[07:49] it's the most resistant to that crazy

[07:54] off all the broken pieces of glass from

[07:56] a road microphone that has adhesive on

[09:22] Senator Mike Shamway Lee. Senator Mike

[09:25] Lee of Utah. Didn't expect to hear his

[09:27] name in the story, by the way. He didn't

[09:29] do anything shady. He seems like he's a

[09:31] good guy, actually. Uh he comes from a

[09:33] very wellto-do family. Uh he actually

[09:35] was born in in Arizona, but uh spent

[09:39] most of his uh upbringing in Utah. His

[09:41] father was actually the founding dean of

[09:44] BYU's law school program. Anyway,

[09:47] Senator Lee was actually slated to

[09:49] attend the Charlie Kirk event at UVU on

[09:52] September 10th. And I can tell you from

[09:54] experience. That is not unusual. Okay,

[09:56] like I said from the beginning, I

[09:57] immediately noticed what made sense,

[09:59] what didn't make sense. What does

[10:01] typically happen at these events um is

[10:03] that local politicians, local donors may

[10:06] come by, say a few words, because

[10:09] obviously these are their constituents,

[10:11] possibly people who are currently

[10:12] running or planning to run in the

[10:14] future. We'll go to these sorts of

[10:15] events. None of that strikes me as

[10:17] unusual or odd that he was scheduled to

[10:18] be there. Makes sense. Now, Turning

[10:20] Point USA, of course, was aware that

[10:22] Senator Lee was going to attend, but as

[10:25] the DC story goes, that week the senator

[10:28] had to cancel very early on in the week

[10:30] due to the National Defense

[10:33] Authorization Act, um there were votes

[10:36] that were taking place in DC funding

[10:37] that and so he had to cancel. Okay. Now,

[10:41] I've got a source that UVU

[10:44] tells me that after the assassination of

[10:48] Charlie, Mike Lee was contacted due to

[10:51] something unusual that took place on

[10:53] campus the day before the shooting. Now,

[10:55] I want to be clear, day before the

[10:56] shooting, Mike Lee had already canled.

[10:58] Okay, that's important for you to know.

[11:00] Apparently, there was someone on

[11:02] September 9th who looked remarkably

[11:05] suspicious who was moving about on

[11:07] campus. Stood out. The security went,

[11:10] "This person's behaving oddly. What are

[11:11] they doing? It looks like they're kind

[11:12] of scoping the place out, if you know

[11:14] what I mean." And so they said, "We're

[11:17] going to go up to this individual." And

[11:19] when that suspicious individual was

[11:21] approached, he told the campus security

[11:25] that he was Senator Mike Lee's

[11:28] bodyguard, scoping out the area to

[11:30] ensure that the senator was going to be

[11:33] safe ahead of the event. So they said,

[11:34] "Okay, that makes sense. We'll we'll get

[11:36] we'll let you go." The only thing is

[11:38] that that wasn't true. Like I said, by

[11:41] that time, the senator's office had

[11:42] already cancelled their plans. And I

[11:45] have done some digging and it also

[11:46] appears that Mike Lee is pretty down to

[11:48] earth. He doesn't actually have a

[11:51] security apparatus, a security team. So,

[11:53] just to make that perfectly clear to

[11:55] you, again, Senator Lee didn't do

[11:56] anything wrong. We're not speculating he

[11:57] did whatsoever. What we are underlining

[11:59] here is that the person that was on

[12:02] UVU's campus had at least enough

[12:05] information to deliver a good sounding

[12:09] excuse, a legitimate sounding excuse in

[12:11] the event that he was stopped while he

[12:13] was scoping out the campus, which he

[12:14] actually was stopped. And there was only

[12:17] a small group of people who would have

[12:20] been privy to that knowledge, who would

[12:21] have been privy of the attendee list. A

[12:23] sensible person might argue that Tyler

[12:26] Robinson would not be among those who

[12:28] was privy to that sort of information.

[12:30] Why would Tyler Robinson

[12:32] know

[12:34] who was going to attend this event?

[12:37] Certainly Turning Point USA event staff

[12:39] would have known. Club students would

[12:40] have known. Perhaps those at the

[12:42] university who were directly involved in

[12:43] the planning of this event would have

[12:44] known. Maybe UVU police for example

[12:46] would have known this.

