Candace Owens Uncovers New Evidence Tyler Robinson Never Confessed to Charlie Kirk Assassination

Candace Owens reveals information from a vetted source that Tyler Robinson has never confessed to assassinating Charlie Kirk and believes the FBI text messages attributed to him are fabricated. Robinson's family maintains his innocence, claiming he has never even been on UVU campus and was bewildered by accusations he carved casings. The investigation takes a strange turn when Utah gubernatorial candidate Phil Lyman, whose family owns multiple properties near the crime scene and whose car appeared in surveillance footage minutes before the shooting, begins showing up uninvited at a young investigator's home and refusing to answer basic questions about his presence that day.

Tyler Robinson Maintains Innocence Despite Arrest

Candace Owens obtained information from a vetted source that answers several lingering questions about the Charlie Kirk assassination investigation. Most significantly, Tyler Robinson has never confessed to the crime and continues to plead innocence. According to the source, Robinson was bewildered by claims that he carved casings on the bullets used in the shooting.

While Robinson does not dispute that the gun used belonged to him, he is not a gun enthusiast and does not hunt like his other brothers. The weapon is a custom-made family heirloom that Robinson inherited as the firstborn son. The Robinson family appears to be conservative, with members who are fans of Charlie Kirk and Donald Trump, though Tyler reportedly wished Trump would sometimes tone down his rhetoric.

Fabricated Text Messages and Vehicle Language

According to the source, Robinson absolutely did not author the text messages that were presented as evidence. He has no idea where these messages came from and believes they are entirely fictionalized. The messages notably used the word "vehicle" rather than "car," which raised suspicions given that police body cam footage from a 2022 car accident shows Robinson naturally referring to his transportation as a "car" when speaking with an officer.

In the body cam footage, Robinson tells the officer his mother "got to shuttle over from where she's at to her car and then drive over," clearly demonstrating his natural speech pattern does not include military or law enforcement terminology like "vehicle."

Family Maintains Son's Innocence

Contrary to media reports suggesting Robinson's father helped convince him to turn himself in after recognizing his guilt, the source indicates Robinson's parents do not believe their son committed this crime. A family friend and former detective with the police force informed the family that Tyler had been identified as the shooter. This former detective, who has strong ties with the police station, gave them a heads-up and advised Tyler to turn himself in voluntarily rather than risk a SWAT team arrest.

Robinson went to the police station because he disputed the accusation that he had murdered Charlie Kirk and wanted to avoid being accidentally shot during a theatrical arrest. Interestingly, Robinson has never even stepped foot on UVU campus, according to the source. He was accepted into Utah State University, not Utah Valley University, raising questions about how he would have been familiar enough with UVU's campus layout to scale rooftops and take an almost impossible shot at Kirk sitting beneath a tent.

Contradictions in Official Statements

Sheriff Nate Brooksby's statements contain contradictions regarding Robinson's mental state. During a press conference, Brooksby stated that Robinson had suicidal ideations and was in a remote area of Washington County, with his parents convincing him not to harm himself. However, Brooksby also stated that Robinson came in willingly because he was "fearful of a SWAT team hit on his house" and "fearful of being shot by law enforcement."

The source confirms Robinson was not suicidal at all but simply confused and didn't want to get shot. This creates an impossible contradiction: Robinson could not simultaneously be suicidal and wanting to die while also being worried about dying and wanting to avoid being shot.

FBI Pressures Family Into Silence

According to the source, the reason Robinson's father and mother did not immediately speak out to assert their son's innocence is because federal agents told them their lives could be at risk if they spoke publicly. The feds convinced the family they needed to keep things private and persuaded them to go into witness protection, claiming somebody could try to harm them because of what their son allegedly did.

The family agreed in the confusion of the moment, but like many conservative families, they began to distrust the federal agents. The family was also learning through media reports that Tyler was gay and in a relationship with his roommate Lance. Robinson's father had no idea Tyler was gay and thought Lance was just his roommate. The family was especially shocked because Tyler kept mentioning he wanted them to meet a girl he was seeing.

