277,000 devices.
And that's
the number that Andrew Colvet,
TP USA's executive producer,
announced on Fox News just 12 days after
Charlie Kirk was killed.
Our partners that do sort of geo-tagging
with devices, they told us that they
tracked over 277,000 devices in the
vicinity of State Farm Stadium in Glendale,
Arizona.
277,000.
He was bragging about their technology and
their geo-fencing capabilities, basically
their ability to to track 277,000
Americans, young
voters, donors, people willing to show up
for the cause of Charlie Kirk.
That means their locations, their
movements, their patterns.
And I need to show you who
actually built that technology because it
wasn't Turning Point USA and it wasn't even
an American company.
The voter turnout app that tracked a
quarter million people at Charlie Kirk's
memorial service was built in
Kiev, Ukraine by Ukrainian developers.
And they still have access to the very back
end that they're using for this product today.
I have the I have the corporate filings.
I have the job postings.
I have LinkedIn profiles.
I've got questions that nobody at TP USA is
willing to answer.
And honestly, nobody's really
raised these questions. So
let's start asking some more questions.
Who was I on fire for this one?
Like, subscribe, hit that notification bell.
Buckle up your seat belts because this is
going to get wild.
Let's run this.
So let's start with the app itself.
This is the official Turning Point USA app.
And if you go download it right now,
which I don't know if I'd recommend that
because then you're going to be putting
yourself
in their ecosystem, their data tracking
harvesting system.
But if you look at the bottom of any
screen, it says 2020 Superfeed Technologies
Incorporated, not Turning Point USA.
It says Superfeed Technologies.
This is a private, for-profit company,
Delaware Corporation, which is registered
as a foreign, for-profit company in
Arizona.
Look at the board of directors.
Tyler Boyer, chairman of Super Feed,
also on the board of Turning Point USA,
Turning Point Action.
Lori Franz V, Charlie Kirk's mother-in-law.
Austin Smith, Turning Point Action
director.
Jeff DeWitt, former Arizona GOP chairman.
The one caught on tape offering Carrie Lake
money to drop out of the Senate race.
That tape was recorded while both of them
worked super feed.
So the people running Turning Point USA
also own the private company that owns
Turning Point USA's technology stack. The COO
or
board member or whatever Tyler Boyer wants
to call himself this year, chairs for the
for-profit company that holds intellectual
property of Turning Point USA and their
entities.
Charlie Kirk's mother-in-law
sits on the board of the company that
controls the nonprofit's core
infrastructure.
Where things get interesting is in the
section of the Form 990 where you disclose
payment to contractors over 100,000 bucks.
Mosaic Event Productions, $3.9 million.
Various others vendors are listed.
Super Feed Technologies, zero.
Zero? Really?
Is that what you want to go with?
Okay.
2023, zero.
2024, still zero.
The company that owns the copyright to
primary technology platforms
of your information, your data, your
location, your geo
fencing,
your geolocation.
They can cross-track you across multiple
applications.
They know where you live.
They know what you've done on the internet.
Everything is seen by Superfeed
Technology's stack, okay?
When I say stack, I just mean all of their
applications and all of the back-end and
front-end
software that they're utilizing for their
company.
Tyler Boyer's explanation posted on Twitter
when someone asked about this says,
I donated hundreds of hours of free labor
and wireframes to the private company.
Donated to the private company that he
chairs,
While employed as a COO
of the nonprofit organization that is
donating this time.
Because remember, if you're
donating,
then you got to donate something.
You're donating your time, apparently,
which time is money.
We all know that.
Time is money.
That when you're salaried by a nonprofit,
your work belongs to that nonprofit.
That's how employment works.
Time equals money, baby.
So how do you donate work you did on a
nonprofit with time to a private company
that you control? And if Boyer donated his
labor, who paid for everything else? The
servers, the developers, the
infrastructure, because
TPUSA is saying they didn't, at least not
according to the IRS records that they filed.
Now, in October of 2024, Notice published
an investigation.
Trump voter turnout app made in Ukraine.
This is N Cube, software development firm,
UK Incorporated Development Center in Kiev.
This is a job posting from March 2024 at N
Cube hiring for development improvement
of an existing app that enables users to
control and sort out news, information and
social media content.
Location, says Kiev.
So seven months before the 2024 election,
they were still actively hiring Ukrainian
developers
to work on this platform.
And here's
what's so wild is that NQ published an
article about maintaining operations during
Russian missile attacks.
