Video Transcript
So before we begin, I want to be really clear about what this video is about and what it's not about. What you're about to hear are allegations. Allegations. So interpretations of public documents and online evidence that is presented by the channel Wolves and Finance. So some of these claims are unverified and some of these claims may ultimately end up being wrong altogether. So my role here is not to declare guilt but to analyze patterns of power, manipulation, and accountability using a psychological trauma-informed framework. Now, I am not a therapist. I'm not a researcher. I'm just somebody who lived through psychological child abuse for 20 years. And I'm coming at it from a really intimate perspective of knowing and manipulation and spotting it where others might not. So just because the truth just because the truth is you don't need certainty of guilt to justify scrutiny. Let me let me rephrase that. You need reasonable concern, conflicting evidence, and a lack of transparency um to justify scrutiny. But I am not accusing anyone of guilt in this video. I need to make that very clear. So we're going to be going through Wolves in Finance recent video. If you guys have been here for a while, um, hi on the live chat. Uh, I made a video last week. I think it was exactly a week ago because Wolves and Fightings got a cease and assist letter last week. Um, and now here we are a week later and he has not let up. So, he opens today's video by saying that they received a season assist last week, which we know. And now receiving a cease and desist does not prove wrongdoing. I want to make that clear. Large or organizations often send cease and desist letters all the time as a riskmanagement strategy. And psychologically speaking, cease and desist letters can function very effectively as a threatbased compliance tool. You you get a threat in the mail of a cease and assist, they entice fear. They're not inviting some, you know, pleasant dialogue or offering much clarity. They're saying, "We have power. You have risk. Be quiet." They're meant in a lot of time to get you to stop talking. And I mentioned in my other video about this season that he received. I thought it was [snorts] interesting that he's a financial analyst and he was analyzing their finances. So, more to be said on that throughout today's video. Anyway, and it is true that in systems that later turn out to be abusive or corrupt, this is often the first move to shut people down. First move is often not transparency at all, but um intimidation. No explanations, just intimidation. Of course, that doesn't prove that TPUSA committed fraud, but it does tell us something important about how power is being exercised by this organization. I've clipped parts of Wolves and Finance's 45minute long video, and I would encourage you to head over to his channel and watch the full video because it's worth watching. Um, however, I do want to take a look at some of these clips. But before we do, actually, I want to show you something which is often used with coercive control and domestic violence. It's called the power and control wheel. Let me know in the chat if you guys have um ever heard of that before. But this one is adapted particularly for the workplace, the workplace power and control wheel. Now, if we look at this, you will see that um I just want to make you aware of this as we go through all of this. um the stuff going on with TPUSA. So they use coercion and threats, intimidation, emotional abuse like put downs, silent treatments, name calling. They use isolation, that's a big one. They minimize, deny, and blame, making light of their actions. Accusing the target of hyper sensitivity. They use others to create conflict. for instance and they use two other very important mechanisms which is one super supervisory privilege they take credit for the target's work treat them like a servant or withhold necessary instruction or feedback and economic abuse so threats of demotion dismissal to control target um these are all very common when you have course of control in the workplace. So, I just wanted to show people that if you might not be um aware of that. Another thing that I wanted to point out at the at the start, which we might come back to later in the video, is this handy dandy little acronym. So with coercive control and narcissistic abuse, this is a very common tactic that leaves victims confused and questioning their own reality. So it's called Tarvo. Let me make it on big screen. It stands for deny, attack, reverse, victim, and offender. And I'm pointing all this out to you so that you can recognize it today in these clips. So deny. The first thing the perpetrator does is deny the harm they have caused. Obviously, usually people with a personality disorder cannot take accountability. Ask me how I know. My parent uh yeah, never took accountability. I was raised by a parent like this. Second thing they do is they attack. They attack the victim, their credibility, and their sanity as well as any allies they may have. And then the key part here is they reverse victim and offender roles. This is the real crazym part. So they center themselves as the victim and you the true victim as the offender because you know the abuse was really unfair to you. So I wanted to present that Darvo acronym and the power and control wheel for workplaces. I couldn't find one for institutions. That was the closest I could come. Before we get into this video, because it's important to be aware of, without further ado, let's take a look at wolves and finances. Oh, by the way, hi. I'm Maddie for anyone who's new to my channel. Um, I basically talk about uh child psychological abuse, manipulation, problems with families, and social and political issues. is I hope to educate the public about the certain term of child psychological abuse that I went through for 20 years starting around the age of eight and nine. Uh my mom went on a campaign to destroy my loving relationship with my dad. And because of her lies, false allegations and horror stories and other tactics, I I believed he was evil and didn't love me to be frank for 20 years. You guys, I rejected my dad for 20 years. And 4 years ago, it was like waking out of a out of a delusion that had been imposed on me. I woke up out of this delusion and realized, "Oh my god, this is what happened. My mom has manipulated me this whole entire time. I rejected my dad with no good reason. How could this have been my life?" And so now, um, I have a great relationship with my dad, uh, and my stepmom. Um, I unfortunately have no relationship with my mom and I educate the public about this. You you wouldn't believe how many families worldwide experience the experience this heartbreaking form of child psychological abuse day in and day out. I get hundreds of messages every day from parents and children alike who have gone through so much trauma