TPUSA Secretly Owned by Private Companies? New Corporate Filings Raise Alarming Questions

[00:03] This is kind of a call to action. I got

[00:06] some information that was sent to me in

[00:07] a tip and for obvious reasons they want

[00:10] to remain anonymous, but it's

[00:12] interesting. So if you guys can dig

[00:14] deeper into this and verify some of it

[00:16] and maybe get back to me. um especially

[00:18] wolves in finance. If you see this

[00:20] information, you might have already seen

[00:21] this. You might have already looked into

[00:23] this, but can you take the information

[00:25] you know and your expertise and dig a

[00:28] little bit further into this and let me

[00:29] know if there's something here and also

[00:32] let me know if any of that missing money

[00:34] went to this company. And this is the

[00:36] content from the email copied over so

[00:38] obviously I can hide their information.

[00:40] I spent the last 48 hours combing

[00:42] through official corporate filings and

[00:44] public records, and I found something

[00:45] interesting that I wanted to pass along

[00:46] to you and your team. Most people think

[00:48] donors and activists own the movement

[00:50] they support, but official records show

[00:52] a private for-profit company actually

[00:54] owns the technology behind Turning Point

[00:56] USA. It's called Super Feed

[00:58] Technologies, and it's a business, not a

[01:01] charity. Who runs the private company?

[01:04] According to the 22 annual reports, the

[01:06] board includes TPUSA's own COO, Tyler

[01:09] Ber and Erica's mother, Lori France.

[01:13] This is one of the pieces I need to be

[01:14] confirmed as well by you guys. They

[01:16] essentially sit on both sides of the

[01:18] contract between TPUSA and Superfeed.

[01:21] This is important because when you sign

[01:23] up for the TPUSA app, you aren't giving

[01:25] your data to a charity. You're giving it

[01:27] to Superfeed. The fine print in the app

[01:30] store shows that the private company

[01:31] owns the code and the user rights for

[01:33] the TPUSA app. And then they show here

[01:36] obviously this is the TPUSA app on their

[01:37] phone. And then if you come down here,

[01:40] so it used to be Turning Point USA, Inc.

[01:43] Now it is Super Feed Technologies Inc.

[01:46] And supposedly this is a company that is

[01:48] co-owned by Lorie France and Tyler Ber.

[01:51] And some people have mentioned that

[01:53] other information that links them

[01:54] together, other LLC's have been wiped

[01:56] from the internet and they're trying to

[01:58] hide that information. That's

[02:00] allegations. I'm just going off what

[02:01] other people are saying as well. They go

[02:03] on to say that it looks like they're

[02:05] moving everything over to this private

[02:06] structure. On the newer TPA action app,

[02:09] the seller in the app store isn't even

[02:10] listed as Turning Point anymore. It's

[02:12] directly Super Feed Technologies. If

[02:14] TPUSA ever tried to switch tech

[02:16] providers, they couldn't easily do it.

[02:18] Super Feed, which is again they're

[02:20] claiming it's Boyer and France. Lori

[02:23] owns the intellectual property. The

[02:25] movement is legally locked into a

[02:27] private business. I know you're looking

[02:29] into the microphone audio failure. You

[02:31] need to look at September 4th, 2025. On

[02:33] that day, 6 days before the hit, a

[02:36] Virginia based company firm called

[02:38] Integrity Security Services, ISS,

[02:41] registered in Arizona. That's over here.

[02:44] So now if you remember Brian Harpull's

[02:46] company was like Integrity Security

[02:49] Solutions or something similar, right?

[02:50] So is this just a spin-off company of

[02:53] that? The interesting part is this was

[02:56] created just before the incident and

[02:58] they provide the link. If I go over

[03:00] here, you can see it's listed. It's

[03:01] legitimate. It has its file number. It's

[03:04] in good standing. And it is filed in

[03:06] Arizona and domestic state is Delaware.

[03:09] And as we know, a lot of companies use

[03:11] Delaware for nefarious purposes in some

[03:14] cases, right? So coming over here,

[03:17] Integrity Security Services LLC, Arizona

[03:20] foreign. So it's a foreign Arizona. It's

[03:23] outside of Arizona. Has a file number

[03:24] and all that stuff here. So if you can

[03:26] dig more into that and verify all this

[03:28] information, that'd be great. And Wilson

[03:30] Finance, if you can see any kind of

[03:32] connections to this with the financials

[03:34] and stuff you're looking at, that would

[03:35] be great as well. And then you can see a

[03:37] little bit more information here,

[03:38] addresses and um registered agent,

[03:40] principal address and all that stuff.

[03:42] They go on to say this is not a guard

[03:44] company. ISS is a subsidiary of

[03:46] Greenhill Software. They specialize in

[03:49] overthe-air updates and embedded device

[03:51] security. Modern wireless audio gear

[03:53] runs on encrypted digital frequencies

[03:55] similar to the B2X tech ISS manages. If

[03:58] the microphone was tampered with,

[04:00] jammed, or remotely triggered via an

[04:03] electronic signal, it's possible that

[04:06] the firm like ISS would be hired because

[04:08] it specializes in remote device control.

[04:11] So, that's really interesting. So, then

[04:13] they asked the obvious question, why was

[04:15] a cyber physical security firm brought

[04:17] into the state just 144 hours before the

[04:20] event? The paper trail suggests the

[04:22] glitch might have been a professional

[04:23] digital modification. The other part of

[04:25] this is that the name Integrity Security

[04:29] indicates Harple theoretically, right?

[04:32] We know Brian Harple is allegedly being

[04:34] looked at for several different things.

[04:35] His involvement, he says he wasn't

[04:37] involved. Um, but the fact that this

[04:39] company happens to be named the same as

[04:41] this or similar to his security company

[04:44] is very interesting because as far as I

[04:46] knew, they didn't specialize in remote

[04:49] device control and electronics. They

[04:51] were a security company. So again, I

[04:53] just want to kind of bring this up to

[04:54] people dig a little bit further into

[04:56] this who has more uh savvy in this area.

[04:58] So again, Wilson Finance, I know you're

[05:00] really good at this stuff and you've dug

[05:01] into the financials. Can you see if this

[05:04] particular company here, file number

[05:06] 23877258

[05:08] with Integrity Security Services LLC for

[05:11] Arizona, can you dig into this and see

[05:13] if there's any relation between the

[05:15] money that might be allegedly missing or

[05:18] um large payments or anything like that

[05:20] that may have happened around that time?

[05:22] Again, this was only 144 hours before

[05:24] the event happened that this company was

[05:26] formed. So, this is uh a little

[05:28] suspicious, a little strange. I just

[05:30] want to bring this to your attention.

[05:33] of people, but I found it very
