[04:23] natural gas

[04:25] oil exploration industry and refining

[04:28] and he wants to end all of it it's part

[05:07] standard living increases in the world

[05:08] happen because of our market-based

[05:10] health care system so for example sweden

[05:12] nor lake norway you know finland and

[05:13] denmark they do have high taxes and they

[05:15] have a you know medic health care for

[05:18] all they attribute to very few medical

[05:20] advancements though so for example

[05:23] open heart surgery was an american

[05:24] innovation something that has saved

[05:26] countless of lives across the world

[05:28] um cancer killing drugs you know most

[05:31] about 70 of consequential medical

[05:33] advancements happen in the states

[05:34] because there's a profit incentive

[05:35] behind it now is that is it is there a

[05:37] flaw behind it of course there is

[05:39] of course there is would you say the

[05:40] same thing could be spurred by

[05:41] governmental brands though show me an

[05:43] example

[06:03] innovations and advancements than

[06:59] wonderful that she opposed completely

[07:00] was the largest middle-class tax cut in

[07:02] american history it's 2800 per family on

[07:05] average even more for single mothers

[07:07] they expanded the single child tax

[07:08] credit they expanded they cut taxes for

[07:11] every person under 50 000

[07:13] yeah i mean it was a wonderful

[07:13] middle-class tax cut but aoc wants to

[07:15] reverse all of that and somehow she

[07:17] thinks that by taxing the most

[07:18] productive people in society she's going

[07:20] to make things more equitable which the

[07:22] data has shown that's never to be true

[07:24] they'll either they'll migrate to other

[07:25] places this has been done before

[07:27] of course it's been tried before it's

[07:28] been done before you said there's data

[07:30] there's data that it's been it's

[07:31] happening

[07:32] yeah and then we reversed it so bill

[07:33] clinton tried to raise taxes on the rich

[07:34] in the 1990s as an utter and total

[07:36] disaster was it 70

[07:43] you could see it was a disaster and it

[07:44] goes back down to 20 percent you realize

[07:46] that even that small incremental

[07:47] increase had a negative impact i don't

[07:51] budget you know for bill clinton sure

[07:52] there was you attribute it to the 25 on

[07:55] the tax no you could also attribute it

[07:57] to a booming economy and a relatively

[07:58] sane fiscal policy on entitlements so

[08:01] for example in the 1990s there were five

[08:02] retirement beneficiaries per one person

[08:04] providing now there's nine and a half

[08:07] it's in social security and medicare so

[08:08] you must have a double amount of people

[08:09] retiring now than you did in the 1990s

[08:11] so a lot so a lot of our deficit is

[08:12] driven by entitlement programs okay okay
