[00:20] Recently, he received a cease and desist

[00:23] letter from Turning Point for various

[00:25] things that he said in his videos when

[00:28] he was following the money of everything

[00:31] and looking into their financials and

[00:33] tax and even showing up to a building to

[00:36] see if the actual business existed.

[00:39] So, I was like, "Okay, I I want to check

[00:42] this out. It's very interesting. Uh what

[00:45] Candace has to say is very true. I'll be

[00:47] showing you that in a second. But for

[00:49] those of you that don't know about

[00:50] what's going on, I want to give you a

[00:51] rundown. I have like four or five clips

[00:54] of Wolves and Finance talking about this

[00:56] whole thing and he's setting the record

[00:58] straight in certain places and in other

[01:00] places he is standing 10 toes down on

[01:05] his opinion because he says he should

[01:07] not have to change his opinion. He is

[01:09] allowed to have his opinion. I myself

[01:12] think this is a terrible move by Turning

[01:14] Point. Uh, I don't understand why

[01:17] they're doing this type of thing. Uh, it

[01:19] looks ridiculous and it's one of the

[01:22] many things that I've talked about that

[01:23] Turning Point does and you're like, what

[01:25] is going on? Like, who is the person

[01:28] who's okaying all of this? It just

[01:30] doesn't make sense in my opinion.

[01:59] states in the letter, "Turning point

[02:00] entities are not looking for litigation.

[02:02] Rather, their interest is in the truth

[02:04] and making sure the public record is

[02:05] accurate." So they are claiming they do

[02:08] not want to sue me. But I view this

[02:10] letter as a threat to sue. and I think

[02:12] any reasonable business person would do

[02:14] the same. A cease and desist letter is

[02:16] the first step towards a defamation

[02:18] lawsuit. I interpret this letter as

[02:21] Turning Point telling me to shut my

[02:23] mouth or they're going to sue me. I do

[02:26] not understand what Erica Kirk is doing.

[02:29] Out of the hundreds of people posting on

[02:31] social media about Turning Point, why

[02:33] are they targeting me? Why are they so

[02:36] worried about what I am saying that

[02:37] they're sending me legal letters? I am

[02:40] he's the one he's the one following the

[02:42] money. I haven't seen many people follow

[02:44] the money uh so closely like he has and

[02:48] he has a background in it and he can

[02:50] point things out. So I think that has to

[02:54] be the reason why you know he also lives

[02:56] in Arizona. I don't know if that's any

[02:58] connection, but you know, again, he's

[03:01] he's been doing good work in regards to

[03:04] looking into what they have going on.

[03:06] And it seems like they've even reacted.

[03:08] I mean, before this, he talked about

[03:11] something about 990s.

[03:13] The whole finance thing is hard for me

[03:15] to track, but he was talking about some

[03:17] something in regards to 990s and them

[03:19] being missing, and then Turning Point

[03:21] actually produced them. So, that was

[03:23] early on in his like, you know, YouTube

[03:26] career. So, they've been watching it for

[03:28] a while, I would think.

[03:50] Kirk doesn't like it.

[03:55] that everything will be out in the open

[03:57] and Turning Point will quickly find out

[05:17] feel about Turning Point. And if anybody

[05:21] says anything to the contrary, I will

[05:23] sue you for defamation.

[05:39] letter, they order me to please confirm

[05:42] that you will publicly correct your

[05:44] false statements immediately. This is

[05:46] not what I was going to talk about this

[05:47] week, but Turning Point is demanding

[05:50] that I communicate their statements

[05:51] publicly. So, here we go. They include a

[05:56] whole list of statements they claim are

[05:57] false that I have made in my videos

[05:59] about Turning Point. Now, I'm not

[06:02] interested in spreading false

[06:04] information. So, I'm glad that Turning

[06:05] Point reached out to me because if I

[06:07] said something wrong, I am happy to

[06:09] correct it. So, let us go through the

[06:11] statements where they have a problem.

[06:13] And you're going to want to hear this

[06:14] because some of these are wild. On

[06:17] November 16th, I posted a video called

[06:19] Bombshell: Did Turning Point USA commit

[06:21] fraud. They say these are false claims.

[06:24] Charlie Kirk ordered a Doge style audit

[06:26] that was never conducted. Here is my

[06:28] first problem with this letter. They do

[06:30] not include the actual quote that I said

[06:33] in the video. This is a paraphrase

[06:35] statement of what I said. And they are

[06:37] saying that the paraphrase statement is

[06:39] a lie. You have to tell me exactly what

[06:43] I said that was supposedly a lie. And

[06:45] they do this through the whole letter.

[06:48] So my request to this lawyer in future

[06:50] letters because I'm assuming there's

[06:52] going to be more. Please include the

[06:54] actual quote that I said so that I can

[06:56] respond to your accusation.