[12:49] But you know that limits the pool.

[12:57] footage must exist of this mysterious

[12:59] man who appeared to be scoping out the

[13:01] campus the day before who lied about the

[14:16] this with a police sergeant that she

[14:17] went after two weeks ago and then got

[14:19] bored with. Candace feels no shame about

[14:21] harassing any person she feels like just

[16:54] it was found with the rifle near the

[16:55] rifle, not on Los Rooftop. Okay. They

[16:58] said the screwdriver was found near the

[17:00] rifle rifle. And I can show you that.

[17:03] September 11th. Here is CNN. And yes,

[17:06] they have um you don't have to like CNN

[17:08] to recognize that they are a state

[17:10] apparatus part of the project

[17:13] Bockingbird. Um and the article here

[17:15] says, "Authority found a screwdriver

[17:17] near the recovered rifle." and it reads,

[17:19] "Authorities recovered a screwdriver

[17:20] near the rifle investigators believe was

[17:23] used in yesterday's fatal shooting of

[17:25] conservative activist Charlie Kirk."

[17:28] According to a source with knowledge of

[17:29] the investigation, investigators believe

[17:32] this to be an indication that the

[17:33] shooter may have used it to disassemble

[17:35] and reassemble the firearm before using

[17:38] it. Removing the stock would help the

[17:40] shooter conceal the weapon in a bag or

[17:42] even in his clothing, they believe. So,

[17:44] when this article got released, there

[17:46] was a bunch of backlash. just sounded so

[17:48] foolish to people again. These are your

[17:50] bluecollar common sense people and they

[17:52] revolted and said this is not he he

[17:54] assembled reassembled what are we

[17:56] talking about and then left the

[17:57] screwdriver with the gun you guys found

[18:00] it all together. So what what happened

[18:02] next was due to that public revolt at

[18:05] the inherent stupidity the inherent

[18:07] improbability of the story which was

[18:09] unfolding uh they kind of took a

[18:11] breather and 4 days later we hear from

[18:13] Cash Patel and Dan Bonino and they

[18:16] clarify that you know the footage is

[18:18] grainy uh but the screwdriver was

[18:20] actually found on the rooftop and that's

[18:22] what brought us to officer Bagley's

[18:26] unusual testimony where his body cam

[18:29] dies seemingly without warning at

[18:31] exactly the right time. And there's a

[18:33] ton of warning that should have been

[18:34] happening. It should have been beeping.

[18:36] It should have been uh flashing red.

[18:39] Maybe this is a a reason why he uh

[18:42] doesn't want to mention who he was with

[18:44] going to Loi. That'd be a good question

[19:38] in that gap of time?

[19:42] up the barrier, I only walked walked up

[19:44] to about that point. Then I went down

[19:46] and reviewed the video from that moment

[19:48] on. So, were you able to see are you

[19:51] able to say for one way or the other if

[19:53] anyone else had been on that roof in

[19:56] between when the person jumped off the

[19:57] building and when you came on the roof?

[22:12] somebody did get on that rooftop before

[22:14] you, didn't he, Officer Bagley? Well,

[22:20] got up on that rooftop. And why is that

[22:23] Officer Bagley said that he found a

[22:25] screwdriver and somebody was on that

[22:37] planted the screwdriver.