They deployed Starlink satellite internet,
diesel generators, and some developers
were lucky enough to be relocated to
western Ukraine.
Others stayed in Kiev suburbs while the
city was being bombed.
They kept building an American voter
turnout software application through an
active war zone.
Now, look, I have nothing against the
Ukrainian people.
In fact, I have a client in Ukraine and I
love that person.
I think he's a great man and they're
fighting for their country.
The developers are probably talented
engineers doing their jobs.
Nothing against that.
But I have questions about the decision
making right here.
Why is an America first organization
outsourcing voter data
infrastructure to a country in the middle
of a war with Russia?
Why wasn't this disclosed to donors, to app
users, to anyone? When you download the
TPUSA app and give it location permission,
did anyone tell you that Ukrainian
developers in Kiev would have access to
that back-end data? The App Store
disclosure says data may be used to track
you across apps and websites owned by other
companies.
It doesn't mention that the developers
maintaining the systems are in an active
war zone being targeted by Russian
intelligence operations.
And here's the thing, Ukraine
isn't just at war with Russia.
It's one of the most heavily penetrated
countries on the entire planet for cyber
operations.
Russian hackers, Western intelligence,
everyone's operating there. So
your location data and your movement
patterns, your political activities sitting
on infrastructure maintained by developers
in Kiev for an organization that constantly
talks about election integrity and foreign
interference and
all of this seems like it's a significant
vulnerability to just not mention. Now,
If you were watching
Candace Owens recently, she actually came
out and told us about Tyler Boyer and a
little bit about his background, because
this is super relevant here.
In 2013, Tyler Boyer posted a photo of
himself with a Ukrainian orphan
named Natalia.
She doesn't,
he says in the post, or his wife says in
the post, current wife says in the post
that she doesn't speak English, Natalia.
And he claims to be helping
through an adoption agency program, helping
her because he speaks Russian.
I can show you that photo, actually.
We have that photo
somewhere, Skylar.
Can we pull up that photo of that post?
Great, here we go.
Just so you guys know we're not making this up.
This was posted by his wife.
This is Natalia.
She is 12 years old, and she's an orphan
from Ukraine.
She's staying with my friend Aubrey
and her family for the holidays through an
adoption agency program.
She does not speak English, so Tyler was
able to go and talk with her in Russian
for over an hour tonight.
She was shy at first, but by the end of the
visit, she was hugging him.
and asked him not to leave.
It was a wonderful yet heartbreaking
experience.
All at the same time, it makes me so
grateful for all that we have.
Thank you to the OBS Report
for letting us be a part of Natalia's stay.
Boyer spent two years as an LDS Latter-day
Saints missionary.
He spent that time in Russia,
starting in 2005.
According to him, his first area was the
closest Latter-day Saints congregation in
Ukraine's border.
The Don River Basin, which is now contested
territory in the Russian-Ukraine war, is
where he was at.
He told the Salt Lake Tribune that the
mission gave him tools, training, and a
drive for political organizing.
What do you mean, bro? You're talking about
going to Ukraine and Russia for
motivation to do political organizations,
Tyler speaks
fluent Russian.
He studied Russian at Arizona State.
He served as a mission near the
Ukraine border.
He maintains contacts on both sides of the
Donbas region, according to his own
statements.
And he's the chairman of the company that
outsources American voter data technology
to Kiev.
Look, I'm not saying that this is illegal.
I'm not accusing him of working for a
foreign government, but for an organization
that positions itself as America first.
Don't you think that the donors and the
people using that application should know
that the very guy controlling their
technology infrastructure speaks fluent
Russian,
served in the region now at the very center
of Russia-Ukraine conflicts, chose to
outsource development
to that exact location, and never disclosed
any of this publicly? Wouldn't it be
interesting if that was the case, that he
didn't disclose all of this information
purposefully?
And if there's an innocent explanation
here, great, explain it.
But the silence is what concerns me.
Actually, the lack of saying anything
and allegations of anything, you know, if
you feel like you don't
owe it to the American people that have
made the very person that you are today,
then I don't know what the heck you think
you're doing talking about America first
and America agenda this and that, because
this doesn't look like an America first
agenda to me.
I guarantee you, anybody who watches this
video is going to agree.
If not, then fine,
whatever.
I don't care.
because the truth needs to come out and I'm
going to pull on every single thread until
I find the exact reason for every single
thing that's been going on behind TPUSA.
