[02:39] Project Arctic Frost.

[02:42] This wasn't a single agency looking at a

[02:47] This was a multi-agency federal probe into

[02:50] 92 Republican

[02:52] and conservative organizations across the

[02:54] United States.

[02:55] 92 organizations, the FBI doesn't launch

[02:58] investigations into 92 organizations

[03:02] unless they believe there's a coordinated

[03:03] pattern of criminal activity.

[03:05] And Turning Point USA was a significant

[03:08] figure in that 92.

[03:09] Let's break down the timeline.

[03:10] April of 2022, the FBI launched Project

[03:14] Arctic Frost.

[03:14] Why do you think Biden's FBI was really

[03:17] investigating Charlie Kirk.

[03:18] Try to intimidate him.

[03:19] You know, it's interesting, Jesse, when I

[03:21] heard that today from Chairman Grassley,

[03:23] something came clear to me.

[03:24] Charlie had said to me a couple of years

[03:26] ago now, he'd taken me aside at one point

[03:29] targeted, that TPUSA is being targeted.

[04:38] choose in Arizona.

[04:40] Now, September 10th, 2025, Charlie Kirk was

[04:42] killed at

[04:43] Utah Valley University and then

[04:45] September 16th, 2025,

[04:47] Just 6 days later, the scope of Arctic

[04:50] frost is revealed publicly.

[04:52] Isn't that interesting?

[04:53] Right around the time Erica Kirk takes the

[04:55] CEO position and presidency of

[04:57] Turning Point USA.

[04:59] The investigation was active for over 2

[05:01] years and Trump wins

[05:03] Then the investigation dies.

[05:05] Then Charlie dies.

[05:06] Then we find out TPUSA later on was

[05:09] actually under federal scrutiny.

[05:10] Charlie Kirk knew about this investigation.

[05:12] Lawyers told him that there's a chance he's

[05:14] going to prison for a long time.

[05:16] He knew the FBI was looking at Turning

[05:18] Point USA and he knew what they would

[05:20] probably find if they kept looking and

[05:23] probably what they already found.

[05:24] Why do you think he was so concerned? Look

[05:26] at that video back again.

[05:27] That's why he cried.

[05:29] Not because America won.

[05:30] It's because he didn't lose.

[05:34] the Biden administration went after

[05:51] largest conservative political

[05:55] organization that's a charity, 501c3.

[06:05] And the FBI, I can guarantee you they had

[06:11] these receipts, the 4990s that would have

[06:14] put Charlie Kirk behind bars.

[06:17] where the money actually went, I'm going to

[06:18] show you where it came from.

[06:20] Now, in 2016, TP USA had $7.8 million in

[06:24] revenue.

[06:24] By 2023, they inflated all the way to

[06:28] $132.4 million that we can count.

[06:32] That's A 1,597% increase,

[06:34] which is a 16x explosion already in the

[06:37] millions to start.

[06:38] That's just over seven years.

[06:40] And when did this explosion actually begin?

[06:42] And it began in 2018, the same year that

[06:45] Charlie Kirk met Erica.

[06:47] Before 2018, 7.8 million, slow, steady

[06:50] growth.

[06:51] After 2018, 14.8 million,

[06:54] 80.3 million,

[06:55] 106.5 million, 126.1 million,

[07:00] 132.4 million.

[07:02] And after he died,

[07:04] We don't even know what those numbers look

[07:05] like yet,

[07:06] but it's probably a lot more than double

[07:09] before he died.

[07:09] Now, some of you might remember Bill

[07:11] Montgomery.

[07:12] He was the original co-founder of TP USA

[07:15] alongside Charlie Kirk.

[07:16] And in 2018, right around the time of this

[07:18] explosion,

[07:20] Bill Montgomery was pushed out completely

[07:22] of the organization.

[07:24] The old guard was removed.

[07:26] The new money came in.

[07:27] flooded the board seats with new people,

[07:30] a whole apparatus of individuals that

[07:33] surrounded Charlie with new faces

[07:35] and a lot of hungry money.

[07:37] TPUSA became something very, very

[07:39] different.

[07:39] Now, let me ask you something.

[07:41] Do you remember

[07:42] what happened around January 6th, 2021? I'm

[07:45] sure you do.

[07:45] There's been lots of conversations about it.

[07:47] However, do you know about TPUSA?

[07:49] Because allegedly,

[07:51] TPUSA bused in people to Washington, DC,

[07:54] organized transportation, and they were

[07:55] deeply involved in the events leading up to

[07:58] that day.

