Josh Petersen Exposes Turning Point USA: Underage Drinking, Israeli Operatives, and Charlie Kirk's Assassination

Josh Petersen, former Turning Point USA college representative, reveals explosive allegations about his time with the organization. Petersen describes being taken to bars while underage by senior staff, approached by individuals claiming ties to Israeli intelligence, and witnessing financial irregularities within the organization. He discusses Charlie Kirk's planned internal audit that was buried after his death, missing IRS filings, and suspicious behavior from those close to Kirk following the assassination. Petersen calls for continued investigation into Kirk's death and questions the official narrative surrounding the tragedy.

Underage Drinking and Party Culture at Turning Point USA

Josh Petersen was just 17 and a half years old when he began working for Turning Point USA in 2023. During his initial training in Arizona, Petersen alleges that senior representatives and administrators took new hires—many of whom were also underage—on party buses equipped with stripper poles to bars in Scottsdale. According to Petersen, staff members bought rounds of drinks for underage employees, with full knowledge of their ages.

Petersen describes being taken to Buffalo Chip, an 18-and-up bar in Arizona, along with administrators from the college and high school departments. On another occasion, senior representatives allegedly got underage employees into bars where bouncers didn't check IDs because they recognized the Turning Point staff. Petersen emphasizes that Charlie Kirk was not present during these incidents and believes Kirk had no knowledge of this behavior, as he was typically traveling for events during training periods.

Approached by Individuals Claiming Israeli Intelligence Ties

During one of these bar outings, Petersen was pulled aside by individuals who asked about his views on Israel. When Petersen expressed neutrality, they identified themselves as part of a "pro-Israel group within Turning Point" and mentioned being part of an "Israeli coalition group that Turning Point hires." Petersen believes these individuals may have had connections to Israeli intelligence, though he cannot confirm their exact credentials.

Petersen explains that at least one of these individuals held dual citizenship with the United States and Israel. He found the encounter strange at the time but didn't fully understand its significance until after Charlie Kirk's death, when he began connecting various pieces of information.

The Inner Circle and Workplace Pressure

Petersen describes a toxic work environment dominated by an "inner circle" at Turning Point USA. According to Petersen, if you weren't part of this group, "you are not going to last. You are not going to enjoy your life there. And they're going to make you miserable." He alleges that members of this inner circle would hold secret meetings during training sessions, stepping away while other employees watched presentations.

Petersen says he was invited to join these groups but declined, finding the behavior "really weird and peculiar." As a college representative covering northern California and northern Nevada, Petersen describes grueling work conditions where he was expected to visit three colleges across two states in a single day. The final straw came when he was in Reno and received a call at 8:00 PM demanding he drive to Las Vegas—outside his territory—to arrive by 5:00 AM the next morning, with threats of termination if he refused.

Financial Irregularities and the Buried Audit

Petersen raises serious questions about Turning Point USA's financial practices. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Turning Point is prohibited from being partisan or operating for profit. However, Petersen alleges that money flowed from Turning Point USA to Turning Point Action, Turning Point Faith, and Turning Point Endowment—a stock market investment branch that Charlie Kirk allegedly didn't know existed.

According to Petersen, Turning Point Endowment had an employee fund listing zero known employees yet showed $5 million going to unknown recipients. Petersen claims the money was traced back to a strip mall location. He emphasizes that from day one of training, employees were told the IRS would scrutinize every penny and that missing a single payment could result in lawsuits.

Most significantly, Petersen reveals that Charlie Kirk announced a Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) style internal audit just one week before his death. This audit was intended to track where all money was coming in and going out. According to Petersen, this audit was "buried right after his death," and Turning Point subsequently missed its first IRS audit filing in the organization's history.

