[00:17] bedrock of any functioning society i

[00:20] think that it is a disgrace that 77 of

[00:22] black babies in this country are born

[00:24] without a stable father in the home i

[00:26] think that the reason the number one

[00:27] reason why mothers do not have more than

[00:29] one or two kids which is the average

[00:31] birth rate for natural born americans

[00:33] is because of financial reasons and i

[00:35] don't think we have a capitalist system

[00:37] if you don't have a country

[00:38] and i also believe that if we do not

[00:40] prioritize the family and family

[00:42] creation in our country then you're not

[00:43] going to have a country to even have a

[00:44] capitalist system at all and i actually

[00:47] value the family more than i value

[00:49] but

[00:50] i i value family creation and stable

[00:53] families more so than i might value like

[00:56] the maximal profit return and we spend

[00:58] money on such garb ridiculous garbage in

[01:00] this country and there's conservative

[01:02] ways to fund it you can borrow out of

[01:03] your social security fund and be able to

[01:05] do this and look it's it's a provocative

[01:08] view for a conservative to hold some

[01:10] people disagree with it but if you're if

[01:12] we're serious about the civilizational

[01:14] collapse that we're looking at right now

[01:17] and we want to actually fix some of

[01:19] these problems and if look we know this

[01:21] through

[01:22] psychological data we know this we

[01:24] should want young

[01:27] families to have more children and we

[01:29] should want mothers to be able to spend

[01:30] those formative years with their

[01:32] newborns we should want that so for

[01:34] example in the 1980s

[01:36] you had it required 35 weeks of work

[01:39] 35 weeks of work to earn about 75 000 a

[01:43] year now it requires 53 weeks of work

[01:46] what does that mean it almost forces the

[01:48] woman into the work workplace now i'm

[01:50] not diametrically against that if the

[01:52] woman chooses but i am against it by

[01:54] force i think it's bad that young women

[01:57] in this country young mothers have no

[01:59] other option but to go into the

[02:01] marketplace to keep a middle-class

[02:02] lifestyle going and so yeah that's why i

[02:05] think that if we're serious about the

[02:07] role the family plays in the american

[02:09] society which we know is the longest

[02:11] lasting most important institution to

[02:14] any functioning civilization then we

[02:16] must make it easier to have children in

[02:17] this country we also must i think

[02:20] support young mothers being with those

[02:22] children and every single study shows

[02:24] that if a young mother is able to be

[02:26] with a newborn for those 18 months

[02:29] they're far less likely to go to prison

[02:30] far less likely to commit suicide

[02:32] they're less likely to be social

[02:34] isolation every metric that we are

[02:36] concerned about comes back to the mother

[02:38] being there with the baby the first for

[02:40] 18 to 24 months and yes it is a

[02:42] financial obstacle it is and so i could

[02:44] defend it from a conservative position

[02:46] and just an american position how we

[02:48] fund it how we do it i don't know but i

[02:50] think that given the circumstance that

[02:52] we're in it is the right thing for our

[02:53] country
