Candace Owens Exposes Erika Kirk's Business Claims and Deep Ties to Romania, Tyler Bowyer, and Lori Frantzve

March 6, 2026

Candace Owens dismantles Erika Kirk's narrative about running a self-sustaining business before meeting Charlie Kirk, revealing inconsistencies in her timeline and background claims. From domain registrations to fashion auditions, Owens traces Erika's path through reality TV attempts, international travel with boyfriends, and connections to Tyler Bowyer, Lori Frantzve, and Arizona State University. The investigation uncovers a web of relationships linking Mormon families, Romanian operations, Jeffrey Epstein donations, and government contracts. Owens questions why Erika portrays herself as the sole provider for her children while inheriting millions, and examines leaked corporate calls where Erika brings her children to the office. This episode peels back layers of curated narratives to reveal a pattern of verifiable falsehoods and suspicious timing around business ventures, academic credentials, and charitable work claims.

The Business That Never Was

Erika Kirk recently defended her decision to run Turning Point USA while being a mother, claiming she built a self-sustaining business before meeting Charlie Kirk. According to Erika, she created a clothing company that operated independently by the time she married in 2021, allowing her to focus on family while maintaining her entrepreneurial pursuits. However, the timeline reveals a different story.

The business Erika references is Proclaim Street, a company that printed Bible verses on t-shirts. Domain records show she registered proclaimstreet.com on October 26, 2018, just weeks after her first date with Charlie Kirk in September 2018. This was also two days after receiving her real estate license in New York. The LLC paperwork wasn't filed until January 2019, after she began dating Charlie.

According to Wayback Machine archives, the website didn't even offer products for sale until January 16, 2021, just four months before she married Charlie in May 2021. At that time, only five items were available for purchase. The claim that this became a profitable, self-sustaining business within those four months strains credibility.

The Arizona State University Connection

Erika's LinkedIn profile claims she earned a double Bachelor of Science in both Political Science and International Relations from Arizona State University in 2012. Research into archived university catalogs reveals that while Political Science was available as a major, International Relations was not offered as a Bachelor of Science degree program in 2012. Students could study international relations as a topic within Political Science or earn a certificate in International Studies, but not the degree Erika claims.

Arizona State University figures prominently in this investigation for other reasons. Tyler Bowyer attended ASU and was appointed to the Board of Regents by Governor Jan Brewer in an atypical process, bypassing the normal selection committee. This happened in early 2011, shortly after Tyler returned from Romania in 2010.

Jeffrey Epstein's connection to Arizona State University is particularly striking. The university was mentioned approximately 3,500 times in Epstein's emails, far exceeding any other institution. Epstein began donating to ASU in December 2010, giving $250,000 of his own money plus over $2 million through associates, specifically to the Origins Project for space exploration.

The China Story Unravels

Erika has repeatedly claimed she lived in China working with victims of sex trafficking. She specifically mentioned living in Chongqing and working with various organizations. The reality appears far more mundane. In 2013, Erika was dating Josh Harelson, a basketball player for the Miami Heat who joined the Chongqing Flying Dragons from early June to August 2013.

Social media evidence and timeline analysis shows Erika followed her boyfriend to China during his playing season. She also traveled with him to Puerto Rico when he played for the Brujos de Guayama. When questioned about this by Justin Streiff, the response came back that Erika did not live in China but merely visited from June 16-30, 2013, seeing tourist sites including the Great Wall. This contradicts Erika's own statements about living there.

The Hollywood Years

In 2014, Erika lived in Venice, California, and actively pursued fame through reality television. She auditioned for The Amazing Race with her boyfriend at the time, JT Massie, a minor league baseball player with the Colorado Rockies. In their audition tape, they discussed their relationship, with Erika mentioning her travels to China, Romania, Croatia, and Puerto Rico.

Erika also auditioned for House of DVF, a fashion reality show hosted by Diane von Furstenberg. In her audition, she acknowledged having no formal fashion training, stating she couldn't sew or cut fabric but had learned business skills from her mother. She described coming from "a bloodline of entrepreneurs" and learning how to run a company from her mom.

These audition tapes reveal a personality markedly different from the carefully curated image presented after meeting Charlie Kirk. The casual, joke-making woman in these videos contrasts sharply with the rehearsed, biblically-focused persona that emerged later.

The Lori Frantzve Factor

Lori Frantzve, Erika's mother, appears throughout this investigation in concerning ways. In 2014, she was introduced on the Arizona congressional floor by David Farnsworth to promote legislation related to EMP (electromagnetic pulse) preparedness, recommending her company G-Tech Industries. The Farnsworth family has deep connections to Tyler Bowyer, having grown up together in Mormon communities in Chandler, Arizona.

