08:30] exempt status. The rich and powerful

[08:32] people who run Turning Point are raising

[08:34] hundreds of millions of dollars and they

[08:36] don't have to pay tax on any of it

[08:38] because you watching this video are

[08:41] footing the bill.

[08:43] So, every American has the right to ask

[08:46] questions about Turning Point's

[08:47] financials. If you think they look

[08:50] shady, you are absolutely justified in

[08:53] demanding answers. The other thing I

[08:55] mentioned in my last video was the

[08:57] missing $8.6 6 million that was

[08:59] transferred from TurningPoint USA to

[09:01] America's Turning Point. Now we have the

[09:03] finances so we can see how that money

[09:05] was spent. Just to recap, there are four

[09:09] shell companies. Turning Point USA is

[09:11] the main one. Then we have Turning Point

[09:13] Action, America's Turning Point, and

[09:15] Turning Point Endowment. Just as a

[09:17] reminder, Tyler Ber is the only paid

[09:20] executive listed for America's Turning

[09:22] Point. Charlie Kirk is not even listed.

[09:26] So, it seems strange to me that in FY24,

[09:29] $8.6 million mysteriously got

[09:32] transferred out of the main company into

[09:34] the Shell Company managed by Tyler Ber.

[09:37] When we look at how this money was

[09:39] actually spent, it went mainly to

[09:41] salaries. And in the last video, I

[09:44] mentioned the possibility of ghost

[09:46] employees. This is when an organization

[09:48] pays people, records it as salary

[09:51] expense when those people do not

[09:52] actually work for the business.

[09:55] So, I want to drill down into this idea

[09:57] further. Now, I have to admit that

[09:59] salary information can be notoriously

[10:01] hard to analyze because people are

[10:03] constantly coming and going from an

[10:05] organization. For instance, you could

[10:08] get a bunch of people hired in the last

[10:09] month of the year. Those kind of timing

[10:12] issues can cause strange fluctuations in

[10:14] your expenses, but you would expect the

[10:17] overall trends to make sense. You would

[10:19] expect the numbers to be within a

[10:21] certain range that is realistic. For

[10:23] America's turning point in FY24, we see

[10:26] that for the first time they report 24

[10:28] employees. This number is reported on a

[10:31] calendar year and the expenses are

[10:33] reported on a fiscal year ending on 630.

[10:36] So let's stagger these out. If their 990

[10:40] forms are correct and they had zero

[10:42] employees in calendar year 2022, that

[10:45] means that the entire salary expense for

[10:47] FY23 was related to the first 6 months

[10:49] of calendar year 2023.

[10:53] They spent $3.7 million in 6 months on

[10:57] salaries.

[10:59] In my opinion, these numbers are a bunch

[11:02] of baloney.

[11:03] The math does not work. Let's use the

[11:06] most favorable assumptions for America's

[11:08] turning point and assume that this

[11:10] expense was spread out across the

[11:11] largest number of employees. If we

[11:14] assume that 24 employees were hired on

[11:16] January 1st and worked for 6 months,

[11:19] that means that the average annual

[11:21] salary of those 24 employees was around

[11:24] $300,000.

[11:27] That's a lot of money. That is every

[11:30] employee at America's Turning Point. It

[11:33] could be the secretary.

[11:35] I would like to know what that secretary

[11:37] is doing that they get a salary of

[11:40] $300,000.

[11:42] I would like to ask the other employees

[11:44] at the other shell companies at Turning

[11:46] Point. Are you all making $300,000 a

[11:49] year? Because according to the

[11:51] financials, somebody is. Now, we don't

[11:54] know this for sure. These are just

[11:56] assumptions. But I am telling you that

[11:58] this is catching my eye as a red flag

[12:00] because these are astounding numbers for

[12:03] a nonprofit. $8.6 million mysteriously

[12:06] gets transferred into the shell company

[12:08] managed by Tyler Boyer and it is spent

[12:10] on this massively inflated salary

[12:13] expense. Again, maybe there is some kind

[12:16] of innocent explanation for this, but at

[12:19] some point we're going to need a lot of

[12:21] explanations.

