Baron Coleman Reveals Flight Timeline Evidence That Could Shatter Charlie Kirk Investigation Alibis

Baron Coleman presents detailed flight tracking analysis from September 9-10 that challenges official accounts of when key figures arrived in Provo, Utah. Through meticulous examination of private jet transponder data, commercial flight records, and Egyptian aircraft activity, Bray builds a case that Erika Kirk may have arrived hours earlier than previously believed, potentially placing her at the scene before the incident occurred. Like the Paul Murdaugh phone video that destroyed Alex Murdaugh's alibi, these flight records could fundamentally alter the investigation if the timeline discrepancies cannot be explained. Bray also dismantles a viral theory about financial motives, demonstrating why solid evidence matters more than speculation.

The Alex Murdaugh Parallel: When Alibis Crumble

The evening of June 7, 2021, in rural Colleton County, South Carolina marked the scene of a brutal double homicide. Margaret "Maggie" Murdaugh, aged 52, and her son Paul Murdaugh, just 22, were found shot to death near the dog kennels on the family's massive 1,700-acre hunting estate known as Moselle. Maggie had been struck multiple times with a .300 Blackout rifle, including fatal wounds to the head and chest, while Paul suffered devastating shotgun blasts to the head, wrist, and chest at very close range.

Alex Murdaugh, Maggie's husband and Paul's father, discovered the bodies around 10:06 p.m. and immediately called 911. His voice trembled on the recording as he reported that his wife and son were not breathing and appeared to have been shot. Alex told dispatchers he had just returned from visiting his ailing mother who suffered from dementia, and stated he had not been at the kennels earlier that evening.

The investigation stalled for months without direct evidence linking anyone to the crime scene. Alex's alibi that he was napping at the main house before visiting his mother initially held firm. GPS data from his automobile indicated he left the hunting property around 9:06 p.m. for his parents' house in Almeida, returning later to find the bodies.

The Phone That Changed Everything

The turning point came in late March 2022 when South Carolina state law enforcement agents finally unlocked Paul Murdaugh's iPhone. The device had been recovered from Paul's body at the scene but was locked with a six-digit passcode. Initial attempts by state forensics expert Lieutenant Britt Dove failed—he tried common codes like 123456 and family-related numbers that didn't work.

Before shipping the phone to the U.S. Secret Service for advanced cracking, Lieutenant Dove tried one last combination: Paul's birthday in a two-digit month, two-digit day, two-digit year format. It succeeded.

Among the data was a single 52-second Snapchat video Paul recorded at 8:44 p.m.—just 5 minutes before his phone locked for the final time on the night he was murdered. The video captured him interacting with the family's dogs at the kennels. In the background, two other voices were audible: Maggie's yelling about a dog named Bubba with a bird in his mouth, and unmistakably, Alex's also calling to the dog.

This discovery, nearly 9 months after the murders, dramatically altered the investigation. The video placed Alex at the exact location minutes before the estimated time of death, destroying his alibi of not being at the kennels that evening. The video's impact extended to the trial that started in January 2023. Prosecutors played it early and often, with witnesses including several of Paul's friends confirming Alex's voice. Alex finally took the stand and admitted he lied about his whereabouts, blaming opioid paranoia while denying responsibility for the deaths. The jury found him guilty for both murders, and he received two consecutive life sentences without parole.

Flight Tracking: A New Investigative Timeline

Baron Coleman begins his analysis with commercial Flight American Airlines 2495, departing Dallas-Fort Worth at 12:43 p.m. Utah time and arriving in Salt Lake City at 2:23 p.m. on September 9. Brian Harpole checked into the American Airlines lounge with one guest at 11:34 a.m. Utah time (12:34 p.m. Dallas time). Coleman confirms this as fact based on leaked office information, noting that Harpole flew business class and was on the ground in Salt Lake City more than 24 hours before the event.

The question arises: Why would Harpole need to arrive at 2:23 p.m. the day before the event when two or three additional flights that afternoon and evening were available? The answer remains unclear, but the choice appears deliberate.

The November 560 Tango Whiskey Mystery

Coleman identifies a private charter jet, N560TW, that has received little attention despite its suspicious flight pattern. The aircraft departed Scottsdale, Arizona at 9:00 a.m. and arrived in Provo, Utah at 10:06 a.m. on September 10—the morning of the incident. Scottsdale is home to both TPUSA headquarters and Erika and Charlie Kirk's residence. Provo is the airport closest to Orem, Utah, approximately 10 minutes away from the event location.