and suffering because of this. So if you're if this is resonating with you or you think I want to know more about this, my channel is full of information that can hopefully point you in the right direction. Without further ado, let's get into it. >> Last week, I received a cease and desist letter from Turning Point. This is the first step in a lawsuit. If I post this video, Turning Point will likely sue me and try to destroy my life. I have a choice to make. I can speak the truth, but it will cost me everything I have. the corrupt turning. >> I gotta say right off the bat, like hats off to you. Hats off to this guy. They are they have now raised a 200 $250 million. They are a powerful financially backed organization. So proud of him the way he opened that video because that's the truth. They will try to destroy his life now. They will. And they might. I'm not going to make any oxygenations. I got to be really careful here. But I don't know what they will do or what what type of um tactics they may use. But wolves in Finance, that is amazing that you suck up for yourself and that you're so dedicated to telling the truth. Amazing. >> Point. What is going on at Turning Point is so much worse than anything I've talked about so far. It is so bad that it would implicate the entire leadership at turning point and it has to do with ballot harvesting. I want to start by addressing some criticism. Since I started posting videos about financial irregularities at Turning Point, I have been viciously attacked. Robert Barnes went on a podcast called Paramount Tactical and they discussed a letter that was allegedly sent from the IRS to Turning Point. All right. So, that is just kind of the tip of the iceberg as far as the allegations I know that uh Wolves and Finances have kind of brought to the four against TPUSA. And Robert, I know I actually got some of the documents uh the letter from the IRS to Erica Kirk and TPUSA that talks about what their situation is as regards to the IRS. This letter has been floating around and reported on by mainstream news outlets like CBS, except the letter itself has never been shown until Paramount Tactical's podcast. In fact, I'm guessing he was not supposed to show this to his audience because it is quite shocking. It is a two-page letter on Department of the Treasury letterhead. It says it is responding to a request from Erica Kirk. It says one, there is no IRS investigation currently underway on Turning Point. Two, all four 990 forms were filed by May 15, 2025. Three, the next year's forms will be filed by May 15th, 2026. The letter is signed by Treasury Secretary Scott Basant. Paramount Tactical is presenting this letter as some kind of evidence that there is no fraud at Turning Point. That is ridiculous for a number of reasons. We all know this because all of us deal with the IRS. We all know this is not normal behavior. Have any of you ever received a letter from the IRS saying, "Just letting you know, we're not doing an investigation on you." >> I want to point out what Celtic Girl is saying first for a moment. TPUSA total incomplete bullies. She says they're picking on a tiny YouTube channel. He only had 20,000 subscribers at the time of the cease and desist letter. Um, so he has a lot of subscribers now, but that's important to keep in mind. He was a very small channel, much like myself. Um, also, okay, so this is important. The IRS letter, a central claim in this video is involving this IRS letter, um, allegedly being sent on the Department of Treasury letterhead stating that TPUSA is not under IRS investigation. And he's right. He really I mean I think he's right. I do think it's reasonable to question this letter. After all, the IRS does not typically issue reassurance letters saying we are not investigating you. Don't worry. Don't worry. You're in the clear this year. At least I I've never received any type of letter like that. Let me know in the comments. Have you guys received any type of letter like that? Also, um he's going to talk about this, but I think the Treasury Secretary's signature on um individualized nonprofit correspondence, I think that is unusual in and of itself. I also think it's very unusual to have a handwritten edit on an official correspondence letter. All of this unusual. Um, so to me, the involvement of the Treasury Secretary and the handwritten edits on the official letterhead, all of that, and the fact that they said it at all, you know, you're in the clear. You're we're not investigating you. It definitely raises questions. It does. What do you guys think? I think it raises valid questions. >> No, of course you have not because the IRS does not do this and it's not coming from the IRS. The letter is signed by the Treasury Secretary Scott Basant. To me, this looks more like a political favor to Donald Trump's personal friends than a legitimate IRS communication. Second, the wording in this letter does not mean anything. Just because the IRS is not investigating does not mean there is no fraud going on. This does not mean that donors cannot sue Turning Point to get their money back. This does not mean that state attorney generals cannot file criminal charges against Turning Point executives. This letter does not disprove my concerns about their finances. And what is this? What is this? At the top of the page, someone has crossed out Mrs. Kirk and wrote in Erica. It looks like someone is proofreading Scott Bass's letter. Who could that be? I have reviewed so many White House documents and in my opinion that handwriting looks like it was written by Donald Trump. If you compare it to other samples of his writing, he does a Okay, I got to zoom in here for you guys. So, his signature is very uh distinct. It's very pointy. The P is a huge point at the end. His signature you you would notice that anywhere. Um the other writing, yeah, he it seems like he writes in all caps, but you know what? Regardless of we can analyze his writing all day. Okay, I want to slow down here because I think that there is possibly a leap being made from, you know, this doesn't add up. This doesn't this doesn't add up. This is all very stranged leaping from that to this proves that Donald Trump is involved. And I am not defending Donald Trump. do not like the guy um or his administration, but I want to be careful here because I um I don't know that he can really make that claim. Handwriting comparison, if you're not an expert, I think is a lot of speculation. So, I'm not going to even try to compare it. And the other point is that um claims of impeachment level evidence require forensic validation. I'm not saying it couldn't be Donald Trump Trump's handwriting. I'm just saying there's no way for him to know that. So I don't want to focus too much on it. I know that's probably like the big bombshell of this video that people are like, "Oh my god, what if it's Donald Trump?" I don't think any of us