[07:58] And when questions started being asked,

[08:00] when investigators started looking at TPUSA

[08:04] and who organized what, who funded what,

[08:06] who knew what, something interesting

[08:07] happened.

[08:08] Charlie Kirk and TPUSA completely went

[08:10] silent.

[08:11] The leadership shut up.

[08:13] They said nothing, literally.

[08:14] Where the Fifth was

[08:16] invoked, the Fifth Amendment, where

[08:17] questions weren't answered, where

[08:19] corporations' information was absolutely

[08:21] limited and restricted to beyond a

[08:23] reasonable reproach. And

[08:25] I'm not saying Charlie Kirk did anything

[08:27] illegal on January 6th.

[08:29] send people wherever you want if they're on

[08:31] their own will, of course.

[08:32] But what I am saying is that there's a

[08:33] pattern of behavior here that

[08:35] seems to be evasive.

[08:37] The legal maneuvering, the sudden silence,

[08:39] the pattern telling you something.

[08:41] And that's just one circumstance.

[08:42] And when Arctic Frost started to look into

[08:45] TPUSA's finances, he might have known

[08:47] exactly what they would find beyond

[08:49] anything that January 6th had to talk about.

[08:51] Every nonprofit in America files Form 990s

[08:54] with the IRS.

[08:56] We've looked at them on my channel.

[08:57] Anyone can look them up.

[08:59] Again, Form 990s go to ProPublica, go to

[09:02] The Form 990s show where the money comes

[09:04] from, where it went, who got paid, and what

[09:06] insider transactions may have occurred.

[09:12] put three years of prison onto your life.

[09:15] Not to mention the money. Every

[09:18] reported by TPUSA themselves

[09:25] their admissions.

[09:28] these insider alleged payments that I've

[09:31] found, let me show you something first that

[09:32] every American donor

[09:35] needs to understand and be sick about,

[09:40] TPUSA is an organization that claims to

[09:43] fight for American values,

[09:45] American workers,

[09:47] American interests,

[09:48] and has been sending to all these other

[09:50] people, entities, even 10s of thousands of

[09:53] dollars, if not way more than that, over

[09:56] various years, various filings

[09:58] to various

[09:59] other, other things.

[10:01] One, like the Experience Israel project,

[10:03] which I covered on my channel.

[10:04] I've traced close to

[10:07] $100,000

[10:07] just giving money away to Israel's.

[10:10] Show Faith by Works is what I think is

[10:13] they're giving money to.

[10:14] And you've seen this and it kind of came

[10:16] and went.

[10:17] But Show Faith by Works is filed under

[10:19] Pharaoh and they are an Israeli propaganda

[10:22] machine sent to act as a guise under

[10:25] Judeo-Christian values and work hand in

[10:27] hand with a corporation like TP USA.

[10:31] And turning point is funding and helping

[10:33] fund that organization.

[10:34] All right, you need to understand they are

[10:36] on their form 990s sending money to Israel

[10:39] for something called the Experience Israel

[10:42] Project, which is exactly what Show Faith

[10:44] by Works does.

[10:45] Whether or not it is Show Faith by Works,

[10:47] you shouldn't be sending money to a foreign

[10:49] government or a foreign country when you're

[10:52] supposed to be educating Americans on

[11:09] Turning Point USA because you believed in

[11:13] Your money went to multiple other

[11:14] countries, lined the pockets of other

[11:16] people, and Charlie got swarmed with

[11:18] greedy, money-hungry people that did not

[11:21] let him stop working.

[11:22] So he probably didn't even notice.

[11:24] Charlie may have not have been an angel,

[11:26] but I guarantee you that there was a lot

[11:28] more money flowing in and out of these

[11:29] people's pockets than he may have ever

[11:31] realized.

[11:32] And that's probably why he ordered a Doge

[11:34] effort.

[11:34] So the money that didn't leave the country,

[11:36] it went into the pockets of

[11:39] executives and TPUSA leadership.

[11:55] Hoffman is an Arizona state senator.

[11:58] Technology Committee, which means he

[12:00] oversees the exact regulations that

[12:02] govern drone corridors and 5G

[12:05] infrastructure in Arizona.

[12:06] You need to remember that.

[12:07] It's going to matter later today.

[12:08] It's going to matter later in my

[12:09] investigation.

[12:10] He's also the CEO of a company called Rally

[12:12] Forge and also 110 LLC.

[12:14] These are the firms that TP USA had used to

[12:17] run Facebook ads and other various digital

[12:20] operations.

