What if the real reason behind a major leadership change had nothing to do with qualifications… and everything to do with how money moves?
In this video, I walk through public IRS filings, line by line, to explain why Erica Kirk became CEO of Turning Point USA — and why the answer appears to be buried inside Form 990, Schedule L.
This isn’t speculation.
This isn’t theory.
This is documentation.
Using publicly available IRS records, Wyoming LLC filings, and nonprofit disclosure rules, we uncover:
A $350,000 loan from Turning Point USA to a private LLC
A split-dollar life insurance structure tied to the CEO title
A mysterious LLC dissolution and midnight reinstatement
A reinstatement that occurred days before a critical insurance deadline
And a legal loophole that may retroactively validate a beneficiary that didn’t exist at the time of death
Most importantly, we examine who controls the LLC, who controls the payout, and why the CEO title mattered more than the person holding it.
⚠️ Important Clarification:
This video does not accuse anyone of violent wrongdoing. An accused shooter is in custody, and legal proceedings will determine criminal responsibility. This investigation focuses strictly on financial structure, nonprofit governance, and IRS compliance issues.

All right, Jesse on fire. Welcome back.
So, we are going to be looking at some
uh some pretty crazy uh information
about TPUSA again today. And like I
listen, as a matter of fact, in this
one, I am actually going to be defending
them u to an extent because uh Danks
dropped another video. His video is
crazy. This dude is doing, if you're not
following Danks, dude. Okay, this dude
is doing research. I don't know where he
finds all this stuff, like where he
finds a time to do this. He's like
digging into like all of their
financials like all the way back and
like he's finding all of these payments
going to all of these different places
where remember what I was saying early
on where I was like look guys in any
organization where you have a like a
nonprofit or any kind of organization
where people have control of large v you
know batches of money and they're
distributing those funds and you know
especially in like a nonprofit they're
going to hire contractors that they have
sweetheart deals with or that they
personally own. I mean, technically,
it's like double dealing, but it's like
I mean, it's easy to it's easy to sniff
that behavior out because all you have
to do is go, "What would I do?" You
know, like in my case, it's like, "Uh,
how are you figuring out, you know, that
they would be, you know, on both sides
of these deals?" I'm like, uh, if I was
in charge of a hund00 million nonprofit
and I need to hire someone to do X
service and it's something I could put
together very quickly, I'm going to put
that company together and I'm going to
hire myself to do it because that's
America. I'm not sure if what I'm saying
is illegal, but if it was, I wouldn't do
it. If it was, I wouldn't do it. Let's
just make that perfectly clear. I like
legality,
but uh, yeah, that's what I would do.
And so, it's not shocking and it's
certainly not hard to back into. And
when you have Charlie saying things
like, "We're going to do a Doge style
audit." And you're all I wonder what uh
I wonder what prompted him to say that.
So, we're going to look into uh we're
going to look at we're going to let him
speak and and then we'll go into um like
parts of what he said because I could
provide some very uh interesting nuanced
uh stuff on that. Also, there's also
this video that someone sent me uh from
Patriotic Housewife, and I'm [snorts]
going to subscribe to her channel right
now because I practice what I preach.
Don't you guys? I know all of you guys
preach. I subscribe to Jesse's channel.
It's like, you better be practicing what
you preach. I like all of Jesse's
videos. Can you click like because that
would be very helpful to me. Uh anyway,
this is uh Look at See, I did it. I did
it. Now, let's uh let's jump right into
it. Now, oh, real quick before though we
get into any of these stories, I wanted
to show you something, okay? Because
there is someone driving this type of
content. What do I mean by that? Very
simple. Someone is driving creators to
go after TPUSA, go after Erica Kirk or
whatever. And like, cuz I genuinely do
my best not to fall into traps of like,
okay, I'm just doing this be, you know,
uh, because of views. I mean, don't get
me wrong, if a certain topic is getting
a lot of views, and of course, I'm going
to do that, but I don't ever like make
my opinion different based on that. I
will fit within that paradigm as long as
I am not compromising my own opinions.
But very simply, I'm going to show you
some metrics because all YouTubers are
are incentivized by the same things,
okay? Revenue and growth, right? So like
subscriber base growth and revenue both
of which are tied to views. Now every
view is not the same. If you have a view
from your regular audience I mean that's
your core base. Very important. Very
important. But in terms of growth you
need to be shown to new people. Okay.