can know one way or the other, honestly. So that's what I have to say about that >> consistent method where he writes a name dash name dash name dash. The K is very much like this K. >> He goes into that with the name dash name dash name dash. Okay. There is also a possibility that someone could have in could have um faked Donald Trump's signature. Yeah, Lizzie. Oh, come on. Anyone could fake a signature, especially I. Exactly. So there's no way to know if that was Donald Trump, if that was AI, if that was someone else faking his his style of writing. There's no way to know. >> The E is written the same way as this W. This handwriting looks like it belongs to Donald Trump. This letter does not look like it came from the IRS. It looks like it came from the President of the United States. Do you understand what this means? This is the only document the Democrats need to impeach President Trump. This looks like the president's handwriting on official letterhead of him interfering in an IRS investigation of his personal friends. Let me remind you of Richard Nixon. Nixon faced impeachment charges for interfering with the FBI investigation into the Watergate scandal. The main evidence was secret tape recordings of conversations in the Oval Office. Donald Trump is doing the same thing with the IRS investigation, but this time we have what looks like his handwriting on official letterhead. It looks like the White House is now part of the coverup at Turning Point. >> I do not think you can make that claim with just that handwriting alone. Let me give some free accounting advice to Donald Trump. You get this one for free, Donald. Stop writing letters like this. Why isn't he distancing himself from this scandal? I highly doubt that Donald Trump was aware of what Tyler Boyer was doing behind the scenes. But now with this letter, Donald Trump looks like he's getting involved. And I'm saying this as someone who likes Donald Trump. And this letter deeply bothers me. >> This is a reach, you guys. Am I the only one who thinks this is a total reach? This is a reach. Um, I will say though, I will say I was really disappointed by Donald Trump's reaction to Charlie Kirk's death. I will say that. I thought his initial reaction lackluster, you know. I thought his speech at the memorial, it was very very uh tonedeaf. He was talking about his the election fraud. He was talking about his own plans for his administration. He didn't seem to have any true emotion about the loss of Charlie Kirk, who was largely responsible for getting young people to vote Donald Trump into office. I would have expected and did expect um much more emotion from him. That was off to me. Very off to me. >> People have a right to be upset about this. Turning Point has been raising millions of dollars from donations. Most people don't know what has been happening with the donations. I received a message from someone named Margaret. Like many other people, she donated money to Turning Point USA because she was moved by Charlie Kirk's death. She was told if she gave a donation that she would receive a hat as part of their fundraising effort. Here is the message. Thank you for your contribution to TurningPoint USA with the official Turning Point email address and it says shipping of your hat could take up to 10 to 12 weeks. She donated on September 16th. 12 weeks would have been the second week in December. Margaret has never received a hat. Instead, she received this card with a rubber bracelet. Okay, guys. I gotta admit, at first I was watching this and my reaction was like, really? This is what we're going to talk about? Receiving a bracelet instead of a hat? Really? This is this is the explosive re revelation. But then I thought more about it and I realized that this is a lot deeper than merchandise. It's not really about the merchandise at all. It's about the trust that people had in this organization. So, it actually becomes one of the most compelling parts in the video to me, the donor complaints. Um, people who gave money expecting a promised item like a hat and instead receive something else weeks later or nothing at all. Um, and so I I want to like talk more about this because he skims through it pretty quickly. So TPUSA, it's not just an organization. It's an identitybased movement. When you donate to TPSA or join a chapter or start a chapter of a turning point on your college campus or your high school, you are signaling something about your identity. To belong is to be conservative and to be Christian at the very least. And in an identitybased movement or organization, donations are not just transactional. They involve more than money. They're a symbolic affiliation at the very least. And so when promises from that organization that you have bought into uh are broken, supporters will experience not just um not just hurt or an injury, but they will experience actual betrayal. Not just mild disappointment, they will experience betrayal. That kind of injury and betrayal often leads to silence, shame, and even self-lame. Like thinking, "Maybe I misunderstood what they were going to promise me. Maybe I'm overreacting. You know, a bracelet's still cool even though I didn't get that hat they were that they said I would get." So, this explains why people are so upset because the promises were not kept. Even small promises were not kept. And people have bought in on a deep level and I that part of their identity has been based in this movement. That explains why people are so upset. >> They are sending bracelets to people instead of the hat they promised. And this is not an isolated incident. Here is a Facebook post. Made a $25 donation to TPUSA back in September that was supposed to come with a 47 hat free for making the donation. Never got hat. Try texting them and calling them several times and have not gotten response. Did get one response from someone named Ana who said she had no record of the transaction. Have sent them copies of my receipt with no response. called and left my name and contact info on their voicemail because they never answer the phone and they don't even call you back. Loved Charlie Kirk and watched him religiously, but this has totally disappointed me. We'll call my bank and see if I can get reimbursed for the donation. And the replies are full of comments saying the same thing. All I got was a bracelet. We got a bracelet. No hat as promised. Got a cheap rubber band bracelet and no hat. That's a big way to turn people away. Just make false promises. >> That's the other point. This was not a one time thing. One person got a bracelet instead of a hat. It seems like every person was promised this hat and got a bracelet weeks after they said it would even arrive. Um, so this is widespread fraud. Even if it seems like a small thing, you know, when there's a small issue, there tend to be a lot a lot bigger issues as well. I will say that >> same thing happened