[06:59] But I'm going to at least try to

[07:00] interpret what they are saying. I spoke

[07:02] in my video about a memo that Charlie

[07:04] Kirk wrote eight days before he was

[07:06] murdered. In the cease and desist

[07:08] letter, they say, "Indeed, Turning Point

[07:11] USA's COO announcement concerning the

[07:13] Doge effort never used the word audit."

[07:16] So, this is breaking news. Turning

[07:18] Point's attorney has now confirmed that

[07:20] the Charlie Kirk memo is authentic. We

[07:23] now have legal confirmation this did

[07:25] happen. It seems like their problem with

[07:27] my video is that I called it a Doge

[07:29] audit when in the memo it is written as

[07:32] Doge effort. So they want everyone to

[07:35] use the word effort and not use the word

[07:37] audit. I have no problem with that. I

[07:40] think that's uh rather good. So from now

[07:42] on, you know, you guys want to talk

[07:43] about the detonator effort, if you want

[07:46] to talk about

[07:49] if you want to talk about the handoff

[07:51] effort, if you want to talk about, you

[07:53] know what I mean? These are efforts.

[08:36] mean it's of course it's real." Uh there

[08:39] was a big debate online whether or not

[08:41] it was even real because it does look

[08:43] odd. It just says internal memo and it

[08:47] looks weird, right? Candace discussed

[08:49] it. I think she was the first to discuss

[08:51] it. Um, and a lot of people right away

[08:55] because it's Candace, they were like,

[08:56] "This thing's fake. She just made it up,

[08:58] etc., etc." So now they're actually

[09:00] saying that it was real.

[09:03] Interesting. Interesting. So there was

[09:05] an effort, a Doge effort. Here's the

[09:08] thing, though. Uh, when you say Doge, we

[09:12] all know what's going on, right? Like

[09:14] what did Doge do? You had you had Elon

[09:17] on stage with like a a a chainsaw and

[09:54] to make his case here.

[09:56] This letter is seriously hurting my

[09:59] head. Whatever word you use, the memo is

[10:02] clearly talking about an evaluation of

[10:04] Turning Point. But we cannot use the

[10:06] word audit. We have to call it an effort

[10:09] or they are going to sue you. The letter

[10:11] goes on to say, "The announcement makes

[10:13] clear that Turning Point USA was doing

[10:15] what it has always pledged to donors,

[10:16] ensuring it was being efficient with its

[10:18] funds and time and making changes to

[10:20] foster greater efficiencies. Moreover,

[10:22] Turning Point USA hires a third party

[10:23] audit firm to conduct an audit every

[10:25] year." This is all just their opinion.

[10:28] This is how they are interpreting

[10:30] Charlie Kirk's memo. They think that

[10:32] Charlie Kirk wrote this memo and they

[10:34] think it means that they do not have to

[10:36] do anything.

[10:38] How convenient.

[10:40] They think that Charlie Kirk wrote a

[10:42] memo just to tell people to keep doing

[10:44] business as usual. Well, my opinion and

[10:46] the opinion of many other people was

[10:48] that Charlie Kirk's memo meant something

[10:50] different. This is not a statement of

[10:52] fact. It is an opinion. This is another

[10:55] problem I have with this letter. Most of

[10:57] the statements they mention are opinions

[10:59] just like this one. If you are going to

[11:02] accuse me of defamatory statements, they

[11:04] need to be facts, not opinions. If I

[11:07] have a fact wrong, let me know and I

[11:09] will happily correct it. But I that's

[11:12] the interesting thing, too. They um they

[11:15] will reach out to Candace about things

[11:18] and be like, "Hey, this is like with

[11:20] Charlie the Charlie's tent being put

[11:23] up." Um because Candace was like, "Who

[11:25] did that? Why would they do that?" They

[11:27] reached out to her and let her know like

[11:29] that was a that was a joint effort.

[11:33] Okay. and that they all kind of came

[11:36] together and they were like this is a

[11:38] thing to do.

[11:40] It's terrible thing to do but that's my

[11:43] opinion.

[12:09] the characters um that are reoccurring

[12:13] in certain places. That's what she

[12:15] focuses on a lot. That's what I tend to

[12:16] focus on a lot too. Um,

[12:20] but yeah. Yeah, it's it's it's

[12:21] interesting. And again, I think it's

[12:23] because this guy's following the money.

[12:24] I mean, they people always say, you

[12:26] know, follow the money or following the

[12:28] money is the is the not just the hardest

[12:31] thing to do, but the kind of the most

[12:32] dangerous thing to do. Here, let's keep

[12:34] going. This money did move between the

[12:37] organizations. I'm allowed to have my

[12:39] opinion. On November 30th, I posted a

[12:41] video called Explosive More Fraud at

[12:44] Turning Point USA. They say these are

[12:46] false claims. There was more fraud at

[12:49] TurningPoint USA. I assume they are

[12:51] referring to the title of the video

[12:53] here. They of course are saying that

[12:55] there is no fraud at Turning Point USA.

