Candace Owens Uncovers Erika Kirk's Missing Years, Romanian Connections, and Tyler Bowyer's Mysterious Eastern European Activities

Candace Owens pieces together a timeline of Erika Kirk's unexplained absences from 2000-2002, examining connections between Erika's mother Lori Frantzve's military contracts, Tyler Bowyer's 2010 trip to work with Romanian Parliament and modeling agencies, and the establishment of U.S. military bases in Eastern Europe. As Owens traces Erika's education from the Tesseract charter school to her missing college years, questions emerge about Dr. Jerry Frantzve's gender research trips to Eastern Europe during the Yugoslav wars, Lori's multi-million dollar Department of Homeland Security contracts, and how these figures converged in Romania precisely when American forces established the Black Sea Rotational Force. The investigation reveals a pattern of charter school fraud, missing documentation, and military connections that stretches from Arizona to Afghanistan to Romania.

The Missing Years and Eastern European Connections

Candace Owens begins assembling a comprehensive timeline of Erika Kirk's life, focusing on unexplained gaps and troubling connections to Eastern Europe. The central questions are stark: Where was Erika during her missing years? Why was she potentially in Eastern Europe? Could Lori Frantzve have been in Afghanistan? And what was Tyler Bowyer doing in Romania in 2010?

The investigation reveals that while Erika attended Tesseract charter school in Paradise Valley, Arizona, there are significant periods where her whereabouts cannot be confirmed. Most notably, from 2000 to 2002, no records place her at any school, despite previous claims she attended St. Ursula Villa in Ohio during those years. Former students from that school have confirmed she does not appear in yearbooks from that period.

Dr. Jerry Frantzve's Eastern European Research

Dr. Jerry Frantzve, Erika's grandmother, conducted extensive research trips to Eastern Europe beginning in 1990, immediately after the fall of the Berlin Wall. According to records from Radford University, Frantzve took students to Eastern Europe to "research the expectations of men and women as work life and day-to-day life change after the wall came down." This timing is significant because the Yugoslav wars began in August 1990, creating chaos and carnage throughout the region.

Owens questions why a gender studies researcher would take students into an active war zone. She points out that children frequently go missing during times of war, and her Romanian friend shared stories of gypsies grabbing children off streets during that era. The implication is clear: Dr. Frantzve may not have been in Eastern Europe researching gender issues at all.

The Tesseract School and Military Connections

Tesseract, formerly the Looking Glass School where Erika was a student, was a charter school backed financially by the Bush family and the Walton family. The model was designed by psychologists alongside Dr. Frantzve. The school's principal, Nancy Gerard Hall, had extensive military ties. Her father was Colonel Paul Tracy Gerard, a member of the Scottish Rite Freemasons and chief military law enforcement officer at the Seventh Army in Europe in Stuttgart, Germany during the 1950s.

Nancy's brother, Paul Tracy Gerard Jr., was a major in the military and member of the military honor society Scabbard and Blade. Her first husband, Steven Edward Sample, was a second lieutenant in the Air Force. These military connections permeated the institution where Erika spent her formative years.

Tesseract went bankrupt in 2000, with millions of dollars reportedly missing. The for-profit corporate model for running public schools experienced a complete meltdown.

Lori Frantzve's Military Contracts and IMAT Laboratories

Lori Frantzve's company E3 Tech participated in Operation Enduring Freedom, which began on October 7, 2001, when American forces were deployed to Afghanistan. According to E3 Tech's own website, the company received an award for its contributions to Operation Enduring Freedom. This raises questions about whether Erika traveled overseas with her mother during the missing years of 2000-2002.

In 2005, Lori appeared in the House budget bill, receiving money from the Department of Homeland Security for IMAT Laboratories. By 2008, IMAT Laboratories received $2.4 million from the Army National Guard for J3 and J6 operations, which relate to cyber security and cyber operations. Owens expresses disbelief that Lori, who went from model to secretary, suddenly became a tech genius receiving millions in government contracts.

Erika's Timeline: 1988-2010

Owens presents a detailed timeline of Erika's verifiable locations:

  • 1988: Born November 20th or 22nd (records conflict)
  • 1991: Attended private daycare at Walnut Corner in Cincinnati, Ohio
  • 1994-95: Attended St. Ursula Villa for kindergarten
  • 1995-96: Attended Tesseract school in Paradise Valley
  • 1998-99: Still at Tesseract for third grade
  • 1999: Parents Kent and Lori file for divorce in Cincinnati
  • 2000-2002: Location unknown - missing years
  • 2005: Attending Notre Dame Prep, playing basketball, wins first runner-up in National American Miss Arizona pageant
  • 2006: Wins National American Miss Teen Pageant, meets Senator Jon Kyl, presents plans to Rep. J.D. Hayworth
  • 2007: Graduates Notre Dame Prep, begins at Regis University majoring in business administration
  • 2008: Described as "locked away like Cinderella" at Regis
  • 2009: Competes for Miss Colorado 2010, places fourth runner-up
  • 2010: Films November Renaissance, forms Table Four LLC with boyfriend Tyler Sanford

The Everyday Heroes Like You Charity

In April 2009, Lori Frantzve established Everyday Heroes Like You, described as a faith-based organization raising funds and developing programs for vulnerable children. This occurred while Lori was already working with the military and receiving millions in government contracts. Owens expresses discomfort with someone connected to military bases suddenly starting a charity for vulnerable children.