to my husband. No hat gave a donation back in September. And it goes on and on and on. People need to realize what Turning Point has been doing to get donations since Charlie Kirk's death. They are lying to people to get their money and then sending them rubber bracelets. Since Charlie Kirk's death, they are lying to people to get their money and then sending them rubber bracelets. Let's look at the big picture. When someone gives money to Turning Point USA, what do they think they are giving money to? Most people think they're giving money to campus events like what Charlie Kirk did. He would go to college campuses and answer questions. This is such a good nonprofit idea. Everyone supports that idea. Everyone knows that there is a major problem in the United States with college campuses. We have professors teaching communism and woke ideas in the classroom. How do we fix this? One way is what Charlie Kirk was doing. He was creating spaces on college campuses where students could talk about capitalism and free markets. He was allowing free speech where people could make fun of being woke. Everyone likes this idea. Everyone wants more of this. If this was all Turning Point was doing, no one would have a problem with it. What people are now realizing from Turning Point's financial information is that they are involved in a whole lot more. Let us look at >> Okay, this is going to be the next part of the video, but I just want to address some of these comments because you guys are really funny. Um, so, hey Brian, I thank you. I'll check out my email. Thank you for your encouragement. Um, he says 75 cent rubber bracelets, you guys. And that's right. Yeah, 755 cent rubber bracelets. Lot cheaper than having to buy hats. I if you if you did donate at any point to this organization and didn't receive what you were promised or didn't receive anything at all, let let us know. I would love to hear from some people. Um yeah, Tiny Love Boston's also says Charlie tossed slung out hats, not rubber bracelets. The hats are sentimental in my opinion. Exactly. People were bought in with Charlie. People trusted Charlie, loved Charlie, respected Charlie. The hats were symbolic of Charlie. Nobody wants a freaking rubber bracelet. [gasps] Oh man. Okay, so the the next part is going to be um a bit more complex. It talks about the nonprofit profit structures. And to be honest with you guys, I I just I grabbed some clips from the video. You want to watch the whole thing. Definitely go subscribe to Wolves and Finance. Check out his videos. He's awesome. And he goes more in depth in the full video. But he starts off by describing how there are some complex nonprofit structures going on here. Um, TurningPoint operates multiple entities. So we have the 501c3 which is Turning Point USA which Charlie was in in charge of I think the CEO. Then we have Turning Point Action, the 501c4 which is allowed to do political um activity and then Turning Point endowment which is basically investments and America's Turning Point another 501c3. So, and defenders will say just like he mentions in his video, this is normal. A lot of organizations have shell companies under the um the umbrella company and technically yes, this is normal. This can be normal. Complex complex structures do exist. However, okay, however, complexity can also be used to camouflage accountability. It can function as a can it can function as camouflage for accountability. So, keeping that in mind, let's continue to watch Wolves and Finance video from today. Again, at the four nonprofit companies, we have Turning Point USA, Turning Point Action, Turning Point Endowment, and America's Turning Point. Three of these companies are 501c3 organizations. Turning Point Action is a 501c4. The difference is that a 501c3 is not allowed to participate in political activity. A 501c4 can participate in no more than 50% political activity. And then there is also turning point pack which is 100% political activity. Now I have seen arguments from people claiming that this is normal. They say it is normal for nonprofits to have multiple different companies. Not like this it's not. Do not let people gaslight you about what's going on here. Let me explain what is unusual. You would normally create different shell companies for different types of activities. For instance, Turning Point endowment is for their investments. That's clearly a different type of activity. It gets its own company. That makes sense. Turning Point Action is a 501c4. That's a different type of activity. So, it gets its own company. What is this? Why is America's Turning Point separate? The company descriptions on the 990 form are very similar. It's basically education for young people. So why are these two different companies? The only major difference that I see is that Charlie Kirk managed Turning Point USA and Tyler Boyer managed America's Turning Point. So in a way, America's Turning Point existed to give Charlie Kirk plausible deniability. It gave Tyler Ber his own 501c3 where he could do whatever he wanted and Charlie Kirk would not necessarily know about it. This is explained in the fine print of the 990 form for TurningPoint USA, which says, "Turning point USA's other educational programs include campus leadership programs, which are hosted by Turning Point USA's related entity, America's Turning Point, with grants totaling $8.6 million." So, what is Tyler Boyer doing with these students? It sounds like this leadership program is a pipeline for these students to go work for Tyler Boyer. I wonder what these students are doing that costs $8.6 million. >> We're about to get into that. I love his face here. He's just like, I gota I gota thanks for sending me that cease and assist. Um, so like I said, the structure isn't illegal, but it does create moral fog. It creates a lot of camouflage. things become confusing to people who are not really wellversed in this stuff. And so when critics are told you don't you just don't understand nonprofits that is actually dismissal or can be and a classic manipulation tactic. It's discouraging questions by framing your concern as ignorance. You just don't know enough about this. You just don't understand it fully. So, what's coming up next is that Wolves and Finance is going to present evidence that turning point action, that specific umbrella there, engages in ballot chasing, door-to-door voter activity, and election related operations. Now I want to clarify just like Wol and Wolves and Finance in his v video also clarifies this ballot harvesting that's the term they use which is kind of odd harvesting I don't know I just think of harvesting in Oregon whenever I hear that word it's not inherently illegal it's not the question he says is how it's funded classified and reported that being said [snorts] [clears throat] manipulative people manipulative systems manipulative organizations s rarely say, "Hey, we're