Instagram Photos Confirm Relationship

Exclusive photos posted to Instagram accounts confirm that Tyler Robinson was in a relationship with Lance. One Halloween-era photo posted by Lance includes the caption "I forgot to post my boyfriend is the best. Love you." Another photo posted by Lance shows "pics from when Tyler had a mustache." This evidence suggests Tyler was likely working up the courage to tell his family about his relationship, and the "girl" he mentioned wanting them to meet was probably Lance.

Intelligence and Staged Apartment

The source describes Robinson as off-the-charts intelligent, noting he had a perfect GPA in high school. This high level of intelligence makes the idea that he would author a full confessional via text messages particularly absurd. Any person with a modicum of intelligence would not put every detail of a planned assassination in writing.

The family believes the blurry image of a person coming up the stairs that was shared by authorities is definitively not Tyler Robinson. The face looks different and more narrow, the person appears taller, and Robinson has fuller lips than the individual in the blurred image. The family also believes Robinson's apartment was staged after his arrest. When they visited the apartment, they felt something was wrong and noticed that a furry bed had been placed in Tyler's room, seemingly to transfer attributes of Lance onto Tyler.

The Dairy Queen Mystery

One piece of information that never fit the timeline was a photo of Robinson at Dairy Queen. According to the source, Robinson was near the UVU campus on the day of the shooting, though he had never been on campus itself. This fact may explain the Dairy Queen photo, raising questions about what exactly he was doing around the campus area that day and where he was located.

Federal agents allegedly withheld information about the Dairy Queen visit and have been stalking the location to see who comes in and out, according to earlier reports in the investigation.

Unusual Protection of Former Detective

Sheriff Nate Brooksby went to unusual lengths to protect the identity of the former detective who convinced Robinson to turn himself in. During a press conference, Brooksby explained he received a call at 8:02 p.m. from a retired detective friend, noting it wasn't unusual to receive calls from him. However, Brooksby seemed to over-explain this detail without being asked.

Brooksby stated he initially tried to protect the individual's identity by not revealing he was a retired Washington County deputy, though this information appeared in court documents. The former detective was identified as Mike Mitchell, who allegedly retired in January after 24 years of serving Washington County, starting in the jail in 1999.

Despite a 24-year career in law enforcement, there is only one trace of Mike Mitchell in public records: a retirement celebration post from the Washington County Sheriff's Office. No newspaper articles or other public mentions exist, which is highly unusual for someone with such a long career in law enforcement. Mitchell reportedly knows Robinson through the Boy Scouts and is involved in the LDS church, serving as Robinson's Boy Scout leader.

Phil Lyman's Repeated Presence

Phil Lyman, who ran against Governor Cox for the gubernatorial position and lost, has inserted himself prominently into the investigation. Lyman's family owns approximately twelve properties in the immediate area of the shooting. Surveillance footage from TMZ shows Lyman's car parked in his aunt's driveway just 19 minutes before the shooter walked past that location.

Lyman has conducted an extensive press tour, appearing on multiple outlets to discuss his proximity to the shooting. He told one interviewer he had just pulled into the driveway minutes before the shooter walked by and that he saw Charlie Kirk backstage before Kirk went on stage. Lyman also claims he was throwing hats and standing next to the stage initially, but then went to meet friends and was at the east end of the venue when he heard a loud boom.

In an interview with Alex Jones, Lyman suggested two women dressed in goth attire and wearing black clothing should be investigated because they were not afraid and one said "Go f yourselves" while looking at people fleeing. Lyman stated he did not believe the rifle recovered in the bushes was ever on the roof and suggested multiple people were coordinating the shooting.

Late Night Return to Campus

On September 10th at approximately 11:30 p.m., Lyman posted an Instagram video showing himself returning to the UVU campus. In the video, he stated he wanted to let police officers know he appreciated their work and "rub shoulders" with college students "more for my benefit than for theirs." He mentioned he was backstage with Kirk, spoke with him before Kirk went on stage, then decided to go "up top" and was ironically very close to where the shooter apparently was.