The algorithm decides how many people
are going to see your content. And I
want to show you something that I find
very interesting. Okay. you also get
some interesting insight into um you
know the financials of a YouTuber
potentially depending on whether I leave
it up. Okay, so like this is a video
that I did yesterday. Okay, this is a
video that is titled uh that's about a
photo evidence that is still alive.
Okay, so what normally drives reach uh
in terms of how many new people are
going to see your content are two
metrics, watch time and clickthrough
rate. Okay, 16.6% 6% click-through rate
after more than a day is extremely high.
Extremely high. And engagement 14
minutes is two and a half almost three
minutes longer than my normal. This
video should be doing should be going
ham. But as you saw at the beginning, my
net subscribers is negative 49. And that
tells me one thing. That means no one
new is seeing this. No one. like not
like no no one knew. And I'll show you
how I can prove that to you. Look at
that right there. Okay. Over here on the
right, 98% of the viewers of this video
are subscribed to my channel already. So
like even if you're a person who watches
my content every single day, if you're
not subscribed, you didn't even get
suggested this video. And and you know,
because at 2.7%
those are definitely subscribers who
came to my channel and just looked like,
"Oh, what did Jesse upload?" And they
saw this. So no one zero new people who
are not or actually not even new zero
people who are not actively subscribed
to my channel were suggested this video.
None. Okay. So let's compare that to
like something that we did on Erica
Kirk. Perfect example. Okay. So over
here Erica Kirk life insurance policy
bombshell. Okay. So check this out.
Okay. On this one,
I gained 5700
subscribers. 5700
subscribers. The revenue is tracking
like a day and a half behind, too.
There's a lot more money coming from
this video also. Okay. And look at the
reach. 14% reach. Engagement 10.43.
So both click-through rate and watch
time are much much lower than the other
one. And yet somehow when you go to
audience,
68% of the people who saw this video are
not subscribed to my channel. Okay? Now,
I don't need to go through a million
videos and prove this to you, but what
I'm telling you is like this is very
consistent. Very consistent. If I talk
about TPUSA and it's in any way
critical, okay, then I am going to get
pushed by the algorithm. Okay, same
thing with Erica Kirk. Do you think that
that is coincidence and that if I talk
about being alive, no one sees it?
Absolutely no one.
Cuz that's not coincidence. That is not
how that works. All right, let's start
right here uh with Patriotic Housewife's
uh video. So, this is her showing uh
something that she found in Erica Kirk's
favorites on her Instagram that she
clearly made. She meant to delete this
and did not check this out.
>> Going through your highlight section.
Let's jump right in, y'all.
So, this is a screen recording of me
showing you guys Miss Erica Kirk's
where she is talking about
if you could call yourself, you know,
five years from now and give yourself
advice, what would you say? Don't try
cocaine.
Isn't that interesting? I'll go ahead
and pull a still photo up for you guys
in case, you know, we didn't really get
a good look at this.
So, let's go ahead and pull this up.
Yikes. Dude,
listen.
I think the message is good, you know,
like the message. Yeah, definitely don't
try that substance, right? You
definitely should not do that because
it's bad for you. However,
someone who wanted to use this as a
weapon could point out that like I think
the format of the question indicated
that she's saying like, "Oh, if I could
talk to myself 5 years ago on a 30
secondond call, I would have said don't
try blow." I think
some people might interpret that as her
saying, "Because I like it so much now
and do it all the time." I don't know.
You know, I don't know. I'm just saying
like it's possible that that was how I
would interpret it because why else
would you tell your five you know you
have you could tell yourself one thing
in 30 seconds five years ago what's it
going to be? It's like don't try, you
know, don't try don't try yo. You're
like
why
why would you need to tell yourself that
if you haven't done it and are not
actively doing it? Seems like that is
what she's saying. Now look it I am no
hypocrite. Okay guys, like obviously I
am not inexperienced when it comes to
putting foreign substances into my body
that shouldn't be there. So I'm not
throwing rocks at her about that.
Never was my cup of tea personal. Hey,
this was never my cup of tea. You know
this, but nonetheless, I'm not going to
pretend I've never done it, obviously.
And uh listen,
it's just because she is like America's
trad.
