Charlie Kirk Explains the Twitter Ban and Victor Marx on Spiritual Warfare Against Demonic Forces

Charlie Kirk breaks down his permanent Twitter ban for refusing to acknowledge biological men as women, the Elon Musk takeover that followed, and Disney's admission of a "not-so-secret gay agenda" targeting children's content. Joined by combat veteran and anti-trafficking warrior Victor Marx, they discuss fighting demonic oppression, rescuing women and children from ISIS, and why American Christians must learn spiritual warfare. Kirk challenges believers to hold the line on biblical truth about gender, divest from Disney, and recognize that what we cannot see matters more than what we can.

The Twitter Ban That Changed Everything

Charlie Kirk opens by recounting his Twitter ban after posting that Rachel Levine, born Richard Levine, spent 54 years as a man before being named USA Today's "woman of the year." The carefully worded tweet avoided hateful language but still resulted in permanent suspension unless Kirk acknowledged he violated Twitter's policies and engaged in hate speech.

"I thought to myself, how many times in the last year have I told you to hold the line and it's worth the cost," Kirk explains. "What a hypocrite I would be if all of a sudden I pressed the red button to get my twitter account back."

The ban came one day after The Babylon Bee faced the same fate, followed by Tucker Carlson. But the censorship campaign backfired spectacularly when Elon Musk, a Babylon Bee fan, became Twitter's largest shareholder days later. Kirk notes the irony: "Vladimir Putin has a twitter account and I don't have a twitter account."

Disney's Admission of a Gay Agenda

Kirk then addresses Disney's public declaration of what they call a "not-so-secret gay agenda" during an internal Zoom call, where executives stated that 50% of their children's movies will feature LGBTQ romantic scenes by year's end. The company also announced they will no longer refer to guests as "boys or girls" but as "persons."

"Disney got wealthy and rich being a safe haven for families," Kirk states. "Disney is now a platform for radical sexual ideas, for anti-biblical behavior, and every god-fearing patriot in America should divest all of their dollars from the Walt Disney Company and no longer support them in any way, shape or form whatsoever."

This followed Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signing the Parental Rights in Education bill, which prevents kindergarten through third-grade teachers from instructing on sexual orientation and gender identity. Despite media characterization as the "Don't Say Gay" bill, Kirk notes the seven-page legislation never uses that phrase.

The Fundamental Battle Over Reality

Kirk connects these incidents to a larger spiritual and cultural war over basic reality. "They are trying to by fiat push forward an unpopular, unscientific, anti-reality agenda that men can become pregnant," he explains, noting that Apple now includes a pregnant man emoji.

"This is a clarion call moment for the American church. God created man, God created woman. We don't have to overthink this one," Kirk declares. "If they can pervert this fundamental issue, this building block issue, then all of a sudden they'll be able to have you say well maybe there's no God, maybe there's no such thing as right or wrong."

Kirk emphasizes that while 95% of Americans recognize this agenda as insane, 95% are afraid to speak out. He challenges the audience that men have a moral obligation to protect women from competing against biological males in sports.

Victor Marx: From Torture Victim to Warrior for the Oppressed

Charlie introduces Victor Marx, founder of All Things Possible Ministries, who travels the world rescuing women and children from sex trafficking and ISIS captivity. Marx brings his Belgian Malinois service dog Scout, who has faced ISIS fighters and comforted rescued victims.

Marx shares his devastating childhood story of torture and abuse by his stepfather, including being electrocuted repeatedly while his abuser whispered, "Boy, do you know what that sound is? It's the sound of hope leaving your body." Despite psychiatrists telling him he would never fully function, Marx experienced complete redemption through Christ.

"I had to by the grace of God learn that my hope is in Jesus, not the torment or the torture, and certainly not what a man who was demonized would tell me," Marx explains.

Fighting ISIS and Rescuing the Captives

Marx describes how his ministry operates in Iraq, where he and his wife Carmen maintain a safe house. They've helped over 43,000 women and children escape from ISIS captivity and sex trafficking operations.

"We had her in the house 48 hours after she was out of harm's way with ISIS. She had a broken nose and a broken back but a big old smile," Marx recounts about one 11-year-old girl held captive for seven years.

His wife Carmen, whom he describes as "part Spartan woman," accompanies him on dangerous missions. When Marx expressed concern about one particularly dangerous operation, Carmen responded: "I'd rather be a widow than married to a coward. Go get it."

Marx recently conducted a marriage conference in Iraq that drew over 300 attendees, including many single young men whose fathers were killed by ISIS. He and his team, led by retired Delta Force Colonel Lance Twiggs, combine prayer with practical preparation, including armored vehicles and weapons when necessary.

Spiritual Warfare and Demonic Oppression

Marx addresses the reality of demonic activity in America and worldwide. He criticizes pastors who refuse to equip believers for spiritual warfare and Christians who create false distinctions between demonic activity "over there" versus in America.

