Investigators Dispute Line-of-Sight Claims in Kirk's Assassination

Showing 4 Line of Sight videos from Charlie Kirk's video collection.

Analyst Gary Melton argued that many viral theories about Charlie Kirk's shooting, including claims based on gun-camera and iPhone footage, are easily disproven once measured against the actual geometry of the crime scene, warning that such theories undermine legitimate scrutiny of the investigation. A separate 3D reconstruction of the Utah Valley University courtyard, built from satellite measurements, found that a popular theory placing the shooter behind a distant building couldn't produce the observed wound pattern without firing directly through the event tent, concluding the shot likely came from within 50 meters rather than the officially stated distance. These are independent investigators' own reconstructions and analyses, not findings from the official case.