The same aircraft then flew from Provo to Santa Barbara, arriving at 12:12 p.m. Utah time—just 11 minutes before the incident at 12:23 p.m. This appears to be a repositioning flight. From Santa Barbara, the plane flew to Scottsdale, arriving at 1:44 p.m., after the incident had occurred.

Coleman theorizes this flight pattern suggests Erika Kirk departed Scottsdale at 9:00 a.m., arriving in Provo at 10:06 a.m.—more than two hours before Charlie Kirk was shot. The plane then repositioned to Santa Barbara to pick up Andrew Kolvet, taking him to Scottsdale after the incident had already occurred.

The Delta Zulu Repositioning Flight

The Gulfstream G5 known as Delta Zulu had transported Charlie Kirk from Scottsdale to Salt Lake City that morning for an interview before the Utah Valley University event. After dropping Charlie off, the plane flew from Salt Lake City back to Scottsdale, departing at 1:00 p.m. and arriving at 2:13 p.m. Utah time.

The assumption has been that this was a repositioning flight to pick up Erika Kirk in Scottsdale and bring her to Provo. However, Coleman now believes this flight actually carried Andrew Kolvet from Scottsdale to Provo, departing at 2:31 p.m. and arriving at 3:12 p.m.

If this theory is correct, it would mean Erika was already in Provo when Andrew arrived—contradicting the narrative that she was with her mother in Scottsdale receiving treatment and only flew to Utah after learning of the incident.

The Andrew Kolvet Alibi Problem

Candace Owens reported that Andrew Kolvet told her he collapsed into Erika Kirk's arms on the tarmac when he arrived in Provo. If Erika arrived on the Delta Zulu flight at 3:12 p.m. and Andrew arrived on the later Regency flight at 4:36 p.m., that would mean Erika waited on the tarmac for over an hour while her husband was dying or dead at the hospital—an absurd proposition.

The only way Andrew could have fallen into Erika's arms is if she was already there when he arrived. Coleman's theory resolves this contradiction: Erika arrived at 10:06 a.m. on the Tango Whiskey flight and was still at the airport when Andrew arrived at 3:12 p.m. on the Delta Zulu flight.

The Regency Flight and Andrew's Wife

A Regency Air charter, flight RJY872, departed Santa Barbara at 3:13 p.m. and arrived in Provo at 4:36 p.m. This flight has been assumed to be Andrew Kolvet arriving in Provo. However, if Andrew was on the earlier Delta Zulu flight arriving at 3:12 p.m., then this later flight must have carried someone else.

When Candace Owens asked Erika Kirk whether Andrew's wife was on the plane with him, Erika was unable or unwilling to answer and said she would get back to Candace. They later confirmed that yes, Andrew's wife was on the plane with him. Coleman finds this response suspicious—if Erika had seen Andrew collapse into her arms on the tarmac at 3:12 p.m., she would have seen who else got off the plane with him.

Coleman theorizes that Andrew's wife flew on the later Regency flight at 4:36 p.m., which explains why Erika didn't remember seeing her—because she didn't. The Regency flight later continued from Provo to Salt Lake City at 7:23 p.m., likely transporting TPUSA staff members to Salt Lake City where the team congregated that evening.

The Egyptian Plane Transponder Evidence

Coleman initially avoided discussing the Egyptian aircraft but changed his position after researcher Daisy pointed out that transponder activations on the Egyptian plane SUBND correlated with the arrival and departure times of key flights.

The transponder came on three times on September 10:

  • 10:05 a.m.—one minute before the Tango Whiskey flight carrying (theoretically) Erika Kirk landed in Provo
  • 1:40 p.m.—four minutes before the Santa Barbara to Scottsdale flight carrying (theoretically) Andrew Kolvet landed
  • 2:29 p.m.—precisely as the Delta Zulu flight carrying (theoretically) Andrew Kolvet departed Scottsdale for Provo

The first transponder activation lasted for 90 minutes. Coleman obtained a photograph taken on September 10 showing the Egyptian aircraft SUBND on the ground at Provo Airport with the boarding ladder down and windows closed. Based on shadow length and the positioning of vehicles and people preparing for the event, Coleman estimates this photo was taken between 11:00 and 11:30 a.m.—during the time the transponder was active.

Coleman theorizes the Egyptian aircraft served as a communications hub, allowing someone to communicate via satellite technology without pinging local cell towers. A transponder activation indicates the plane is powering up its communication systems.