Suspicious Circumstances Surrounding Charlie Kirk's Death

Petersen expresses deep suspicion about the circumstances of Charlie Kirk's assassination. He questions why the location where Kirk was shot was paved over just days after the incident—on a Sunday, when businesses in heavily Mormon Utah are typically closed. He criticizes the FBI's apparent lack of interest in substantial leads provided by Candace Owens and others.

Petersen is particularly troubled by the behavior of those closest to Kirk immediately after the shooting. He notes that Mikey McCoy, described as Kirk's "right-hand man," didn't rush to Kirk's side but instead immediately got on his phone and walked away. Petersen finds this response inconsistent with how someone would react to seeing a close friend shot.

Regarding contradictory statements from those present, Petersen points out that Mikey McCoy's story about who he called first kept changing—first his dad, then his wife, then Erika Kirk, creating confusion about the sequence of events. He also notes that Rob McCoy claimed his son was "covered in blood," yet video footage doesn't support this claim.

Questions About Erika Kirk's Role

While Petersen describes meeting Erika Kirk during training and finding her kind and personable at the time, his opinion has shifted dramatically since Charlie's death. He expresses distrust in her public statements and finds her reactions troubling, particularly her quick forgiveness of Tyler Robinson as her husband's killer and her aggressive responses to those questioning the official narrative.

Petersen questions why Erica and others close to Charlie aren't demanding thorough investigation of every possible lead. He contrasts this with how he would respond if someone close to him were assassinated, stating he would want to examine every piece of evidence and wouldn't rest until finding the truth.

The Broader Conspiracy and Foreign Involvement

Petersen believes Charlie Kirk's influence and power made him a target. He describes Kirk as "literally the most influential man that Gen Z has ever seen" and suggests Kirk could have become president one day. According to Petersen, Kirk's ability to reach hostile audiences and create open dialogue made him uniquely dangerous to certain interests.

Regarding foreign involvement, Petersen believes Israel had "the most punch" in the conspiracy, though he acknowledges France may have played a supporting role. He references the Egyptian airplanes tracked to a Wilmington, Delaware hangar co-owned by Israeli and French interests, suggesting a long-running operation involving multiple governments.

Petersen notes that Andrew Kolvet allegedly told a close family friend that when "Charlie said no to money from Benjamin Netanyahu," Kolvet "personally lost millions of dollars." This suggests financial incentives for those around Kirk to pressure him toward more pro-Israel positions.

The Non-Disclosure Agreement and Fear of Retaliation

Petersen signed a non-disclosure agreement on his first day at Turning Point USA that extends until 2035. Despite this, he chose to speak out after watching Candace Owens ask questions and face intense backlash. Petersen says he prayed extensively before deciding to come forward, understanding the risks to his career and personal safety.

According to Petersen, other former Turning Point employees who share his concerns are "too afraid to speak out." He references a text message from one former colleague who wrote, "I'm afraid for my life if I speak." Petersen says he tried convincing others to come forward but has been unsuccessful.

Petersen's phone number was leaked by a former Turning Point representative, and he has received calls from unknown numbers. Despite these potential threats, Petersen states he has faith that God will protect him and that "questions don't hurt anybody."

Calls for Continued Pressure and Investigation

Petersen urges people to follow Candace Owens' example and continue asking questions. He believes that if people maintain consistent pressure, "they're going to break. And they have been breaking." He warns against allowing the story to be buried by new distractions or losing interest.

Petersen criticizes mainstream media figures and conservative influencers who he believes are being paid to discredit conspiracy theories about Kirk's death. He specifically mentions concerns about how some prominent conservative voices have framed Candace Owens' questions as unreasonable or crazy, suggesting coordinated efforts to suppress inquiry.

He expresses disappointment in the Trump administration's handling of the situation, noting that if they had foreknowledge of threats to Kirk and failed to act, it would be an unforgivable betrayal of someone who dedicated his life to getting them elected. Petersen compares the situation to historical assassinations like JFK's, noting that unlike previous eras, today's internet and citizen journalism make cover-ups much more difficult.
