Speaking from the studio where Charlie broadcast daily, Erika thanks law enforcement, first responders, and the Turning Point USA family while promising that Charlie's mission will not only continue but grow bolder and louder than ever. She reflects on Charlie's devotion to God, family, and America, sharing intimate details about his character as a husband and father. A Widow's Gratitude and Grief

Erika Kirk opened her address with heartfelt gratitude to those who responded to the tragedy that took her husband's life. She thanked local, state, and federal law enforcement who worked to capture Charlie Kirk's assassin, the first responders who fought to save his life, and the police who ensured no other victims were harmed that afternoon. She expressed appreciation for the officers protecting the Turning Point USA family in the days following the attack.

Erika recognized the Turning Point USA board, COO Justin Strife, and Charlie's chief of staff Mikey McCoy for providing stability during these difficult days. Her heart went out to every employee who lost a friend and mentor, and she thanked the staff of The Charlie Kirk Show who helped him broadcast from his studio chair every day—work he deeply loved.

She acknowledged the millions who showed their love for Charlie in Phoenix, across America, and worldwide. Special thanks went to Vice President Vance and his wife Usha for honoring Charlie by bringing him home, and to President Trump and his family. Erika shared that Charlie loved President Trump and knew that love was reciprocated—their friendship was something truly special.

A Martyr's Crown and a Savior's Face

Erika spoke of the spiritual reality that now defines Charlie's existence. Two days before her address, Charlie went to see the face of his Savior and God. She recalled how Charlie always said he wanted to be remembered for his courage and his faith. In one of his final conversations on earth, Charlie witnessed for his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Now and for all eternity, he stands at his Savior's side wearing the glorious crown of a martyr.

Charlie loved life deeply—he loved America, nature (which brought him closer to God), the Chicago Cubs, and especially the Oregon Ducks. Erika added a lighthearted "go Ducks" since they were playing that Saturday, honoring something Charlie would have wanted.

The Perfect Husband and Father

Above all else, Charlie loved his children and Erika with all his heart. She knew this every single day because he made sure she knew it. Every day, Charlie would ask her: "How can I serve you better? How can I be a better husband? How can I be a better father?" Erika described him as a good man—still a good man—the perfect father and the perfect husband.

Charlie believed that God's design for marriage and family was absolutely amazing, and it was the greatest joy of his life. He would tell young people to find their future spouse, become wives and husbands and parents, because he wanted everyone to experience what he had and still has. He wanted everyone to bring heaven into earth through the love and joy that comes from raising a family.

Erika revealed that Charlie privately told her if he ever ran for office, his top priority would be to revive the American family. One of his favorite Bible verses was Ephesians 5:25—"Husbands, love your wives as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her." Charlie laid down his life for Erika, for their nation, for their children. He showed the ultimate and true covenantal love.

Faith in the Midst of Devastating Loss

Erika admitted she had no words to describe the loss she felt in her heart. She honestly had no idea what any of this meant, though she knew God did—and Charlie did too. The world is filled with evil, but God is so incredibly good. She clung to the promise that for those who love God, all things work together for good for those who are called according to His purpose.

Already, Erika had witnessed a worldwide outpouring of love for her husband. She heard testimonies from people Charlie inspired to get married, to start families, to seek out a relationship with God—the most important relationship of all.

A Battle Cry That Will Echo Worldwide

In a powerful shift from grief to defiance, Erika addressed those responsible for Charlie's assassination. They killed him because he preached a message of patriotism, faith, and God's merciful love. But they should know this: they have no idea what they have done. If they thought Charlie's mission was powerful before, they have no idea what they have unleashed across the entire country and the world. They have no idea the fire they have ignited within his wife.

Erika declared that the cries of this widow will echo around the world like a battle cry. The movement Charlie built will not die—she refuses to let that happen. All of us will refuse to let that happen. No one will ever forget Charlie's name, and she will make sure of it. The movement will become stronger, bolder, louder, and greater than ever.

Never Surrender: The Mission Continues

Charlie's mission will not end, not even for a moment. One of his greatest talents was his ability to choose great people to follow him—people who could handle any setback. It was almost like he knew. He could see potential in people even when they couldn't see it in themselves. He knew when someone had more to give, even when they thought they only had 5% left. He always challenged people around him to work harder and to be better. He never gave up, and one of his mottos was "never surrender."

Erika vowed that they will never surrender. The campus tour this fall will continue. There will be even more tours in the years to come. America Fest in Phoenix this December will go on and will be greater than ever. The radio and podcast show that Charlie was so proud of will continue. In a world filled with chaos, doubt, and uncertainty, Charlie's voice will remain and will ring out louder and more clearly than ever. His wisdom will endure.

A Call to Action for Every Generation

Charlie's favorite word in the English language was "earn." He would call everyone to be people of action who earn the future America deserves. Erika addressed the young people who felt inspired by Charlie's faith and hard work—they already know what Charlie would want them to do.

If you're in high school or college, go find your local Turning Point USA chapter and join it. Stay involved. Make a difference. If there isn't a chapter, start one. There is no excuse. As Charlie used to say from his studio chair every single day: if you want to get involved, the best way you can do that is going to tpusa.com. Erika watched his show every day and heard him say those exact words.

If you're a pastor, join the movement at TPUSA Faith. If you're a parent, come to America Fest in December. Sign up right now. Bring your kids. Bring your family. Charlie will be there in spirit.

Above All, A Spiritual Battle

Most important of all, if you aren't a member of a church, Erika begged people to join one—a Bible-believing church. The battle is not simply a political one. Above all, it is spiritual. The spiritual warfare is palpable. Charlie loved his Savior with all his heart, and he wanted every one of us to know Him too. He wanted everyone to know that if they confess the Lord Jesus Christ, who rose from the dead, then they will be saved.

Nobody is ever too young to know the gospel. Nobody is ever too young to get involved with saving this beautiful country that Charlie loved and still loves. And nobody is ever too old either. There is no age limit.

A Promise to a Beloved Husband

Erika shared that she hadn't slept and couldn't sleep the night before. Speaking directly to Charlie, she made a solemn promise: "Charlie, I promise I will never let your legacy die, baby. I promise I'll make Turning Point USA the biggest thing that this nation has ever seen."

She expressed her love and assured him he could rest in the arms of the Lord, blanketed with the words his heart always strived to hear: "Well done, my good and faithful servant." Charlie is now doing what he always wanted to do—making heaven crowded. That's what it's all about.

Erika closed by thanking everyone who loved her husband, who supported him, who wrote him an email every single day during his radio show. He read all of them. She asked for God's blessing on everyone and for God to bless America.