Eddie Farnsworth, a relative who also voted to pass Lori's resolution, later faced accusations of making tens of millions of dollars through charter school schemes, allegedly exploiting government funding. The pattern suggests a network of connected families working together to secure government contracts and funding.

Lori's company ACT Tech and her various LLCs raise questions about the nature of her business operations. The number of corporations and the connections to individuals involved in questionable dealings create a picture of sophisticated financial maneuvering.

The Mormon Mafia Network

The Boyer, Farnsworth, Frantzve, and Coats families form an interconnected network in Arizona, particularly through the Maricopa County Republican Committee where Tyler Bowyer served as chairman. Eddie Farnsworth and David Farnsworth both served on this committee. These families share Mormon heritage, with roots going back generations, including connections to Mormon communities in Mexico.

Terryl Farnsworth, who took down security cameras before Charlie Kirk's assassination, grew up with Tyler Bowyer. Their families maintained close relationships across generations. This network extends into business, politics, and religious organizations, creating a web of mutual interests and coordinated actions.

The Sole Provider Narrative

In recent appearances, Erika has described herself as "the sole provider" for her children, suggesting financial hardship necessitated her taking over Turning Point USA. This narrative ignores several financial realities. Charlie Kirk, known for his financial savvy, maintained life insurance policies both personally and through Turning Point USA. The work policy alone provided an estimated $10 million benefit to Erika.

Additionally, strangers raised millions through various GoFundMe campaigns for Erika and the children. Tucker Carlson's company ALP raised $5.4 million specifically for the Kirk family's future through GiveSendGo, a platform that takes no percentage of donations. These facts make the "struggling single mom" narrative difficult to reconcile with reality.

Leaked audio from a Turning Point USA corporate call reveals Erika thanking staff for interacting with her children, whom she brings to the office "nine times out of 10." She expressed desire to learn employees' names and hear their memories of Charlie, raising questions about childcare arrangements and work-life balance claims.

The Romanian Connection

Romania appears repeatedly throughout this investigation. Tyler Bowyer traveled to Romania in 2010. Erika claims to have worked with an orphanage there and promoted Romanian Angels, a charity, in videos where she specifically thanked Colonel Otto Busher, who was later accused of running a brothel with children on a military base.

A Romanian viewer provided context about the country's history, describing the 1989 revolution as externally orchestrated, bringing George Soros and globalist interests into the country immediately afterward. The execution of Nicolae and Elena Ceau?escu on Christmas Day 1989 haunted the nation, with General Gic? Popa committing suicide three months later, leaving a note saying he couldn't live with the guilt of sentencing them to death.

The establishment of the National Office for Gambling Games in Romania in April 2013, combined with the deployment of the Black Sea Rotational Force (BSRF13) from February to August 2013, provides context for American military and business presence in the region during the years Erika and Tyler claim to have worked there.

The Vegas Office Expansion

In leaked audio from a February 11th corporate call, Tyler Bowyer announced that Turning Point Action secured a new building in Las Vegas, similar in size to their Arizona headquarters. The Vegas expansion carries symbolic weight, representing the influence of gambling and entertainment interests on Washington DC politics.

The focus on Arizona, Nevada, and New Hampshire for expansion, with Vegas as a major hub, suggests strategic positioning in key political battleground states. Boyer mentioned needing "a thousand more people" by the following year to achieve their goals across the country.

The Pattern of Verifiable Falsehoods

Throughout her public statements, Erika Kirk presents claims that prove false upon investigation. The self-sustaining business existed only on paper. The double major included a degree program that didn't exist. The charitable work in China coincided exactly with her boyfriend's basketball season. The stay-at-home mom narrative conflicts with bringing children to corporate offices regularly.

Each individual discrepancy might be dismissed as misremembering or exaggeration, but collectively they form a pattern. The pattern extends to her mother's business dealings, the family's connections to controversial figures, and the timeline of her relationship with Charlie Kirk beginning just as she entered his orbit through multiple channels.

The Bigger Picture

This investigation reveals more than questions about one person's background. It exposes a network of connected families, businesses, and organizations moving money through government contracts, charter schools, non-profits, and political organizations. The same names appear in Romania, Arizona, Nevada, and Washington DC, connected through Mormon missions, military bases, political committees, and charitable foundations.

The pattern suggests coordinated efforts to access government funding through various channels, with family members and associates positioned in key roles across multiple states and organizations. Whether this constitutes illegal activity or merely aggressive networking remains unclear, but the connections demand scrutiny.

The transformation of Erika from reality TV hopeful to chairman of Turning Point USA happened with remarkable speed after Charlie Kirk's death. The seamless transition, the immediate media interviews, the corporate calls just days after the assassination, all suggest preparation and planning rather than a grieving widow thrust into unexpected responsibility.