Yikes. You guys probably should have
found that one because that's not a
great look. All right, now let's move
over to Danks because again, this is uh
Dank's channel. He's like I ended up in
touch with him because he reached out to
me during like a live stream. That's how
that's how I knew about his channel. And
uh listen, I'm telling you right now,
this dude is doing like I said in the
pre he research is bananas. I it's very
impressive. So I would highly encourage
everybody to go follow Denk's channel
and then watch this entirety.
It's very very good. Um, but like I
said, I actually do have certain things
I'll push back on, but you know, there's
a lot of like very obvious like, you
know, double dealing here where it's
like, "So, uh, who do you want to go
with for our social media campaigns?"
I'm like, "Uh, I don't know. What's my
budget?" They're all, you know, 3
million. I'm like, "3 million? Yeah, 3
million." It's like, [clears throat]
"Uh, how about you give me like two
weeks and then I'll tell you who I'm
going to spend it with two weeks later?"
You know? Oh, Jesse on Fire's uh you
know uh online marketing, you know,
company. It's like I think I'm gonna go
with these guys. Jesse on Fire, you
know, I've heard really good things
about them, so I'm going to go ahead and
pay them the $3 million. You know,
[gasps and laughter]
it's hilarious, dude. But let's listen.
>> $116,118.
That's the total I can document from
Turning Point USA's own tax filings.
It's their numbers. It's their
signatures.
>> 19.6 6 million is the number you just
said
>> and it's all reported under penalty of
perjury for the IRS. Before we go any
further, let me tell you exactly who
we're talking about. We're going to talk
about Jake Hoffman. He's an Arizona
state senator. He's been indicted as one
of Arizona's fake electors for signing
documents that claimed Donald Trump won
the 2020 election when he never did.
Trump pardoned him in November of 20.
>> I didn't know that Jake Hoffman was uh
one of the electors that they used.
Honestly, I don't even know about the
fake electors thing because I don't pay
attention to stuff like that that
closely because I'm not a political
commentator. Um, but I will say I will
say something here uh related to that. I
absolutely in my bones 100% believe that
Arizona was cooking those elections,
especially the Carrie Lake one and also
the big guy. I mean like there's so much
so much shadiness in Arizona is
ridiculous. The guy who's in charge of
counting the votes all I he literally
said I am dedicating my life to to to
ruining you know Carrie Lake or
whatever. It's like oh this seems
totally okay for this guy to be in
charge. Again I still have not looked
into the the slate of electors thing
because again I don't care. Uh but I
didn't know Jay Hoffman was one of them.
He's a state senator now
>> 25. But the Arizona state case is still
active. His company Rally Forge was
permanently banned from Facebook in
October of 2020. Facebook called it a
domestic troll farm that he was running
and was banned after that. Turning Point
entities still paid him. Turning Point
continued paying his companies over $7
million. They just continued paying.
They never stopped. A company banned for
doing fraud essentially. Think about
that. Tyler Boyer, the chief operator.
>> Um, here's where I was like, so what I
was gonna say about Jake Hoffman is
like, so the thing about the troll farms
and him getting banned on Facebook, in
my opinion, actually bolsters his his
defense of these allegations, right?
Because I would be like, okay, yeah, so
I was running a I was Yeah, I was I was
running a troll farm. I was doing that.
Is that illegal? No. Okay. Is it against
the policies at Meta? Who cares? Who
cares? Yeah, who cares? If they find
out, they can ban me. They did in fact
do that. But the reality is like running
a troll farm costs money. And so if
TPUSA is paying his companies in order
to run a troll farm, then that to me is
like, okay, well, at least it's a we
know it's such a legit service that he
got banned off Facebook. So it was
clearly making a big impact for them to
take action to ban him off of, you know,
Meta and Facebook. So like when I hear
that he's getting paid millions of
dollars, I'm like, okay, I have I don't
know. I have no insight into the like
financial metrics related to running a
business like that. So that to me would
indicate that like a fair amount of if
not all of uh his stuff is at least on
the it could be argued that it's on the
up and up, but that's not going to be
the case for all of this at all.