"If you look at the fruit of people's lives—divorces, addiction, the craziness of it all—you go well yeah, if they live over there they're vacationing over here," Marx observes about demonic presence in America.

He provides practical teaching on identifying demonic oppression, emphasizing that believers must "take every thought captive." Marx explains how to distinguish between self-assessment and demonic whispers: "When there's another person saying 'you,' that's an entity, that's a demonic whisper."

Marx has developed what he calls a "retooling" approach to spiritual deliverance that he's used successfully with everyone from movie stars to Pentagon officials. He's even prayed for people on airplanes mid-flight and witnessed immediate freedom.

The Power of Forgiveness

In one of the most powerful moments, Marx describes confronting his abusive stepfather on his deathbed. Despite the horrific torture he endured, Marx read Scripture to the dying man daily and prayed for his salvation.

"The last day I would see him, he looks at the nurse and says, 'That's my son. I'm proud of him.' Then he told me he made it right with God the night before," Marx recounts. When God told him to say "I love you" to his abuser, Marx obeyed, and his stepfather responded, "Boy, I love you too"—the first time he'd ever said those words.

"I tell people, the best weapon I've ever used in my life is forgiveness," Marx teaches. "Forgiveness is giving up your right to hurt someone back for hurting you. It doesn't mean there's not justice, it doesn't mean reconciliation, but you're giving up your right."

Fighting the Culture of Death

During the question and answer session, a 16-year-old girl asks about California Assembly Bill 2223, which would allow mothers to kill babies up to seven days after birth. Kirk confirms the horrific reality of the legislation.

"They're being consistent," Kirk explains. "If you can murder a child at six weeks, why not six days after? They're running the whole thing. It's completely philosophically consistent with their position."

Marx adds theological context: "Satan loves to kill children. He's been doing it for a long time, from burning babies in the hands of the idol Moloch, to Moses, to Jesus with babies being slaughtered. There's a strong demonic assignment to kill children."

Defining True Conservatism

When asked about the meaning of conservatism, Kirk provides a philosophical foundation: "The best way I can describe conservative is a defense of the natural law, a moral right to self-government, the belief that rights come from God not from government."

He explains that conservatives believe human nature is unchanging and inherently flawed, which is why the Constitution's system of checks and balances remains relevant regardless of technological advancement. Kirk quotes Federalist 51, where James Madison wrote that if men were angels, no government would be necessary.

"Conservatives believe that there are some things that should not change, hence the word conserve, that some things must stay the same," Kirk emphasizes. "The principles stay the same whether or not you have airplanes or nuclear weapons, because you're dealing with human beings who are going to sin."

Confronting Racial Division in Churches

One young man shares that his church's senior pastor said there were "too many white people" attending. Kirk provides a biblical framework for responding: Ask two questions—what matters more, the visible or invisible, and what matters more, things you can change or things you cannot change.

"If he says he believes in the invisible more than the visible and believes that things you can change versus things you can't change, you say then how do you care about race so much? Because you're focusing on things that are visible and something that can't change, and therefore you're focusing on things that are unbiblical and against Christianity," Kirk explains.

Kirk emphasizes the importance of exit conversations when leaving churches over doctrinal issues, sharing a story of one family whose confrontation led to a pastor's complete reversal on critical race theory after studying the issue for a month.

Managing Anger and Resentment

When asked how they deal with hate and anger toward enemies, Kirk admits he struggles: "It's hard not to have resentment when someone is intentionally destroying your country. I'll be very honest, it's very difficult. I struggle with it, I pray for peace with that."

He emphasizes that only the peace of Jesus Christ provides the foundation to persevere in political warfare: "If you are not a Christian, I don't think you'll last in this space. If you do not have the peace of Jesus Christ, you will not last in this political space because you will be lied about, torn down, leaked on, conspired against."

Marx offers biblical wisdom: "Be angry but don't sin. I didn't want to discount the emotion of anger because I think not enough Christians get angry at what is wrong. But that part about don't sin—if you're an angry Christian then you got to repent, your heart's getting hard."

He shares that forgiveness remains his greatest weapon, preventing Satan from having "a place in my heart because of anger."

The Call to Action

Both Kirk and Marx issue clarion calls for Christians to engage in both spiritual and practical warfare. Marx challenges the notion that prayer alone is sufficient: "If we don't have faith in action, do we really have faith? There's a time we must put our faith in action or else the devil will win."

Kirk concludes by challenging Christians to speak boldly on the fundamental issue of biological reality: "This one's not tough. God created man, God created woman. This is one of those issues where 95% of the country agrees this is insane. However, 95% of the country is afraid to speak out about it."

He emphasizes that the enemy knows exactly what he's doing by attacking this foundational truth: "If you cannot properly understand what a man or a woman is, how can you properly orient yourself in society on the other critical issues? Bold people that are filled with the Spirit are going to be the instrumental reason why this gets back into a place of reality and gets anchored to the truth."