The money,
the data, the infrastructure,
every single person working around and with you,
trust me, the whole house is going to be
found out.
Lori Franzvi,
Charlie Kirk's mother-in-law, Superfeed
board member.
Her background is in security technology
and she founded companies called AZ Tech, G Tech,
E3 Tech.
The website claims 8,000 plus vulnerability
assessments in 32 two countries.
Technology vetted by the DOD, Department of
Defense, post 9-11 to support US war
fighters.
I tried to verify those claims.
Trust me, I tried.
Maybe I'm just not that good at research, but
I searched USA spending.gov
for federal contracts for E3 tech,
GTEC, AZ tech international.
Nothing came up.
European tenders database.
They usually have something like this if
they needed it.
Nothing.
UN procurement, nothing.
And I wrote scripts in Python to go look
on the back end in case I was missing
something on the front.
I couldn't find anything.
The only thing I can confirm
is that E3 Tech has a CAGE code, which
means that they're registered as a
potential government contractor, but
registration isn't the same as actually
having contracts.
So maybe those contracts are classified.
Maybe they're through subcontractors.
Maybe there's
documentation that I can't find.
But here's what I can verify is that
Charlie Kirk's mother-in-law sits on the
board of a private company that owns the
nonprofit's technology infrastructure,
the technology that was collected as data
on 277,000 Americans.
And that was just one time that they
admitted to.
And this was built by Ukrainian developers
with zero disclosed payments on the tax
returns.
So when Charlie Kirk sends a letter on
September 2nd demanding A Doge style audit,
September 2nd audit was demanded.
And then on the 10th, 8 days later, he's
assassinated.
What would that audit have revealed about
Superfeed, about the payments that don't
appear on the 990s, about the ownership
structure, about
who's actually controlling this data.
Superfeed Technologies has raised
approximately $1.82 million according to
SEC Form D filings.
January, 2021, a quarter million dollar
equity investment from Michael Gibbons,
which is an Ohio banker.
Why is all these
rich people coming out of Ohio? I
was talking with Mr.
Letko on the live stream earlier today.
And I'm just like, what, Ohio again?
Something else came up about Ohio.
Then they go to Arizona.
So there's their seed capital.
That's startup money.
That doesn't pay for years of ongoing
development, though, servers, maintenance,
updates.
TPUSA has an 80 plus $1,000,000 annual
budget.
They've spent millions on events,
consultants, all kinds of vendors that
appear on the 990, but
the company that owns their core technology
platform, the one tracking hundreds of
thousands of users, if not millions at this
point, I'm sure millions,
Zero disclose.
So either
they're paying Superfeed through some
mechanism that doesn't require 990
disclosure, because remember, in order to
get all of this infrastructure, operations,
developers,
$1,000,000 is not going to carry you for
eight years.
It just won't barely get you through
quarter one.
So this raises the question, Superfeed is
providing services essentially for free.
All of this infrastructure and everything,
I mean, Ukraine might be cheap, but it's
not that cheap, not for eight years.
Why would a for-profit company do that?
What's the actual business model then?
How are they making money? The money is then,
okay, and then there's another option is
that the money is flowing but not being
properly reported,
which would be a serious compliance issue,
especially for American
voter turnout applications and media
apparatus.
I don't know what any of this
is true or not,
but all of these questions deserve answers.
The Daily Beast reported that Turning Point
Action used Superfeed's TP Action app
extensively, but never reported payments to
the company on Federal Election Commission
filing.
Election attorney James Barton told them
undisclosed free services would be a
violation of state contribution rules.
So we have potential campaign finance
violations on top of the non-profit
disclosure questions.
And let me be specific about the data that
we're talking about.
The TP USA app requests precise location
GPS coordinates,
background location access,
device identifiers, contact list access.
If iPhone's got it,
they've got it.
Okay, that's what I'm trying to say.
The privacy disclosure confirms data may be
used to track you across apps and websites
owned by other companies.
Geofencing creates virtual boundaries
around physical locations.
When you use your phone and it enters those
boundaries, the app logs it,
saves it,
and when you leave, it logs it and saves
that too, and then pings whatever
information needs to be sent out to
wherever it goes.
Ukraine, I guess.
So they geofenced Charlie Kirk's memorial
service and admitted it and tracked over a
quarter million people and their devices.
They've geofenced churches, TPUSA events,
polling locations.
The data shows that where you go,
when you go there, how long you stay, what
your patterns are, and who else was at the
same locations, and everything else between
before and after.
