The Charlie Kirk Case Is Getting Stranger — And No One Is Asking These Questions

[00:01] This video is kind of going to be a mix

[00:03] of a few different things. They didn't

[00:04] really have enough content for one video

[00:06] by itself, but are interesting overall

[00:09] in the Charlie Kirk arena. So, let's

[00:11] start getting into it. First, we have

[00:13] Senator Mike Lee, who is demanding that

[00:15] Charlie Kirk's assassin, alleged

[00:17] assassin, Tyler Robinson, be executed in

[00:20] public. Now, this is very problematic

[00:22] for a few reasons. First of all, he's

[00:24] not officially guilty yet. He hasn't

[00:26] even had a trial yet. He's only had

[00:27] pre-trials. So innocent until proven

[00:29] guilty is the way it works in the US, at

[00:31] least the way it's supposed to work,

[00:32] right? But he's sitting here with a huge

[00:35] smile on his face, saying that a

[00:38] supposedly innocent person at this point

[00:40] should be executed in public. And this

[00:42] is also the sentiment that we heard from

[00:44] many people early on. Do you remember

[00:46] that sentiment early on where everyone

[00:47] was saying he should get the death

[00:48] penalty because they have the death

[00:50] penalty in Utah? That's before he's even

[00:52] made guilty. And as many of you have

[00:54] probably heard, Erica Kirk has asked for

[00:56] a speedy trial. And people are saying,

[00:58] you know, why is she pushing for a

[00:59] speedy trial for a man that she's

[01:01] forgiven? Speedy trial rights belong to

[01:03] the defendant, not the victim. In Utah

[01:05] and under the US Constitution, only the

[01:08] accused can demand or wave a speedy

[01:10] trial. Victims cannot legally control

[01:12] the timeline. This is also interesting

[01:15] because I spoke to a lawyer who has been

[01:16] a criminal defense lawyer for over 30

[01:18] years. He said in his 30 years of

[01:21] practice, not once has this happened.

[01:24] The source who obviously will remain

[01:26] anonymous says never heard of it before

[01:28] in 30 years. Extremely abnormal. Also

[01:32] read the hearing. I thought the

[01:33] prosecutor screwed up in the hearing as

[01:34] he learned about it through his child

[01:36] and they are arguing for no cameras

[01:38] during her testimony which is BS as they

[01:41] want the cameras when it suits their

[01:42] purposes. When he asked two times to

[01:44] have a sealed hearing, he lost

[01:46] credibility and also showed emotion,

[01:48] which cuts against his arguments. I

[01:50] think the Jay should recuse Jeff Gray to

[01:52] heir on the side of caution.

[01:54] Additionally, she may become a

[01:55] mitigating witness. This is a serious

[01:57] problem in my opinion. So far, I've been

[01:59] impressed with the judge for what it's

[02:01] worth. And I think many of you, when we

[02:02] were going through the trial and we had

[02:04] live coverage, you also like the judge

[02:07] so far, right? He seems as though he's

[02:09] not going to let them get away with any

[02:11] BS. hopefully and hopefully that

[02:14] continues. And the next I want to cover

[02:16] this video, this is from Black Scout

[02:17] Survival. And if you're into firearms or

[02:19] prepping or everyday carry and that kind

[02:21] of stuff, he has a company called Black

[02:22] Scout Survival and uh they sell some

[02:24] good stuff.

[02:25] >> I'm like, what the freak is Erica Kirk

[02:26] doing in China? I know we we we've heard

[02:28] about the Romanian orphanage thing or

[02:30] whatever, but why is this detail just

[02:32] now coming out? Maybe it has been out. I

[02:35] just hadn't heard about it. Maybe I just

[02:36] lived in a hole. I don't know.

[02:38] But that's never been part of the public

[02:41] story before

[02:43] and and it surfaces now alongside other

[02:47] stuff, right? Because that is not a

[02:51] throwaway detail. If you've ever dealt

[02:53] with China, you ever seen anybody trying

[02:55] to go to China, if you ever try to go to

[02:57] China yourself, you know exactly what it

[02:59] means. You don't just go to China and

[03:02] float around anonymously. You fill out a

[03:05] fill out a serious visa application. and

[03:07] they know who you are. They know why

[03:10] you're there. They know who you talk to,

[03:12] you're being followed the entire time.

[03:15] If you're an American and you go to

[03:17] China, you're being watched. Period.

[03:21] So, I'm going to ask the obvious

[03:22] question, what was she there for? And

[03:24] why does that part of the story feel

[03:26] conveniently ignored while everything

[03:28] else is being pressed? Okay. You know, I

[03:32] So, if we look at this, where this

[03:34] pattern shows up is that we're being

[03:38] sold a persona.

[03:40] Trad values, conservative femininity,

[03:44] wholesome optics. That's the image. But

[03:47] what you actually see publicly is a

[03:50] highly manufactured presentation

[03:53] who was next to Charlie Kirk. Perfect

[03:56] lighting, framing, always camera ready

[03:58] and skin tight. black leather pants.

[04:02] And yeah, I'll say it. Maybe that's why

[04:04] the skin tight leather pant because sex,

[04:07] she said it. Maybe that's why

[04:11] even on the right, especially on the

[04:12] right, they had Nicki Minaj up there is

[04:15] said horrendous things in music,

[04:18] dances in music videos with thongs, not

[04:21] the representation of trades,

[04:23] traditional values.

[04:26] If this was about ideas, optics wouldn't

[04:28] matter. But they do matter. That's the

[04:31] whole point.

[04:33] Arguments don't go viral, man.