[12:22] One of the board members for Turning

[12:24] Point is a guy named Tom Sedeka.

[12:27] Ironically, Tom Sedeka was the president

[12:29] and CEO of a payroll company. This is

[12:33] from a press release on the NASDAQ

[12:34] website. From 2003 to 2020, he ran

[12:38] Precision Payroll of America where he

[12:39] turned that company into a leader in the

[12:41] complex, highly regulated world of human

[12:44] resources and payroll processing. So,

[12:46] let's ask the payroll guy, Tom Sedaka.

[12:50] Do you see anything strange with these

[12:52] payroll numbers? Now, to understand the

[12:55] full picture, it's not just about where

[12:57] the money was going to, it's also where

[13:00] the money was coming from. When I was

[13:02] going through all the new financial

[13:04] information, I saw this chart and

[13:06] immediately I had a good idea of what

[13:09] was going on. This shows revenue going

[13:11] into turning point action and you can

[13:14] see a gigantic leap in revenues for

[13:16] FY24.

[13:18] It went from 10.7 million to 27.2

[13:21] million. That is over 150% increase in

[13:24] one year. An extraordinary achievement

[13:27] for a nonprofit.

[13:29] What is even more curious is when you

[13:31] put this chart side by side with

[13:33] TurningPoint USA. Turning point USA

[13:36] shows a 4% increase. Remember that

[13:39] Turning Point USA is the main

[13:41] organization with Charlie Kirk as

[13:42] president. Charlie Kirk works a lot less

[13:45] on Turning Point Action and Tyler Ber is

[13:47] the COO. Do you see what is happening?

[13:51] For some reason, in FY24, Turning Point

[13:54] got a ton of new donors. But these new

[13:57] donors went around Charlie Kirk and into

[14:00] the organization where Tyler Ber was the

[14:02] COO.

[14:04] It's almost like they did not want

[14:06] Charlie Kirk to know about it. Now, we

[14:10] don't know who these mysterious new

[14:11] donors are, but it looks like someone

[14:14] was trying to take over MAGA, and they

[14:16] were doing it behind Charlie Kirk's

[14:18] back. The timing of all of this is very

[14:21] important.

[14:22] FY24 represents the 12 months ending

[14:25] June 30th, 2024.

[14:28] Remember what was happening at this

[14:30] time.

[14:31] This period lines up almost exactly with

[14:33] the Republican primary for the 2024

[14:36] presidential election. January 15th,

[14:39] 2024, Trump wins the Iowa caucuses with

[14:42] 51% of the vote. March 5th, 2024, on

[14:45] Super Tuesday, Trump wins 14 of 15

[14:48] Republican contests. And on the

[14:50] following day, Nikki Haley drops out of

[14:53] the race. May 30th, 2024, Donald Trump

[14:56] was convicted of 34 felony counts in New

[14:59] York and it did nothing to reduce his

[15:01] popularity. So in FY24, it was becoming

[15:05] obvious that Donald Trump was the frontr

[15:07] runner in the presidential race. When

[15:09] Nikki Haley dropped out, you had all

[15:11] these rich and powerful donors who no

[15:13] longer had any influence over the

[15:15] Republican party. These donors had to

[15:18] come up with some new way to infiltrate

[15:20] MAGA.

[15:22] I think they went to Tyler Ber. You also

[15:25] have to remember how busy Charlie Kirk

[15:27] was at this time. He was racing all over

[15:30] the country trying to get Donald Trump

[15:32] elected.