As soon as you get that
as soon as you enter that location.
All of that is mapped.
For political targeting, this is gold.
You can identify voters by their behavior,
church goers, rally attendees,
people who frequent certain businesses.
Look, if you don't know about data
harvesting and black market data sales,
think about this.
If you were to go and want to buy political
information or political donor data,
What is more valuable than knowing exactly
their age, their location, when they show
up to an event that shows commitment? That
means that they're a high value target.
People who
are...
just sitting on this data on infrastructure
maintained by developers in Kiev, in
Ukraine,
in the middle of a war zone in Russia,
where over a million people have died,
presumptively.
Now, I want to be fair here.
Lots of tech companies
use offshore developers, and it's common
practice in the data industry and the
developer industry.
But most of these companies aren't handling
politically sensitive location data on
American voters.
And most of these companies disclose their
development arrangements to their users.
TPUSA has not.
If you're a young conservative who
downloaded this app, because maybe you went
to a Charlie Kirk event,
you saw a QR code, you scanned it,
bam, you're in the system.
Say you went to America Fest, who used it
to organize your campus or something like
that, or you went to an event, again,
you had no idea your data was flowing
through Ukrainian infrastructure.
That's the problem.
Not that Ukraine is bad.
It's that you weren't told and that they're
in the middle of a
technologically advanced Russian
intelligence
operation
that's always constantly hacking Ukrainian
infrastructure in order to gain
upside on Ukraine and Americans
and their militaries so
best believe if they're hacking American
and Ukrainian military
operations you're
You don't think that they're going to be
able to hack some Ukrainian developer
working off a diesel generator in the
middle of the suburbs of Ukraine or in the
middle of downtown Kiev?
Come on, bro.
Give me a break.
So step back and look at the full picture.
Turning Point USA builds a technology
platform, but instead of owning it
directly, they create a private for-profit
company that's foreign
They haven't filled out a FARA request,
F-A-R-A.
Tyler Boyer is co-owner and chairman of the
for-profit foreign company.
The founder's mother-in-law joins the board.
The founder of TPUSA's mother-in-law, now
CEO mother, massive conflict of interest.
I've already covered the money.
All right, I've already covered the fact
that there's a massive conflict of interest
here in my last few videos and my live
streams.
The for-profit company outsources
development to Ukraine.
Ukrainian developers in Kiev build and
maintain the system through an act of war
for eight years straight or six years or
whatever it is.
The nonprofit shows zero payments to the
for-profit on tax filings.
So the for-profit's chairman says he
donated his labor.
Come on, man.
What do you think, we're stupid?
The app tracks hundreds of thousands of
Americans, bro.
Location data, movement patterns, political
activity, when and where and how much and
everything in between.
And the founder demanded a financial audit
and he's killed
eight days later.
I'm not saying that these are connected,
but I am saying that the facts exist in
this sequence.
The Superfeed arrangement predates
Charlie's death by multiple years.
The Ukraine outsourcing started in 2018, so
whatever concerns Charlie had in September
of 2025,
this structure was already in place.
So the question remains, what would that
audit have found and why haven't they
persisted?
Would it have revealed where the actual
payments went?
Would it have revealed exposed ownership
structure to public scrutiny?
Would it have forced disclosure of the
Ukraine connection? We don't know because
that audit hasn't happened.
What would have happened here? Because
we're looking at GGLF, life insurance
policy with a loan taken out on Charlie
Kirk's life,
donated money
to this
entity of TPUSA that gave a loan,
and then they never paid it back, at least
that we can see.
And then it doesn't even have Charlie
Kirk's name on the filing.
And also not only that, the registration
LLC that's filing this company's
organization, like there's so much stuff
going on here, guys.
I think that there is way more
that we don't even know and haven't even
talked about
that most likely is still there to be
uncovered.
I mean, I'm not here to accuse anybody of
crimes, but I don't see any evidence.
I don't see,
I don't have evidence of legit crimes,
except for maybe working with a foreign
company, foreign developers building a
foreign for-profit application
without filing a FERA
document for the United States government
so that we know that a foreign entity is
working on American donor applications.
And I have documents that raise questions
like, where did the money actually go?
And if TPUSA didn't pay Superfeed on the books,
who funded the development? We need to see
the receipts.
Why Ukraine of all that places to
outsource?
Why choose a country in the middle of a war?
Was it just cheap labor or was there
another reason?