[12:58] The content of the video is me going

[12:59] over the evidence of fraud and sharing

[13:01] my opinion. Now, technically a true

[13:04] statement would be that no one has been

[13:05] convicted of fraud at Turning Point USA,

[13:08] but whether fraud is going on right now

[13:10] is an opinion. This is what happens in

[13:12] every criminal court case. Both sides

[13:15] look at the facts. One side gives their

[13:17] opinion that they are innocent. The

[13:18] other side gives their opinion that they

[13:20] are guilty. Turning Point is looking at

[13:22] the financials and claiming that they

[13:23] are innocent. I understand that. I'm

[13:26] looking at the same financials and

[13:27] thinking they look suspicious. I did not

[13:30] even say in my video that they committed

[13:32] fraud. I think I'm very fair and

[13:35] balanced when I say, "Now, for legal

[13:37] reasons, I have to say that I do not

[13:38] have any evidence of a crime. We would

[13:40] need an investigation of the books at

[13:42] Turning Point to know for sure. What I

[13:44] am saying is that there are red flags in

[13:46] the financials at Turning Point and a

[13:48] lot of questions that need to be

[13:50] answered. That sounds to me to be pretty

[13:53] fair and balanced and it's 100% fair and

[13:56] balanced. And it's interesting that

[13:57] that's the part they leave out because

[13:59] if they include that part into what

[14:01] they're talking about, everything falls

[14:02] apart. You can't you shouldn't even be

[14:04] sending the letter at this point because

[14:06] that guy is saying that there's no crime

[14:09] at all. So now you're like, "Oh, well,

[14:11] there's that." Like it's it's this is

[14:13] very interesting what's going on. And

[14:15] you know what point that he makes near

[14:16] the end because I'm about to jump into

[14:19] what Candace has to say here. Um what he

[14:22] says near the end is very interesting

[14:24] because he says, "I've said a lot of

[14:26] things." He's talking about Turning

[14:29] Point and everything that he's been

[14:30] covering. He's like, "I said a lot of

[14:32] things." He's like, "And these are the

[14:33] only things that they have come forward

[14:36] saying are false." And then he says,

[14:38] "That's very telling." So, if you're a

[14:40] consumer of his content, think about,

[14:42] you know, these these 12 things um that

[14:46] have been said or or have been stated as

[14:49] being false. And then think about all

[14:51] the other things that they haven't even

[14:52] touched on yet. And that's the thing,

[14:54] maybe they haven't touched on it yet, or

[14:56] maybe they're just going to let that

[21:46] line with the contractor classification.

[21:51] TurningPoint is intentionally doing

[21:53] this. This is not a mistake. They are

[21:56] intentionally classifying their COO as

[21:59] an independent contractor, which means

[22:02] they are not withdrawing payroll taxes

[22:04] to send to the IRS.

[22:06] Now, if I were their CFO, I would not do

[24:34] in an interview once that what he wanted

[24:37] to be remembered for is that he lived

[24:40] out his faith courageously. And I think

[24:43] everybody was hoping that Turning Point

[24:45] would would do that and be courageous,

[24:49] not just about faith, but just about

[24:52] Charlie and what he what he stood for.

[24:56] And instead, it seems like it just

[24:58] turned into politics. And Charlie was

[25:01] heavy politics, of course, but he was

[25:04] also a lot of other things. You know, if

[25:07] you watch his show, there were moments

[25:08] where he would there was a lot of

[25:10] segments where he would be just like

[25:11] Candace and people would be like, "Whoa,

[25:13] this guy's talking some stuff here,

[25:15] right? He really would really would talk

[25:17] that stuff a lot of times."

[25:20] And he was about faith and again, he was

[25:23] about politics, but but it seems like

[25:26] what it's just turned into is this

[25:28] political machine and he was the soul of

[25:32] it. And now it seems like it's operating

[25:34] soullessly. And it sucks to see because

[25:38] it was what he built and

[25:42] and now it just seems like it's it's

[25:44] doing something else, right? I mean,

[25:47] before it was this massive movement and

[25:49] it still is, but now it feels more it

[25:54] feels more like Congress than it feels

[25:56] like a grass uh roots movement. And it

[26:01] seems like we're going to see a lot of

[26:03] pushing of the official narratives in

[26:05] regards to everything from Turning

[26:08] Point, whereas Charlie was very much

[26:10] into alternate theories on things and he

[26:13] would push back where push back was

[26:15] needed and uh it's sad to see. So
