[00:00] since the massacres of October the 7th
[00:03] Israel has been hard hit by more than
[00:05] 20,000 rockets and
[00:08] drones people often ask me what can I do
[00:11] to help well I wholeheartedly recommend
[00:14] the International Fellowship of
[00:15] Christians and Jews with hundreds of
[00:18] homes ruined or destroyed the fellowship
[00:21] is on the ground bringing emergency food
[00:24] to the elderly in urgently it's time
[00:28] that God-fearing people stand with our
[00:30] Jewish friends have some hot food and
[00:33] respond to God's calling on all our
[00:38] lives I want to zero in on what's
[00:40] happening with Doge and whether or not
[00:42] it's popular doge is forcing a major
[00:46] constitutional issue now I wouldn't call
[00:48] it a crisis but it certainly is forcing
[00:51] front and
[00:52] center whether or
[00:55] not the executive branch has the power
[00:58] to allocate resources of their choosing
[01:00] to
[01:01] Faithfully exercise the laws the vesting
[01:06] Clause now the Article 2 supremacists
[01:08] which we have been mentioning many times
[01:10] on this program are not happy with this
[01:13] people like Chris Murphy people like
[01:14] Elon
[01:15] Omar they live to protect the federal
[01:18] bureaucracy they exist to protect the
[01:21] standing army the federal
[01:25] bureaucracy has so many separate and
[01:28] different components it is far more
[01:32] entrenched Than People realize it is the
[01:34] technocratic class no one elected these
[01:37] people no one knows who they are they
[01:39] are unaccountable and they have
[01:41] unchecked amounts of
[01:43] power so the question
[01:46] remains do we have any ability to Reign
[01:49] them in or do we serve at the pleasure
[01:51] of the
[01:53] bureaucracy Dwight de Eisenhower warned
[01:56] about this in his exit address and most
[01:59] people think about the
[02:01] military-industrial complex but that was
[02:03] only one component of Dwight de
[02:05] Eisenhower's Farewell Address Dwight de
[02:07] Eisenhower of course was the head of the
[02:10] Allied Forces the Allied Supreme forces
[02:13] also warned
[02:16] extensively of a unelected technocratic
[02:19] scientific Elite running the country who
[02:22] is Sovereign is the fundamental
[02:27] question Elon Omar believes that we're
[02:29] in the mid of a constitutional crisis
[02:31] and she isn't totally wrong I wouldn't
[02:33] use the word crisis but it is the
[02:36] greatest constitutional question since
[02:38] woodro
[02:40] Wilson we are in this question of what
[02:43] constitutes the federal government how
[02:45] many branches who is in charge who gets
[02:48] the consent of the
[02:50] Govern who is The
[02:53] Sovereign let's play Cut
[02:55] 12 yeah I mean what we are witnessing is
[02:58] a constitutional crisis we are seeing an
[03:01] executive branch that has decided uh
[03:04] that they are no longer going to abide
[03:06] by the Constitution in honoring
[03:08] congress's role uh in the creation of
[03:11] the agencies in their role in deciding
[03:15] where money is
[03:17] allocated you see this is this is
[03:20] article one Supremacy we have been
[03:22] hypnotized to
[03:24] believe that only the legislative branch
[03:27] has power no it is designed so that
[03:29] there's tension between the branches the
[03:30] executive branch can tell the first
[03:32] Branch to go pound sand and then the
[03:34] third branch will hopefully reconcile
[03:36] the
[03:38] differences here is Chris Murphy saying
[03:40] this is one of the most constitutional
[03:42] crises the countryes ever faced I think
[03:43] it is the greatest constitutional
[03:45] question in a 100
[03:46] years but it is all based on this idea
[03:49] that there is a small group of Elites
[03:51] that know what is better for you than
[03:54] you do that there is a technocratic
[03:56] class the managers the desk workers and
[04:00] they will remain permanent regardless of
[04:03] who is in control they will remain in
[04:05] power regardless of who is elected they
[04:08] want to turn the presidency into a
[04:11] ceremonial
[04:12] job that cuts ribbons takes pictures
[04:17] gets people that win Super Bowls to come
[04:19] and visit the White House thanks so much
[04:21] for playing that's it that's what they
[04:23] want the presidency to be ceremonial in
[04:27] nature let's play Cut 13
[04:30] listen I think this is the most serious
[04:32] Constitution crisis the country has
[04:34] faced certainly since Watergate the
[04:36] president is attempting to seize control
[04:38] of power and for corrupt purposes the
[04:42] president wants to be able to decide how
[04:44] and where money is spent so that he can
[04:46] reward his political friends he can
[04:48] punish his political enemies that is the
[04:51] evisceration of