doing something illegal." Yeah. No, they don't say that. Instead, they rename their activities. Psychologically, people don't usually wake up intending to commit fraud. They slowly redefine reality until their behavior feels justified. Let's get back into the video and see what we think of this. We're going to get into that in a minute. So, what I want to do is an audit. We're going to do an audit right here, right now. And you people on the internet can help me do it. We're going to look at what Turning Point Action actually does in real life. And then we are going to compare that to what they are reporting in their financials. If it looks like their political activity exceeds 3% that means that they are lying. So [clears throat] to start out with on their website tpaction.com there's an entire page dedicated to ballot harvesting. It says turningpoint actions chase the vote initiative. They say TPA chased ballots in Arizona, Georgia, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Nevada. They describe this as the radical left was beating us in the ballot game. In 2024, Turning Point Action launched the first and most robust conservative ballot operation. So, they are specifically saying on the website that this is partisan. It should not qualify as a nonpartisan get out the vote effort. It is extremely partisan. So, why are the expenses for this not listed on the 990 form? This chase the vote initiative sounds like ballot harvesting. People call this different names. Ballot harvesting, ballot chasing, door knocking, whatever you call it. It involves going to someone's door and getting their ballot. Ballot harvesting is not illegal as long as they follow the rules. Every state has different election laws. For instance, in Arizona, ballot harvesting is only allowed for immediate family members and caregivers. For the sake of this video, we are going to assume that Turning Point is doing ballot harvesting correctly. I'm just going to assume that they hired all of these people to harvest ballots only for their immediate family members. I know that is a massive assumption, but we're going to start there. My problem is not the ballot harvesting. The problem is how are they paying for the ballot harvesting? Are they paying for it out of companies that are not supposed to be doing political activity and then not reporting it to the IRS? Here's a post by Tyler Boyer. Another day, another group of dozens of full-time ballot chasers being trained into the field. H I wonder how they are paying for all of this. Here's another post by Ashley on X.com. >> He has so much evidence of this, you guys. I watched You should really go watch the full video to see all of his evidence. I I couldn't include it or I would be playing his whole video for him. So, definitely go watch his full video. >> Ballot Chasing in Arizona with TP Action. Make America great again. #Trump2024. In the photograph, they are wearing red MAGA hats. >> Also, I got to agree with Soul Vigilante. Never mess with the CPA. Yeah, he's he's pissed. >> Now, in my opinion, if you are wearing a red MAGA hat and putting in your social media post #Trump2024, this is clearly political activity. Her profile page says she's a college deputy director at Turning Point USA, which is not supposed to do any political activity. So, is this senior manager being paid? And where is that money coming from? Because it does not look like it was reported as political activity on the 990 form. Here's a screenshot from an interview with Tyler Ber. This looks like he is sitting at his desk at home. You can see behind his head a poster that reads, "Knock doors, win elections." It looks like it is talking about the Chase the Vote initiative. It's on the wall right behind his desk for something so important that Tyler Boyer keeps it right behind his desk. Does it make sense to you that political activity only makes up 3% of the budget of Turning Point Action? Here's a post from Matthew Martinez that says, "From chasing every vote to curing every ballot." Tonight, TP Action called thousands of voters to help them cure their rejected ballots. We are laser focused on chasing and curing every vote until polls close here in Wisconsin. On his profile, he lists Turning Point Action. I don't know if he works for them, but it certainly looks like he's getting paid. This is a >> God. He got that cease and assist and he went to work. He did his research. Oh my gosh. I think he must have been like pulling allnighters to put all this together. He came with receipts. The CPA is pissed and he came with receipts. I really am impressed with this video on the whole >> post by Janette Garcia. Some people stack paper. TP Action stacks paper and she's holding a pile of request forms for early voting. Her profile says she's the CTV deputy director for Turning Point Action. How much is she getting paid? She also posted this meeting today with TP action chase the vote senior managers and getting prepared to take on 2026. This is all my personal opinion what I'm about to say and I I I'm not trying to send hate to anyone anywhere, but this organization TPUSA, they do not seem like the brightest bulbs. They they they really don't. They really don't. If I just sometimes I just think that like they they're just messing up left and right. They're not don't seem very intelligent. That's all I got to say about that. >> And there are all these people. How much money are these people getting paid? We know they are getting paid because we have a job posting now hiring Chase managers in New Hampshire. Visit tpaction.com/careers. They are hiring vote managers and paying them. So, it's not just the managers they're paying. They are paying the people knocking on the doors. This is wild. This is a series of photos. Here is Justine wearing a MAGA hat. She is standing over the shoulder of a voter watching him fill in the voting form. She makes sure he fills in the bubble that she wants and then walks the voter out to the mailbox to make sure he puts it in the mail. >> Wow. >> Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't this look like voter intimidation? >> I can't correct you, Wolves and Finance. I can't. >> I did not know this was legal in the United States. >> It's not. >> How can you look over someone's shoulder while they are voting? This is not just doornocking. This is not just talking about a candidate. This goes so much further. And also, this is extremely partisan and should be reported in the financials as political activity. I want to know how much is this lady getting paid by Turning Point? >> I don't know, but she got the freaking hat. She got more than the rubber bracelet, right? So, she got her hat >> because her profile says she is a TP Action CTV leader and her profile photo shows her talking on the Charlie Kirk show. How much is she getting paid? Here's a post by Sam K. >> It is currently day six knocking doors