[00:31] everybody came after her, everyone

[00:36] uh specifically Ben Shapiro and others

[00:39] where she was crazy and a lunatic,

[00:41] especially those people who wanted to

[00:43] take over TPUSA, but Erica Kirk

[00:48] supposedly took over, though I think

[00:49] she's being duped, but that's another

[00:51] story. But all of a sudden, this thing

[00:54] changed. And then it went from her, it

[00:58] went from, this is a very important

[00:59] issue. It went from uh Candace Owens to

[01:03] TPUSA to fraud to also the recurring

[01:07] story of this. Do you believe the

[01:10] official narrative that Tyler Robinson

[01:14] alone was responsible for the dispatch

[01:19] of Charlie Cork? Do you? I don't I don't

[01:58] that works, B, I have the truth, C I

[02:04] have the evidence of some kind of cover

[02:16] a joke and you don't laugh, you don't

[02:18] have a duty to come up with a better

[02:24] me what's funny." Like, that that's your

[02:26] job. It's your story. I don't have to I

[02:29] don't have to clean this thing up.

[02:34] regarding 911. said, "How is it that

[02:36] people knew the name of Hani Hanjour,

[02:37] who was one of the one of the terrorists

[02:40] who flew the plane into the uh Pentagon,

[02:43] which is I mean involves an arabatic

[02:46] skill that nobody has." But anyway, I

[02:49] said, "I I don't really believe that

[02:50] they would have known." Well, then who

[02:51] is it? This is what people tell me. Oh,

[02:53] yeah. Well, who did it? Or or they'll

[02:55] say, "Well, what are you saying? Are you

[02:57] saying we did it? Are you saying it was

[02:58] an inside job?" I said, "I'm not saying

[03:03] believe your story. You It's your story.

[03:10] say, for example, I don't I don't like

[03:23] anyone. You don't have to like Candace

[03:26] Owens. You don't have to like Erica Kirk

[03:39] people. I've never met

[03:42] any of these people, but I've did some

[03:45] shared some interviews a couple of times

[03:48] with Tucker, but that's it. I don't I've

[03:51] never met him. I I I don't know who

[03:53] these people are.

[03:56] And there are things that Candace has

[03:57] said in terms of subject matter that I

[04:00] may have disagreed with. But I like her.

[04:03] I respect her a lot, but it's not about

[04:04] liking her. It's what she's saying.

[04:08] I always tell people, read the

[04:09] transcript of what she says or anybody

[04:11] says. Do you agree with this? Yes,

[04:13] that's fine. Not. Do you like her? I

[04:15] don't like her. This is all personal.

[04:18] do with liking anybody. I'm not liking

[05:04] that some of the people that you thought

[05:05] who were absolutely just, you would hate

[05:09] them when you met them turn out to be

[05:12] versa. There are other people, little

[05:15] hint, never meet your heroes. If there's

[05:18] a rock star or some, don't meet them

[05:20] because I guarantee you 90% of the

[05:22] chance or the time they're going to be

[05:23] weird and you're going to wish, "Oh my

[05:25] god, why did I ever do that?" Anyway,

[05:28] enough about that. So, let let me follow

[05:31] up with this. What do we do with all

[05:33] this stuff? There's been some absolutely

[05:40] there's some incredible they call them

[05:42] basement YouTubers or crowdsourcers who

[05:46] are brilliant in what they've been able

[05:49] to come up with. So the question you

[05:51] should ask is, and I'll ask a question

[05:53] for you if you don't, what do we do now?

[05:57] and we have proof positive. Let's assume

[06:01] and I do a lot of assumptions. Assume

[06:04] arguendo, as we say in law, assume for

[06:06] the sake of argument,

[06:08] arguendo versus innuendo, which is an

[06:12] Italian suppository, which is an old

[06:13] joke. Assume

[06:16] that there's fraud. Assume that we think

[06:19] there's evidence of another shooter. We

[06:22] assume, assume, assume. What happens?

[06:25] How do you force the federal government,

[06:28] the DOJ, the attorney general of

[06:31] wherever to act on it? What if you

[06:35] independently say, "I've got into

[06:38] believe me,

[06:40] this has been since day one. What if you

[06:42] find information

[06:44] all of the Kennedy assassination

[06:46] theorists and let me also say something

[06:47] little timeout.

[06:50] That person who might be in their

[06:53] basement. We always talk about basements

[06:54] on YouTube. That person who might have

[06:57] been in their basement, that person who

[06:58] might have been on their their kitchen

[07:00] table, a man, a woman, a kid who might

[07:05] curse, might wear a funny hat, may

[07:08] provide some of the greatest information

[07:10] of all time. There is nothing there is

[07:12] nothing that makes somebody a

[07:14] journalist. Nothing. Not a license, not

[07:17] a not a uh a degree. In fact, one time

[07:21] they asked Roger Als, the founder really

[07:23] of Fox News, they said, "Do you think

[07:25] that journalism journalists should be

[07:27] licensed?" He says, "You only need a

[07:28] license to cut hair." And that's true.

[07:32] So, a lot of these great folks, they I

[07:34] never I don't care what they look like.