[15:34] So if someone at Turning Point was

[15:35] working behind his back to steal money

[15:37] from the company, this would have been a

[15:39] really easy time to do that. But the

[15:42] problem with stealing is you can only

[15:44] get away with it for so long. Along

[15:47] comes the FY24 financial audit. We know

[15:50] from the audit letter that it was

[15:52] concluded on June 20th, 2025, a few

[15:55] months before Charlie Kirk was murdered.

[15:58] If someone was trying to hide financial

[15:59] information from Charlie Kirk, they

[16:01] probably could have gotten away with it

[16:03] until June 2025.

[16:05] Because what happens at the end of an

[16:07] audit is you review all the financial

[16:09] information. So, imagine this. A few

[16:12] months before Charlie Kirk's murder, he

[16:14] is sitting at his desk. He's looking at

[16:16] all the FY24 financials side by side and

[16:20] he starts to notice some things that are

[16:22] funny.

[16:23] I think Charlie Kirk started asking

[16:25] questions and I also believe this is

[16:28] what prompted the memo that he wrote 8

[16:30] days before he was murdered. In the

[16:33] memo, he appointed a new COO for Turning

[16:35] Point USA and requested a Doge style

[16:38] audit. Now, for legal reasons, I have to

[16:40] say that I do not have any evidence of a

[16:42] crime. We would need an investigation of

[16:44] the books at Turning Point to know for

[16:46] sure. What I am saying is that there are

[16:49] red flags in the financials at Turning

[16:51] Point and a lot of questions that need

[16:53] to be answered. The attorney general of

[16:56] Arizona is Chris Maize. She has

[16:58] jurisdiction over this situation. Chris

[17:01] Maize is most wellknown for trying to

[17:03] arrest the Trump electors in Arizona.

[17:06] That case fizzled out and did not go

[17:08] anywhere. But I have to wonder, is Chris

[17:12] May going to look into this? I am

[17:15] limited in what I can research because I

[17:17] don't have access to Turning Point's

[17:18] financials. But the attorney general has

[17:21] the authority to go in, look at their

[17:23] books, and start throwing people in

[17:25] jail. She is responsible for looking

[17:28] after the people of Arizona.

[17:31] Does it bother her that we have a state

[17:33] senator that is allegedly lying on his

[17:36] financial disclosure statement? Is she

[17:38] concerned that Turning Point is writing

[17:40] on their IRS form that they are sending

[17:42] $1.5 million to a parking lot? If she

[17:47] does not look into this, I would be

[17:49] concerned that she is in on the scam. If

[17:52] you watch my channel, you know that I am

[17:54] a huge fan of Charlie Kirk and it

[17:57] destroyed me when he was murdered.

[18:00] I want to remind you of a post that he

[18:02] made on X.com.

[18:04] He posted a video of James O'Keefe

[18:07] speaking at last year's America Fest.

[18:10] Charlie Kirk wanted us to hear these

[18:12] words. Telling the truth in times of

[18:15] universal deceit is a revolutionary act.

[18:18] It's hard. It's difficult. Even as we

[18:21] enter this new era, it will be

[18:23] difficult. And that's why the people who

[18:26] do that, the few, the very few, are so

[18:31] inspirational to us because they do it

[18:34] at great personal cost. And in the

[18:37] beginning of a fight, a charge, the

[18:41] patriot is a brave but rare man. But

[18:45] when his cause succeeds, the timid, the

[18:48] timid then join him. For at that point,

[18:51] it doesn't cost as much to do what he

[18:53] does. So in the beginning, we have these

[18:55] brave people that act as a catalyst for

[18:59] everybody else.

[19:00] >> Charlie Kirk wanted everyone to search

[19:02] for the truth. If someone at Turning

[19:06] Point betrayed Charlie Kirk and is

[19:08] stealing money from the organization, we

[19:10] should find out who that is, and we

[19:13] should do it for Charlie Kirk. Now, I

[19:16] want to hear from you. Do you think that

[19:18] something suspicious is going on at

[19:20] Turning Point USA? Let me know in the