Why the Timeline Matters

Like the Murdaugh case, where Alex's lie about not being at the kennels unraveled when Paul's phone video placed him there minutes before the murders, the flight timeline could be the key to unraveling the Charlie Kirk investigation.

If Erika Kirk arrived in Provo at 10:06 a.m. rather than 3:12 p.m., she was on the ground more than two hours before the incident—not in Scottsdale with her mother as has been suggested. If Andrew Kolvet arrived at 3:12 p.m. rather than 4:36 p.m., he lied about which flight he was on or has been confused about the timeline in a way that seems impossible given the circumstances.

Coleman emphasizes that if someone is caught lying about their whereabouts, particularly about being near the scene when they claimed to be far away, they have a serious problem. When alibis begin to crumble, investigations shift focus.

Debunking the Viral Financial Theory

Coleman also addresses a viral video claiming to have uncovered financial crimes as the motive for Charlie Kirk's death. The video makes several claims that Coleman systematically dismantles:

Claim 1: Eight days before Charlie Kirk died, he issued an internal memo indicating he was starting an internal audit of two for-profit companies: GSM Strategy and Lion Rock Ventures.

Reality: The actual Turning Point memo mentions nothing about those two organizations. The memo discusses a DOGE (efficiency) effort focused on becoming more efficient and cost-effective, with Justin Streiff assembling a small team. There is no mention of auditing specific companies.

Claim 2: These are "black box LLCs" used to move millions of dollars in consulting fees, and Charlie wanted to find the beneficial owners.

Reality: The ultimate beneficial owner of both companies is Stacy Sheridan. This is public record and has been available for months. There is no mystery about ownership.

Claim 3: On September 8, two days before Charlie Kirk was shot, a $350,000 "logistics support wire" was initiated through a bank that served as a node used by Leslie Wexner and Leon Black for professional fee payouts.

Reality: There is no evidence of any $350,000 payment on September 8. A $350,000 payment did occur a year or two prior as a loan from TPUSA for a life insurance policy. What the video calls a "bank node" is simply a routing number to Chase Bank—the same type of routing number anyone with a Chase account uses.

Claim 4: The money funded a ground team in Provo that was active while Charlie Kirk was on stage, and two Egyptian jets were on the runway, one of which fired up a transponder 17 minutes after the shot.

Reality: Only one Egyptian jet (SUBND) was at the airport during the event. The other Egyptian jet (SUBTT) had departed 5 hours earlier. The transponder did not fire up 17 minutes after the shot—it fired up one hour and 17 minutes after, and more importantly, it correlated with plane arrivals and departures, not with the shooting itself.

Claim 5: Rental cars used by the "Egyptian team" were billed to the same Delaware shell companies Charlie Kirk was auditing.

Reality: There is no public evidence that rental cars were billed to GSM Strategy or Lion Rock Ventures. The video provides no documentation for this claim.

Claim 6: The companies used the same registered agents that Wexner and Epstein used for 30 years: Corporation Service Company and National Registered Agents, Inc.

Reality: These are two of only four major registered agents in the entire country that virtually everyone uses. CT Corporation is the largest, followed by Corporation Service Company, National Registered Agents Inc., and Incorporate. Tens of thousands or possibly hundreds of thousands of companies use these same registered agents. This connection is meaningless.

The Importance of Evidence Over Speculation

Coleman emphasizes that his flight timeline analysis is based on verifiable data—transponder records, flight tracking information, check-in times at airport lounges, and photographic evidence. While he characterizes his interpretation as opinion and theory, the underlying data is factual and checkable.

In contrast, the viral financial theory video made claims without showing any supporting documentation. Coleman compares it to an algebra teacher asking a student to show their work—the video looked like it copied answers from "AI slop" without verification.

The lesson from the Murdaugh case is clear: solid evidence matters. A single 52-second video destroyed an alibi that had held for nine months and led to a double murder conviction. If the flight timeline Coleman has constructed is accurate, and if key figures cannot explain discrepancies in when they arrived in Provo, their alibis may similarly crumble.

Airport security footage from these various airports on September 9-10 would definitively show who was on which flight and when they arrived. Hospital security footage would show what time Erika Kirk arrived at the hospital. If she arrived before her plane supposedly landed, that would be a serious problem. Whether law enforcement, the FBI, or defense teams obtained and preserved this footage remains unknown, but Coleman argues they absolutely should have, particularly given the high-profile nature of the case.