operating officer of Turning Point
Action and one time in a news interview
said that he had big balls describing
himself as a person who basically knows
and runs everything. He was also
indicted with Jake Hoffman as a fake
elector and pardoned again by Donald
Trump. His disclosed compensation from
Turning Point entities total over $1.4
million. However, in 2021, he put
$650,000
worth of a down payment on a $ 1.95
million home in Mesa, Arizona. But just
back in 2011, he was losing condos due
to foreclosure and he had his wages
garnished. And look, I'm not claiming to
be any saint. And there's lots of people
with financial issues. But if you're
working for a nonprofit, you're putting
a $650,000 down payment and making
millions of dollars. I think this needs
to be explained. Uh, and here's one
thing that I will say on that. I can't
believe all of a sudden I'm uh I'm the
defender of TPUSA. Not like, yeah,
believe me, like we're going to get in
the weeds. I I I'm just going to I'm
going to call balls and strikes here is
all right. A is 2011
he he's having issues with like I'm sure
I'm pretty sure he said 2011 to 2021.
That's 10 years dude. That's 10 years.
10 years ago I had just filed chapter 7.
Like literally like we just like like I
had just filed chapter 7 because my uh
the company that I had sold I had sold
my company for eight and a half million
dollars and only you know like a very
well like the majority of that came in
the form of stock and then that stock
went to zero. So I ended up not
realizing any of it. It's irrelevant.
But the reason why I had to file
bankruptcy is because in the old company
that I had sold, I had taken out
personally guaranteed loans of like
almost a half a million dollars. And
while the acquiring company was on
technically responsible for paying those
loans, like they bought the company,
those are their debts now. Well, guess
what? I personally guaranteed them. So,
it's still on me when they didn't pay
and they didn't pay. And that so my
attorney basically was like, "Look, you
you'll you'll be able to sue them and
you'll win, but you most likely aren't
going to connect and as it relates to
the relationship between you and the
lenders that that is on you." And I'm
like, "A half a million dollars." Like,
yeah. I mean, it was 480 or whatever.
And I was like, and at the time I
couldn't have I couldn't absorb it.
There was just no way to do it. So, I
had to file bankruptcy. And now 10 years
later, I could drop 650. I could drop
650 on a house tomorrow.
after I mean after paying off
Gabrielle's student loans last year,
200,000 buying a [ __ ] rental property
that I put that we put 100,000 down on
that same week. So like that's not out
like that's not that's that's not even
like that you know 10 a 10year period is
enormous. You can absolutely rebuild
yourself financially in that amount of
time. But the question is whether they
did it on the up and up or not. Okay.
the like the but the suspicion that
someone couldn't have been in financial
trouble 10 years ago and then have
$650,000 in cash 10 years later is
ludicrous. That's that's not that's
that's not a gotcha. It's just about how
he got the money. Stacy Sheridan. This
is also a person we'll be discussing.
She appears on the form 990 as a key
employee raising money for Turning Point
USA and she's on the payroll. She's has
two companies connected to her,
Cloverstone Ventures and Lion Rock
Ventures. There's actually a third one
but I can't fully disclose. So, we'll
leave that out for this one. $5.3
million was received in fundraising fees
from TurningPoint USA to these entities,
Cloverstone Ventures and Lion Rock
Ventures. So, to be clear, this is who
he's talking about, okay? He's talking
about Stacy Sherin, and she serves in a
role where she, as I understand it, is
responsible for fundraising for TPUSA.
Okay? She um she makes like I think she
makes $180,000 salary, but then she also
owns these other two companies and as
much like I don't I I'm be totally
straight with you guys. I don't
understand how this is all supposed to
work legally. What I know according to
this video is that she has been her
organizations that he just laid out has
been getting checks cut to them by TPUSA
every year for the last 5 years. I'm
going to let him explain it, but that's
that's the that's what he's talking
about is she fundraises for TPUSA and
then TPUSA is sending her millions of
dollars, but not sending it to her,
sending it to organizations that she
owns for what? Like I don't know if
you're allowed to do that, but like what
you know if like if you're getting paid
a commission on your fundraising, I'm
pretty sure that that would go to you. I
don't really I again I'll let him
explain it. She's getting paid twice.
Once as an employee, once through her
companies. The American Red Cross spends
4% of its budget on fundraising. This is
something else entirely because Red
Cross is a multi-billion dollar company.