in Mesa, Arizona for the recall election. I am more motivated than ever today because not only did I finally get someone to answer the door after 4 days of knocking and texting and calling. >> Excuse me. Is that not harassment? There's a word for that. That's that that's illegal. That should be illegal. Soliciting. Soliciting. Right. Soliciting. I I live in Utah where there are a lot of LDS folks. And you know, I'm not no hate to LDS folks if you're watching, but they do have a reputation for knocking on your door a lot with um missionaries. And a lot of people out here have signs on the doors that says no soliciting so that people don't knock on their doors all the time. That's soliciting. >> I don't view this as work. I view this as a privilege. >> He says he does not view this as work. Really? How much are you getting paid? >> Wow. His profile says he's a field representative for Turning Point Action. Something else strange. Tyler Boyer is >> I just got to say that circles back to what I was talking about before and the identity based movement. This is more than an organization for the folks that were bought in especially while Charlie Kirk was still alive. Identitybased movement. He's so pumped up about this. And according to him, he's not even getting paid. He's just honored to be able to work for this organization. He has bought in. Maybe it's a spiritual thing. I don't know. But they people who worked for this organization thought they were part of something bigger than themselves. >> Listed on the website of the Arizona Young Republicans as part of the advisory board. What is Tyler Ber doing hanging out with all these young students? Well, it turns out that he's paying them money. How much money is Tyler Ber giving to the students at the Arizona Young Republicans? So, I have shown you a lot of information of what Turning Point Action is actually doing in real life. I've shown you the photos. I've shown you the law. I've shown you how it does not match what is being reported to the IRS. To finish this audit, you need to answer two questions. Does Turning Point Actions activity qualify as political activity? And second, does it seem like that political activity exceeds the 3% reported to the IRS on the 990 form? In my opinion, I think absolutely yes. >> I've seen a lot of comments in the chat about his eyes and yeah, no, he doesn't blink. He'd win any staring contest against me. And like my 5-year-old is really good at that. She'll she'll beat everybody, but I don't think she can beat him. >> That they are lying to the IRS. What? >> Oh my gosh. [sighs and gasps] >> What they are doing is so extreme on such a massive scale with millions of dollars. I think someone is lying. Now, for some reason, if you're still not convinced, do you remember last week when Turning Point's lawyer sent me a threatening letter? That was one of the worst mistakes that Turning Point has done. >> Look at him. He's like, they made this big mistake. Gotcha. Um, okay. So, I want to say a few things before he goes into that. You can reframe all of this political advocacy. For example, political work can be phrased as civic engagement. These are just examples. Campaign activity can be phrased as education. Partisan messaging also can be rephrased perhaps as nonpartisan outreach. This is how the drift happens ethically. Not necessarily or not always through bad people, but through self-justifying their actions with language. Shifting the language in their head by shifting the language. Sometimes you can shift the actual behavior. And of course, we know that's not true. >> That letter is the key to this entire story because in that letter, they write out their official reason why Turning Point Actions budget increased from $10.7 million in FY23 to $27.2 million in FY24. This increase of $16.5 million was for, and I quote, lobbying and political activity during election years. This is what Turning Point's own lawyer is saying this $16.5 million is being used for. So why is none of this money being reported on schedule C in the 990 form? According to Turning Point's own official statement, they are guilty. Now, I realize we're not doing a real audit here. We do not have access to all the financial information. It is possible. >> Wait, I think he blinked. I got to go back, guys. I think he blinked. Wait, hold on a second. Sorry for those of you who don't care about this, but I want to make sure he's real, not AI. I think he blinked. Let's watch this >> real audit here. We do not have access to all the financial information. >> Oh, okay. It was almost a blink. He almost blinked. >> It is possible that Turning Point has an innocent explanation for all of this. But from what little information we do have, it certainly looks like something illegal is going on. But here's the crazy part. Turning Point action is not even my biggest concern. The biggest problem is America's turning point. That strange 501c3 managed by Tyler Ber. It is managed by the same person who manages the election focused organizations Turning Point Action and Turning Point Pack. But we are supposed to believe that it is a 501c3 that does absolutely no political activity whatsoever. Well, we have already seen the types of things that Turning Point is not counting. At least they give their own employees real hats and not just 75% uh 75 cent rubber bracelets. At least they can afford the real hats for the employees. I'm not convinced it was a full blank, by the way. And I know he's real. I just think they may have used AI to like I don't know, touch them up. I don't know what you do with AI >> as political activity. With everything that I have shown you about Tyler Boyer and his operations, how many of you believe that America's Turning Point is doing nothing political? The letter I received last week from Turning Point's lawyer revealed the bombshell news that America's Turning Point was missing employees on its 990 forms. A lot of employees. It was around 80 employees that were not reported. So now we know these people exist. The obvious question now is who are these people? What were these people doing? One explanation could be doorners. Of course, if those doornockers were wearing MAGA hats, that would make them political, which would make them illegal under a 501c3. America's Turning Point also does not get donations. It gets all of its revenue by transferring money out of Turning Point USA. I mentioned before in FY24, $8.6 million was transferred from Turning Point USA. >> Guys, Charlie knew. I'll die on that hill. Charlie knew. This is giving me a sick feeling in my stomach. Yeah, Charlie definitely knew there was something up. Money was disappearing. He knew. Yeah, he knew. And I got to address this too really quick. This comment by Bonnie. How could Charlie not know? He was such a smart guy, but said like that women like Erica that they could do bookkeeping on the Charlie Cook