[04:54] democracy well hold on a second the
[04:56] American people voted for Donald Trump
[04:57] and the presidency the ex branch is an
[05:00] equal Branch to your branch Chris Murphy
[05:02] so he can tell the he could tell the
[05:04] legislative branch no I'm not going to
[05:06] spend this and then the empowerment act
[05:08] issue comes front and center and that is
[05:10] why Russ vote matters so much and the
[05:12] Supreme Court is going to have to think
[05:14] deeply about this is can the executive
[05:17] branch say no to appropriated money what
[05:22] are the limitations of that I don't even
[05:24] know the answer the empowerment Act is
[05:27] this question which I think we to just
[05:30] put down a flag and this needs to be the
[05:32] fight in front of us it is the
[05:34] existential question in front of
[05:36] us is that can the Executive Branch the
[05:40] presidency Challenge and send money back
[05:43] to Congress if they don't want to spend
[05:45] it I want you to think about if the
[05:48] answer is no if the answer is no then
[05:51] the presidency is subservient
[05:54] to the house and the Senate we have been
[05:57] telling our kids our entire life they
[05:59] are equal branches they are equal
[06:03] branches Steven Miller perfectly
[06:05] addressed this in his interview with
[06:07] Maria baroma play Cut
[06:09] 40 what we continue to see here is the
[06:13] idea that Rogue bureaucrats who are
[06:16] elected by no one who answer to no one
[06:19] who have lifetime 10year jobs who we
[06:21] would be told can never be fired which
[06:24] of course is not true that the power has
[06:27] been cemented and accumulated for years
[06:30] whether it be with the treasury
[06:32] bureaucrats or the FBI bureaucrats or
[06:34] the CIA bureaucrats or the usid
[06:36] bureaucrats with this unelected Shadow
[06:38] Force that is running our government and
[06:40] running our country Donald Trump is
[06:42] engaging in the most important
[06:44] restoration of
[06:45] democracy in over a century by saying
[06:49] that we are going to restore power to
[06:51] the people through their elected
[06:53] president and his appointed officers
[06:57] that is the only way we can have true
[06:58] democracy in this
[07:00] country this is exactly right when Chris
[07:03] Murphy says democracy he means
[07:04] technocratic oligarchy when Steven
[07:07] Miller says it again I don't like the
[07:08] word democracy but let's just play it
[07:10] out for what he means he means will of
[07:11] the will of the American people the
[07:13] consent of the Govern he means that you
[07:15] are in charge of your government he
[07:17] means that you get to call the
[07:20] shots that's what Steven Miller means
[07:22] and he's exactly with the people want
[07:23] the people get now if Chris Murphy and
[07:26] Elon Omar are correct I want you to play
[07:29] that out to its furthest possible
[07:31] conclusion it means that we have one
[07:34] branch of government not three it means
[07:37] that article two means absolutely
[07:40] nothing there's supposed to be fights
[07:43] between the branches there's supposed to
[07:45] be feuds between the branches the
[07:47] founders spoke about this and we have
[07:50] weakened the executive branch so
[07:53] significantly we have dled the impact of
[07:56] the executive
[07:57] branch tremendously
[08:00] and it is the will of the people that
[08:02] matters
[08:05] most and we are seeing in great detail
[08:08] this constitutional question finally
[08:10] play
[08:11] out and they also are arguing that the
[08:13] fourth branch of government is superior
[08:15] a branch not even outlined in the
[08:17] Constitution and they're saying that the
[08:19] fourth branch which isn't in the
[08:20] constitution is in charge of the
[08:22] president which is in the Constitution
[08:24] this everybody is the most exciting high
[08:26] stakes constitutional fight in a century
[08:31] understand that at the height of what
[08:33] they call democracy is to make elections
[08:36] irrelevant real democracy is bureaucrat
[08:39] bureaucrats calling all the shots to
[08:41] what they say because they're experts by
[08:43] democracy they mean give us power and
[08:45] you guys sit down and shut up the last
[08:48] time a federal Purge was tried was
[08:50] actually during the Eisenhower
[08:52] Administration and they said oh you're
[08:54] purging all these Communists so they're
[08:55] trying to reckon back to this but it was
[08:57] Eisenhower in his farewell address who
[08:59] warned about this now people know about
[09:01] the military-industrial complex
[09:04] component of this speech what you forget
[09:06] about is the unelected technocratic
[09:08] scientific
[09:09] Elite this is Dwight de Eisenhower who
[09:12] warned us and his warning is now come to