[12:21] Now on April 26, 2024, an Arizona grand

[12:24] jury indicted Jake Hoffman with 9 felony

[12:27] accounts

[12:27] and also Tyler Boyer.

[12:29] Conspiracy, fraudulent schemes, forgery, he

[12:31] was one of Arizona's fake collectors

[12:33] And he signed documents claiming Donald

[12:35] Trump won the 2020 election in Arizona when

[12:38] they say he didn't.

[12:38] It's on paper.

[12:39] Trump pardoned him in November of 25

[12:42] for federal offenses. But

[12:43] here's what most people don't understand

[12:45] about a presidential pardon is that in

[12:47] Article 2, Section 2 of the Constitution, a pardon

[12:50] grants only federal offenses.

[12:52] A spokesperson for Arizona Attorney

[12:54] General, Chris Mayes, stated that pardons

[12:56] will have no impact on the state's case.

[12:59] As of right now, today, Jake Hoffman

[13:00] remains an active criminal defendant.

[13:03] So does Tyler Boyer in an Arizona state case.

[13:05] But the indictment isn't even the worst part.

[13:07] In October of 2020, Facebook permanently

[13:10] banned Riley Ford from their platform.

[13:12] And I want you to hear exactly what they

[13:13] called it.

[13:16] probably heard this word or this sentence

[13:18] spouted about the internet by now.

[13:20] What should make you

[13:21] pretty upset is that Turning Point, after

[13:23] all of this, continued to just pay out funds.

[13:26] They just kept paying.

[13:28] They kept giving millions of dollars to

[13:30] Jake Hoffman through Turning Point Action,

[13:32] Turning Point USA,

[13:33] like nothing ever happened.

[13:34] And while we're talking about Jake Hoffman,

[13:37] let me tell you

[13:38] about his PPP loans that we've covered

[13:40] already.

[13:40] During COVID, Rally Forge received Paycheck

[13:43] Protection Program loans, and these were

[13:45] supposed to help businesses that keep

[13:47] employees on payroll

[13:48] during the pandemic.

[13:49] According to ProPublica data and state

[13:51] government records, RallyForge reported

[13:53] having zero employees and salaries that

[13:55] don't match up with their actual

[13:57] operations.

[13:58] In fact, the year before that, they took in

[14:00] $1.8 million from Turning Point Action, and

[14:03] then they

[14:04] filed for

[14:05] $17,000 for a

[14:06] little bit of help during the

[14:09] pandemic after taking in $1.8 million.

[14:11] That was just one contract that we know about.

[14:13] from Turning Point Action.

[14:14] Company misrepresented their activities

[14:17] and their salary amounts to obtain a

[14:18] federal COVID grant. And

[14:20] then they got relief from it and didn't

[14:22] have to pay it back.

[14:23] Guess who paid that back?

[14:25] I'm sure you can guess.

[14:26] That's called loan fraud.

[14:27] That's a federal crime.

[14:28] And this is the guy that TPUSA paid over $7

[14:31] million to.

[14:32] But he's also got another company, 110 LLC,

[14:34] the same UPS mail address box as Rally

[14:37] Forge LLC.

[14:37] This company's received $4 million plus.

[14:41] 110 LLC received all of this money,

[14:44] but it was found voided by the state

[14:47] because they haven't paid just $552 in tax bills

[14:50] for their LLC costs.

[14:54] pay 500 bucks.

[16:36] She went from $180,000 a year to extracting

[16:39] over millions of dollars

[16:41] like 30x the amount of money she's making

[16:44] She's extracted more money than Wayne

[16:46] LaPierre from the NRA.

[16:48] That dude did federal time.

[16:49] He was banned from doing any type of

[16:51] business with nonprofits.

[17:32] they kept 2.1 million as a fee, I think

[17:35] anybody would want that job, right?

[17:45] fundraising job is that? And do the donors

[20:18] educating Americans on American values for young

[22:30] a $350,000 loan.

[22:31] The company's founder's life insurance

[22:33] policy is connected to that loan.

[22:38] the split dollar life insurance, the way

[22:40] the deal works out is however the

[22:42] corporation

[22:43] and the person who dies, whatever that deal is,

[22:46] it gets fulfilled on the death as long as

[22:49] you file within the proper timeframe.

[22:50] But what's crazier than that is that the

[22:52] FBI sees three companies from the same

[22:55] registered agent that was connected

[22:56] directly

[22:57] to North Korean money laundering,

[22:59] registered agents incorporated out of

[23:01] Sheridan, Wyoming.