Lyman lives four hours away from the UVU campus, making his late-night return and multiple media appearances notable. He has been pushing the theory that Governor Cox, his political opponent, should be investigated because of Cox's support for transgender issues.

Nephew's Public Tour of Shooter's Path

Lyman's nephew Shane conducted a public tour on social media, retracing what he claimed were the shooter's steps near his grandmother's house. Shane posted photos on Instagram showing himself and three friends at his grandmother's house, taking pictures in the exact places security cameras caught the shooter. One photo shows Converse brand footprints, and other photos show the group recreating poses in the staircase with side-by-side comparisons to surveillance footage.

Shane's Instagram post stated: "I took my friends to my grandma's house tonight and we retraced his steps and we took pictures in the exact place that the security cameras caught him." When asked to identify the friends in the photos and share the original images with metadata, Shane immediately made his profile private.

Confrontation With Young Investigator

A 20-year-old UVU student who worked on Lyman's gubernatorial campaign and had been helping with ground investigation was contacted by Lyman, who asked for his address. The student, expecting Lyman might offer him a job for his investigative work, gave his address. Instead, Lyman showed up at his house with strange energy, looking out windows nervously and asking weird questions about the investigation.

Lyman sat at the student's table asking about the investigation, then mentioned he was setting up a time to meet with independent investigator Ian Carroll. He referenced Tyler Bowyer of Turning Point USA, suggesting they were working together to make Governor Cox look bad at an upcoming TPUSA event at Utah State University where Cox was scheduled to speak. Lyman then took a phone call in his car while idling in the student's driveway.

When the student later asked Lyman to share photos or videos he took on the day of the shooting so the metadata could be examined and his location verified, Lyman became hostile. He called the student and shouted at him, asking "whose side are you on" and "who the f do you think you are." Lyman refused to share the images, stating he had already given his photos to journalist Taylor Hansen.

Tiffany Peterson Barker Connection

Tiffany Peterson Barker, who appeared on Good Morning America at 4:00 a.m. with her nieces to discuss witnessing the shooting, has connections to Phil Lyman. Her sister ran with Lyman as Lieutenant Governor, and Lyman's office helped secure her the Good Morning America appearance. Barker, along with Lyman and another person with the last name Shamway who lives on the same street, repeatedly tried to direct the investigation toward Governor Cox because of his support for transgender issues.

Barker's mother was the source of a photo showing a person in a black suit and dark sunglasses with a strap hanging from a bag, running through the food court. This image was one of the earliest tips received in the investigation.

Military Connections Emerging

Multiple individuals involved in the events of that day have military backgrounds. The person who spotted the shooter on the roof is in the military. The person who claims to have seen the shooter running and happened to be in the right place in the flag of halls is also in the military. When searching for information about potential family military connections in the area, the Mitchell family name came up associated with the Air Force, though it's unclear if this is the same Mitchell family.

A tip was received suggesting there is additional footage of the shooter on the day of the assassination showing him with a woman and changing clothes, but that this footage has been cut. The property where this allegedly occurred is owned by someone named Lyman Branch, though a confirmed family connection to Phil Lyman has not been established.

Questions About Other Organizations

Candace Owens expressed discomfort that despite all the friendships Charlie Kirk built with presidents, department heads, and other influential figures, she is the only person publicly demanding further investigation into his assassination. Even Turning Point USA has acknowledged there are holes in the narrative but stated they would simply continue Kirk's show rather than push for answers.

Owens noted that independent journalist Max Blumenthal, who was not friends with Kirk and identifies as politically left, has published multiple articles questioning the official narrative and has more coming out. She questioned why someone who wasn't Kirk's friend is more interested in uncovering the truth than the people closest to him.

Call for Information

Owens is seeking information about former Deputy Mike Mitchell and asking anyone who knows him through the Boy Scouts or LDS church to come forward. She is also seeking to identify the two individuals in the photos with Shane Lyman who recreated the shooter's path, as they could not be found on Shane's friends list and did not like the photos publicly.

When Phil Lyman and his nephew Shane were contacted directly for comment and asked to identify the individuals in the photos, Shane immediately made his profile private and Lyman left the message on read without responding.