show. I don't know what that means, but I do know that anyone, okay, anyone, the most intelligent people can be fooled by a pathogenic person, like someone with a personality disorder. I mean, especially if it's your own parent, by the way, ask me how I know. But no, to be real with you guys, anybody could be fooled by a super manipulative, pathogenic person. anyone even the most intelligent people and it's very possible that Charlie was um really book smart maybe not street smart honestly that's how I am too so I can understand sometimes you are sometimes those type of people like me and possibly Charlie I'm just speculating sometimes if you're really book smart and not so street smart sometimes you have a little bit of gullibility to you like you can be fooled a little bit but I do think Charlie knew. Charlie totally knew. That's just so sad. That's just so so sad. Ah, so sad. >> To America's turning point. So, let me tell you what I think is going on. Tyler Boyer manages these political companies. The Trump election is coming up in 2024. Tyler Boyer realizes he needs more people to do ballot harvesting. So he decides, let's just steal the donations from Charlie Kirk's Turning Point USA. So he transfers 8.6 million into the company he manages, America's Turning Point. And then he hires a bunch of people for illegal political activity. And he tells everyone, "Come on, no one will ever know. Charlie Kirk doesn't even have to know. We will just say it is non-partisan. We will call it get out the vote efforts. No one's ever going to ask questions. No one will ever look at the photographs. Don't worry about it. Except I think that Charlie Kirk found out. This fits the timeline of the Baker Tilly audit that concluded on June 20th, 2025 that would have revealed all this information to Charlie Kirk shortly before his murder. If all of these people getting paid from America's turning point are not doing political activity, then what are they doing? In none of the photos I have seen is there anything that would qualify as non-political activity. So what are they doing? In my opinion, this looks blatantly illegal. It looks like they are stealing donations and using them for something different than what they promised the donors. What they are allegedly using it for is illegal activity. This is why the letter with Donald Trump's alleged handwriting is so important. It looks like they stole the money to use on Donald Trump's campaign. And now Donald Trump himself could be involved in an attempt to cover up the fraud at Turning Point. the same fraud that he himself benefited from. Is this how Donald Trump is planning for Republicans to win the midterm elections this week? Candace. >> Okay, quick point on the audit. So, Baker Tilly, the audit the that I mean the accounting firm that audited Turning Point, they reportedly found no financial irregularities. H right, it's possible. Um, I think it's important to keep in mind that financial audits verify accounting accuracy, not whether the activities align with the mission. So an audit that says that financials are accurate does not mean that the activity of that organizaization matches the mission. Does that make sense? Those are two different questions. Um and in institutions can often hide behind audits the same way that individuals hide behind credentials. It can be a shield against accountability. So audits are not necessarily a guarantee of ethical behavior. I think that's important because a lot of people hear the audit was clear, you know, they were passed by this uh by this audit. M I don't know. >> Owens broke a shocking news story. >> Think about the size and scale of the event that they put on at Charlie's memorial service. They had Amfest. They had a huge donor thing at Mara Lago. So, everyone's been killing themselves and no one's getting raises and bonuses. And yet, according to this person, Turning Point USA has brought in $250 million since Charlie's assassination, >> $250 million. Are the Turning Point executives planning on stealing those donations and using those funds illegally for political activity? Because that is what it looks like. Baker Tilly is the accounting firm that has been performing the annual financial audit for Turning Point. They say there is nothing wrong with the financials at Turning Point. I have to ask Baker Tilly, when you were doing the audit, did you look around at what the company was actually doing in real life? >> He's getting angrier >> because I can send you all the photos we were looking at. We have all seen the video of Erica Kirk's endorsement of JD Vance. I want to know what specific audit procedure you did to make sure that they are not engaged in any political activity within their 501c3 organizations because the evidence to me seems like it would be incredibly obvious. If Baker Tilly overlooked these problems, they can also be criminally charged. If we were to apply that same standard to the case I have laid out against Turning Point, the entire leadership team would go straight to prison. >> Okay, so he's about to get really pissed off and I really don't blame him. So, as the video progresses, his tone does become angrier. I don't know if you guys have picked up on that. His accusations escalate. He drops names. He even uh mentions prison sentences. And listen, listen, anger here is understandable. I mean, not only is this guy outraged at the lies and the deceit, uh, but he also has been served as cease and desist and he has not said anything to my knowledge untrue that would have warranted that. I think this is an example of moral outrage that is emerging from him feeling betrayed and angry at this organization is claiming moral authority. At the same time, anger is not evidence and it's possible to believe deeply in something like election election integrity for instance and to also be disturbed by how power is exercised on your own side. He ends with a bang. So, let's listen. And the video is almost over. >> Tyler Boyer, prison. The CFO, Justin Olsen, prison. Andrew Kvette, prison. Blake Nef, prison. Anyone who knew about the political activity and was involved in the coverup would go to prison. And yes, that includes Erica Kirk, whose name is on the letter with Donald Trump's alleged handwriting. Donald Trump, who talks all the time about election integrity, apparently does not care about election related fraud when it deals with his friends. I am angry. I believed Donald Trump when he said that the Democrats were cheating in the elections. >> It was a rigged election. Everybody now knows that they found out. People will soon be prosecuted for what they did. It's probably breaking news, but it should be. It was a rigged election. Can >> Okay. I don't know if you guys have heard of the psychological manipulation tool known as projection, but if this is true, big if there. If this is true, and Donald Trump was involved in election