This could be answered easily,
but we need an explanation, not just
another reason or
it was cheap labor because I'm telling you,
investment does not cede
8 years of development.
Not for anything like this.
Some people charge a quarter $1,000,000 for
a five page website.
Trust me, I've seen people get grifted like that.
You don't think that they're going to come
after TPUSA to try to get his million,
like TPUSA is paying
$9 million for one year to
one, whatever company's media apparatus
that they're doing.
You think that
this Superfeed technology data harvesting
media application
only cost $1,000,000 and then not disclosed
on any books?
And it's built specifically for TPUSA.
So what is the actual business relationship
here? If Superfeed owns the intellectual
property but isn't getting paid,
what's the deal?
What does Superfeed get out of this?
Because sounds to me like it gets out of
this, the data.
And what's crazy is that data is being fed
through the backend to Ukraine in the war
zone of Russia.
Who has access to this data?
Do we even know? Do you even know? If
you're TPUSA and you're Tyler Boyer,
do you even know? And if you do, what do
you know?
Where is that data? Who's hacked your
system? Have you done any bug crawls to see
if your system is even safe?
For this type of political information that's
sensitive data,
if there's one thing I know,
if you aren't working on an air-gapped
local inference system, you're at risk, and
that means that every single person's
information, which could be millions,
using this application.
Their information is also at risk.
How many Ukrainian developers can see
American voter information right now? What
security protocols are actually in place?
And the big one is, what would Charlie's
audit actually have revealed? These aren't
conspiracy theories.
They're basic governance questions that any
nonprofit should be able to answer.
Any for-profit,
any company, really.
And if the answers are innocent, then
answer them.
Release the financial records, disclose the
payments, actually talk about,
listen,
Tyler Boyer, I know that you're not coding
all of this stuff and coming up with
infrastructure in your brain and then just
verbally telling it over Zoom to some
Ukrainian developers that don't speak
English.
So I know that you're speaking Russian to
these people and
they're not building it for free, bro.
We know this.
They're not building it for,
what, $1,500 a month split between two,
three, four people.
I know that too.
So the silence is what makes this
suspicious and the refusal to address any
of this information that I've addressed in
the last four or five videos, live streams,
what have you,
is what's suspicious here in the changing
of subject or telling people to stop
and shut up or calling us clowns because
we're asking significant questions about
Charlie Kirk's murder.
It's like, you guys don't even care.
You just want to keep collecting your data,
keep funneling those checks, keep keeping
the LLCs running, moving that money, baby,
The money train is keeps on moving.
It's actually gotten fatter as well.
Surprised it hasn't fallen off the tracks yet.
I'm not here to do anything malicious to
you guys,
but the hard questions are here now, okay?
Nobody wanted to ask the super, super hard
questions, dive all the way in.
So here I am on the deep end of the pool, 9
feet deep.
Come join me, bro.
Come hang out.
Water's warm.
I started this investigation following the money.
$20 million plus in insider dealings,
self-dealings,
GGLF life insurance structure, Baker Tilly
audit problems out the wazoo,
and I keep finding more threats to pull on.
Superfeed Technologies, the Ukrainian
connection, the $0 disclosures, the
conflicts of interest,
built into the corporate structure itself.
It's not one thing, it's a pattern, a
pattern of insiders controlling assets, of
payments that don't appear on filings,
or payments that are appearing in one way
and then distorted in another, or sent out
this way and coming out that way.
It's a pattern of decisions made without
pure transparency for a non-profit that's
being subsidized by American voters.
That's what this is.
It's a pattern, okay?
I'm a pattern detector.
Charlie Kirk built TP USA.
He raised hundreds of millions of dollars.
He built the largest conservative youth
organization in America.
And 8 days after demanding to see where all
that money went, he was dead.
I don't know what happened to Charlie.
I don't know who killed him or why,
but whatever we're being told is not the truth.
I know that.
I know that much for sure.
What we're being told is not the truth.
And I know that the questions he was
asking deserves to be answered.
I know that this organization owes those
answers to every single donor,
every single member, every young
conservative who trusted them, and they
ultimately owe it to Charlie.
All these Americans had their locations
tracked and are currently being tracked
right now by this very same technology
built in Ukraine, controlled by insiders.
And there's no disclosure being tracked at
all whatsoever.
And if that doesn't concern you, I have no
idea what will.
Kirk, Kirk.
We will never forget you.
You spoke your truth.
They silenced your voice.
We got the mic now, big dog.