And overseeing all of this at this time
is Justin Olsen, the CFO or chief
financial officer for TPUSA. And this
guy is responsible for an $80 million
budget. He's not a CPA. He's not an
accountant. He got caught reading
utility talking points word for word
while he was supposed to be regulating
that utility. That's who's watching
their money. So that's who we're talking
about now. So, the guy who does the
oversight is not a certified CPA is what
he's saying, which is absolutely
hilarious. And keep in mind, every time
that you think about this stuff that
Charlie Kirk ordered a Doge style audit.
Now, I am I want to be very clear about
this. I am not implying that TPUSA had
Charlie killed over these payments. I'm
not saying that. And I'm really I'm like
actually not even implying it.
What I am saying is that it's very
interesting that this is how these
organizations actually work. It's
because again, like I said, this is what
I would do if it's not illegal. Of
course, I would do this. Like, and so
would you. I guarantee it. If you were
in this role and you were working for
TPUSA and you had a hund00 million going
through it and you were in this upper
echelon circle of people who control the
funds and it's like, "Oh, okay. We're
going to do whatever." It's like, and
someone's like, "Okay, so how we
actually do this is we create these
external entities and we pay ourselves
that way." And so like you know your uh
compensation for I mean again she's not
getting the money for nothing. You know
what I mean? She's not getting the money
for nothing. So whether it's some kind
of uh kickback for for her raising funds
or whatever like well why do you have to
do it that way instead of just paying
her openly like uh you know she's
already on a salary. Why is there not
like a commission? You know again I
don't know why they structure it this
way. I just think it's interesting
specifically because I bet you that this
is exactly how it works with every
single one of these organizations that's
in the political space. Politics is a
cesspool of greed, legalized corruption,
and all of that stuff. And it's like
it's just fascinating if you understand
kind of what he's talking about. We're
not going to be able to get close to
through his entire video today, but
nonetheless,
>> let me show you what the filings
actually say. Let's go ahead and dive
right into it. Subscribe, like, hit that
notification bell for your
>> and definitely go do that because this
is Danks actually doing this research,
>> boy. And let's run it. Now, if you watch
my last two videos, you know something
is definitely off here. This video is
going to show you the full picture.
Everything I'm about to show you or talk
about comes from public filings, from
their own tax filings.
>> I think it's hilarious when guys like
film like this or girls, whatever, where
it's like it's such a different style.
like with mine it's like setup set you
know like uh eyele eye level camera and
it's like this is like such a funny way
to do it. It's like like guys like
Destiny and them and it's like it's like
they almost like they're all yo hold on
this is not good enough yo. Yeah. So I'm
down here. I'm doing it all the way down
here for some reason and uh I am
intentionally slouching in my chair.
It's hilarious. I don't know why they
all do that. It's like they they look
like it's like they have to be like
hunched over a uh a computer while they
film, dude. Which is I don't know. I
just think it's funny. I'm not a lawyer.
I'm not an accountant. I'm not an
auditor. I'm just a dude reading public
documents and asking questions. So,
let's ask some questions. Let's start
with Jake Hoffman because actually his
story tells you everything about how
this network operates. In September of
2020, the Washington Post published an
investigation into an Arizona marketing
firm called Rally Forge LLC. Now, what
they found was that Rally Forge had been
paying teenagers, including minors, to
create fake social media accounts and
post proTrump content. These kids,
>> oh my gosh,
no way.
Are are we all now finally finding out
that these accounts that are on these
social media platforms and just
immediately all have the exact same
opinion about things are not organic. Oh
my gosh, my world view is shattered. I
thought all these people that go on that
are screaming at everyone on X were
definitely legit. It's so funny because
it's like so obvious when you're on
social media, but it's just funny when
you hear it's like, "Oh, no, they're
really doing that." Like, it's like this
is really happening. I I think that in
2026, I don't think you can do politics
without doing that. I really don't. I
don't think you can win because you're
going to be up against people who are
doing that. And you know, manufactured
consent is not make believe. It's 100%
real. The problem is that like you know
when you used to talk about manufactured
consent you're talking about like
network news and and journalism uh you
know like print media I mean and like
now you have social media and
manufactured consent you have to appear
that you're the majority. That's the
whole point. You have to make everyone
believe that the majority thinks your
thing so that the major the actual
majority of people who are just plebes
and don't think for themselves are like
oh okay well this is what other people
think. There must be something to it.