[22:42] Bagley should do. He should review the

[22:44] footage to see who was on that rooftop

[22:50] after the alleged shooter and before he

[22:55] got on the rooftop. Does that make sense

[23:03] off. Was there anybody on that rooftop

[23:33] Utah. But we had brought up the Brady

[23:35] list and then we got a ton of emails of

[23:36] people that were actually spelling his

[23:38] name wrong. Allan is spelled A L, not A

[23:42] L Len. So they were sending us a bunch

[23:44] of stuff on a different Allen. A L L E

[23:46] N. It is not him. Uh we were actually

[23:50] inundated in a way that the pattern here

[23:52] tells me that this this what I'm hearing

[23:54] is the truth. People associated with San

[23:57] Bernito Police Station. He said he abs

[23:59] absolutely was not let go or transferred

[24:01] over any conduct issues. He had served

[24:03] years there. He left willfully because

[24:05] he wanted to raise his kids somewhere

[24:06] outside of the city. Um and he obviously

[24:09] San Bernino is like a whole different

[24:11] scene and he left apparently on very

[24:12] good terms. So I want to provide that

[24:14] update uh because that's why we were

[24:16] asking for information. So they were not

[24:17] sure entirely why he had an entry with

[24:20] no details on the Brady list. And I also

[24:23] want to say that we've covered a lot of

[24:24] people on the show and we get a ton of

[24:27] emails being like this person is shady

[24:29] or you should look into this. This was

[24:31] the first time that we got a lot of

[24:32] emails of people who were saying that um

[24:35] Allan was actually a a good guy and we

[24:38] got an answer by the way of why he was

[24:41] on that campus which I should have kind

[24:43] of thought through because this is kind

[24:44] of common sense. He's a USU officer and

[24:47] don't forget that unusually Charlie had

[24:49] an event 10 days later back in Utah that

[24:52] was supposed to take place at USU. So

[24:54] they were not there in coordination with

[24:58] Charlie's team or in coordination with

[25:00] UVU. They were there because they were

[25:02] doing a threat assessment for their

[25:04] event that was 10 days later. Uh him and

[25:06] his partner that I'm forgetting his name

[25:09] uh the other person who was guarding. So

[25:12] they were doing their threat assessment

[25:14] and then this took place and then they

[25:16] jumped in and started helping. But they

[25:17] were not there. I can confirm they were

[25:19] not there in coordination with Charlie

[25:20] security or in coordination with UVU

[25:23] police on that day. So their presence

[25:25] there was actually not a matter of

[25:27] chance but a matter of an event that was

[25:29] happening 10 days later down the road

[25:31] essentially and so they were like they

[25:33] were monitoring the event and then

[25:35] things went off. So we um like I said

[25:37] received a ton of emails and I said as

[25:39] we get information we can update you. I

[25:42] it was enough people that were in enough

[25:44] places that I trusted this and also uh

[25:47] they because of their presence would

[25:49] have had to make police reports

[25:51] obviously. So it's just very odd that

[25:54] officer Bagley is pretending he couldn't

[25:56] find out who these officers were when

[26:00] they were in communication with his

[26:02] chief. They obviously we see that on the

[26:04] video. um they were on the low se

[26:06] rooftop and he has access or presumably

[26:10] all the UVU police officers would have

[26:12] access to that footage to be able to

[26:13] answer that question for him. It makes

[26:15] entirely no sense. So, um yeah, that's

[26:19] what I have for you. I wanted to update

[26:20] you so we can answer questions that we

[26:22] bring up on here. A lot more questions,

[26:25] a lot more emails that we were receiving

[26:26] about officer Baggley, however, and his

[26:29] history. And there were not many people

[26:31] or any people in our inbox that were

[26:33] defending Christopher Bagley, which is

[26:35] interesting. My gut tells me that he

[26:39] could have answered more questions had

[26:41] he had wanted to answer more questions

[36:02] primary school. It's an elementary

[36:04] school in Iran. 156 people were

[36:06] murdered, including 120 students and 26

[36:09] teachers. And the craziest part of the

[36:11] story is that the United States tried to

[36:13] deny it. Like, I just want you to

[36:14] process how badly our government lies.

[36:17] They thought, "We'll just deny it."

[36:19] Like, you don't you don't know that you

[36:21] you bombed a school. At first, Trump

[36:23] actually came out and he said, "No, we

[36:25] didn't do it. It was Iran." Pete Hexth

[36:28] followed up with the same message. So,

[36:29] we don't we don't we don't kill

[36:30] innocents. Only Iran does that. They

[36:32] just were like, "We're everyone's

[36:34] idiot." And then the days that followed,

[36:37] it was revealed that it tomahawks

[36:40] missiles were used and that's only used

[36:41] by the United States that struck the

[36:43] school. And then Pete Hegth had to come

[36:46] out again and said, "Oh, they were

[36:48] committed to investigating." Like he

[36:49] just wasn't sure whether or not they

[36:50] bombed a school. Like you just do that

[36:52] and you're not sure if you did that.

