[00:01] Thanksgiving it's one of my favorite

[00:03] days of the year I think it speaks very

[00:06] well to our

[00:07] nation that there is a day where we stop

[00:11] and say thank

[00:13] you as the great Dennis Prager would say

[00:16] and Dennis Prager is in a tough spot

[00:17] right now and you should say a audible

[00:19] prayer for Dennis Prager right now um he

[00:22] is he's he's in a tough situation and we

[00:26] want him to have a have a healthy and

[00:28] speedy recovery

[00:30] Dennis would say and his happiness hour

[00:33] you cannot be happy if you are not

[00:37] grateful the ingrates The Ungrateful

[00:41] make the world worse The Grateful make

[00:45] the world

[00:46] better on Thanksgiving you must be

[00:49] grateful to something you could be

[00:50] grateful to your parents grateful to

[00:52] your friends but of course grateful to

[00:54] almighty God and boy do we have so much

[00:58] to be thankful

[01:00] for this Thanksgiving why you think

[01:03] about three three weeks ago 22 days ago

[01:07] there was a nation on edge Nation full

[01:10] of

[01:12] anxiety we were told that kamla Harris

[01:14] was up in the polls and we knew that it

[01:16] was an

[01:17] existential survival question was this

[01:21] nation going to continue to

[01:25] exist was this

[01:27] nation going to survive

[01:31] and God shined his grace on this great

[01:34] Republic and I believe our best days are

[01:36] ahead that we are on the verge of an

[01:38] American Renaissance a restoration it's

[01:40] as if America is being powered up it's

[01:42] being booted up we are emerging from our

[01:47] Slumber and how thankful we are that

[01:49] Donald Trump didn't die on July 13th in

[01:51] Butler

[01:53] Pennsylvania how thankful that we are

[01:55] that we were spared from all of the

[01:57] Civil chaos we all dodged a bullet on

[02:02] July 13th and on November the

[02:06] 5th I love Thanksgiving because people

[02:09] from all different walks of life and

[02:10] different faiths can come together and

[02:13] say that gratitude is a

[02:15] necessary practice and being grateful is

[02:18] a

[02:19] practice you must be intentional about

[02:22] it we are not naturally a grateful

[02:25] people in fact we're very

[02:28] ungrateful and the book of Exodus God's

[02:31] chosen people leave Egypt and how long

[02:33] until they were complaining that they

[02:34] did not have meat like they did when

[02:37] they had they were slaves in

[02:39] Egypt I believe it's numbers 14 I could

[02:43] be wrong The Book of

[02:45] Numbers now it's actually maybe 18 or 12

[02:48] I'm all over the

[02:49] place I'll find it in a second where the

[02:53] people of Israel

[02:56] complain they complain that they don't

[02:58] have good enough food even though God

[03:01] sent Quail off course and Mana from

[03:04] Heaven it's numbers 11 thank

[03:07] you we'll read from numbers 11 here

[03:10] because it's a wonderful story on how

[03:13] the people constantly complain when the

[03:15] people complain it displeased the Lord

[03:16] and the Lord heard it and his anger was

[03:18] kindled and the fire of the Lord burnt

[03:20] among them and consumed them in the

[03:21] uttermost parts of the camp we are a

[03:23] complaining people you see Thanksgiving

[03:26] and the the fundamental story of

[03:28] Thanksgiving

[03:30] is to understand that there is a God and

[03:32] you are not him that there is a

[03:34] cosmological order and a cosmological

[03:36] plan above all of us and that we must

[03:39] have the humility to know that God is

[03:41] Sovereign and that we can easily lose

[03:46] perspective and I encourage all of you

[03:48] today tomorrow Friday Saturday this

[03:50] Thanksgiving weekend turn off your

[03:52] devices and just say to the heavens

[03:55] thank

[03:56] you thank

[03:57] you and yes there is much work yet to be

[04:00] done there are many fights left to

[04:03] embark on but what would have been if

[04:07] kamla

[04:08] Harris would be president-elect right

[04:11] now now that would be a tough

[04:12] Thanksgiving we would still be saying

[04:14] thank you because there would be so much

[04:15] for to be thankful for you got to keep

[04:17] the main thing the main thing God family

[04:21] country and you see when you're thankful

[04:24] I think it invites humility I believe

[04:26] gratitude and humility are sister

[04:29] virtues

[04:30] because by definition when you are

[04:32] thankful you are not necessarily taking

[04:34] credit for

[04:35] everything when you are thankful you're