I'm not going to use my I'm not going to
use my brain and actually analyze this.
I'm just going to assume that they've
probably got it right. Also, it doesn't
feel very good to go against the grain.
And if the grain is going this way, I'm
going that way. And then boom, you could
convince the world that every that hey,
that Dylan Mulaney is popular.
[laughter] You know what I mean? Like if
you if you do a good enough job, you
could convince the world that Dylan
Mulaney is a very very popular
influencer that people really care
about. and uh and then the corporate,
you know, corporate no souls will
immediately follow suit and start, you
know, putting Dylan Mulvaney and all
kinds of stuff when it was Chinese bots,
the the Chinese version of this that is
doing that on TikTok and convincing
everybody that this is like a totally
normal way of life. Then all of a
sudden, because they did such a good
job, you have an actual army of people
now who are all, "What man, this is just
who I am." You're all, "No, it's not.
You actually are a sheep that wants to
fit in." And they prayed on that and
convinced you that this is how you fit
in because you're dumb and you can't
think for yourself.
>> Would use fake names, AI generated
profile pictures, and Bitmoji avatars.
They pulled their post from a shared
document and got bonuses based on how
much engagement that was generated on
each post. A month later, Facebook
permanently banned Rally Forge from
their platforms.
>> This is Jake Forge's thing that we were
talking about earlier. and they removed
200 Facebook accounts, 55 pages, and 76
Instagram accounts connected to the
operation. The fake accounts had made
about $1 million in ad buys, and
accumulated over 400,000 followers
before they got caught. Facebook's head
of security policy said the operation
used thinly veiled personas and compared
it to tactics by Russian actors to
disrupt American elections. And yet
>> they should compare it to the actions of
every major state actor, every major
political party, every major celebrity
probably if they're smart. And uh
listen, if I knew how to do it, me, you
know, I'm just kidding. I wouldn't do
that because I don't need to. I have no
uh aspirations for running for office.
Um, and my business is one of those
things where like, yeah, I could create
all the manufactured consent that I
want, and if people go to my channel and
they're like, I think he sucks, they're
not going to watch it. So, my business
is just like, hey, just be funny. and uh
charismatic on camera and say the things
that you think and uh you know say thank
you by liking every video and
subscribing to channels whose content
that you use and then making sure
everyone else that sees your video knows
who they are because he clearly worked
very hard on this. Yes, this stuff does
actually happen. Multiple teenagers who
were involved told the Washington Post
that they were working for Turning Point
USA and they had no idea who Rally Forge
was. One of them had a link to TPUSA's
website in his then Twitter profile
until reporters started asking
questions. Jake Hoffman was the
president and CEO of Rally Forge. He
lost his personal Facebook and his
Twitter accounts as part of the
enforcement action. Here's what I want
you to understand. After Rally Forge got
banned from Facebook and Twitter for
running a troll farm, Turning Point
entities just kept paying them. The
filings show Rally Forge received over
$3 million in total, including $1.8
million after the Facebook ban. The
money didn't stop when the company got
caught. It just kept on flowing. Then 4
months after the ban, a new company
appeared, which is 110 LLC, formed in
Delaware in February of 2021, registered
to the very same UPS store mailbox as
Rally Forge LL. So,
here is the question that has been
answered was when um when Hoffman said
this is a 10-year-old company. Okay,
this is what he meant because he had
been doing the same type of business
under under other names, which means 110
LLC, the one that Wolves and Finance
looked into, is very likely
running that type of campaign now.
They're doing things on social media
where they're hiring, you know. I don't
know. I mean, I don't know. I would
assume that that's what they're doing. I
would assume that's what they're doing
because that would definitely explain
why he went through such painful, you
know, intentional efforts to make their
website not very visible and not very
findable because if you're running troll
farms, you don't want people to know
that that's what you're doing. You need
a website to prove you're a real
business, but you want to keep it on
like, you know, you want to keep it on
the down low. I don't think troll farms
are illegal, unless I am uh very naive.
But again, this is going to be the end
of this video for today, but we're going
to do more later. And you guys, I
encourage you to go uh watch the rest of
Dank's video because I will react to
other parts of it later on. You guys are
the best. Subscribe to the channel. Ring
the bell. the