[04:35] Aesthetics do. Now, if you stack this

[04:37] together, resurface video, mystery guy,

[04:40] an engagement nobody knew about

[04:42] allegedly, I don't know,

[04:45] open emission of sex cells,

[04:48] religious messaging that contradicts it,

[04:52] and a sudden mention of living in China.

[04:56] And I'm supposed to just nod and not ask

[04:58] ask questions. All I need needs your

[05:00] time locally. One point a friend of a

[05:04] friend hooked me up with a former

[05:05] senator off the record meet with him

[05:09] just to talk about

[05:11] how things work cuz I was curious uh if

[05:15] it was possible.

[05:18] He told me a lot and and if and if you

[05:20] know I told many people back in this

[05:22] time when this happened but uh I was

[05:25] talking about running for smaller

[05:26] offices trying to grow. What he told me

[05:31] was that challenging certain power

[05:32] structures

[05:34] just doesn't end careers.

[05:37] Sometimes it ends people.

[05:40] Sometimes it ends people.

[05:43] I asked him about our senator. If I had

[05:47] ran against him, what would happen? He

[05:50] said, "Well, you'd probably get washed

[05:52] out pretty early because he has major

[05:54] financial backing. But if you were a

[05:56] threat, your life would be over. And

[06:00] then I stumbled upon this clip with

[06:02] Charlie Kirk's talking about that very

[06:04] man.

[06:05] >> Dates about Israel. And

[06:07] >> this was from June. This was from June

[06:09] when Charlie's talking about this. So

[06:11] June, July, August, September

[06:14] >> and Iran and potentially the United

[06:17] States. On one side is the Lindsey

[06:20] Graham, John Bolton types where they are

[06:22] actively calling for regime change. Here

[06:25] is Lindsey Graham. This is just lunacy.

[06:29] He's This kind of analysis is not

[06:31] helpful. This kind of approach, this

[06:35] kind of argument, it has nothing to do

[06:37] with nuclear weapons at this point. This

[06:39] is now that we want to go allin and take

[06:43] out the regime. It's time for us to

[06:47] close the chapter on the Iranian

[06:49] Ayatollah. Charlie Kirk, very

[06:52] influential, going against Lindsey

[06:55] Graham, who is the face of the

[06:56] military-industrial complex, heavily

[06:59] funded by Israel. During this time,

[07:01] Charlie Kirk started asking some

[07:03] questions,

[07:05] started not exactly aligning with the

[07:08] Republican opinion, the conservative,

[07:09] the the GOP. It was unusual to

[07:15] the others following lock step. Okay.

[07:17] When you have Donald Trump who back is

[07:20] backing currently backing Lindsey

[07:22] Graham. We know Lindsey Graham is a

[07:24] swamp creature part of the deep state.

[07:27] He is the full-time

[07:31] military industrial complex guy. He

[07:33] wants to bomb everywhere he sees. We

[07:35] have Charlie Kirk again who's very

[07:37] influential who brought many people

[07:40] into the into the the political world

[07:43] and put backing into it. Now, kind of to

[07:46] sidestep a little bit, but if you fast

[07:48] forward to now, I personally been

[07:51] contacted by foreign state align media.

[07:53] I told you guys, I showed you the

[07:55] receipts a few months ago where I was

[07:57] contacted

[07:59] Ukrainian state media. They reached out

[08:03] to me a few months ago. I told you about

[08:04] it. Ukraine 24 government operated. They

[08:07] all I turned them down. I showed you the

[08:10] receipts.

[08:11] This week I get contacted by guess who?

[08:15] Russian state media reached out to me.

[08:18] Turn that down too.

[08:20] >> I'm not going to play his full video,

[08:21] but it is worth watching. Go over there

[08:26] it's very interesting. I mean, obviously

[08:29] but he has a lot of military experience.

[08:30] I believe he was special forces as well.

[08:32] He is also very outspoken politically,

[08:37] but it's interesting that he's had these

[08:38] experiences. He's had different nation

[08:40] states reach out to him to basically see

[08:42] if they can pay him to be kind of like a

[08:44] propaganda puppet and he's, you know, he

[08:47] showed it a few different times from a

[08:48] few different nation states and we know

[08:50] that a lot of influencers get paid off,

[08:52] right? So really the point of that was

[08:54] just to show some of those details about

[08:57] his experience in politics and what he

[08:58] had heard from that politician. Okay.

[09:00] And then also he showed that Charlie

[09:02] Kirk had spoken badly about some of

[09:04] those people. And then I have this last

[09:06] piece here and um it's interesting. This

[09:08] was sent in by one of you guys. This

[09:10] person apparently has some kind of

[09:12] affiliation or membership to certain

[09:14] types of sites based on the work that

[09:15] they do. And this is one thing they

[09:17] pulled up. They pulled up Charles J.

[09:20] Kirk. Male lived from 1993 to 2025.

[09:25] Age at death was 32. And it shows the

[09:27] man in Scottsdale area. And the thing

[09:30] that's interesting is this shows

[09:31] deceased. So, as I dug more into it,

[09:34] Spyfly pulls those records from public

[09:37] things and other things that they have

[09:38] access to to look for death certificates

[09:41] or proof of death. So, according to

[09:43] Spyfly and this background check, it is

[09:47] saying that Charlie Kirk is officially

[09:50] deceased.

[09:51] Now, can that be faked? Can it be

[09:54] forged? Of course. I mean there there

[09:56] are cases where people get caught

[09:59] fraudulently creating death certificates

[10:01] for insurance reasons and other

[10:02] purposes. So is this 100% definitive?

[10:06] No. But it is interesting that he does

[10:08] show his deceased when you look up these

[10:10] systems. I'm interested to hear your