Erika later claimed on the Freethinkers Only podcast that shortly after establishing this charity, she went to China to help women who were sex trafficked. However, the timeline and circumstances remain murky. Erika states she was living in China doing work with sex trafficking victims, then partnered with the Marines and Army, and finally worked with an orphanage in Romania.

Tyler Bowyer's Romanian Adventure

In 2010, precisely when the Black Sea Rotational Force 10 established the Mihail Kogalniceanu Air Base in Romania, Tyler Bowyer traveled to Romania to "work with a senator in the parliament." He stayed from May through the end of summer, the exact timeframe the military forces were there.

Direct messages obtained by Owens show Boyer describing his time in Romania. He wrote that he went "to do some work with a senator in the parliament there" and that the senator "was friends with this guy that owned a modeling agency and took me to the beach for 4 days." Boyer described the Romanian girls as "crazy" and mentioned getting "completely Romanian sloshed" on homemade whiskey. He appeared to be married at the time and is LDS, which typically prohibits alcohol consumption.

Owens demands to know: Who was the person in Romanian Parliament that Boyer met? What was the name of the modeling agency? Why can't Erika remember how she met Tyler, though she told Owens it might have been "through a senator"?

The Romanian Connection and Jeffrey Epstein

In 2009, the Romanian government agreed to allow America to set up a military base along the Black Sea. That same year, Jeffrey Epstein's emails show him beginning to procure women from Romania. Newly released case files reveal several Romanian women were named in Epstein documents. Headlines confirm he frequently referenced Romania in his emails.

The number one university Epstein appeared involved with was Arizona State University, from which Erika would eventually graduate. Colonel Otto Busher was accused of running a brothel and human trafficking ring from the Romanian base from 2010 through 2015. Erika would come into contact with Colonel Busher, though Owens saves that discussion for a future episode.

The November Renaissance Film Project

In November 2010, Erika filmed a project called November Renaissance, eventually posting a trailer on Kickstarter. Many actors and directors involved in the project were affiliated with Fort Huachuca and Sierra Vista, an intelligence base. The movie, which never came out, was about corporate espionage and spies infiltrating a corporation on behalf of a global government. Owens finds this "a little too on the nose" given Erika's existing military connections through her mother.

Uncle Rick's Legal Troubles

Rick Urban, Erika's uncle who witnessed the divorce documents and various other suspicious filings, lost his legal license in 2009. An investigation revealed he failed to inform the Bank of Corbin about pre-existing mortgages when performing title searches, resulting in the bank issuing multiple loans on already-encumbered properties. This practice contributed to the type of fraud depicted in The Big Short that led to the financial crisis.

Rick also managed an LLC that received stock transfers from his brother Bill Erpenbeck while both were indebted to lending institutions and going through bankruptcy proceedings. Additionally, Rick prepared a deed transferring property to a woman named Anita Andrews but never recorded it with the county, and the deed wasn't actually signed by Andrews. He then quickly transferred that property to his parents.

Despite being found guilty, Rick's actions were deemed professional negligence rather than criminal. He only lost his license in Kentucky but continued working and forming LLCs with Lori.

The Shabbat Shalom Controversy

Blake Neff, apparently a Turning Point USA representative, issued a statement defending Erika's use of "Shabbat Shalom" and Charlie Kirk's book "Right on Time: The Sabbath Principle" (Stop in the Name of God). Neff claimed Owens was unfamiliar with Charlie's behavior and that Charlie observed an "evangelical Christian version of Shabbat."

Owens responded with humor, noting she actually introduced the practice of turning phones off on Saturdays to Charlie before anyone else. She mocked the notion that of all the allegations in her series - potential gang ties, fraud, military connections, missing records - the one thing that prompted an official response was ridiculing Erika's "Shabbat Shalom" greeting.

Charter School Fraud Patterns

In January 2010, Dr. Jerry Frantzve created an LLC called Luminarius with her daughter Deborah Himil, another charter school company. Owens questions why controlling charter schools would be beneficial, suggesting it would allow creating records for anyone, potentially getting illegal immigrants into school systems quickly. She references numerous articles about charter school corruption in Arizona, beginning with Tesseract.

Questions for the Next Episode

Owens concludes by emphasizing the connections between Tyler Bowyer, Erika Kirk, Lori Frantzve, and Romanian operations. She believes they knew each other long before the official story suggests, possibly dating back to Afghanistan. She questions how Erika qualified to compete for Miss Colorado in 2009 when she shouldn't have been living there. She demands answers about Tyler's Romanian parliament contact and the modeling agency he visited.

The investigation reveals a pattern of military connections, missing documentation, financial fraud, and suspicious timing that connects Arizona charter schools to Eastern European operations, with Erika Kirk at the center of an increasingly complex web.