[36:53] Like like he's remembering whether or

[36:54] not he brushed his teeth that morning. I

[36:56] don't know. We'll investigate. I don't

[36:57] know if we dropped uh missiles actually.

[37:00] And then they pivoted to Israel's

[37:02] preferred line. You know, Hamas builds

[37:05] tunnels beneath the schools. That's why

[37:07] we do it. They kind of did that thing um

[37:10] and said, "Well, it was the IRGC were

[37:12] building missiles underneath the

[37:13] school." Another complete lie exposed

[37:15] not by the IRGC but Western News. Okay.

[37:19] Sky News did an entire investigation.

[37:21] You should watch the entire piece. They

[37:22] debunked every attempt that uh the US

[37:25] tried to put out. It's like they never

[37:27] even said sorry and by trying to lie and

[37:30] say a school held missiles. Take a

[37:32] listen to just this little brief cliff

[37:34] clip.

[38:03] state- linked news agency released

[38:05] footage showing a strike on buildings

[38:07] nearby.

[38:10] Filmed in the afternoon on the day the

[38:12] school was struck, the distinctive tail

[38:14] fins [music] of a Tomahawk missile can

[38:16] be clearly seen.

[38:21] America is the only force in this

[38:23] conflict that uses tomahawks.

[38:26] In another clip, you see the school

[38:28] being hit that morning, but it's not

[38:31] possible to see what missile is used. 5

[38:34] days after the Tomahawk footage comes

[38:36] out, Defense Secretary Pete Hegsth

[38:39] confirms America is [music] conducting a

[38:41] formal military investigation.

[38:43] >> We know that Tomahawk missiles are

[38:45] typically fired from ships and

[38:47] submarines. And we know that on the day

[38:49] of the attack, America had a carrier

[38:51] strike group in the area. This is I'll

[38:54] get up for you a satellite image of

[38:57] their carrier strike group with the USS

[39:00] Abraham Lincoln aircraft carrier and

[39:02] then three warships around it in the

[39:04] Arabian Sea 3 days before the attack. We

[39:07] have another image which we've been able

[39:08] to use to place them on the day of the

[39:10] attack based on the information shown on

[39:12] this monitor here. And that puts the

[39:14] carrier strike group right within range

[39:17] of Minab.

[39:23] These are precisiong guided missiles.

[39:24] They follow a programmed path. They have

[39:26] cameras on the front that can watch what

[39:29] they're doing in real time. They're some

[39:31] of the most uh precise weapons that the

[39:33] US has.

[39:34] >> We know that by this point Iranian media

[39:36] was already reporting that a school had

[39:38] been hit and the US should have known by

[39:40] that point that at the very least doing

[39:42] more strikes would have been in the

[39:44] vicinity of that school. One analyst

[39:46] reviewing intelligence on potential

[39:48] targets did reportedly spot the school

[39:50] [music] in 2019.

[39:54] Allegedly, they noted changes on an

[39:57] unlin intelligence tool, [music]

[39:59] but it wasn't passed up the chain.

[40:04] The reason I'm showing you that is

[40:05] because you should go and you should

[40:06] watch that entire piece. Guy News did an

[40:08] incredible job on that because it's

[40:10] really important for you to understand

[40:11] how much our government hates us. They

[40:15] think we are so stupid. I mean the it's

[40:17] one thing to say like, "Hey, we did this

[40:18] by accident and we need to come out. We

[40:19] need to own it." It is another thing to

[40:23] routinely feed slop to the masses and to

[40:27] do it while claiming you have the upper

[40:28] hand to have willfully It was not a

[40:31] mistake. You bombed at the beginning of

[40:33] this in elementary school using what?

[40:35] Intel? Do you understand how advanced

[40:38] our our military technology is? They

[40:39] knew every body that was moving in that

[40:41] school and they chose to bomb it. My

[40:42] honest belief, my honest belief is

[40:46] because we are looking at people who

[40:48] worship Bal and it was a sacrifice to

[40:50] demons. Ball consistently must have

[40:54] sacrifices. They It's why they love to

[40:57] murder children. They're constantly

[40:59] murdering children. There's no reason

[41:01] why at the opening of this outside of a

[41:03] pagan sacrifice to demons that you

[41:10] inescapable and you had to acknowledge