[07:36] I don't care if you like them. Listen to

[07:38] what they're saying. Some of the best

[07:39] stuff I've ever seen are from a just a a

[07:45] variety a legion of great commentators

[07:49] and investigators. So that's that. But

[07:52] let me go back to the question. When

[07:55] citizens suspect a charity like TPUSA,

[07:59] Turning Point USA, a fraud or selfdeing

[08:03] or misuse of donor funds, the law gives

[08:06] them no power to prosecute directly. And

[08:10] that reality explains much of the public

[08:12] frustration that you might feel because

[08:14] enforcement authority is kind of

[08:17] fragmented and it's slow and it's

[08:20] largely invisible. with three primary

[08:25] paths. Okay, the IRS, State Attorneys

[08:28] General, and the Department of Justice.

[08:31] Okay, that's it. And none of them move

[08:33] quickly or transparently

[08:36] as the IRS regulates taxexempt

[08:39] organizations through complaints

[08:42] uh like form 13909 which allows citizens

[08:46] to submit public filings, payment

[08:49] patterns, documentation, but it never

[08:52] confirms investigations.

[08:55] uh state attorneys general oversee

[08:57] charities operating or soliciting in

[09:00] their states and can pursue deceptive

[09:04] fundraising or breach of fiduciary duty

[09:07] as happened with the NRA. Yet yet they

[09:11] are political actors who choose cases

[09:14] strategically

[09:16] often sitting on sensitive matters for

[09:19] years and the DOJ generally enters only

[09:22] when there's clear criminal predicates

[09:26] that exist uh usually after referrals

[09:29] and and uh often um avoid cases that

[09:33] would fracture a governing coalition.

[09:35] Which is why which is why, by the way,

[09:37] many people ask how likely a Republican

[09:40] Trump DOJ would be to expose what

[09:43] critics describe as the largest

[09:47] Republican fundraising vehicle if doing

[09:51] so risks political blowback. and why

[09:54] questions surrounding Charlie Kirk,

[09:57] including lingering doubts about the

[10:00] Tyler Robinson narrative and unresolved

[10:04] uh

[10:05] I guess governance and financial

[10:08] structures are unlikely to be revised

[10:11] absent new concrete evidence since

[10:16] death investigations are local and

[10:19] fact-driven and typically closed unless

[10:24] reopen while financial matters would

[10:28] move through civil uh regulatory

[10:30] channels, not criminal channels. And

[10:33] this structure explains why it why it

[10:35] always looks like like nothing happens

[10:37] even as independent crowdsourced

[10:40] reviewers

[10:42] read form 990s and schedule G's and

[10:45] vendor contracts

[10:48] addressing timelines and documents

[10:51] uh you know regarding what's been talked

[10:53] about is about roughly roughly almost

[10:56] $20 million in in in questionable

[10:59] payments to vendors and insiders and

[11:04] related entities, including continued

[11:06] payments to a banned vendor, it is

[11:10] alleged, followed by a rapid entity

[11:13] switch, uh fundraising fees paid to

[11:16] employee connected companies, uh a

[11:20] compensation,

[11:21] uh volatility across entities, vendor

[11:24] board staff by nonprofit executives and

[11:27] family members. um they they love to use

[11:31] the word opaque, but opaque vendor

[11:33] ownership and weak oversight signals

[11:37] all of which may be legal or may trigger

[11:41] compliance violations depending on

[11:43] disclosures. Okay,

[11:46] there's notions of recusals and fair

[11:49] market value documentation and uh

[11:52] independent approvals and why talking

[11:55] publicly

[11:57] doesn't kill cases if grounded in

[12:00] documents because regulators respond to

[12:03] evidence patterns not tone.

[12:06] While reckless claims can muddy waters

[12:09] and muddy waters and uh you know

[12:12] sustained documentation often nudges

[12:15] institutions to act later if at all and

[12:18] this is where Candace Owens matters

[12:20] regardless. Now let me stop for a

[12:21] second. Let me just go through this.

[12:25] Think about a case about this one case

[12:27] where this fellow by the name of I

[12:30] believe his name was Epstein. You might

[12:32] have heard of him. He was alleged to

[12:36] have um dispatched himself while in

[12:40] federal custody. And I am telling you,

[12:45] you you you have to be a lunatic

[12:50] or completely devoid of any

[12:52] understanding whatsoever of of of

[12:55] medical fact or forensic laws or

[12:57] anything.

[12:58] If you think he did this to himself

[13:03] and I don't want to go through this, but

[13:05] I will tell you one thing.

[13:13] either as a prosecutor in defense, I

[13:16] always think what's the main thing? Give

[20:46] scandals from Enron to the NRA took

[20:49] years to mature as outsiders assembled

[20:53] facts before institutions moved. And and

[20:58] the uncomfortable truth is that citizens

[21:01] are not powerless

[21:04] but their power is indirect. You can

[21:07] file complaints and repeat and escalate

[21:10] and be patient all that kind of stuff.

[21:19] boring thing you know pain of perjury

[24:21] of the 306 and whether he had super, you

[24:26] know, krypton or or you know um titanium

[24:33] evidence. You look at what the experts

[24:34] say. And sometimes

[24:36] you're going to hear somebody who says