[09:15] surface this is the fight that he
[09:17] predicted is it the people or is it the
[09:20] technocrats is it the people or is it
[09:24] the scientific Elite is the same people
[09:26] that said six feet to slow the spread
[09:28] the same people that try to require you
[09:30] to take a vaccine that you didn't need
[09:32] play Cut
[09:34] 39 yet in holding scientific research
[09:37] and Discovery in respect as we should we
[09:41] must also be alert to the equal and
[09:43] opposite danger that public policy could
[09:47] itself become the captive of a
[09:50] scientific technological Elite is the
[09:54] task of statesmanship to mold to balance
[09:57] and to integrate these and other forces
[10:00] new and old within the principles of our
[10:02] democratic system ever aiming toward the
[10:05] Supreme goals of our free
[10:10] Society I mean this is so
[10:12] pre he saw this entire fight
[10:16] coming he saw the forces that were
[10:19] gathering beneath the surface beneath
[10:22] the surface this was a largely
[10:24] Subterranean threat and with every new
[10:26] department that we approved Department
[10:28] of Education Health and Human Services
[10:31] we strengthen this unelected scientific
[10:34] managerial Elite it is the cult of the
[10:37] managers mid-level managers they're not
[10:40] overly imposing when you meet them
[10:43] you'll never know their names they don't
[10:45] work necessarily very hard but they slow
[10:49] down the spirit of America they waste a
[10:52] lot of money and I'm not even saying
[10:54] they're evil people the fouches of the
[10:56] world are a separate
[10:58] category but these are the enforcers of
[11:02] the regime and it really makes you
[11:05] wonder who won the Cold
[11:07] War this this is a very Soviet style way
[11:11] of running your government bureaucratic
[11:15] entrench
[11:16] centralized lethargic it is the malaise
[11:19] of the bureaucratic
[11:22] class and for decades we have ignored
[11:25] this problem for decades we've acted as
[11:27] if we've had a president and we didn't
[11:30] and that is why when Joe Biden was
[11:32] basically brain dead the last two years
[11:34] of his presidency things continued to
[11:36] move on because he didn't actually have
[11:38] duties or responsibilities it was senior
[11:41] White House staff it was middle
[11:43] Management workers people would say who
[11:45] was running the country it's never been
[11:47] the president Donald Trump tried to
[11:49] exert this power in his first term and
[11:52] as you remember he was attacked from
[11:54] every possible direction for
[11:57] that Barack Obama was a ceremonial
[12:00] president and he enjoyed it he was able
[12:02] to do his March Madness picks he was
[12:04] able to kind of go to the Oscars be a
[12:07] popular guy that's what they want the
[12:08] presidency to be
[12:10] celebrity nice
[12:13] smile good to the media say a couple
[12:16] things not an ultimate decision maker
[12:20] they want to turn the presidency into
[12:22] the king of
[12:23] England has a lot of
[12:25] history but no actual power they want to
[12:29] turn the presidency into the monarchy of
[12:33] Europe oh remember when the queen or the
[12:36] king ruled over these lands and instead
[12:40] their version is the Cass sunstein model
[12:43] of
[12:44] government is that there will
[12:47] be conference rooms of people that know
[12:49] better than
[12:51] you and by definition this belief system
[12:56] this version of government minimizes the
[12:59] citizen the bigger the government the
[13:01] smaller the citizen as Dennis Prager
[13:02] would always say but you can't have big
[13:04] government without big bureaucracy
[13:06] bureaucracy is the middle fat of
[13:09] government it is the
[13:11] beerbelly it's very hard to get rid
[13:14] of it it is sluggishly annoying against
[13:19] all of your aims and your Ambitions and
[13:21] it works against what Alexander Hamilton
[13:23] would talk about in The Federalist
[13:24] Papers I think Federalist 70 if not
[13:25] mistaken the energetic executive if you
[13:28] want a executive with energy and spunk
[13:31] and vigor and spirit and vitality how
[13:34] are you supposed to do that if you have
[13:36] this permanent bureaucracy and the
[13:38] permanent bureaucracy which we used to
[13:40] call the Deep state but it is better
[13:42] described as the administrative
[13:44] state is against almost every single
[13:48] objective of the current
[13:50] Administration and the example this
[13:52] weekend was from the treasury Department
[13:53] an activist judge granted more power to
[13:56] the bureaucracy than actually Scott
[13:58] Besson who is in charge is the
[14:00] fundamental question who is Sovereign
[14:03] this is why citizens we need to step up
[14:05] and continue to stay in the game