fraud, this is the clearest example of the psychological manipulation tool of projection that I have ever seen in my entire life. So projection, let me I could I could explain it to you in my own words, but let me just pull up the actual definition. Okay, so pro projection in psychology is a subconscious defense mechanism in which an individual attributes their own unacceptable thoughts, emotions, traits, or impulses to another person or group. If you're a narcissist, it serves to protect your ego. I mean, whether or not you're a narcissist, but especially if you're a narcissist, from anxiety. So, for example, it's a defense mechanism. Uh, say that, here's a good example, easy example. Say that you're cheating on your spouse. Okay, bear with me for a moment and you'll understand it. Say that you're cheating on your on your spouse. Well, as a defense mechanism to guard your own ego because you are obviously having some type of feelings because you're cheating on your spouse. I would hope guilt. Um, instead of facing what you're actually doing, you might accuse your own spouse of cheating on you. And you know that is meant to protect your ego from anxiety. You externalize your internal conflict. You take it out from in here, the guilt and the shame of cheating in this instance. Take it out here and you throw it on someone else, probably your spouse in that case. You might accuse them of cheating while you're really the one cheating. So here we have Donald Trump. And if this is true, this is clear projection. He's accusing the other party of election fraud where if this claim is true, he's actually the one doing the election fraud. Sorry if that was an unnecessary explanation. You guys probably understand what protection is, but you know, there's those a few people who might not. So, >> have rigged elections. >> But doesn't this make him a hypocrite? >> Yeah. >> How can he talk about election integrity and then help to cover up what Turning Point is doing? >> Okay. So, I said it a few times tonight and I'll say it one more time. I would encourage everybody to watch the full video. Those were just some clips. the most important clips from that video. And I think we anyone who is awake to society right now, I think we realize that it is not a left versus right issue. I mean, not with Turning Point USA, not with anything going on right now. Um, it's about moral integrity. I think the truth, it's about the truth, transparency. And you can't protect democracy by silencing questions. You can't honor people who have donated to your organization, to your cause, by just dismissing their concerns. The highest standard is not certainty. It's accountability. It's the truth. And if any of this feels familiar to you, the intimidation, the gaslighting, the projection, the the um power wheel that I showed you or Darvo, that's because these dynamics show up every single day in multiple different arenas of life, like your workplace, like like in religious systems, or even abusive families like my family of origin might be a different context, but it's the same exact psychology. And the more you're aware of it, the less likely that these people, these organizations are to control your mind. Anyways guys, [clears throat] um sorry, I have something in my throat. I want to just highlight this comment. Yo, Mama says, "We have discernment in most big matters, but can be fooled by people we love, which is sad and makes me even matter." This cuts to the chase about all of it. Not only was Erica Kirk his wife, who he obviously loved very much, but these other folks uh who were in charge of TPSA were his he considered his great friends, his best friends. Um, if all of these allegations are true, which I'm not saying they are, but if they are, he has he at the end of his life, he he was quite possibly intimately betrayed. Intimately betrayed on a level that not many people can probably understand. And it's true that he he might have at the end of his life truly if he had started if he had started to question things. He might have really started to feel like he was Truman in the Truman Show. And I made a video about that recently, too. How I felt like I was Truman living in the freaking Truman Show when I realized, oh my god, my dad is not a horrible guy. My dad actually does love me and I have rejected him for two decades. Since my parents got divorced at the age of nine, I did not even one time stay the night at his house. My brothers always did. My four younger brothers always went with my dad on Wednesday nights and every other weekend. Not once did I ever stay the night with him. I I didn't even have a wedding because I didn't want him to walk me down the aisle. I eloped on the beach with my husband. I made so many decisions in my life believing the things I believed. And I think Charlie did the same thing. I think he made a lot of decisions in his life believing what he believed and trusting the people he trusted. And the poor guy like orders this Doge effort. Char, like you said, Suzanne says Charlie asked for a Doge style audit because he couldn't account for over $8 million. And then eight days later, eight days later, he was dead. Eight days later he was dead. [sighs] The facts the facts add up and yeah he was asking questions about the money ordered the audit. I just hope this is true. Sage says after the video after this video they sure won't dare sue. Um, like Celtic Girl says, if they insist on going through with suing him, they are going to literally be destroyed in discovery. He has no fear because he has all the documents on his side. This would be my hope. Two, my only fear is that it seems like in this world today, good people are consistently screwed over. if the court is corrupt, the judge is corrupt, whatever it may be. I mean, that's my fear right now with uh Tyler Robinson in in in his court case. I'm not saying that he wasn't involved in some way, but the do I think he pulled the trigger? Um I don't I don't know about that. Um anyway, guys, I hope this video has been helpful or insightful in some way. Definitely go watch the full video on Wolves and Finance's channel. I'm happy that more people are speaking out against this and and amplifying people who are so brave like Wolves in Finance. I want that was part of why I wanted to make this video because he's really really brave to receive that legal threat and not only keep talking about it, but to come out with such a powerful video with receipts, tons of them. and he made some pretty uh direct accusations there. So, I just wanted to amplify his his video and show him support. And I think it's a good um I think it's a I think it's a good a good message for all of us to, you know, stand on truth and to not back down, especially to people who are trying to silence you. I hope everybody has a great end of your weekend and a great week starting tomorrow. I'll see you next time. Bye. [music]