[04:38] not saying that it's all because of you

[04:40] that there's something that was given to

[04:42] you that you are the recipient of

[04:45] something external that you did not make

[04:47] happen and we are all

[04:51] recipients of this beautiful

[04:54] nation and look at the remarkable

[04:59] sequence of events that have come

[05:02] together the world's richest man a

[05:05] Kennedy Tulsi gabard former DNC co-chair

[05:08] Donald Trump surviving all together to

[05:11] reclaim our

[05:14] nation I just I am blown away with

[05:17] humility at that

[05:19] truth humility allows you to grow and

[05:22] improve to

[05:24] evolve to strengthen and deepen in your

[05:28] understanding you

[05:31] see the left thrives on

[05:35] ingratitude you look at the last of the

[05:37] 10 commandments Thou shalt not

[05:40] covet it's a very interesting

[05:42] commandment because it's the only of the

[05:44] Ten Commandments that deals with the

[05:46] mind it deals with the inner workings of

[05:49] the being not just the external all the

[05:52] other 10 are largely behavioral you

[05:55] shall have know their gods before me

[05:56] that's somewhat internal you shall have

[05:59] know Idols you shall remember the

[06:01] Sabbath day and keep it holy you

[06:03] shall not use the lord's name in vain or

[06:05] carry the lord's name in vain you shall

[06:07] honor your mother and fathers that may

[06:08] live long in land of which you are in

[06:09] shall not murder you shall not steal you

[06:12] shall not commit adultery but

[06:16] coveting

[06:17] coveting well how can you covet your

[06:20] neighbor's donkey or your neighbor's

[06:22] wife if you're thankful and the answer

[06:24] is you

[06:25] can't gratitude is the fruit that makes

[06:29] everything else taste sweet but then you

[06:32] must be thankful to whom to the almighty

[06:36] God the left feeds off of fear and

[06:40] smugness and ingratitude the activist

[06:43] energy that

[06:45] fuels so many of these campus

[06:48] radicals is not gratitude I believe if

[06:51] you graduate from college you graduate

[06:52] with a degree and in gratitude our side

[06:55] feeds off of Love community and

[06:57] patriotism and so as you sit around the

[07:00] Thanksgiving table this

[07:03] Thanksgiving just be thankful that we

[07:05] still have a

[07:06] country thankful that we have the

[07:08] ability and the agency and the table is

[07:10] set for the greatest Reclamation of the

[07:14] constitution in American

[07:16] history be thankful that we have this

[07:18] window in

[07:20] time that was given to us that we did

[07:23] not earn to fulfill the founders

[07:25] mandate that we have a 100-year detour

[07:28] that we've been taking taking post

[07:30] woodro Wilson for FDR to Richard Nixon

[07:34] to Lynden Baines Johnson it was one

[07:37] president after the other one decision

[07:39] after the other That Grew government

[07:42] that got us off the founders course that

[07:44] made the citizens smaller and the

[07:47] Leviathan

[07:48] bigger and we have this opportunity and

[07:51] we should be thankful for the

[07:52] opportunity and what I'm saying is we

[07:54] should be thankful that we have an

[07:55] opportunity to fight that what we do

[07:57] actually matters and isn't that the

[07:58] greatest of all the things to receive

[08:00] it's not that we received the end result

[08:02] we have received a

[08:04] chance that's what we received we did

[08:07] not receive the nation back fully intact

[08:10] but we received an opening and isn't

[08:12] that all that we were asking for we were

[08:14] asking for just give us a chance give us

[08:17] the ability to use our Free Will and our

[08:19] agency our capacity to think to be able

[08:22] then to restore Liberty if the people

[08:24] were to want it but a prideful and a

[08:28] cocky Nation will not be saved you must

[08:31] be humble before the Lord and

[08:35] say thank you for allowing us this

[08:39] second chance that we do not deserve

[08:41] that we do not deserve because we have

[08:43] we have taken such a detour away from

[08:45] our founding values from our

[08:47] foundational ideas from our birth

[08:51] certificate and Thanksgiving is a

[08:53] uniquely American tradition going all

[08:56] the way back to the original story of

[08:57] Thanksgiving to today

[09:00] we pause and say thank you I think it's

[09:03] one of the

[09:04] greatest traditions in American history

[09:07] and just our whole

[09:09] country to say thank you everybody
