WolvesAndFinance: A CPA's Document-Grounded Turning Point Audit
Showing 42 WolvesAndFinance videos from Charlie Kirk's video collection.
WolvesAndFinance, run by certified public accountant Zach De Gregorio, built a sustained financial investigation into Turning Point USA using publicly filed IRS Form 990 documents, identifying millions of dollars routed to entities including 1Ten LLC, a company registered to a UPS store mailbox in a strip mall also listed on Arizona State Senator Jake Hoffman's financial disclosures. De Gregorio has documented specific, verifiable figures, including $8.6 million transferred to a shell company reporting zero employees and three of four required 990 forms for fiscal year 2024 remaining unfiled, while explicitly noting that Kirk had ordered an internal DOGE-style audit just eight days before his death that was never completed afterward.
Turning Point USA responded by sending De Gregorio a cease-and-desist letter, which attorney Nicholas J. Brooks examined in detail, walking through Arizona's anti-SLAPP statute and the actual-malice standard required for a public-interest defamation claim to succeed. Verifiable public-filing analysis from a credentialed accountant, and the organization's own legal response to it, gave WolvesAndFinance's reporting a more document-grounded character than much of the surrounding assassination-focused speculation, even as some of De Gregorio's other videos extended into more speculative military-intelligence territory.
